s120: and when a call instruction of the emergency number corresponding to the area where the terminal is positioned is detected, calling the emergency number based on the call scheme.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal may be an electronic device with a call function, for example, a mobile phone, a landline, a tablet computer, or a smart watch. In addition, the terminal may also be connected to an electronic device having a call function, for example, an earphone, a sound box, or a microphone connected to a mobile phone by bluetooth, a wireless network, or ZigBee (ZigBee), etc. to transmit call contents.
In one embodiment, the emergency number may be a preset emergency number corresponding to the area where the terminal is currently located, for example, an alarm phone, an emergency phone, or other emergency phone number of the area where the terminal is currently located. In addition, the emergency number may also be an emergency number preset by the user, for example, a preset emergency contact recorded in the terminal, etc.
In one embodiment, the area in which the terminal is located may represent a country or region in which the terminal is currently located, or a city, etc. The call scheme for obtaining the corresponding emergency number based on the area where the terminal is located may be a call scheme for obtaining the corresponding emergency number based on the area where the terminal is currently located when the terminal is detected to be in the roaming state. For example, when detecting that the current area of the terminal is different from the area corresponding to the local public land mobile network (Home Public Land Mobile Network, HPLMN) information recorded by the user identification (Subscriber Identity Module, SIM) card, the terminal is determined to be in a roaming state.
In another embodiment, when the terminal is detected to be in a roaming state, a calling scheme of a corresponding emergency number is acquired based on the current area of the terminal, and the home area of the emergency number can be determined when a calling instruction of the emergency number is detected; and if the attribution area of the emergency number is different from the area corresponding to the HPLMN information in the terminal, acquiring a calling scheme of the corresponding emergency number based on the area of the terminal and the attribution area of the emergency number.
For example, when the area where the terminal is located is different from the home area of the emergency number, a first calling scheme of the emergency number corresponding to the area where the terminal is located and a second calling scheme of the emergency number corresponding to the home area of the emergency number are obtained. Accordingly, placing a call to the emergency number based on the call plan includes: and sending out a call to the emergency number based on the first call scheme and the second call scheme.
In one embodiment, the call instruction for the emergency number may carry the number to be called and indicate that the number is an emergency number. For example, the call instruction may carry a preset flag bit, where the preset flag bit is set to a preset value that characterizes the emergency number call.
In one embodiment, the call instruction of the emergency number may also carry indication information for indicating the number to be called. The indication information may be preset operation information indicating the number to be called, for example, a double click operation, a sliding operation, etc. at a preset position on the terminal for indicating a call to the emergency number.

In one embodiment, the emergency number call plan may include an emergency number call link, and/or an emergency number call routing network, etc. The call link may include a link supporting call making and call establishment in an off-network state, such as a dedicated link supporting outgoing calls of only an emergency number such as an alarm distress number of 110 or 119, etc.
The call link may be an emergency call link (emergency call) set by a terminal or an operator to support only an emergency number call, for example. When the SIM card exists in the terminal, the call to the emergency number can be sent out through the emergency call link set by the operator corresponding to the SIM card, and when the SIM card does not exist in the terminal, the call to the emergency number can be sent out through the emergency call link of the terminal equipment.
In one embodiment, the call links may also include links that support placing calls and establishing calls in a resident network state, such as a public link that may support non-emergency calls and emergency calls, and the like. The non-emergency call may be a call made to a normal number, and the emergency call is a call made to an emergency number.
The call link may be a normal call link (normal call) set by the terminal or the carrier, which can support emergency numbers as well as normal number calls, for example.
In one embodiment, the call routing network for the emergency number may be a network that includes call links for transmitting calls and establishing calls, e.g., the call routing network may include: a circuit switched domain (Circuit Switched Domain, CS domain), or an IP multimedia system (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS), etc.
In one embodiment, the calling plan of the emergency number may include a correspondence of the emergency number to the calling plan. For example, a call link good call routing network may be included for each emergency number.
In another embodiment, the calling scheme of the emergency number may further include an area identifier of an area corresponding to the emergency number. For example, the area identifier of the area corresponding to the emergency number may be a mobile country code (Mobile Country Code, MCC) of the country where the emergency number is located, and so on.
In one embodiment, the correspondence of the emergency number to the calling plan may be recorded in the calling plan list of the emergency number. For example, the call plan list may include: and the call link corresponding to the emergency number and the call routing network corresponding to the emergency number.
In one embodiment, the call plan list of the emergency number may further include a version identifier of the call plan, for example, a version number (version) of the call plan is recorded in the call plan list, and is used to determine whether the call plan list is the latest version.
Therefore, whether the emergency number calling scheme corresponding to the current area exists in the terminal is determined before calling, so that the corresponding emergency number calling scheme can be timely obtained, the correct calling mode is adopted to call when the emergency number is called, the success rate of call connection is improved, and the response speed of emergency and the user call experience are optimized.

It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art may understand, the methods provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed alone or together with some methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure or some methods in the related art.
In some embodiments, the S111 may include:
if the change of the area where the terminal is located is detected, determining whether a changed calling scheme of the emergency number corresponding to the area where the terminal is located exists in the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the detection of the change in the area where the terminal is located may be the detection of the change in the country or region to which the area where the terminal is located belongs, or the detection of the change in the mobile network to which the terminal is connected, etc.
In one embodiment, the detection of the change of the area where the terminal is located may be the detection that the network identifier of the terminal accessing the mobile network is inconsistent with the network identifier detected last time, or the detection that the first area code of the terminal accessing the mobile network is inconsistent with the first area code detected last time, or the like.
In one embodiment, if it is detected that the first area code of the mobile network to which the terminal is connected changes, it may be determined whether the changed first area code is consistent with the second area code in the HPLMN of the terminal, and if not, it is determined whether a call plan of an emergency number corresponding to the changed area where the terminal is located exists in the terminal.
In one embodiment, if the change of the area where the terminal is located is detected, determining whether a changed calling scheme of an emergency number corresponding to the area where the terminal is located exists in the terminal; if the calling scheme exists, determining whether the calling scheme is a first calling scheme which needs to be updated.
Therefore, when the position of the terminal is detected to be changed, the corresponding emergency number calling scheme can be responded and detected quickly, the timeliness of the emergency number calling scheme detection is improved, and the emergency call processing efficiency is further improved.
It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art may understand, the methods provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed alone or together with some methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure or some methods in the related art.
In some embodiments, if the change of the area where the terminal is located is detected, determining whether the changed call plan of the emergency number corresponding to the area where the terminal is located exists in the terminal includes:
acquiring a first area code of a mobile network accessed by a terminal according to a preset time interval;
if the fact that the currently acquired first area code is different from the last acquired first area code is detected, determining whether a calling scheme of an emergency number corresponding to the currently acquired first area code exists in the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset time interval may be an acquisition period of the first area code, for example, the preset time interval may be that the first area code is acquired once every 30min, 1 hour, 2 hours, or the like.
In one embodiment, if it is detected that the currently acquired first area code is different from the last acquired first area code, determining whether a calling scheme of an emergency number corresponding to the currently acquired first area code exists in the terminal may include: if the first area code acquired currently is detected to be different from the first area code acquired last time, determining whether the first area code acquired currently is the same as the first area code acquired last time; and if the first area codes are the same, the first area code of the currently accessed mobile network is acquired again.
In this way, by comparing with the first area code acquired before last, for example, with the first area code acquired before last, if the same, there is a possibility that a high frequency repetition may occur due to a change in the position of the terminal, an error in acquiring the first area code at present may occur. Therefore, misoperation on an emergency number calling scheme caused by error in the first area code acquisition process can be reduced, and the success rate of the emergency number calling can be further improved.
In one embodiment, if it is detected that the currently acquired first area code is different from the last acquired first area code, determining whether a calling scheme of an emergency number corresponding to the currently acquired first area code exists in the terminal may include: if it is detected that the currently acquired first area code is different from the last acquired first area code and the currently acquired first area code is different from the second area code indicated by the HPLMN in the terminal, determining whether a calling scheme of an emergency number corresponding to the currently acquired first area code exists in the terminal.
Therefore, the first area code of the access network is acquired according to a certain acquisition period, so that the detection frequency of the access network and the area where the terminal is located can be improved, the situation that the terminal is switched to other countries or regions or the corresponding emergency number calling scheme cannot be acquired in time when the terminal is switched to a roaming state is reduced, and the success rate and the efficiency of the terminal emergency number calling can be improved.
It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art may understand, the methods provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed alone or together with some methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure or some methods in the related art.
For a better understanding of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the following further describes the technical solution of the present disclosure by means of an exemplary embodiment:
the embodiment provides a call control method, which specifically includes:
1. after the User Equipment (UE) is registered to the network after being started, detecting whether MCC (Mobile country code) of the currently registered network is consistent with MCC in HPLMN of the SIM card, and if not, judging that the UE is in international roaming.
2. After the UE accesses the international roaming, the UE checks whether a corresponding emergency number list (roaming_ecc_list) exists according to the currently registered network MCC, wherein the contents are as follows: version+mcc+the national emergency number and corresponding dialing plan. The dialing scheme is whether the corresponding emergency number is called using the emergency scheme or the normal call scheme, and whether the call is preferred (preference) over the CS domain or the IMS.
Illustratively, the dialing scheme includes:
normal call + CS transfer (i.e., the emergency call needs to be outgoing with normal call priority using CS domain);
normal call + IMS transfer (i.e. the emergency call needs to be called with normal call priority using IMS);
EMergeney call+CS transfer (i.e., the emergency call needs to be outgoing with EMergeney call priority to CS domain);
EMERGENCY Call+IMS refer (i.e., the emergency call needs to be called with EMERGENCY call over IMS).
3. The international roaming is accessed for the first time, no roaming_ecc_list corresponding to the MCC is generated, the UE actively sends a request to a specific cloud server side, the corresponding roaming_ecc_list of the MCC is requested, and the cloud server synchronizes the roaming_ecc_list to the UE.
4. The non-first access international roams with a roaming_ecc_list corresponding to the MCC, the UE actively sends a request to a specific cloud server to inquire whether the roaming_ecc_list is up-to-date, and if so, does not send an update roaming_ecc_list; if the latest is the latest, the latest scrolling_ecclist is requested to be updated.
5. When dialing an emergency number, a user firstly checks a dialing scheme corresponding to the number in the scrolling_ecc_list, and dials by using the corresponding scheme.
6. When a user roams between multiple countries, the UE requests a new scrolling_ecc_list from the cloud server network and deletes the original scrolling_ecc_list when the MCC of the registered network (MCC of non-HPLMN) changes.
7. When the UE detects that the registered network is non-roaming (i.e., in the HOME network), the UE may delete the roaming_eccjlist.
In addition, the terminal can send a request to the server after accessing a wireless network (wifi) so as to save telephone fees.
