Specific embodiments of the present application have been shown by way of the above drawings and will be described in more detail below. The drawings and the written description are not intended to limit the scope of the inventive concepts in any way, but rather to illustrate the inventive concepts to those skilled in the art by reference to the specific embodiments.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the application as detailed in the accompanying claims.
Noun interpretation:
the decision coefficient (Coefficient of Determination), also called R square, is an index for measuring the fitting degree of the regression model to the data. The value range is between 0 and 1, and the ratio of all variations of the dependent variable to independent variable interpretation through regression relation is expressed. For example, if the decision coefficient is 0.8, the regression relationship may be expressed to account for the 80% variance of the dependent variable. In other words, if we can control the independent variable to be unchanged, the variation degree of the dependent variable is reduced by 80%.
Time sequence: is a set of data arranged at certain time intervals, and the time intervals can be any time unit, such as hours, days, weeks, months, etc. For example, the data collected by the collection device (e.g., sensor, etc.) at regular time intervals may form a time series.
At present, the loss caused by the fire disaster of the electrical cabinet is generally reduced by additionally installing an early warning protection system. The existing early warning protection system is generally used for early warning fire after the fire occurs in the electrical cabinet, and then extinguishing the fire in a mode of isolating oxygen or reducing temperature. The mode for protecting the electrical cabinet belongs to in-process control, and can avoid the expansion of fire risks, but cannot avoid the occurrence of risks, and can still cause small loss.
There are some prior art methods for detecting whether a fire has occurred in an electrical cabinet by thermal imaging. However, the method is also in-process control, and early warning can be performed only after the fire disaster occurs in the electrical cabinet, so that the timeliness is poor. In addition, in addition to the problems, the method needs to be monitored by adopting a thermal imager, so that the cost is high, the operation is complex, the requirement on maintenance personnel is high, the labor cost is high, and the detection control logic is long.
The inventor considers that if the risk of fire occurrence of the electrical cabinet can be predicted before the fire occurrence, and whether the early warning is performed can be judged according to the prediction result, the prior control of the risk of fire occurrence of the electrical cabinet can be realized, and further the occurrence of fire is effectively avoided, and the loss is avoided.
In view of the above, the application provides an early warning protection system for an electrical cabinet, which can generate a corresponding detection parameter change trend according to data of target detection parameters in the electrical cabinet, further predict whether the electrical cabinet has a risk of fire according to the change trend, and perform early warning prompt when the electrical cabinet has the risk, so as to realize the prior control of the risk of fire of the electrical cabinet, predict whether the electrical cabinet has the risk of fire in time, avoid the occurrence of fire of the electrical cabinet, and reduce electrical cabinet loss caused by fire.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of an early warning protection system 100 of a first electrical cabinet according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the early warning protection system 100 includes: the system comprises an acquisition unit 1, a control unit 2, a power supply unit 3 and an early warning unit 4.
The connection relationship between each unit in the early warning protection system 100 is as follows:
the control unit 2 is respectively connected with the acquisition unit 1, the power supply unit 3 and the early warning unit 4; wherein, the acquisition unit 1 is arranged in the cabinet body of the electric cabinet.
It should be appreciated that the present application is not limited to the specific configuration of other circuit structures within the electrical cabinet, other than the pre-alarm protection system 100. The control unit 2 may be a chip, such as a micro control unit (Microcontroller Unit, MCU) or the like.
The power supply unit 3 is used for supplying power to the control unit 2. The power supply unit 3 may be powered by an external power supply or by a battery, and the present application is not limited thereto. The present application does not limit the power supply voltage value specifically output by the power supply unit 3, and is specifically related to the use requirement of the control unit 2 connected thereto. When the power supply unit 3 supplies power through an external power supply, the input and output power supplies are not limited, and for example, the specification of the input power supply may be ac 220V 50hz, and the specification of the output power supply may be dc 24V.
When the power supply unit 3 supplies power in a mode of an external power supply, a first end of the power supply unit 3 can be connected with a second end of the external power supply, and the second end can be connected with the second end of the external power supply; the third terminal is connected to the first terminal of the control unit 2 and the fourth terminal is connected to the second terminal of the control unit 2.
In this case, the present application is not limited to the specific circuit configuration of the power supply unit 3. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an early warning protection system 100 of a second electrical cabinet according to the present application, as shown in fig. 2, for example, the power unit 3 may further include an air circuit breaker 31 and a switching power supply 32. The first end of the air circuit breaker 31 is the first end of the power supply unit 3, the second end of the air circuit breaker is the second end of the power supply unit 3, the third end of the air circuit breaker is connected with the first end of the switching power supply 32, and the fourth end of the air circuit breaker is connected with the second end of the switching power supply 32; the third terminal of the switching power supply 32 is the third terminal of the power supply unit 3, and the fourth terminal is the fourth terminal of the power supply unit 3.
The switching power supply 32 is also referred to herein as a switched mode power supply (Switch Mode Power Supply, SMPS), a switched mode power supply, a switching converter. The magnitude of the voltage value output by the switching power supply 32 to the control unit 2 is not limited by the present application, and is specifically related to the power supply requirement of the control unit 2.
The collecting unit 1 is configured to collect data of detection parameters in a gas holder, where the detection parameters include: the temperature of the cable in the electrical cabinet, the current of the cable, and the target gas content generated by the heating of the cable. The application is not limited to the type of target gas generated by heating the cable, and is particularly related to the type of cable. By way of example, if acetophenone is included in the cable, which upon heating releases acetophenone gas, the target gas may be, for example, acetophenone gas.
For example, the acquisition unit 1 may acquire data of detection parameters in the gas holder by using a device integrated with functions of acquiring detection parameters such as temperature of the cable, current of the cable, and content of target gas generated by heating the cable; alternatively, with continued reference to fig. 2 (fig. 2 is a schematic diagram taking as an example that the acquisition unit 1 includes 2 temperature detecting devices 12,2 current detecting devices 13,1 target gas content detecting device 11), the acquisition unit 1 may include the target gas content detecting device 11, the temperature detecting device 12, the current detecting device 13. The acquisition unit 1 can detect the content of target gas generated by heating the cable through the target gas content detection device 11 respectively; detecting the temperature of the cable with the temperature detecting device 12; the current of the cable is detected by a current detection means 13.
The temperature detection device 12 may be, for example, a thermocouple. The present application is not limited to the specific type of the thermocouple, and may be, for example, a solder joint type K-type thermocouple. The current detection device 13 may be, for example, a metering type current transformer. In this case, the metering current transformer is connected to the cable to be detected, acquires the current of the cable to be detected, converts the current value, and transmits the converted current value to the control unit 2. After obtaining the current signal converted by the metering type current transformer, the control unit 2 can determine the current value of the cable to be detected according to the current signal. The constitution of the above-described target gas content detecting device 11 is related to the type of target gas. For example, if the target gas is acetophenone gas, the target gas content detection device 11 may be any device that may be placed in an electrical cabinet in the prior art and may be used to detect the acetophenone gas content.
The present application does not limit the number of target gas content detecting means 11, temperature detecting means 12, current detecting means 13 included in the collecting unit 1. For example, with continued reference to fig. 2, the acquisition unit 1 may include therein, for example, a target gas content detection device 11, a plurality of temperature detection devices 12, and a plurality of current detection devices 13. Wherein a plurality of temperature detection means 12 for acquiring temperature data of the main circuit cable and at least one branch circuit cable of the gas holder; a plurality of current detecting means 13 for collecting current data of the main circuit cable and at least one branch circuit cable of the gas holder.
The early warning unit 4 may include any early warning device that can output sound and/or light early warning prompts under the control of the control unit 2, for example.
On the basis of the early warning protection system 100 of the electrical cabinet, the application provides a control method of the electrical cabinet. The main execution body of the method is the control unit 2. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a first electrical cabinet control method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
s101, acquiring data of target detection parameters in the electrical cabinet, wherein the target detection parameters are part or all of the detection parameters in the electrical cabinet.
In this step, the control unit 2 acquires data of the target detection parameter in the electrical cabinet to thereby determine whether the electrical cabinet is at risk of fire.
For example, the control unit 2 may acquire the target detection parameters acquired by the acquisition unit 1 in real time. Specifically, the target detection parameter is a part parameter or all parameters of the detection parameters in the electrical cabinet, and when the target detection parameter is a part parameter, the target detection parameter is specifically which parameters, and the target detection parameter can be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements.
S102, acquiring the change trend of the target detection parameter according to the data of the target detection parameter.
In this step, the control unit 2 obtains the trend of the target detection parameter according to the data of the target detection parameter, so as to predict whether the electrical cabinet has a risk of fire according to the trend of the target detection parameter.
In an implementation manner, the control unit 2 respectively carries out linear fitting on scattered points of the acquisition time corresponding to the data in which the ordinate is the data of each target detection parameter in the preset time period acquired recently aiming at the data acquired by each target detection parameter acquisition device, and fits the scattered points corresponding to each acquisition device into a straight line, so as to obtain the change trend of the target detection parameters acquired by each target detection parameter acquisition device. At this time, the change trend is the slope of a straight line corresponding to the preset duration obtained after linear fitting. The present application is not limited to the specific value of the above-mentioned preset time period, and those skilled in the art can set the value according to actual situations.
The above-mentioned linear fitting method may be, for example, a linear fitting method based on a least square method, and the specific implementation manner may refer to the prior art, which is not described herein. In this case, for example, the target detection parameter variation trend may be calculated by the following formula (1).
(1)
Wherein, for the slope of the straight line corresponding to the preset duration obtained after linear fitting, < >>Is the abscissa of the scatter points within a preset duration, +.>Is the ordinate of the scatter in the preset time period.
In another implementation manner, the control unit 2 obtains the change trend of the target detection parameter by using a change trend prediction model according to the data of the target detection parameter.
The data of the target detection parameter may be time series, and the trend prediction model may be any model that can be predicted based on time series, for example, a transducer network model, a recurrent neural network model (Recurrent Neural Network, RNN), or the like. As an example of the training method of the trend prediction model, the trend corresponding to the data of the history detection parameter may be obtained by training using the data of the history detection parameter as an input and the trend corresponding to the data of the history detection parameter as a label, and the slope of the straight line obtained by linear fitting the data of the history detection parameter may be used. The application does not limit the time span of the data of the history detection parameters input to the model in a single time, and can specifically preset according to actual requirements. On the basis, the application is not limited to a specific training mode of the change trend prediction model.
S103, determining whether the electrical cabinet has a fire risk or not according to the data change trend of the target detection parameters.
In this step, the control unit 2 determines whether the electrical cabinet has a risk of fire according to the data change trend of the target detection parameter, and further determines whether to perform fire early warning prompt accordingly.
In one implementation manner, the control unit 2 judges whether the data change trend of any target detection parameter is greater than a preset change trend threshold corresponding to the target detection parameter, and if yes, determines that the electrical cabinet has a fire risk. The application is not limited to the specific value of the preset change trend threshold, and a person skilled in the art can set the preset change trend threshold according to actual conditions, wherein the preset change trend threshold corresponding to different target monitoring parameters can be the same or different.
In another implementation manner, the control unit 2 may determine, according to the data change trend of each target detection parameter, whether predicted data exceeding the corresponding data threshold exists in the future preset duration of time for the target detection parameter. And if the at least one target detection parameter has the prediction data exceeding the corresponding data threshold value, determining that the electrical cabinet has the risk of fire. The application is not limited to the future preset time length and the specific value of the data threshold, and can be set by a person skilled in the art according to the actual situation. For example, the data threshold may be a data threshold of a target detection parameter corresponding to each detection device, where the current, the temperature, and the gas content of the cable corresponding to each different detection device in the electrical cabinet are obtained after the load carried by the electrical cabinet is operated to the allowable maximum operation power for a certain time.
As described above, the above-described trend of change may be the slope of a straight line obtained after fitting. Therefore, in this step, the control unit may determine, for example, according to the preset duration and the variation trend, prediction data of the target detection parameter within the preset duration by using the undetermined coefficient method, and further determine whether the target detection parameter may have prediction data exceeding the corresponding data threshold within the future preset duration. In this way, the control unit 2 can accurately predict the data in the future preset time according to the change trend of the current target detection data, and judge whether the predicted data exceeding the corresponding data threshold exists in the future preset time, so as to determine whether the electric cabinet is at risk of fire.
If there is a risk of fire, step S104 is performed.
And S104, the control early-warning unit 4 outputs fire early-warning prompt information. In this step, the control unit 2 controls the early warning unit 4 to output fire early warning prompt information, thereby prompting related personnel to take measures to avoid the occurrence of electrical cabinet fire.
The control unit 2 may, for example, output a control signal to the fire early-warning unit 4, which is used to control the fire early-warning unit 4 to output fire early-warning prompt information. The early warning prompt information can be voice prompt information or light prompt information, and can also comprise both voice prompt information and light prompt information, and is specifically related to the type of the early warning unit 4.
In this embodiment, the early warning protection system 100 of the electrical cabinet includes: the system comprises an acquisition unit 1, a control unit 2, a power supply unit 3 and an early warning unit 4. The acquisition unit 1 is used for acquiring data of detection parameters in the gas holder, wherein the detection parameters comprise: the temperature of the cable in the electrical cabinet, the current of the cable, and the target gas content generated by the heating of the cable. After the control unit 2 obtains the target detection parameters, the change trend of the target detection parameters can be obtained according to the data of the target detection parameters; then, according to the data change trend of the target detection parameters, whether the electrical cabinet has a risk of fire disaster or not is determined, and when the risk exists, the control early-warning unit 4 outputs fire disaster early-warning prompt information. The early warning protection system 100 of the electrical cabinet provided by the application can realize accurate early warning on whether the electrical cabinet has a fire risk or not according to the change trend of the target detection parameters in the electrical cabinet, and can realize the advanced control on the fire risk of the electrical cabinet. By the mode, the occurrence of the fire disaster of the electrical cabinet can be avoided, and further the loss caused by the fire disaster of the electrical cabinet is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a second electrical cabinet control method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 4, optionally, the control unit 2 may further determine whether a detection parameter with abnormal data exists according to the data of each detection parameter in the process of acquiring the data of the target detection parameter in the electrical cabinet; if the data is abnormal, the detection parameters other than the detection parameters of the data abnormality are taken as target detection parameters.
The abnormal detection parameter may be, for example, a detection parameter in which the detection parameter data has a large error due to a missing detection or an abnormality in the detection device.
By the method, abnormal data in the data of each detection parameter can be eliminated, the control unit 2 is prevented from judging whether fire risks exist or not according to the abnormal data of the detection parameters, and then the accuracy of fire early warning judgment of the electrical cabinet is improved.
Regarding the determination of the detection parameters of whether there is a data anomaly, as one possible implementation, the control unit 2 may acquire a decision coefficient between the data of any two detection parameters. Then, the control unit 2 determines whether or not there is a detection parameter of data abnormality based on the relationship between the decision coefficient between the data of any two detection parameters and the decision coefficient threshold. The above-mentioned decision coefficient threshold is obtained by off-line calibration, i.e. under normal conditions, the decision coefficient of the data of two detection parameters should be greater than the decision coefficient threshold, if it is less than the decision coefficient threshold, it indicates that there is an abnormality in the data of at least one detection parameter in the data of two detection parameters. The application is not limited to a specific value of the decision parameter threshold. The values of the decision coefficient thresholds corresponding to the data of the different two detection parameters may be the same or different.
The present application is not limited to the method of acquiring the determination coefficient between any two detection parameters by the control unit 2, and may be any determination coefficient acquisition method. For example, the control unit 2 may acquire the decision coefficient between any two detection parameters according to formula (2).
(2)
Wherein, for the decision coefficient between any two detection parameters, < +.>Is the sum of squares of the residuals>Is the sum of the total squares>Is true value +.>For predictive value +.>Is the average value.
For example, the control unit 2 may acquire a determination coefficient between the current data of the cable and the temperature data of the cable, and a determination coefficient between the target gas content data generated by heating of the cable and the temperature data of the cable, for example. If the decision coefficient between the current data of the cable and the temperature data of the cable exceeds the corresponding decision coefficient threshold, and the decision coefficient between the target gas content data generated by heating the cable and the temperature data of the cable is smaller than the corresponding decision coefficient threshold, the data abnormality of at least one detection parameter in the target gas content data generated by heating the cable and the temperature data of the cable is proved. However, since the decision coefficient between the current data of the cable and the temperature data of the cable exceeds the corresponding decision coefficient threshold, it is indicated that the current data of the cable and the temperature data of the cable are normal, and thus it is determined that the target gas content data generated by heating is abnormal, and so on.
By the method for determining whether the data of the detection parameters is abnormal or not by utilizing the determination coefficients, whether the data of the detection parameters is abnormal or not can be accurately judged, and further, after the data is judged to be abnormal, the abnormal data of the detection parameters can be eliminated, and only the normal data of the detection parameters are adopted as the data of the target detection parameters for judging whether the subsequent electrical cabinet has fire risks or not. By the mode, accuracy of judging whether the electrical cabinet has fire risks or not can be improved.
Optionally, the early warning protection system 100 may further include: a switch unit 5; the switching unit 5 is arranged on the main supply circuit of the electrical cabinet. The switching unit 5 may be, for example, a relay device.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 4, on the basis of this, if the duration of the risk of fire occurring in the electrical cabinet exceeds a preset time threshold and/or the predicted data of the target detection parameter exceeds a safety protection threshold, the control unit 2 controls the switching unit 5 to disconnect the main power supply circuit of the electrical cabinet.
The present application is not limited to a specific value of the preset time threshold, and one skilled in the art may set according to actual situations. The safety protection threshold corresponding to the target detection parameter is larger than the corresponding data threshold. On this basis, the present application is not limited to the specific value of the safety protection threshold. The safety protection threshold corresponding to the current detection parameter of the cable may be, for example, a maximum allowable value of the current of the cable, the safety protection threshold corresponding to the temperature detection parameter of the cable may be, for example, a maximum allowable value of the temperature of the cable, and the safety protection threshold corresponding to the target gas content detection parameter generated by heating the cable may be, for example, a content value of the target gas in the electric cabinet generated when the cable reaches the maximum allowable temperature at the target gas detection position.
For example, the control unit 2 records the duration of the risk of the electrical cabinet having a fire, and if the duration of the risk of the electrical cabinet having a fire exceeds a preset time threshold (for example, the early warning duration of the early warning device exceeds the preset time threshold), and/or the predicted data of the target detection parameter exceeds the safety protection threshold, the control unit 2 outputs a control signal to the control switch unit 5 to disconnect the path of the main power supply circuit of the electrical cabinet.
When the duration of the risk of fire occurrence of the electrical cabinet exceeds the preset time threshold, the electrical cabinet is indicated to be delayed and not subjected to corresponding treatment after the early warning prompt is output, and the control unit 2 cuts off the path of the main power supply circuit of the electrical cabinet. In this way, the control unit 2 can further ensure the safety of the electrical cabinet, avoiding the occurrence of electrical cabinet fires due to not timely acquired treatment. When the predicted data of the target detection parameters exceeds the safety protection threshold, the risk of fire of the electrical cabinet is further enlarged. At this time, the control unit 2 controls the switching unit 5 to disconnect the path of the main power supply circuit of the electrical cabinet, so that further expansion of the risk of electrical cabinet fire can be avoided, and occurrence of electrical cabinet fire can be avoided.
