本发明涉及一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方,包括以下重量份的原料:水300份、稀土矿物质100份,乙酰丙酮钙20‑60份、硬脂酸锌50‑100份、碳酸钙100‑200份、水滑石20‑60份、沸石20‑80份、抗氧剂20‑60份、硬脂酸钙20‑60份。本发明优点在于:原料设计合理,可利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂,可利用工业废物,保护环境,加工中的耐受温度极限更高,可应用的温度范围更广,长期稳定性更高,可有效降低钙锌类稳定剂的用量,防止锌烧,同时成本更低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方。
背景技术
PVC是一种应用最广泛的通用塑料。与其他通用塑料相比,他具有成本低,力学性能优良等多种特点,因目前市场上聚丙烯材料生产的各种用品非常多,并且用量大,但是采用常规的聚丙烯材料制品具有不耐高温的特点,限制了其在高温领域的应用。
现有解决办法是在聚氯乙烯的加工过程中加入热稳定剂,延缓该降解过程,另外聚氯乙烯制品受热或受紫外线辐射时,会引起聚合物降解从而释放出氯化氢,现有技术的缺陷在于:一方面制备工艺流程较为复杂,另一方面导致其制品的品相与质量下降。稳定剂是一种化学制剂,能抑制聚氯乙烯在加工成型和使用过程中由于热量或光照作用而引起的降解和变色。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方,包括以下重量份的原料:水300份、稀土矿物质100份,乙酰丙酮钙20-60份、硬脂酸锌50-100份、碳酸钙100-200份、水滑石20-60份、沸石20-80份、抗氧剂20-60份、硬脂酸钙20-60份。

一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方,包括以下重量份的原料:水300份、稀土矿物质100份,乙酰丙酮钙20份、硬脂酸锌100份、碳酸钙100份、水滑石60份、沸石20份、抗氧剂60份、硬脂酸钙20份。

一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方,包括以下重量份的原料:水300份、稀土矿物质100份,乙酰丙酮钙60份、硬脂酸锌50份、碳酸钙200份、水滑石20份、沸石80份、抗氧剂20份、硬脂酸钙60份。
实施例3
一种利用稀土矿物质制备橡塑助剂的配方,包括以下重量份的原料:水300份、稀土矿物质100份,乙酰丙酮钙40份、硬脂酸锌80份、碳酸钙150份、水滑石40份、沸石50份、抗氧剂40份、硬脂酸钙40份。
本发明配方在具体实施时,包括以下步骤:
1)向1000升、转速为70转/分钟的反应釜中加入300升的水,稀土矿物质100公斤,搅拌溶解在40摄氏度下制成饱和溶液;
2)将上述饱和溶液过滤并导入电解槽中,电解60h,冷却、调节PH值为中性并过滤,然后再导入电解槽中电解120h,并过滤;
3)将步骤2)所得产物导入搅拌器中,加入乙酰丙酮钙、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、水滑石、沸石、抗氧剂、硬脂酸钙;
4)将上述所得混合物烘干,粉碎,研磨到325目以下得到成品。
本发明在具体实施时,可添加微量的scR蝠媒,提高产品品质,达到生产过程中安全舒适可靠稳定。本发明产品能够与聚氯乙烯发生反应,取代分子链中不稳定的氯原子,并吸收聚氯乙烯降解过程中释放的氯化氢,抑制其自动催化作用,从而提升聚氯乙烯制品的色相和稳定性。
