The processor 302 is a control center of the terminal device, connects various parts of the entire device using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 303, and invoking data stored in the memory.

the bank system analyzes the identity card data of the target user from the binding authentication request, extracts a plurality of recorded identity card data from a personal information authentication table of a database, matches the identity card data of the target user with the plurality of recorded identity card data, and if the matching is successful, determines that the target user is a valid user and sends authentication success information to the first mobile phone bank APP;
after receiving the authentication success information, the first mobile phone bank APP sends identification card data of a binding user to the bank system;
the bank system matches the identity card data of the binding user with a plurality of identity card data recorded in a personal information authentication table of a database, and if the matching is successful, the bank system sends binding request information containing the identity card data of the target user to a second mobile phone bank APP of the binding user;
when the second mobile phone banking APP receives the binding request information, the second mobile phone banking APP displays the identity card data of the target user to the binding user, responds to the confirmation operation of the binding user on the identity card data of the target user, and sends confirmation information to the banking system;
after receiving the confirmation information, the banking system constructs safety relationship authentication data of the target user and the binding user, and stores the safety relationship authentication data into a safety authentication table of a database;
when the second mobile phone banking APP sends a remote operation request of the first mobile phone banking APP to the banking system, the banking system receives remote operation information sent by the binding user after determining the binding relationship between the binding user and the target user based on the security relationship authentication data of the security authentication table, and controls the first mobile phone banking APP based on the remote operation information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the binding authentication request further encapsulates facial image data of the target user, the method further comprising: the banking system analyzes face image data of the target user from the binding authentication request;
the step of matching the identification card data of the target user with the recorded plurality of identification card data, and if the matching is successful, determining the target user as a valid user comprises the following steps:

The method of claim 1, wherein the remote operation information includes reading location data of the first mobile phone banking APP, and wherein the banking system controls the first mobile phone banking APP based on the remote operation information, comprising: the banking system sends a positioning data acquisition instruction to the first mobile phone banking APP;
the method further comprises the steps of:
when the first mobile phone bank APP receives the positioning data acquisition instruction, after determining that the terminal positioning data acquisition permission is acquired, acquiring the positioning data of the terminal, and sending the positioning data of the terminal to the bank system;
the banking system sends the received positioning data of the terminal to the second mobile phone banking APP.

A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises: when the first mobile phone bank APP receives the positioning data acquisition instruction, determining that the terminal positioning data acquisition permission is not obtained or the terminal does not start the positioning system, and feeding back information that the positioning data cannot be obtained to the bank system;
