Referring to fig. 11 to 12, during welding of steel bars, the clamping unit 51 absorbs a large amount of heat, and increases the temperature of the first clamping block 512 and the second clamping block 513, which can cause the hardness of the first clamping block 512 and the second clamping block 513 to decrease and cause the problems of deformation, shortened service life, etc. under such working environment for a long time. The cooling medium enters into the first cooling flow channel 5120 through the first connecting pipe 5122, absorbs a large amount of heat energy, reduces the temperature of the first clamping block 512, avoids heat accumulation of the first clamping block 512, reduces the structural strength and the wear resistance of the first clamping block 512, deforms the first clamping block 512, reduces the welding precision and prolongs the service life.
Referring to fig. 11 to 12, during welding, a large amount of molten steel and other metal solutions will be splashed from the reaction tank 4, in order to avoid the splashed molten steel adhering to the surface of the clamping unit 51, the clamping unit 51 further includes two sets of heat insulation members 52, one set of heat insulation members 52 is fixed at one end of the first clamping block 512 facing the welding assembly 2 through bolts, the other set of heat insulation members 52 is fixed at one end of the second clamping block 513 facing the welding assembly 2 through bolts, when the first clamping block 512 fixes the steel bar, the heat insulation members 52 and the heat insulation members 52 are combined to form a shielding cover, and heat insulation layers made of heat insulation materials, such as refractory bricks, are arranged in the shielding cover, so that heat can be effectively isolated, and the welding device is protected.
Referring to fig. 13, in order to avoid the molten steel splashing from penetrating the heat insulating member 52 during splashing, a first cooling groove 521 and a second cooling groove 522 are provided at one end of the heat insulating member 52 facing the first cooling channel 5120, and the first cooling groove 521 and the second cooling groove 522 are both communicated with the first cooling channel 5120. When the cooling medium enters the first cooling groove 521 and the second cooling groove 522 through the first cooling runner 5120, the cooling medium can absorb heat on the outer wall of the heat insulation member 52, and molten steel is prevented from melting through the heat insulation member 52.
Referring to fig. 13 to 16, in order to ensure the cooling effect, the first clamping block 512 includes a first clamping seat 5124, a first mounting groove 51241 is formed at the upper end of the first clamping seat 5124, a first clamping ring 5125 is fixed in the first mounting groove 51241 by a bolt, the first clamping groove 5121 is disposed at the upper end of the first clamping ring 5125, a third cooling groove 51251 is formed on the outer wall of the first clamping ring 5125, and the first cooling flow channel 5120 is communicated with the third cooling groove 51251.
Specifically, in order to facilitate maintenance of the first clamping block 512, the first clamping ring 5125 having a clamping effect on the steel rod is detachably mounted on the first clamping ring 5125, and in order to ensure a cooling effect of the first clamping ring 5125, the third cooling groove 51251 formed in the outer wall of the first clamping ring 5125 can take away a large amount of heat energy when a cooling medium flows through, so that the temperature of the first clamping ring 5125 is reduced, and the service life of the first clamping ring 5125 is ensured.
The first cooling flow path 5120 includes a first cooling segment 51201, a second cooling segment 51202, a third cooling segment 51203, and a fourth cooling segment 51204;
one end of the first cooling section 51201 is communicated with the first connecting pipe 5122, and the other end of the first cooling section 51201 penetrates through the first clamping seat 5124 towards the direction of the heat insulation piece 52, so that the first cooling section 51201 is communicated with the first cooling groove 521;
one end of the second cooling section 51202 penetrates through the first clamping seat 5124 towards the direction of the heat insulating piece 52, so that the second cooling section 51202 is communicated with the first cooling groove 521, and the other end of the second cooling section 51202 vertically penetrates through the first clamping seat 5124, so that the second cooling section 51202 is communicated with the third cooling groove 51251;
one end of the third cooling segment 51203 penetrates through the first clamping seat 5124 towards the direction of the heat insulating piece 52, so that the third cooling segment 51203 is communicated with the second cooling groove 522, and the other end of the third cooling segment 51203 vertically penetrates through the first clamping seat 5124, so that the third cooling segment 51203 is communicated with the third cooling groove 51251;
one end of the fourth cooling segment 51204 is connected to the second cooling groove 522, and the other end of the fourth cooling segment 51204 penetrates the first clamping seat 5124 toward the heat insulator 52 to be connected to the second connection pipe 5123.
During refrigeration, the cooling medium enters the first cooling section 51201 from the first connecting pipe 5122, flows out of the first cooling section 51201 and flows into the first cooling groove 521, then enters the second cooling section 51202, flows out of the second cooling section 51202 and flows into the third cooling groove 51251, then enters the third cooling section 51203, flows out of the third cooling section 51203 and flows into the second cooling groove 522, finally flows into the fourth cooling section 51204 and finally is discharged from the second connecting pipe 5123, so that circulation of the cooling medium is realized, the cooling medium can uniformly flow through the first clamping block 512 and the heat insulating piece 52, and the cooling effect is ensured.
In general, the invention prevents molten steel from splashing to the clamping unit 51 through the heat insulating piece 52, ensures the service life of the clamping unit 51, can effectively reduce the temperature of the first clamping block 512 through the first cooling flow channel 5120 arranged in the first clamping block 512, avoids the temperature accumulation to reduce the service life of the first clamping block 512, and ensures that cooling medium can uniformly flow through the first clamping block 512 and the heat insulating piece 52 in order to ensure the temperature of the first clamping block 512 and the heat insulating piece 52, ensures the cooling effect and improves the service life of the first clamping block 512 and the heat insulating piece 52.

1. A steel bar welding device comprising a workbench (1), said workbench (1) having a welding channel, characterized in that said welding device further comprises:
the welding assembly (2) comprises a first welding unit (21) and a second welding unit (22), wherein the first welding unit (21) is fixed at the upper end of the workbench (1), the second welding unit (22) is installed at the upper end of the workbench (1) in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the second welding unit (22) is perpendicular to the welding channel, the first welding unit (21) is provided with a first welding end (211), the second welding unit (22) is provided with a second welding end (221), the second welding end (221) can move towards the direction of the first welding end (211) and is combined with the first welding end (211) to form a welding shell (23), a mold cavity (231) is formed in the welding shell (23), and a supporting ring (232) is arranged above the mold cavity (231) in the welding shell (23).
The casting mould (3) is inserted and fixed in the mould cavity (231) and is provided with a guide channel (31) and a casting channel (32), the guide channel (31) is consistent with the welding channel in direction and penetrates through two ends of the casting mould (3), one end of the casting channel (32) is communicated with the guide channel (31), the other end of the casting channel penetrates through the outer wall of the casting mould, and the casting channel (32) is used for providing flow guiding for welding molten steel;
the reaction tank (4) is inserted and fixed on the supporting ring (232), and the lower end of the reaction tank is provided with an outflow opening for providing molten steel for welding steel bars;
the positioning clamping assembly (5) comprises two groups of symmetrically arranged clamping units (51), wherein the clamping units (51) are provided with clamping ends capable of moving along the welding channel direction, and the clamping ends are used for clamping and fixing steel bars and are sent into the guide channel (31).
2. The steel bar welding device according to claim 1, wherein: pouring the junction of passageway (32) and direction passageway (31) is provided with pours chamber (33), the top of foundry mould (3) still is provided with overflow channel (34), overflow channel (34) are linked together with pouring passageway (32), still be fixed with guiding gutter (6) and holding vessel (7) on first welding end (211), the one end and the overflow channel (34) of guiding gutter (6) are linked together, the other end and the holding vessel (7) of guiding gutter (6) are linked together.

The steel bar welding device according to claim 2, wherein: the first welding unit (21) comprises a first welding base (212), the first welding base (212) is fixed at the upper end of the workbench (1), a first welding support (213) is fixed at the upper end of the first welding base (212), the first welding end (211) is fixed at one end, facing the second welding unit (22), of the first welding support (213), the storage tank (7) is fixed at the upper end of the first welding base (212), and the diversion trench (6) is fixed on the first welding support (213).

The steel bar welding device according to claim 1, wherein: the second welding unit (22) comprises a welding linear movement module, the welding linear movement module is provided with a second welding base (222) which moves, the moving direction of the second welding base (222) is perpendicular to the direction of a welding channel, a second welding bracket (223) is fixed on the second welding base (222), and the second welding end (221) is fixed at one end of the second welding bracket (223) facing the first welding unit (21); the welding linear movement module comprises a welding slide block (224), a welding guide rail (225), a welding screw rod (226), a welding nut (227) and a welding motor (228), wherein the welding guide rail (225) is fixed at the upper end of the workbench (1) and is perpendicular to the direction of a welding channel, the welding slide block (224) is fixed at the lower end of the second welding base (222), the welding slide block (224) is slidably mounted on the outer wall of the welding guide rail (225), the welding screw rod (226) is fixed on the workbench (1) in a bearing connection mode, the welding nut (227) is fixed on the second welding base (222), the welding nut (227) is sleeved on the outer wall of the welding screw rod (226) and is used for driving the sliding of the second welding base (222), the welding motor (228) is fixed on the workbench (1), and an output shaft of the welding motor (228) is in driving connection with the welding screw rod (226).

The steel bar welding device according to claim 1, wherein: the clamping unit (51) comprises a clamping linear movement module, the clamping linear movement module is fixed at the upper end of the workbench (1), the clamping linear movement module is provided with a movable clamping base (511), the moving direction of the clamping base (511) is the same as the direction of the welding channel, a clamping through groove is formed in the clamping base (511) along the direction of the welding channel, and a positioning block for positioning the end part of the steel bar is fixed on the clamping base (511); the clamping end comprises a first clamping block (512), a second clamping block (513) and a clamping cylinder (514), wherein the first clamping block (512) is fixed at one end of the clamping base (511) facing the welding assembly (2), the second clamping block (513) is mounted at one end of the clamping base (511) facing the welding assembly (2) in a vertical sliding mode, the clamping cylinder (514) is fixed on the clamping base (511), and the telescopic end of the clamping cylinder (514) is fixedly connected with the second clamping block (513) and used for driving the second clamping block (513) to move towards or away from the direction of the first clamping block (512).

The steel bar welding device according to claim 5, wherein: first clamping groove (5121) has been seted up towards the one end of second clamping block (513) to first clamping block (512), second clamping groove (5131) has been seted up towards the one end of first clamping block (512) to second clamping block (513), first clamping groove (5121) and second clamping groove (5131) combination are used for the centre gripping fixed steel rod.

The steel bar welding device according to claim 6, wherein: the structure of the first clamping block (512) is the same as that of the second clamping block (513), a first cooling flow channel (5120) is formed in the first clamping block (512), a first connecting pipe (5122) and a second connecting pipe (5123) are arranged on the outer wall of the first clamping block (512), and the first connecting pipe (5122) and the second connecting pipe (5123) are respectively arranged at two ends of the first cooling flow channel (5120).
