Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Patent document 1 does not disclose a specific method for attaching a working space securing member to an indoor unit main body of an air conditioner. Since the air conditioner is installed at a high place, it is required to take a lot of effort in simply and easily attaching and detaching components for securing a working space.
The present disclosure has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a maintenance space securing method for a ceiling apparatus, which can secure a maintenance space for the ceiling apparatus with a simple structure.
Means for solving the problems
The maintenance space securing method of the present disclosure is applied to a maintenance space securing method for preventing peripheral devices from being set to a maintenance space of ceiling devices during construction of the peripheral devices of the ceiling devices. The ceiling device has a maintenance open/close cover that opens to the maintenance space on a side surface. The maintenance space securing method includes a setting step of setting the space securing member in the maintenance space. The space ensuring member includes: a net frame which forms a skeleton of the external shape; and a fixing member configured to protrude from the outer shape. In the maintenance space securing method, in the installation step, the space securing member is disposed so that the fixing member hangs down from the upper side of the maintenance open/close cover to the rear side in a state where the maintenance open/close cover is opened, and the maintenance open/close cover is closed to sandwich the fixing member, thereby fixing the space securing member.
Effects of the invention
According to the maintenance space securing method of the present disclosure, the space securing member can be secured to the maintenance space by sandwiching the securing member of the space securing member between the maintenance open/close covers, and can be easily detached by opening the maintenance open/close covers. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. Elements common to the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
Embodiments are described.
1. Structure of the embodiment
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a state in which a space securing member of an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided to a ceiling apparatus, as viewed from the floor side. Fig. 2 is a plan view of a state in which the space securing member of the embodiment of the present disclosure is provided to a ceiling apparatus, as viewed from the ceiling side. Fig. 3 is a front view of the space securing member according to the embodiment of the present disclosure in a state of being provided in a ceiling apparatus. In these figures, the air conditioner 10 is a ceiling device provided in a ceiling back space. Typically, the air conditioning device 10 is suspended from the superstructure 8 of the building body by suspension bolts 12. In these figures, states during construction of the ceiling apparatus are illustrated. Peripheral devices such as a ceiling base, piping, wiring, and piping are not provided around the air conditioner 10. In addition, the ceiling is not yet laid.
The air conditioner 10 is connected to a duct 14 on a side surface. In the figure, only the connection portion of the pipe 14 is illustrated in view of clarity. The air conditioner 10 includes a maintenance open/close cover 16 on a side surface. The maintenance open-close cover 16 is configured as a laterally opened door. Fig. 2 illustrates the inspection opening 6 provided after the ceiling is laid. An operator who performs the inspection accesses the air conditioner 10 by entering the ceiling back space from the inspection opening 6. A maintenance inspection member of the air conditioner 10 is housed in the maintenance open/close cover 16. Typically, the air conditioner 10 includes the filter 4 as a maintenance inspection member. In fig. 2, a plate-like 2-sheet vertical filter 4 is housed in an air conditioner 10. The filter 4 can be detached by being pulled out from the opening of the maintenance open/close cover 16 until it is near.
Here, when the maintenance open/close cover 16 is opened and when the filter 4 is pulled out, a space for work is required immediately before the maintenance open/close cover 16. Hereinafter, the space required for the work will be referred to as "maintenance space". If a peripheral device such as a pipe or a duct is installed so as to pass through the maintenance space, there is a possibility that the inspection port 6 cannot enter the ceiling back space, the maintenance open/close cover 16 cannot be opened, and the filter 4 cannot be pulled out.
Therefore, the maintenance space securing method of the present embodiment prevents the peripheral devices from being installed in the maintenance space by providing the space securing member 20 in the maintenance space during the construction of the ceiling device. Fig. 4 is a diagram for explaining the structure of the space securing member. The space ensuring member 20 includes a wire frame (wire frame) 22, a mesh member 24, and a fixing member 26.
The net frame 22 forms a skeleton of the outer shape of the space ensuring member 20. Typically, the net frame 22 is configured such that the long side directions of four net frames 22 bent into a rounded rectangular shape are combined with each other so as to be movable, thereby forming a box-shaped outline approximating a rectangular parallelepiped as a whole. The dimension of the net frame 22 in the longitudinal direction is longer than the depth dimension of the filter 4 in the drawing direction. The dimension of the mesh frame 22 in the short side direction is longer than the width dimension of the filter 4 perpendicular to the drawing direction.
The mesh member 24 is provided on a surface having the outline of each of the 4 racks 22. The mesh member 24 is colored, for example, yellow as a readily identifiable color. The mesh member 24 is preferably a lightweight and well ventilated mesh structure. The mesh member 24 may be provided on the bottom surface or the top surface formed by the sides of the 4 racks 22 in the short side direction.
The fixing member 26 is configured to protrude from a side of the rack 22 constituting the upper surface of the space ensuring member 20 in the short side direction when the space ensuring member 20 is horizontally arranged in the long side direction. In fig. 4, two upper belt members are provided as the fixing members 26. The number of the belt members as the fixing members 26 is not limited. The space securing member 20 is fixed to the air conditioner 10 by sandwiching the fixing member 26 in the gap of the maintenance open/close cover 16.
Next, a specific fixing method of the space securing member 20 will be described. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a method of mounting the space-securing member. Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of a space securing member attached to the air conditioner 10, as viewed from the front of the air conditioner 10. The space securing member 20 is a member provided during construction of peripheral devices of the air conditioner 10. In the step of installing the space securing member 20, as shown in the figure, one or more upper belt members as the fixing members 26 are suspended from the upper side of the maintenance open/close cover 16 toward the back side in a state where the maintenance open/close cover 16 is slightly opened. Then, the fixing member 26 is clamped and fixed by completely closing the maintenance open/close cover 16.
In the construction of the peripheral equipment, the space ensuring member 20 functions as a setting prohibition area of the peripheral equipment in order to make the surrounding identification air conditioner 10 maintain space. By avoiding the space ensuring member 20 and performing the construction of the peripheral equipment, the operator of the peripheral equipment can prevent the peripheral equipment from being erroneously installed in the maintenance space of the air conditioner 10.
When the construction of the peripheral equipment is completed, the space securing member 20 is removed. Here, the holding member 26 is released by the operation of opening the maintenance open/close cover 16. Thereby, the space ensuring member 20 is easily detached.
The following actions and effects can be obtained by the structure and fixing method of the space securing member 20.
The fixing member 26 can be attached and detached by the opening and closing operation of the maintenance open/close cover 16 without using any tool or the like. In particular, since the place where the air conditioner 10 is installed is a high place, the operator needs to use a step stool or the like. In addition, when the space securing member 20 is detached, a ceiling may be laid, and therefore, a narrow and dark space may be formed on the back surface of the ceiling. Therefore, the structure of the work attachment/detachment space securing member 20 can be made very easy, which greatly contributes to the reduction of the burden on the worker.
The space ensuring member 20 is constituted by a net frame 22 and a grid member 24. According to such a configuration, the space securing member 20 can be maintained in a lightweight manner. Thus, the space ensuring member 20 can be sufficiently held by simply sandwiching the fixing member 26 between the maintenance open/close covers 16.
The mesh member 24 contributes to easy recognition of the space securing member 20 from the surroundings. In particular, the degree of recognition can be further improved by coloring the mesh member 24 with a conspicuous color such as yellow. In addition, since the mesh material is ventilated, the possibility that the space ensuring member 20 is blown by wind and falls off can be reduced.
The dimensions of the space ensuring member 20 in the long-side direction and the short-side direction are longer than those of the filter 4 in the depth direction and the width direction, respectively. According to such a space ensuring member 20, the range in which the filter 4 can be reliably pulled out can be ensured by the space ensuring member 20.
4. Modification examples
The maintenance space securing method using the space securing member 20 of the present embodiment may be modified as follows.
4-1 space ensuring Member 20
The space securing member 20 may be configured to be foldable into a planar shape. Fig. 6 is a view showing an example of the space securing member in a folded state. The space securing member 20 shown in the figure can be folded into 4 racks 22 to be stacked by pushing the long side edges into the diagonal direction of the rectangular parallelepiped short side edges. With this configuration, the space securing member 20 can be easily transported to the installation site. In addition, when the space securing member 20 is detached from the air conditioner 10 and folded, the space securing member 20 is easily taken out from the narrow inspection opening 6.
The space ensuring member 20 is not limited to a box shape as long as it can occupy the maintenance space, and various shapes can be adopted.
4-2 fixing Member 26
4-2-1. First modification
The fixing member 26 may be sandwiched between the lower side of the maintenance open/close cover 16. Fig. 7 is a view showing a first modification of the space securing member. Fig. 8 is a view of the space securing member of the first modification as viewed from the front side, in a state of being attached to the air conditioner. As shown in these drawings, the space securing member 20 of the first modification has a fixing member 26a constituted by two upper belt members longer than the longitudinal dimension of the maintenance open/close cover 16.
The space securing member 20 of the first modification is configured to have the fixing member 26a hang down from the upper side of the maintenance open/close cover 16 to a position lower than the lower side thereof through the back side in a state where the maintenance open/close cover 16 is slightly opened. Then, the fixing member 26 is sandwiched and fixed between the upper and lower sides by completely closing the maintenance cover 16. According to such a fixing method, the space securing member can be more firmly fixed.
4-2-2 second modification example
The fixing member 26 may be joined to the back side of the maintenance open/close cover 16. Fig. 9 is a diagram showing a second modification of the space securing member. Fig. 10 is a view of the space securing member of the second modification as viewed from the front side, in a state of being attached to the air conditioner. As shown in these drawings, the space securing member 20 of the second modification is provided with two lower belt members as fixing members 26b not only on the side in the short side direction on the upper surface side but also on the side in the short side direction on the opposite lower surface side. The front end portion of each fixing member 26b has a coupling portion 261 for coupling the upper and lower fixing members 26b to each other. Typically, the coupling portion 261 is exemplified by a fastening tape, a button, a hook, and the like.
The space securing member 20 of the second modification engages the coupling portions 261 of the upper and lower fixing members 26b with each other on the back side of the maintenance open/close cover 16 in a state where the maintenance open/close cover 16 is opened. Then, the fixing member 26 is sandwiched and fixed between the upper and lower sides by completely closing the maintenance cover 16. According to such a fixing method, even if the maintenance open-close cover 16 is opened, the space securing member 20 can be prevented from falling off.
In the space securing member 20 according to the second modification, the fixing member 26b may not have a particular structure as the coupling portion 261. In this case, the space securing member 20 of the second modification may be joined by connecting the joining portions 261 of the upper and lower fixing members 26b to each other.
4-2-3 third modification example
The fixing member 26 is not limited to a belt member. Fig. 11 is a diagram showing a third modification of the space securing member. Fig. 12 is a view of the space securing member of the third modification as viewed from the front side, in a state of being attached to the air conditioner. As shown in these drawings, the space securing member 20 of the second modification has a single fixing member 26c having a wide width. The fixing member 26c is not limited in shape and structure as long as it is configured to sandwich at least the upper side of the maintenance open/close cover 16. In such a configuration, the space securing member 20 can be fixed to the air conditioner 10 by sandwiching the fixing member 26c on the upper side of the maintenance open/close cover 16, as in the case of the fixing member 26 with the belt member.
4-3 grid members 24
The structure of the grid member 24 is not necessary. Further, the mesh member 24 can exhibit an effect of improving the recognition performance by being provided on at least one surface of the net frame 22.
4-4 ceiling apparatus
The ceiling device to which the space ensuring member 20 is attached is not limited to the air conditioner 10. That is, the ceiling device is not limited in type as long as it has an openable and closable maintenance cover on a side surface and requires a maintenance space on a front surface of the maintenance cover.
4-5 maintenance inspection part
The maintenance inspection part is not limited to the filter 4. That is, the maintenance inspection member is not limited as long as it is a member for performing maintenance inspection by opening the maintenance open/close cover on the side surface of the ceiling apparatus.
