Description

Order batch group picking and broadcasting method, system, electronic equipment and medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seeding type picking, in particular to a method, a system, electronic equipment and a medium for picking and seeding order batch groups.
Background
The group is also called big group, the name is that the orders with the same order structure (order commodity detail) are selected, the orders with the same structure are all generated into one batch, so that the personnel for picking the goods only need to pick a plurality of fixed commodities, the efficiency of picking the goods and delivering the goods is greatly improved, the specific orders can be moved to the big group, merchants can define the orders according to the warehouse requirement, and the mode is similar to single-piece explosion.
Group picking and sowing are also called small groups, when orders cannot reach the quantity setting of large groups, but are slightly concentrated, many merchants often generate the orders in batches with the single goods, so that the walking path is long during the picking, and finally the picking time is long.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention aims to provide a method, a system, electronic equipment and a medium for picking and broadcasting order batch groups, which are used for solving the problems of long picking path and long picking time.
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-2, the order batch group picking and broadcasting method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s1: the orders meeting the group conditions are screened and all orders of the same structure are placed in the same basket.
S2: when the total number of all orders in the same structure is larger than the number of single basket accommodating pieces set by a user, the exceeding orders are fished out and put into the newly added sub-basket.
When the total number of all orders in the same structure is less than or equal to the limited number of single-basket number and single-batch basket number, placing the orders into the basket. When the total number of all orders in the structure is greater than the number of single basket accommodating numbers set by a user, the excess orders are fished out and put into newly added baskets. The logic of the seeding cabinet overflow algorithm is as follows:
1) When the number of the sub-baskets exceeds the number of the two orders, the sub-basket is tolerated to the same basket, and the sub-basket is not newly added; (to avoid the situation that the extra orders are put into the newly added sub-baskets possibly causing waste, allowing part to overflow);
2) When the number of the excess parts is more than or equal to the number of the two orders, the sub-basket is newly added, and the excess parts enter the sub-basket for distribution; and in the newly added dividing basket, continuously judging the exceeding condition and performing the same operation.
S3: and extracting order structures of the baskets, and determining the identification codes of the baskets to sort.
The order structure of each basket is extracted to prepare for the batch, and different baskets of the same structure order cannot be allocated to different batches.
The process of calculating the identification codes of each basket is as follows:
1) Taking shelf index (identification code) of each sku (commodity) in a limited area; if the sku in the order has a plurality of (stock) bins in a limited range, then the bin in front of the shelf index is removed as calculation;
2) After the shelf index of each sku is taken, the shelf index is arranged in a sequence from small to large and spliced into a text; in the splicing process, each shelf index number is partitioned by English; such as [ 135,189,276 ];
3) And sequencing the baskets from small to large, wherein the text sequencing process is larger than the text sequencing process of the basket from small to large.
S4: and carrying out batch grouping according to the sorting result.
According to the sequencing result, the set basket numbers can be assembled from front to back in batches. It should be noted that: if different baskets of the same skus are encountered, the baskets of the skus should be ignored first when the nodes are possibly divided into two batches, and the baskets of the subsequent skus are gathered so as to meet the requirement that the same skus must be in the same batch.
According to the invention, orders meeting the group conditions are screened, all orders with the same structure are placed in the same basket, so that commodities in batches and between batches are more converged, and the overflow quantity of each basket can be flexibly controlled through a seeding cabinet overflow algorithm; the sorting result of each basket identification code is determined to carry out batch grouping, so that the picking paths can be optimized, and the shorter picking paths of all generated batches are ensured.
In order to better understand the order batch group picking and broadcasting method provided by the invention, a merchant is taken as an example for the following detailed description:
1. first, analyzing the actual condition of a merchant warehouse
1) The merchant's pick/seed cart is a cart 20 basket;
2) The merchant order condition determines that the minimum order item of the small explosion is 5 orders, and the number of the sku types of each order is 2-5;
3) According to the merchant warehouse layout, the merchant goods-storing area and the goods-picking area are relatively close, and the inventory area allows for unpacking goods-picking;
4) According to the analysis of the conditions, the policy conditions of the wave subgroup group picking and broadcasting are created on the picking batch management page, and the conditions are mainly set as follows:
group item minimum amount of orders: 5;
sku category number per order: 2-5 kinds;
limiting the number of single-basket commodities: 30;
maximum number of seeding cabinets: 20;
mixing and picking.
2. And secondly, setting a one-key generation and associated group picking and broadcasting setting, so that a merchant can conveniently generate a wave number by one-key operation, trigger generation and call the group picking and broadcasting algorithm according to the configuration information of the merchant. Generating wave times according to orders of which the wave times are not generated currently, and pushing the picking vehicle to remove the cargoes and seed according to the generated wave times.
Specific examples of data include:
for example, the order structure (commodity code x number) is:
structure 1: sku001 x 1, sku002 x 1, 16 sheets in total;
structure 2: sku003 x 1, sku004 x 2, 30 sheets in total;
structure 3: sku005 x 1, sku006 x 1, 20 sheets total;
the structure is that orders meeting the setting conditions of merchants are ordered, firstly, the inventory is distributed according to the payment time of the orders, then the goods shelf numbers of the goods of each order are calculated, and finally the goods are batched according to the goods shelf numbers to achieve the effect of an optimal path.
As above, the shelf number order and order that the joining order eventually calculates agree, then the wave times are grouped as follows:
the structure 1 orders are all allocated in 1 basket (32 total, although exceeding 30 limits, satisfying the overflow algorithm is still placed in 1 basket);
structure 2 orders are divided into 2,3,4 baskets, 10 orders per basket;
structure 3 orders are distributed in 5,6 baskets;
and so on to generate the wave times for subsequent orders.
