Description

Method, device, equipment and storage medium for checking order
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of computers, and particularly relates to a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for checking orders.
Background
After the transfer transaction is initiated, the bank can check the transfer transaction content, namely check the transaction order, so that the safety of the amount and the data can be ensured, and the error rate is reduced. The order transaction may continue to execute when the review passes, and the order transaction will be terminated when the review fails.
The rechecker has authority to recheck the order transaction content, and the number of the rechecker and the rechecker can be set by a supervisor. For example, 2 recheckers are set in the main pipe, namely a rechecker A and a rechecker B, so that both have rechecking authority for the same step of the transfer function, namely, after the transfer transaction is initiated, the rechecker A and the rechecker B can both perform rechecking operation on the transaction. When checking, only one person passes the check, the transaction can be continuously executed, the flow goes to the next step, and the other check person does not need to operate. In contrast, if one person does not pass the check, the transaction is terminated and the next step cannot be passed, and the other person does not need to perform the operation (if a plurality of check persons exist in the same step, the check person who performs the check operation preferentially in the time dimension will determine the result of the current step).
In this scenario, the rechecker cannot know whether other recheckers perform rechecking operation on the transaction at the current time node, and cannot determine whether the rechecking operation is needed. Meanwhile, due to the asymmetry of the information, the detail of the transaction content of each rechecker may deviate, and under the condition that the information communication is not carried out by each rechecker, the rechecking operation of any rechecker may be wrong, and the wrong rechecking operation may cause the loss and even bad account of the enterprise transaction. In the prior art, when information exchange is performed between recheckers, the communication process is almost performed in third-party software, which may cause financial data of a company to be leaked and utilized, resulting in serious consequences.
Thus, the prior art problem is that the review error rate of order transactions is high.

Before describing the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the present application firstly specifically describes the problems existing in the related art:
as described in the background art, when a user initiates a transaction request for transferring, a rechecking person at a bank needs to recheck the transaction order, so as to reduce the transaction risk. In the prior art, as more than one rechecking person has authority to recheck the order, if one rechecking person passes, the other rechecking person does not need to operate, the transaction can be continuously executed, and the next step is circulated, otherwise, if one rechecking person does not pass, the transaction can be terminated, the next step cannot be circulated, and the other rechecking person also does not need to operate.
The rechecking process has the following problems: 1) At the current time node, the rechecking personnel does not know whether the rechecking personnel needs to recheck the order to be rechecked (i.e. does not know whether other rechecking personnel are rechecking the order); 2) Because of the asymmetry of the information, the details of the transaction contents of each recheck person may deviate, and any recheck person may have a wrong recheck operation when the recheck person does not exchange the information.
In the prior art, when information exchange is performed among review personnel, the communication process is performed by third party software, so that financial data of enterprises can be leaked and utilized, and serious consequences are caused.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the application provides a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for checking orders, wherein a plurality of check staff can create an exchange page on an enterprise mobile phone bank and communicate and exchange details of specific order transactions. Under effective information communication, the transaction rechecking result is finally determined and executed by one of the rechecking personnel, so that the problem of information asymmetry is avoided, the problem of rechecking by the user is solved, and the financial risk brought to enterprises by wrong rechecking operation is effectively reduced.
The following describes a review method of an order provided by an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for checking an order according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include steps S110 to S130.
S110, under the condition that the page to be checked is displayed, receiving first input of a target first control in the page to be checked, wherein the page to be checked comprises at least one first control corresponding to target order information.
The to-be-checked page refers to a to-be-checked page of a transaction order, multiple items of target order information can be displayed in the page, each item of target order information can correspond to at least one control, and the control can be called a first control.
The first controls refer to controls in the page to be checked, each first control can correspond to one item of target order information, and check personnel can perform touch operation on the first controls to generate input signals, and the input signals are received by the mobile phone bank.
Specifically, step S110 may be understood that the page to be checked includes at least one first control corresponding to the target order information (i.e., each order information at least corresponds to one first control), and in the case that the page to be checked is displayed, the mobile banking may receive an input of the target first control in the page to be checked, where the input may be referred to as a first input. For example, a to-be-checked page is displayed on an enterprise mobile phone bank, the to-be-checked page comprises at least one first control corresponding to target order information, a check person can select any one target order in the to-be-checked page, touch operation (namely first input) is performed on the first control corresponding to the target order in a selection mode, and the mobile phone bank can receive the first input and respond to the first input. The problem that the existing check mode of the enterprise mobile phone bank cannot realize communication among multiple authorities, check personnel can only rely on a third party communication tool for communication is solved, financial information leakage of enterprises can be avoided, and check accuracy can be improved.
In some embodiments, the target order information may include an order number and an amount. For example, each piece of order information may be displayed in a list form in the to-be-checked page, where each piece of order information may include a corresponding order number and an amount, as shown in fig. 2, in the to-be-checked list of the to-be-checked page, the order number and the transaction amount of the order 1 are 123123 x 5656 and 500.00, the order number and the transaction amount of the order 2 are 777898 x 9768 and 8500.00, the order number and the transaction amount of the order 3 are 1FS199 x 8865 and 78500.00, the order number and the transaction amount of the order 4 are 15530 x 1231 and 6500.00, respectively, and each piece of order information corresponds to a touch button (i.e., the first control) of "communication". When the rechecking personnel enter the list to be rechecked, the rechecking personnel can select the bill to be rechecked by clicking the communication button on the right side of the rechecking personnel.
In some embodiments, the first control is any one of: drop-down boxes, radio boxes, check boxes.
The form of the first control may be varied, and for example, may be any one of a drop-down box, a radio box, and a check box.
S120, responding to the first input, displaying an exchange page corresponding to the target order information, checking at least two users of the exchange page to conduct information communication, and displaying communication information.
The communication page refers to a page on which a plurality of check personnel communicate information, in the page, the plurality of check personnel can communicate the latest information of the current order to be checked, so that the problem of information asymmetry is solved.
Specifically, step S120 may be understood that after receiving the first input of the first control corresponding to the target order information in the review page by the review personnel, responding to the first input, an exchange page corresponding to the target order information may be displayed, at least two review personnel may communicate information in the exchange page, and may display the communication information, so that the risk of information leakage caused by communication using a third party platform is avoided, and meanwhile, the accuracy of review is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in the communication page, order status and target order information corresponding to the target order are displayed.
The communication page may also display the order status and order information of the current to-be-checked order, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the document number and the amount status of the current to-be-checked order are: 123123 and 500.00, the order status is to be checked, each supervisor (i.e. the checking staff with checking authority) can communicate in the communication page (i.e. the supervisor checking group 2), the supervisor B considers that the transaction amount of the current order should be one thousand, but the supervisor a can provide the latest checking information of the current order in the communication page, and can send the information of "yesterday has communicated, 500 has no error", and after the multiparty communication checking, whether the transaction amount of the current order is correct or not can be determined, and the checking result is obtained. In the page, a plurality of check staff can exchange the latest information of the current order to be checked, the problem of information asymmetry is solved, and the check staff can know whether the order state of each order is the state to be checked, in the check or already checked.
And S130, displaying the target review page under the condition that the second input of any one of at least two review users to the second control in the communication page is received.
In the communication page, the rechecking operation can be performed by communicating with the user, and when the rechecking personnel inputs the second control in the communication page, the target rechecking page can be displayed. The method can realize that at the current time node, the rechecking personnel can know whether the rechecking personnel need to recheck the order to be rechecked or not, namely, whether other rechecking personnel recheck the order.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3, after a final conclusion is made between the hosts in the ac page, the host B may click a review button at the bottom of the page to perform a review operation, and the host a may click an arrow symbol at the upper left corner to directly withdraw.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that a to-be-checked page (at least one first control corresponding to target order information is included in the to-be-checked page), a first input of the target first control in the to-be-checked page is received, then an exchange page corresponding to the target order information is displayed in response to the first input (at least two check users in the exchange page communicate information and display communication information), and then the target check page is displayed under the condition that a second input of any one of the at least two check users to a second control in the exchange page is received. By creating the communication page, the rechecker can safely communicate the current latest information of the order in the communication page, the problem of information dyssynchrony can be solved, financial data leakage can be avoided, and by communicating and communicating on the communication page, the rechecker can know whether the order is required to be rechecked or not, so that the accuracy and safety of the rechecking of the order are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the method for review of an order further includes:
s140, receiving a third input of a third control in the communication page; in response to the third input, user information for communication is added or deleted.
Specifically, step S140 may be understood that the third control is included in the ac page, and when the recheck personnel performs the touch operation on the third control, an input signal is generated, which may be referred to as a third input, according to the third input signal, the recheck personnel may be added or deleted, so as to improve the flexibility of recheck.
The embodiment of the application also provides a checking device for orders, as shown in fig. 5, the device 500 includes a receiving module 510 and a display module 520:
