The system supports two types of data access, one type is that data such as marketing 2.0, mining system and the like are accessed directly through a data center; secondly, the RPA flow robot technology is used for calling a data maintenance entry function provided by the system, and 95598 emergency repair work orders, station area line loss data and the like are imported into the system in the form of an Excel template.

In step 4, the data drilling is performed on the marketing indexes based on the collected marketing service data, the index statistics items of the preset marketing service configuration to be analyzed and the index query logic, and the method comprises the following steps:
1) The index configuration module, business index name, index data source, statistics item (combination of statistics field and summation/percentage function), inquiry condition, unit field, classification field, time field, ascending/descending order, etc., the detail data also needs to configure header field and header name of detail data item, in addition, the time range can be increased, and the dimension of inquiry display can be increased by whether the same ring ratio is adopted.
2) And the drilling interaction module is used for analyzing fixed parameters of the front-end page by indexes, wherein the fixed parameters comprise index configuration ID, units, types, time periods and keywords, and when the front-end data drilling interaction is performed, the field data are only required to be calculated by combining specific SQL sentences, and statistical data according to the units, the types and the time are returned.
3) Index drilling analysis, namely displaying unit index data of all secondary units of a primary unit lower level according to unit defaults, displaying index data of each category under the primary unit primary category according to category defaults, and displaying index data trend of the last month of the primary unit according to time defaults; meanwhile, the poor index under the same latitude can be obtained, and the lower-level classification index data can be further displayed.
And finally, positioning the generated multidimensional linkage analysis result to the detail of the abnormal work order, and further positioning the root cause of the problem and carrying out manual order dispatching correction.
In step 5, the setting of the threshold includes: the index super-target value, the ranking reciprocal of the unit index of the same level, the trend/the same ratio/the ring ratio abnormality of the index data, and the like.
For example: setting a line loss professional long-term heavy loss index threshold, wherein the line loss of a platform area exceeding 20 days is more than 7 within 30 days, and the loss electric quantity is more than 50; setting a foreranking 3 and a penultimate subordinate unit by a service professional individual complaint opinion rate index threshold to respectively give different performance assessment coefficients; the threshold setting of the electric charge related index of the electric charge professional electric charge is often required to refer to the same-ratio ring ratio data and the like.
Further, timing screening indexes are configured according to the threshold value, abnormal work order details are located, and a dispatch procedure is automatically initiated according to workflow configuration.
