s104, finely machining the photo frame, and polishing and deburring the periphery of the photo frame with the decided size;
s105, paint spraying protection, namely spraying a layer of rubber resin on the surface of the photo frame, and then spraying paint on the outer part of the photo frame after the rubber resin is dried;
s106, determining screws according to clamping grooves and drilling holes of the photo frame, further guaranteeing that the prepared photo frame has a fixing effect, and placing glass with the same specification into the photo frame for fixing;
s107, assembling, namely assembling the prepared photo frame to finish the photo frame manufacturing.
The ratio of the adhesive to the wood chip mixture is 1:5, the adhesive comprises one or more of lignin, urea, polyvinyl alcohol, double-component epoxy resin and polyurethane glue, the outer surface of a photo frame is polished by sand paper before paint spraying protection, the surface of the photo frame is smooth, then paint is sprayed, the thickness of rubber resin sprayed before paint spraying is 0.3mm, the thickness of each paint film is 0.25mm when paint is sprayed, two paint films are sprayed together, the photo frame is assembled by adopting a production line, and the assembled photo frame is provided with a glass baffle.
The proportions of the mixture of the adhesive and the wood chips are respectively changed in the three embodiments and the two comparative examples, and then each item of data of the prepared photo frame process is recorded and the prepared photo frame is subjected to quality detection, wherein experimental data are as follows:
the data of the experiment show that the photo frame prepared by the mixture of the adhesive and the wood chips in the first embodiment saves more time in the preparation process, and the prepared photo frame has higher strength, so that the proportion of the adhesive and the wood chip mixture needs to be paid attention to in the preparation of the photo frame, and the optimal proportion of the adhesive and the wood chip mixture is determined by reducing the proportion, so that the quality of the photo frame is improved.

1. A preparation process for manufacturing a core-spun photo frame section bar by utilizing waste material circulation is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s101, collecting and processing waste materials, namely collecting and leaching wood chips generated during preparation of a wooden photo frame by using water, drying the wood chips after removing impurities such as dust and the like outside the wood chips, and crushing the dried wood chips to obtain granular wood chip objects;
s102, recycling waste materials, adding an adhesive into the wood chip material, fully stirring, and then pouring the mixture of the adhesive and the wood chip into a die for punching treatment to obtain a crude product of the photo frame section bar;
s103, cutting the photo frame, and cutting and grooving the photo frame section according to different photo frame sizes by the obtained photo frame crude product mould;
s104, finely machining the photo frame, and polishing and deburring the periphery of the photo frame with the decided size;
s105, paint spraying protection, namely spraying a layer of rubber resin on the surface of the photo frame, and then spraying paint on the outer part of the photo frame after the rubber resin is dried;
s106, determining screws according to clamping grooves and drilling holes of the photo frame, further guaranteeing that the prepared photo frame has a fixing effect, and placing glass with the same specification into the photo frame for fixing
S107, assembling, namely assembling the prepared photo frame to finish the photo frame manufacturing.

The process for manufacturing a core-spun photo frame profile by recycling waste materials according to claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the adhesive to the wood chip mixture is 1:3, and the adhesive comprises one or more of lignin, urea, polyvinyl alcohol, two-component epoxy resin and polyurethane glue.
3. The process for manufacturing a core-spun photo frame profile by recycling waste materials according to claim 1, wherein: the paint spraying protection comprises putty preparation, photo frame polishing, priming paint brushing and finish paint spraying.

The process for manufacturing a core-spun photo frame profile by recycling waste materials according to claim 1, wherein: before the paint spraying protection, the outer surface of the photo frame is polished by sand paper, the surface of the photo frame is smooth, then the paint spraying is carried out, the thickness of the rubber resin sprayed before the paint spraying is 0.3mm, the thickness of each paint film is 0.25mm during the paint spraying, and two paint films are sprayed together.
5. The process for manufacturing a core-spun photo frame profile by recycling waste materials according to claim 1, wherein: the photo frame is assembled by adopting a production line, and the assembled photo frame is provided with a glass baffle.
