step S06: and (3) film pressing, namely pressing a film protective film on the surface of the pattern part of the paper packaging box dried in the step (S05) by a film pressing machine in a hot pressing mode, and then irradiating for 15-25 minutes by a UV lamp to finish printing.

step S05: drying and shaping, namely sending the paper packaging boxes processed in the step S04 into drying equipment in a mode of orderly arranging and non-overlapping for drying treatment, and cooling and shaping the printed paper packaging boxes by adopting cold air blown by an air cooler after drying is finished;
step S06: and (3) film pressing, namely pressing a film protective film on the surface of the pattern part of the paper packaging box dried in the step (S05) by a film pressing machine in a hot pressing mode, and then irradiating for 15-25 minutes by a UV lamp to finish printing.
In the sample test in step S02, the printed sample pattern is confirmed by at least three or more printing tests. The special printing ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of PVC resin, 3-6 parts of protein powder, 2-3 parts of oxalic acid, 5-6 parts of pigment, 3-5 parts of ethyl acetate, 5-7 parts of emulsifier, 20-30 parts of ionized water and 2-3 parts of water. The sterilization time of the ultraviolet irradiation sterilization equipment in the step S03 is 30-60 seconds.
