杀鼠药
本发明涉及一种杀鼠药,尤其是一种用于杀灭中华鼢鼠的杀鼠药。
中华鼢鼠是目前、农、林、草原,小流域综合治理上危害非常严重的一大鼠种。根据联合国粮食农业组织估计,每年世界各国的农业因鼠害是造成的损失约为170亿美元。就我省草原鼠害面积每年达1300万亩,年损失饲草约6.5亿公斤,可供44.5万只羊单位采食一年,90年全省农田鼠害发生1171.23万亩,损失粮食约3亿公斤。损失是惊人的,但是鼠口密度大,危害重,在防治上尚无特效药物。
本发明的目的是提供一种杀灭鼢鼠高效的杀鼠药。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,该杀鼠药是由当归、党参、0.02溴敌隆组成。
本发明以该杀鼠药总重量的基准,其组成为:
当  归         49-48.5%、
党  参         49-48.5%、
0.02%溴敌隆   2-2.9%
本发明由于采用党参、当归为饵料,具有浓香味,故对鼢鼠有引诱力强、适口性好,采用的0.02%溴敌隆杀鼠剂是一种血凝剂,所以也无二次中毒现象,该药使鼢鼠中毒后在巢内死亡,因此对环境污染小,具有节省人力、物力、财力、灭效高等特点。
实施例:1.饵料选择:考虑到既经济又能达到一次让鼢鼠食完之目的,先将党参,当归选用粗0.5-0.3厘米长的细料,选好去劣,剔除霉烂部分和杂质、洗净、晾晒至七成干,切成1厘米的碎段筛去碎沫待用;
2.一次发酵:将切好的当归、党参放置在发酵钵内,温度在1 8℃-28℃之间,发酵36小时,其药物表面出现白色状物,味道出现芳香为止;
3.配制:将0.02%溴敌隆2%、当归49%、党参49%搅拌均匀;
4.二次发酵:将拌好的药物置于发酵钵内,温度控制在18℃-22℃,发酵12小时,其药物表面有白色状物,芳香味更浓。从发酵钵内取出药物放置阴凉处阴干。
5.质量检查:合格药物应为色泽黄褐显亮、芳香味浓厚、无霉烂变质,水分应在16-20%,即可包装。
