Abstract
The invention provides a wastewater treatment system of an ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, wherein a submersible pump is arranged at the bottom of a wastewater tank, a water outlet of the submersible pump is communicated with a water inlet of a bubble generator, an air inlet of the bubble generator is communicated with a three-way pipe joint arranged above the wastewater surface through a pipeline, the bubble generator is connected with one pipe orifice of the three-way pipe joint through a pipeline, the other pipe orifice is communicated with an air outlet of the ozone generator outside the wastewater tank through a pipeline, and a third pipe orifice of the three-way pipe joint is communicated with the atmosphere. The invention makes the diameter of ozone bubble smaller by improving the wastewater treatment system of bubble coupling ozone generator, the stay time in water is longer, the contact area with organic pollutant is larger, thus achieving the purpose that ultra-micro bubbles can directly generate a large amount of hydroxyl free radicals, directly decompose pollutants or efficiently decompose pollutants, and reduce the sewage treatment cost.

Along with the development of technology at present, the pursuit of living standard is continuously improved, a large amount of organic wastewater (short for high-salt wastewater) containing high-concentration sodium chloride is generated in the production process of a large amount of fine chemical products, the content of organic matters in pesticide waste salt is more, the organic matters are mainly halogenated hydrocarbon and benzene complex components, and the scientific and effective treatment of industrial wastewater is very necessary for meeting the national standard for sewage discharge. Most of the prior art adopts dissolved ozone to oxidize and degrade most of organic pollutants in wastewater, ozone has strong oxidizing property and is easy to dissolve in water, but ozone bubbles can float upwards and overflow in water rapidly, so that the working efficiency of the ozone is low, the ozone utilization rate is not high, and a large amount of waste is caused.

The invention provides a wastewater treatment system of an ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, which aims to prolong the time of ozone staying in water by a method of coupling the ultra-fine bubble with the ozone generator and achieve the purposes of reducing COD and improving B/C ratio (B/C ratio is the ratio of BOD to COD).

The invention relates to a wastewater treatment system of an ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, which is particularly suitable for pretreatment (improving biodegradability and decomposing macromolecular organic matters) of wastewater, advanced treatment (degrading organic matters) and biochemical treatment (improving dissolved oxygen) by combining a special carrier, can treat the wastewater, has a wide concentration range of organic matters, high COD (biochemical oxygen demand) removal rate and less ozone consumption, solves the problems of large ozone bubble diameter, large ozone consumption and high cost in the prior art when treating wastewater under the same condition, and ensures that the water flow cuts the ozone bubbles into ultra-fine bubbles with smaller diameter, generates the ultra-fine bubbles containing ozone, has longer residence time in the water and larger contact area with organic pollutants, thereby achieving the purposes of directly generating a large amount of hydroxyl free radicals, directly decomposing pollutants or efficiently decomposing pollutants and reducing the sewage treatment cost.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a wastewater treatment system of an ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, wherein a submersible pump is arranged at the bottom of a wastewater tank, and a water outlet of the submersible pump is communicated with a water inlet of the bubble generator; the air inlet of the bubble generator is communicated with the air outlet of the ozone generator arranged above the wastewater surface through a pipeline, the other pipe orifice is communicated with the outside of the wastewater tank through a pipeline, the third pipe orifice of the three-way pipe joint is communicated with the atmosphere, the mixed gas of air and ozone gas entering the bubble generator is interacted by the suction force generated by the water flow entering the bubble generator to form a spiral gas-liquid flow, the bubbles of the mixed gas are cut into ultrafine bubbles containing ozone, and the ultrafine bubble generator is an ultrafine bubble generator with the diameter of not more than 1000 nm. The ozone generator can adopt a high-voltage discharge type, an ultraviolet irradiation type or an electrolysis type, and the circulating water inlet end of the ozone generator is communicated with the purified water side filtering tank, so that the circulating water entering the water-cooled ozone generator is cleaner, and the effect on the ozone generator is better.
Experimental examples of this patent are as follows:

Placing a water pump and a generator in a container filled with high-concentration halogenated hydrocarbon wastewater, and starting the water pump and an ozone machine to operate for 12 hours, wherein the ozone generation amount is 20g/h;
example 3: is filled with the difficult-to-treat tail water of sewage plants
Placing the water pump and the generator in a container filled with tail water difficult to treat in a sewage plant, and starting the water pump and the ozone machine to operate for 8 hours, wherein the ozone generation amount is 10g/h;

The result obtained by the method is that the wastewater purifying effect is good by adopting the technical scheme, and the subsequent wastewater use is very favorable.
For wastewater produced in different fields:
when the medical wastewater, cod, is degraded from 45000 to 28000, 320g of ozone is consumed by adopting the wastewater treatment system mode of the ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, and 1100g of ozone is consumed by the traditional technical means;
when the pesticide wastewater, cod, is degraded from 13000 to 7000, 160g of ozone is consumed by adopting the wastewater treatment system mode of the ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, and 340g of ozone is consumed by adopting the traditional technical means;
when the cod of the chemical refractory wastewater is degraded to 4600 from 5200, 30g of ozone is consumed by adopting the wastewater treatment system mode of the ultra-fine bubble coupling ozone generator, and the conventional technical means cannot degrade the wastewater.
