Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
At present, when a user calls a certain card in a dual-card dual-standby terminal, if the calling user cannot establish a call with the user of the terminal due to no network or poor network, and the like, if the calling user continues to expect to establish a call with the user of the terminal, the calling user needs to call the card again or call another card in the terminal, which causes inconvenience in operation for the calling user and reduces call efficiency, especially causes great trouble to the calling user when the calling user does not know the contact way of the other card, and the calling user still cannot get through when calling the same card again, which causes low call success rate.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for setting a call forwarding number, where the method may be used in a program, a system, or a device for setting a call forwarding number, and an execution subject corresponding to the method may be a terminal having a call function, such as a mobile phone.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of setting a call forwarding number according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, determining whether each of at least two identification cards installed in the terminal has a network service signal;
the identity Identification card is a SIM (subscriber identity Module) card. The network service signal may be a wireless network signal such as a WIFI signal or a mobile data network signal such as a 2G/3G/4G network signal.
In step S102, when a first identification card of the at least two identification cards has a network service signal, setting a call number of a second identification card as a call forwarding number of the first identification card, where the call number is a contact address of the second identification card;
in step S103, a call transfer setting request is sent to the base station through the first identification card, so that after the base station responds to the call transfer setting request, when it is confirmed that the call request for the first identification card satisfies a call transfer condition, the call request is transferred to a second identification card, where the second identification card includes: the call forwarding setting request comprises the following steps of: the calling number of the first identification card and the calling number of the second identification card.
When a first identity card of at least two identity cards has a network service signal, a calling number of a second identity card can be automatically set as a calling transfer number of the first identity card, and then a calling transfer setting request is sent to a base station through the first identity card, so that the base station responds to the calling transfer setting request and then transfers a call request to the second identity card when the call request aiming at the first identity card meets a calling transfer condition, thereby automatically transferring the call request to the second identity card when the call request initiated by a calling terminal to the first identity card cannot establish a call with a terminal due to poor network state of the first identity card and the like, paging the second identity card through a network, and establishing a call connection with the terminal, thereby increasing the calling efficiency and success rate of the calling terminal, of course, this also avoids the need for the calling end user to record the calling number of the second identification card and manually call the second identification card, and also avoids the possibility of call failure due to calling the first identification card again.
Certainly, when the base station confirms that the call request for the first identification card meets the call forwarding condition, the base station automatically forwards the call request to the second identification card, so that it can be ensured that the call end is likely to establish a call with any one of the terminals provided with at least two identification cards as long as the network state of the identification card is good.
Secondly, the first identification card may be any one or more of at least two identification cards, and the second identification card may be any one or more of at least two identification cards other than the first identification card, for example: when the at least two identification cards are the SIM card 1 and the SIM card 2, respectively, the SIM card 1 and the SIM card 2 may be set to a call forwarding number (e.g., CFNRC number) of each other and activated, respectively.
Additionally, the call forwarding condition may include at least one of the following forwarding conditions:
a Call request initiated by a calling end to a first identity card cannot page the SIM card and further cannot establish a Call with a terminal where the SIM card is located and provided with at least two SIM cards, and at the moment, a calling number of a second identity card is set as a calling transfer number of the first identity card, namely, the calling number of the second identity card is set as an unreachable Call forwarding (CFNRc, Call Forward No read) number of the first identity card;
a calling terminal calls a first identity identification card to page the SIM card, a terminal where the SIM card is installed does not automatically respond to a Call request aiming at the first identity identification card in a first preset time period or a terminal user does not manually respond to the Call request aiming at the first identity identification card in the first preset time period, and at the moment, the calling number of a second identity identification card is set as the calling transfer number of the first identity identification card, namely, the calling number of the second identity identification card is set as the Call forwarding (CFNRy, Call forwarding NoReward) number of the first identity identification card;
the number of times that the terminal does not respond to the historical call request in the multiple historical call requests sent to the first identity identification card by the calling terminal reaches a preset number of times or the proportion of the number of times that the terminal does not respond to the historical call request reaches a preset proportion.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating another method of setting a call forwarding number according to an example embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment, step S102 shown in FIG. 1 above may include step A1 and step A2:
in step a1, when the first identification card has the network service signal, displaying a setting prompt message, wherein the setting prompt message is used for prompting whether the calling number of the second identification card is set as the calling forwarding number of the first identification card, and the setting prompt message can be an option;
in step a2, when confirmation information for setting the prompt information is received, the call number of the second identification card is set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card.
When the calling number of the second identity card is automatically set as the calling forwarding number of the first identity card, if the first identity card has a network service signal, the setting prompt message can be displayed so that the user can actively confirm whether the setting of the calling forwarding number is carried out, and thus, when the confirmation message aiming at the setting prompt message is received, the calling number of the second identity card is automatically set as the calling forwarding number of the first identity card so as to avoid inconvenience brought to the user because the calling number of the second identity card is mistakenly set as the calling forwarding number of the first identity card.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating yet another method of setting a call forwarding number in accordance with an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment, step S102 shown in FIG. 1 above may include step B1 and step B2:
in step B1, when the first identification card has the network service signal, determining whether the first identification card is provided with a call forwarding number;
in step B2, when the first identification card is not provided with a call forwarding number, the call number of the second identification card is set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card.
When the first identity card has a network service signal, whether the first identity card is provided with a call forwarding number or not can be determined, if the first identity card is not provided with the call forwarding number, the first identity card cannot realize the call forwarding function, therefore, in order to avoid that a calling end cannot call a terminal provided with at least two SIM cards, the call number of the second identity card can be set as the call forwarding number of the first identity card, so that when the calling end cannot establish a call with the terminal according to the call number of the first identity card, the second identity card can be called through call forwarding to establish a call with the terminal through the second identity card.
Of course, if the first identification card is provided with a call forwarding number, especially when the call numbers of the other identification cards among the at least two identification cards installed on the terminal have been set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card, it may be stated that there may be no need to provide an additional call forwarding number for the first identification card, and thus, the call number of the second identification card may not be set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating yet another method of setting a call forwarding number according to an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include step S401 and step S402:
in step S401, after setting the call number of the second identification card as the call forwarding number of the first identification card, generating modification prompt information, where the modification prompt information is used to prompt whether to modify the call forwarding number of the first identification card;
in step S402, when receiving the confirmation information for the modification prompt information, modifying the call forwarding number of the first identification card according to the call number of the third identification card carried in the modification prompt information, where the third identification card includes: and the other identification cards except the first identification card and the second identification card in the at least two identification cards.
After the call number of the second identification card is set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card, modification prompt information can be generated, so that when confirmation information aiming at the modification prompt information is received, the call forwarding number of the first identification card can be modified according to the call number of the third identification card carried in the modification prompt information, for example, the call number of the third identification card is set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card, so that the call forwarding number of the first identification card is converted from the call number of the second identification card to the call number of the third identification card, and therefore, a user can conveniently and freely change the call forwarding number of the first identification card.
In addition, the third identification card may include: one or more other identification cards of the at least two identification cards except the first identification card and the second identification card, for example: when the at least two ids installed in the terminal include the SIM card A, SIM, the card B, SIM, the card C, SIM, the third id may be the SIM card C and the SIM card D if the first id is the SIM card a and the second id is the SIM card B.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating yet another method of setting a call forwarding number according to an example embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, when the second identification card includes a plurality of identification cards, step S102 shown in fig. 1 may include steps C1 to C3:
in step C1, obtaining a call forwarding record for each of the plurality of identification cards;
in step C2, determining a target identification card from the plurality of identification cards according to the call forwarding record of each identification card;
because the call transfer record of each identification card can represent the call transfer setting habit of the user to each identification card, the target identification card can be screened from the plurality of identification cards according to the call transfer record which can represent the call transfer setting habit of the user to each identification card.
In step C3, the call number of the target identification card is set as the call forwarding number of the first identification card, wherein the call forwarding record of each identification card includes at least one of the following records:
the call number of each identification card is set to the number and duration of call forwarding numbers of each other identification card in the at least two identification cards, wherein when the at least two identification cards are the SIM card A, SIM B and the SIM card C, the call forwarding record of each identification card may include: the calling number of the SIM card A is set as the times and the duration of the calling forwarding numbers of the SIM card B and the SIM card C, and the times and the duration of the calling forwarding numbers of the other two SIM cards are respectively set as the SIM card B and the SIM card C.
When the second identification card includes a plurality of identification cards, the call transfer record of each identification card in the plurality of identification cards can be acquired, and then the target identification card is automatically determined from the plurality of identification cards according to the call transfer record of each identification card, and the call number of the target identification card is set as the call transfer number of the first identification card, for example: and determining the identity identification card which is set as the call forwarding number with the maximum times or the longest duration from the plurality of SIM cards as the target identity identification card.
In addition, the present embodiment may also provide a method for setting a call forwarding number, where the method is used for a base station, and includes:
receiving a call transfer setting request of a first identity card sent by a terminal provided with at least two identity cards, wherein the at least two identity cards comprise the first identity card and a second identity card, and the second identity card comprises: the call forwarding setting request comprises the following steps of: the call forwarding setting request is used for indicating the call forwarding number of the first identity identification card as the call number of the second identity identification card;
responding (i.e., agreeing) to the call forwarding setup request;
receiving a call request aiming at a first identity identification card in a terminal;
and when the call request aiming at the first identity identification card meets the call transfer condition, transferring the call request to the second identity identification card according to the call transfer setting request.
In one embodiment, the call forwarding condition may include at least one of the following forwarding conditions:
a call request initiated by a calling terminal to a first identity identification card cannot page the SIM card and further cannot establish a call with a terminal where the SIM card is located and provided with at least two SIM cards;
a calling terminal pages the SIM card for a call request initiated by a first identity identification card, and a terminal provided with at least two SIM cards where the SIM card is not automatically responding to the call request aiming at the first identity identification card in a first preset time period or a terminal user does not manually respond to the call request aiming at the first identity identification card in the first preset time period;
the number of times that the terminal does not respond to the historical call request in the multiple historical call requests sent to the first identity identification card by the calling terminal reaches a preset number of times or the proportion of the number of times that the terminal does not respond to the historical call request reaches a preset proportion.
Corresponding to the method for setting the call forwarding number provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a device for setting the call forwarding number.
