Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of water-based paint, and in particular relates to an ultraviolet hardening water-based paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-dilutable coating is a coating prepared by using a post-emulsion as a film-forming material, dissolving a solvent-type resin in an organic solvent, and dispersing the resin in water with the aid of an emulsifier by strong mechanical stirring to form an emulsion, which is called post-emulsion, wherein the prepared coating can be diluted with water during construction. The water-dispersed paint is mainly paint prepared by taking synthetic resin emulsion as film forming matter. The emulsion is a dispersion emulsion formed by dispersing small particle groups polymerized by unsaturated vinyl monomers under a certain temperature condition in water in the presence of an emulsifying agent in the process of mechanical stirring. Coatings formulated by adding a small amount of emulsion to a water-soluble resin cannot be referred to as latex coatings. Water-dilutable coatings cannot be referred to strictly as latex coatings, but are also classically classified as latex coatings.
The water-based paint is classified according to types, and comprises the following components: 1 are classified into a water-reducible type, a colloidal dispersion type, a water-dispersible type or a latex type according to the type of the resin. 2 are classified by drying and curing modes, physical drying, oxidative drying and thermal crosslinking. And 3, classifying according to the application field and the application object of the paint, and classifying into building paint and industrial paint according to the application field. The building paint can be divided into inner wall paint, outer wall paint, ceiling paint, roof waterproof paint, floor paint, etc.
At present, wall cloth and wallpaper are used in indoor decoration, but the wall cloth and wallpaper have the following defects: first, it is not environment friendly. The wall cloth and the wallpaper contain benzene substances, the benzene substances have great harm to human bodies and influence the health of the human bodies, the wall body is required to be coated with oily base oil before the common wall cloth and the wallpaper are pasted, the oily base oil contains solvents, auxiliary agents, auxiliary agent solvents and the like, the substances contain toluene and xylene, serious injury can be caused to respiratory tracts of the human bodies, in addition, wall cloth glue is required to be used when the wall cloth and the wallpaper are pasted, the wall cloth glue contains a large amount of methanol which is a toxic and volatile substance, and the injury to the human bodies is also great. Second, not water resistant: once the climate humidity is high and the environmental condition is poor, the wall cloth and the wallpaper can be wet, thereby causing the phenomena of mildew, falling off, cracking and the like. Third, dirt resistance: the wall cloth and the wallpaper are stuck on the wall body in a sticking mode, so that the wall cloth and the wallpaper cannot be cleaned, and the household cleaning is not facilitated.
The water-based paint has good environmental protection performance, but has a certain difference in functionality compared with the traditional solvent-based paint. Good water resistance and durability are one of the important directions of development of water-based paint. Durability is particularly important for architectural coatings, including weatherability, stain resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, and the like. The coating is exposed in the atmosphere throughout the year, is subjected to weather change all the year round, and is easy to crack, chalking, change color, bubble, fall off, stain and the like under the external effects of cold, hot, oxidation, humidity and the like, so that the coating loses the original decorative effect and the protection function.
In summary, the present invention provides an ultraviolet-curable aqueous coating material and a method for preparing the same, which solve the above-mentioned problems.

As one embodiment of the invention, in S1 and S2, the ratio of the water component to the current mixed raw material component is 6:35 and 1:1 respectively.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in S3, the obtained aqueous paint is sprayed, and after the completion of the spraying and baking, the ultraviolet cured coating layer is obtained by exposure to ultraviolet rays, and the thickness of the coating film is 10 to 20 μm.
The invention has the advantages of high film forming speed, quick drying, 30% of the drying process is completed by evaporation, 70% is absorbed by material permeation, quick drying and about a few seconds, when the water-based paint still contains 20-30% of water, the film can be formed without adopting any drying method, but if the water-based paint is dried by using an infrared ray or heat sealing method, the drying speed can be improved, the service life is long, the film is firm and aging-resistant, environment-friendly and nontoxic, the user does not need to repair for multiple times, the film has higher economic benefit, can be widely applied to the decoration field, can be applied to the surface of a wall body, can have the service life of 30 years, can not generate the problems of peeling cracking, whiskering, mildew and the like, can be cleaned by water without influencing the coating performance, and can be polished and retreaded for the second time. The color can be added according to preference or requirement to prepare the artistic wall surface, the prepared coating has high hardness, no scratch can be easily generated, the formed coating surface is easy to clean, long-term decoration and protection functions are provided, and the prepared coating can be coated without great change of coating operability even in a state of reduced solvent amount. The aqueous coating composition has the advantages of good coating operability even under various coating environments with different temperatures and/or humidity, no toxic organic solvent, no pollution, no tiny cracks on the wall, no cracking on the paint surface, the stretching rate of a paint film being more than 200%, no cracking by hand rubbing of the paint film after film formation, ageing resistance, strong adhesive force, more beautiful metallic luster, rubber-like elasticity, the tensile strength being more than 1.0MPa and the washing fastness being more than 2000 times.
Examples
Preferably comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of base material, 8 parts of pigment and filler, 0.5 part of thickener, 0.5 part of defoamer, 0.4 part of dispersing wetting agent and 0.5 part of flatting agent.
A preparation method of an ultraviolet hardening water-based paint comprises the following steps:
s1: adding pigment, defoamer, leveling agent and water into the base material, premixing, and stirring at 1400r/min for 37min;
s2: mixing the dispersing wetting agent and the thickening agent, and adding water for mixing in the mixing process, wherein the stirring speed is 1000r/min, and the stirring time is 20min;
s3: and (3) mixing and stirring the mixture in the step (S1) and the step (S2) at the stirring speed of 1000r/min for 7min to obtain the finished water-based paint.
The water-based paint prepared in the embodiment can be directly coated and constructed on wet surfaces and in a wet environment, and has good adaptability to the surfaces of materials and strong coating adhesive force.
