Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, there is provided a hearing aid auxiliary wearing device including: a connecting portion 11 and a push rod 12;
the lower end of the connecting part 11 is provided with a groove 111; the recess 111 is for receiving the upper end of the receiver 20;
the side surface of the connecting part 11 is provided with an open slot 112 for accommodating the signal connecting wire 30;
the upper end of the connecting portion 11 is provided with an upwardly extending push rod 12 for plugging the receiver 20 into the ear canal.
It will be appreciated that a typical RIC hearing aid structure comprises a receiver 20 and a hearing aid body connected to the receiver 20 via a signal connection line 30, which hearing aid body is typically placed in the behind-the-ear or behind-the-ear mode for processing received external audio signals when worn by a user, whereas the receiver 20 as an output device needs to be stably placed in the user's ear canal, reducing the interference of the hearing aid itself with sound.
When external sound enters the hearing aid, the hearing aid main body receives an external audio signal through a built-in microphone and performs processes such as amplification, filtering, adjustment and the like on the received audio signal so as to improve sound quality; the processed audio signal is transmitted from the hearing aid body to the receiver 20 in the ear canal via the signal connection 30; the capsule 20 converts the received signal into sound for delivery to the cochlea.
The acoustic compensation effect of the hearing aid is closely related to the placement position of the receiver 20, if the receiver 20 is not plugged to a proper position, the hearing aid is not worn correctly, howling is generated, or the situation that the wearing is unstable and the sound outlet of the moving iron is far away from the eardrum and faces the arm of the auditory canal occurs. Therefore, the user needs to wear the receiver 20 to a proper ear canal position when using it.
Specifically, the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device in this embodiment includes a connection portion 11 and a push rod 12. A groove 111 is formed at the lower end of the connecting portion 11, and the groove 111 can accommodate the upper end of the receiver 20; the upper end of the connection portion 11 is an end facing the outside of the ear canal opening, the lower end of the connection portion 11 is an end facing the eardrum inside the ear canal, the upper end of the receiver 20 is an end facing the outside of the ear canal opening, and the upper end of the receiver 20 is an end facing the eardrum inside the ear canal.
In addition, the side of the connection part 11 is provided with an open slot 112 for accommodating the signal connection wire 30, because the upper end of the receiver 20 is connected with the signal connection wire 30, the open slot 112 can enable the signal connection wire 30 to pass through the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, extend from the inside of the auditory canal to the back of the ear at a certain space angle, can be attached to the ear at the same time, prevent the signal wire from being exposed, and improve the concealment of the hearing aid.
Further, when the user wears the receiver 20 in the ear canal, the user presses the end plane position of the receiver 20 facing the outside of the ear canal opening, and plugs the receiver 20 into the ear canal, and the end plane position usually has the signal connection wire 30, the signal connection wire 30 is soft, and the receiver is deformed when pressed, so that a stable force application point cannot be provided. Therefore, the upper end of the connecting portion 11 in this embodiment is provided with the push rod 12 extending upward, so that the user can plug the receiver 20 to a suitable ear canal position by pressing the push rod 12, and the number, the specific shape, etc. of the push rod 12 can be set according to the actual requirements, so that the user can press the receiver 20 into the ear canal, and adapt to the ear canal structures of different users.
In addition, in order not to affect the concealment of the hearing aid wearing, i.e. to ensure that after the receiver 20 is plugged into the ear canal, the push rod 12 of the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device can be concealed on the back of the tragus, and the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device provided with push rods 12 of different lengths can be selected by the user or customized individually according to the characteristics of the ear canal of the user. And for the connection part 11 of the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, the groove 111 is arranged according to the shape of the tail end of the receiver 20 facing the outer side of the auditory canal opening so as to be matched with the receivers 20 of different models.
When wearing the RIC hearing aid, the user presses the distal flat position of the receiver 20 toward the ear canal opening side, and inserts the receiver 20 wrapped with the earplug into the ear canal. However, this plane position is usually equipped with the signal connection line 30 of buckling, because signal connection line 30 material is soft, receives to press and can take place the deformation, can't fully transmit the power to receiver 20, and then can't stop up receiver 20 to suitable position, leads to the audiphone to produce the whistle or appear wearing unstable condition, influences user's normal experience. On the basis of the prior art, the application designs an accessory structure comprising a connecting part 11 and a push rod 12 for assisting the wearing of the hearing aid. The lower end of the connecting portion 11 is provided with a groove 111, which can be connected with one end of the receiver 20, and the upper end of the connecting portion 11 is provided with a push rod 12 extending upwards, which is used for plugging the receiver 20 into the auditory canal, so that the situation that when a user wears a hearing aid, the signal connecting wire 30 is deformed under pressure, the force cannot be completely transmitted to the receiver 20, and the receiver 20 cannot be stably placed in the auditory canal of the user due to the too shallow position of the receiver 20 is avoided.
With the present embodiment, a hearing aid auxiliary wearing device is provided including a connection portion 11 and a push rod 12; the lower end of the connecting part 11 is provided with a groove 111; the recess 111 is for receiving the upper end of the receiver 20; the side surface of the connecting part 11 is provided with an open slot 112 for accommodating the signal connecting wire 30; the upper end of connecting portion 11 is equipped with upwards extends push rod 12 for inside stopper receiver 20 to the ear canal, solved unable problem of stopper receiver 20 to suitable position, realized avoiding appearing the audiphone and produced the condition of whistle or wearing unsteady, improved user experience.
In some of these embodiments, an open slot 112 extends through the upper and lower ends of the connection 11.
It should be noted that in the hearing aid structure, the hearing aid body is connected to the receiver 20 via the signal connection line 30, and the receiver 20 is provided with the bent signal connection line 30 at the end plane position facing the outside of the ear canal opening. Therefore, in order to wear the hearing aid well and to protect the connection position between the signal connection wire 30 and the receiver 20 and avoid the occurrence of the problem of breakage of the signal connection wire 30, the embodiment employs the open grooves 112 penetrating the two ends of the connection portion 11, and accommodates the signal connection wire 30 when the user wears the hearing aid.
Specifically, an open groove 112 for accommodating the signal connection wire 30 is formed in the side surface of the connection portion 11. The open slot 112 penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the connecting portion 11, so that when the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device is connected with the receiver 20, the signal connecting wire 30 of the hearing aid can penetrate through the connecting portion 11 and bend in a self-adaptive manner, and can extend from the auditory meatus to the auricle back at a certain space angle, and meanwhile, the hearing aid can be tightly attached to the ear of a user, so that the signal connecting wire 30 is prevented from tilting or the signal connecting wire 30 is prevented from being exposed after the hearing aid is worn, and the concealment of the hearing aid is effectively improved.
Through the present embodiment, the open slot 112 penetrates the upper end and the lower end of the connection portion 11, so as to protect the signal connection wire 30 from being broken easily, and further improve the concealment of the user wearing the hearing aid by extending the signal connection wire 30 to the rear of the ear in a manner of being tightly attached to the ear.
In some of these embodiments, the bottom of the open groove 112 is curved toward the side facing away from the center axis of the groove 111.
It should be noted that the open slot 112 extends upward from the center of the recess 111 and penetrates through both ends of the connection portion 11, and in this embodiment, the bottom of the open slot 112 is curved toward the side facing away from the central axis of the recess 111, i.e. the bottom of the open slot 112 is arc-shaped, so as to better adapt to the angle of the signal connection line 30 at the end of the receiver 20, so as to correctly guide the extending direction of the signal connection line 30.
Wherein, receiver 20 inserts in the auxiliary device of wearing of hearing aid through recess 111 of connecting portion 11 lower extreme, behind auxiliary device of wearing of hearing aid and receiver 20 close fit, buckles signal connection line 30 self-adaptation into the angle that accords with and extend from the ear canal inside to the level crossing through open slot 112, and then can press close to user's ear and extend to the eardrum, makes the user correctly wear the hearing aid to prevent signal connection line 30 from wearing back perk and signal connection line 30 exposure.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, which is a longitudinal sectional view of a hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, when the receiver 20 is connected to the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, a recess 111 in the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device accommodates an upper end of the receiver 20, and at this time, a signal connection line 30 near the upper end of the receiver 20 passes through the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device through a circular slot 113 and an open slot 112, and is adaptively bent to a certain angle according to a slot bottom radian of the open slot 112 to extend to an ear canal opening direction.
By this embodiment, the groove bottom of the open groove 112 is curved toward the side facing away from the center axis of the groove 111 to correctly guide the bending direction of the signal connection line 30 and protect the signal connection line 30.
In some embodiments, the connection between the recess 111 and the receiver 20 is by clamping, bonding or welding.
Specifically, the lower end of the connecting portion 11 is provided with a groove 111, and the groove 111 is configured according to the shape of the end of the receiver 20 facing the outer side of the ear canal opening, so as to match with receivers 20 of different models. In a specific application scenario, a user selects a receiver 20 of a certain model and a hearing aid auxiliary wearing device matched with the receiver 20 according to actual requirements, the upper end of the receiver 20 is accommodated through the groove 111, and the connection mode of the groove 111 and the receiver 20 can be clamping, bonding or welding.
It should be appreciated that the recess 111 may be coupled to the receiver 20 by a snap fit connection to facilitate removal of the hearing aid auxiliary wear device for maintenance, repair or replacement by a user. When the hearing aid is worn, the groove 111 of the connecting part 11 is connected with one end of the receiver 20, on which the signal connecting wire 30 is arranged, at the moment, the inner wall of the groove 111 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the receiver 20, so that clamping connection is realized. When the auxiliary wearing device of the hearing aid needs to be disassembled, the receiver 20 and the auxiliary wearing device of the hearing aid can be separated in structure, and the auxiliary wearing device of the hearing aid is simple to operate and convenient to realize. Based on this, the need for easy separation and reconnection can be satisfied by the clip recess 111 and the receiver 20.
If the user does not need to replace the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device in the hearing aid and the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device is firmly connected with the receiver 20, an adhesive or welding mode can be adopted. Wherein, the inner wall of the groove 111 and the outer wall of the receiver 20 are tightly adhered by coating an adhesive on the inner wall of the groove 111, or the inner wall of the groove 111 and the outer wall of the receiver 20 can be tightly fixed by welding means such as arc welding. Different connection modes can be selected according to the use situation and the personal requirements of the user.
Through this embodiment, the upper end of the receiver 20 is accommodated by the groove 111, and the connection mode of the groove 111 and the receiver 20 includes clamping, bonding or welding, so that flexible selection can be realized based on the user requirement.
In some of these embodiments, the end of the push rod 12 facing away from the connection 11 is provided with an anti-slip structure.
Specifically, in the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, one end of the push rod 12 is provided at the upper end of the connection portion 11, and the end of the push rod 12 facing away from the connection portion 11 is pressed by the user. When wearing the hearing aid, the user pushes the receiver 20 into the interior of the ear canal by pressing the end of the push rod 12 facing away from the connection part 11, and finally plugs the receiver 20 into the proper ear canal position. Therefore, an anti-slip structure is provided at one end of the push rod 12 away from the connecting portion 11, so that friction between the finger and the push rod 12 is increased when the receiver 20 is worn, so that the push rod 12 can provide a stable force application point, and correct wearing of the receiver 20 is realized.
It should be noted that the anti-slip structure in this embodiment may be configured as anti-slip stripes, anti-slip bumps, or anti-slip grooves. When the anti-slip stripe is used as the anti-slip structure, the types of the anti-slip stripe include, but are not limited to, horizontal or vertical wavy stripe, diagonal stripe and latticed stripe, or a material with rough surface texture is used to make one end of the push rod 12 away from the connecting portion 11, so as to achieve the anti-slip effect of the pressing end of the push rod 12. Whether the anti-skid stripes are arranged or the rough surface is additionally arranged on the push rod 12, the anti-skid stripes can be directly pressed and formed by utilizing the stripe patterns or the textures, or the anti-skid sleeves containing the stripe patterns or the rough textures can be additionally arranged at one end of the push rod 12, which is far away from the connecting part 11.
Through this embodiment, the end of the push rod 12 facing away from the connecting portion 11 is provided with anti-slip stripes, or a rough surface is additionally provided, so as to ensure that the push rod 12 can provide a stable force application point, and realize correct wearing of the receiver 20.
In some embodiments, two side walls of the open slot 112 are provided with stoppers.
Specifically, when the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device is connected to the end of the receiver 20 where the signal connection line 30 is provided, the signal connection line 30 at the end of the receiver 20 is placed in the open groove 112. When the two side walls of the open slot 112 are smooth, the signal connection wire 30 placed in the open slot 112 will shift along with the movement of the receiver 20 or the hearing aid body, if the shift occurs multiple times, the signal connection wire 30 at the tail end of the receiver 20 will easily rub against other structures or external environments in the hearing aid to cause abrasion, thus reducing the service life of the signal connection wire 30.
Further, stoppers are disposed on two sidewalls of the open slot 112, and at this time, the receiver 20 is connected to the groove 111, and the signal connection wire 30 is clamped into the open slot 112 by the stoppers, so that the signal connection wire 30 is firmly between the stoppers and the bottom of the open slot 112. In this embodiment, the signal connection wire 30 is tightly attached to the bottom of the open slot 112 by using the limiting block, so that the signal connection wire 30 cannot deviate due to movement of the receiver 20 or the hearing aid main body, and abrasion of the signal connection wire 30 and other structures or external environments in the hearing aid is avoided, thereby prolonging the service life of the hearing aid. The limiting block may be a block-shaped limiting block including a relative bump, an elastic limiting block made of an elastic material, a locking limiting block including a lock catch, and the like, based on the purpose of fixing the signal connection line 30 in the opening slot.
When the relative convex points are adopted as limiting blocks, the distance between the convex points on the side wall and the bottom of the open slot 112 is the diameter of the signal connecting wire 30, and the relative distance between each pair of convex points is slightly smaller than the diameter of the signal connecting wire 30; and the number of the protruding points on the two side walls of the open slot 112 may be set to one or more pairs based on the length of the open slot 112 in the connection portion 11, so as to secure the signal connection line 30 near the end of the receiver 20 in the open slot 112.
Through this embodiment, the two side walls of the opening slot 112 are provided with the limiting blocks, so that excessive friction between the signal connecting wire 30 and other hearing aid structures is reduced, and meanwhile, the signal connecting wire 30 can be stably guided to extend outwards at a reasonable angle.
In some of these embodiments, the bottom center of the recess 111 is provided with a circular groove 113.
Specifically, the upper end of the receiver 20 is accommodated by the groove 111, and the signal connection wire 30 connected to the receiver 20 is placed in the open groove 112, and at this time, the interface between the receiver 20 and the signal connection wire 30 is located in the circular groove 113.
It will be appreciated that the signal connection line 30 will shift as the hearing aid body or receiver 20 moves. If the bottom center of the groove 111 is not provided with the circular groove 113, the signal connection wire 30 is easily contacted with the inner side wall of the open groove 112 and is rubbed for a plurality of times, so that the signal connection wire 30 is worn; if the bottom center of the recess 111 is provided with the circular recess 113, the signal connection line 30 near the end of the receiver 20 will not frequently contact with the two sidewalls of the opening recess 112 when the receiver 20 is connected to the recess 111. At this time, even if the signal connection line 30 is deviated due to the movement of the hearing aid body or the receiver 20, the signal connection line 30 is not excessively worn, the signal connection line 30 is effectively protected, and the service life of the hearing aid is prolonged.
In addition, after the connection part 11 is connected with the receiver 20, the signal connection line 30 at the upper end of the receiver 20 is controlled by the circular groove 113 to extend to the open groove 112 at a gentle angle; furthermore, in the open slot 112, the signal connection wire 30 is firmly fixed in the slot by using two side walls, so as to prevent the signal connection wire from tilting, and the bending direction of the signal connection wire 30 is guided through the arc slot bottom of the open slot 112, so that the signal connection wire 30 can be adaptively bent into an angle matched with the space structure of the auditory canal, and the bending angle of the signal connection wire 30 is prevented from being too large, so that the problem that the signal connection wire 30 is easy to crack or the hearing aid is worn incorrectly is avoided. The specific bending degree of the arc-shaped groove bottom can be set according to the bending angle of the human auditory canal.
Through the embodiment, the round groove 113 is arranged at the bottom center of the groove 111, so that excessive abrasion of the signal connecting wire 30 near the tail end of the receiver 20 is avoided, and the signal connecting wire 30 is protected; meanwhile, the circular groove 113 and the open groove 112 act on the signal connecting wire 30 together, so that the signal connecting wire 30 is bent to an angle adaptive to the space structure of the auditory canal in a self-adaptive manner, and extends to the outer side of the auditory canal opening.
In some of these embodiments, the connecting portion 11 is provided with rounded sides.
It will be appreciated that since the receiver 20 is required to be placed inside the ear canal and the user will plug the receiver 20 to the appropriate ear canal position with the aid of the hearing aid wearing device while wearing the hearing aid. Therefore, the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device is continuously placed in the ear canal of the user during the time the user wears the hearing aid.
However, with the daily activities of the user, the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device cannot avoid frequent contact with the inside of the auditory canal, and if the side edges of the connecting part 11 are too sharp, the auditory canal of the user can be pricked after long-term use, so that the wearing experience of the user is poor. Therefore, the present embodiment sets each side of the connection portion 11 to be a circular arc-shaped side, so as to avoid discomfort of the auditory canal of the user.
Through this embodiment, connecting portion 11 is provided with convex side, effectively promotes the comfort level that user's audiphone was worn.
In some of these embodiments, the lower end of the receiver 20 is provided with a soft earplug 40.
Specifically, the lower end of the receiver 20 is provided with a soft earplug 40, which includes but is not limited to silicone and resilient foam, to provide a personalized fit according to the shape of the user's ear canal. When the user wears the receiver 20, he pushes the receiver 20 into the ear canal by pressing the push rod 12 of the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, and when the receiver 20 reaches the proper position of the ear canal, the soft earplug 40 will closely fit the ear canal.
It follows that the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device cooperates with the soft earplug 40 to secure the receiver 20 in the ear canal. Wherein, the auxiliary wearing device of the hearing aid is used for plugging the receiver 20 into the auditory canal, so that the receiver 20 is prevented from being worn too shallow, and when the auxiliary wearing device of the hearing aid is used for wearing, the soft earplug 40 positioned in the deep auditory canal can be tightly attached to the auditory canal, so that the receiver 20 and the earplug are prevented from falling off easily, or the hearing compensation effect is poor.
Through this embodiment, the lower extreme of receiver 20 is provided with soft earplug 40 to after the earplug is put into the ear canal, can closely laminate with the ear canal, realize good sealed effect, prevent effectively that the sound of exempting from spills from the ear canal, thereby avoid producing the howling, improve user experience.
Referring to fig. 4, (a) illustrates the effect of hearing aid wear in conjunction with a hearing aid auxiliary wear device, and (b) illustrates the effect of hearing aid wear without a hearing aid auxiliary wear device. When the hearing aid is not worn by the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, the signal connecting wire 30 at the upper end of the receiver 20 is soft, so that a force application point cannot be provided, the ear canal opening of a human body is usually narrow, fingers of a normal size cannot be deep into the ear canal, and a user can push the receiver 20 into the ear canal by pressing the upper end of the receiver 20, so that the receiver 20 is easy to wear too shallow. At this time, the receiver 20 cannot reach the optimal ear canal position, the bending angle of the signal connection line 30 is large, the concealment is poor, and the soft earplug 40 of the hearing aid cannot be closely attached to the wide ear canal opening, so that the sound leaks from the ear canal to generate howling.
If the hearing aid is worn in combination with a hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, the user may plug the soft earplug 40 and the receiver 20 to the appropriate ear canal position using the pushrod 12 of the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device. At this time, the soft earplug 40 is closely attached to the deep auditory canal, and the sound can be stably transmitted to the cochlea; the signal connection line 30 extends to the ear canal opening from the ear canal at an adaptive angle through the open slot 112 of the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device, then extends to the back of the ear in close contact with the ear, and the push rod 12 is hidden behind the tragus, thereby ensuring wearing concealment. Therefore, the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device can realize correct wearing of the hearing aid and improve hearing compensation effect.
The present embodiment is described and illustrated below by way of preferred embodiments.
In the present embodiment, there is provided a hearing aid auxiliary wearing device including a connection portion 11 and a push rod 12;
the lower end of the connecting part 11 is provided with a groove 111; the recess 111 is for receiving the upper end of the receiver 20;
the side surface of the connecting part 11 is provided with an open slot 112 for accommodating the signal connecting wire 30; the open groove 112 penetrates the upper and lower ends of the connection part 11;
the upper end of the connecting part 11 is provided with a push rod 12 extending upwards for plugging the receiver 20 into the auditory canal; the end of the push rod 12 facing away from the connecting part 11 is provided with anti-slip stripes.
Specifically, the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device comprises a connecting part 11 and a push rod 12, wherein a groove 111 is formed at the lower end of the connecting part 11, and the groove 111 is used for accommodating the upper end of the receiver 20; the side surface of the connecting part 11 is provided with an open slot 112 for accommodating the signal connecting wire 30, the open slot 112 enables the signal connecting wire 30 to pass through the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device and extend from the inside of the auditory canal to the back of the ear at a reasonable angle, and meanwhile, the signal connecting wire 30 can be close to the ear, so that the concealment of the hearing aid is ensured.
Further, an open groove 112 extends upward from the center of the groove 111, penetrates the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 11, and the groove bottom of the open groove 112 may be curved toward a side facing away from the center axis of the groove 111. Based on this, after the hearing aid auxiliary wearing device is tightly matched with the receiver 20, the signal connection wire 30 can be bent through the opening groove 112 to conform to the angle extending from the interior of the auditory canal to the auditory meatus, and then extend to the back of the ear next to the ear of the user, so that the user can wear the hearing aid correctly, and meanwhile, the signal connection wire 30 is prevented from tilting after being worn and the signal connection wire 30 is prevented from being exposed.
If both side walls of the open slot 112 are smooth, the signal connection line 30 placed in the open slot 112 may be deviated along with the movement of the receiver 20 or the hearing aid body during the daily activities of the user, and the signal connection line 30 at the upper end of the receiver 20 may be easily worn by friction with other structures in the hearing aid or the external environment. Therefore, opposite protruding points can be arranged on two side walls of the open slot 112, and the signal connecting wire 30 is clamped into the open slot 112 through the protruding points, so that the signal connecting wire 30 is firmly fixed between the protruding points and the bottom of the open slot 112, excessive friction between the signal connecting wire 30 and other structures or external environments in the hearing aid is avoided, and the service life of the hearing aid is prolonged.
The number of the protruding points on the two sidewalls of the open slot 112 may be set to one or more pairs based on the length of the open slot 112 in the connection portion 11, so as to fix the signal connection line 30 near the upper end of the receiver 20 in the open slot 112.
When the user wears the receiver 20 in the ear canal, the user presses the end plane position of the receiver 20 facing the outside of the ear canal opening, and inserts the receiver 20 into the ear canal. The signal connection wire 30 is disposed at the end of the receiver 20, and the signal connection wire 30 is soft and deformed when pressed, so that a stable force application point cannot be provided.
