Such as: when the calling condition for calling the emergency number is not met, whether the calling condition for calling the emergency number is met or not is continuously detected, and when the calling condition is not met after 5 seconds, the calling is tried from LTE/WCDMA/GSM/CDMA respectively.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the number calling method further includes:
step S300, when the calling of the emergency number based on the designated subscriber identity card is unsuccessful or the calling condition for calling the emergency number is not satisfied, detecting whether other subscriber identity cards different from the designated subscriber identity card exist in the equipment.
Wherein, the other subscriber identity cards are subscriber identity cards except the specified subscriber identity card, such as: a user identification card A and a user identification card B are inserted into the equipment, the designated user identification card is the user identification card A to call an emergency number, and the user identification card B is other user identification cards.
Step S340, when other user identification cards different from the specified user identification card exist, any one of the other user identification cards is updated to the specified user identification card; and returning to execute the step of determining the calling condition for calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card.
In one embodiment, when there is another subscriber identity card different from the designated subscriber identity card in the device and the designated subscriber identity card does not satisfy the call condition for calling the emergency number, the number calling method further includes: detecting the service states of all user identification cards of the equipment; when the service states of all the subscriber identity cards of the device are in service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
When other user identification cards different from the designated user identification card exist in the device, the device is inserted with two or more user identification cards, such as: a subscriber identity card a and a subscriber identity card B are inserted into the device. When the designated subscriber identification card does not meet the calling condition for calling the emergency number, detecting the service states of all the subscriber identification cards of the equipment, and when the service states of all the subscriber identification cards of the equipment are in service, meeting the calling condition for calling the emergency number, such as: the method comprises the steps that a user identification card A and a user identification card B are inserted into equipment, the user identification card A is a designated user identification card, when the user identification card A does not meet the calling condition for calling an emergency number, the service states of the user identification card A and the user identification card B of the equipment are detected, and when the service states of the user identification card A and the user identification card B of the equipment are both served, the calling condition for calling the emergency number is met. When other user identification cards exist in the equipment, the service states of all the user identification cards of the equipment are detected to be service, the calling condition of calling the emergency number is met, and the problem that when the specified user identification card calls the emergency number, the specified user identification card possibly occupies the resource of the specified user identification card due to the fact that the user identification card which is not used for calling the emergency number is just searching for a network, so that the specified user identification card is short in service, and dialing failure is caused can be avoided. The success rate of calling the emergency number is effectively improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a number calling method monitors a service state of a subscriber identity module card or a VOLTE registration state and/or a VOWIFI registration state under the condition that a communication device is inserted into a card and set to a flight mode, for example:
the communication equipment is in a flight mode, when an emergency number call needs to be carried out, a calling module entering the communication equipment starts to call, a specified user identification card operator is detected, the service state of the specified user identification card is detected for an operator supporting a first network type (namely the operator supporting a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network and a 5G network), and if the service exists, dialing is initiated to call the emergency number; if the non-service return fails, starting a 5-second redialing mechanism, starting to retry at an interval of 5 seconds, or detecting the change of the service state, if the service state changes and both cards have service, initiating dialing, calling an emergency number and still having no service, trying to dial from LTE/WCDMA/GSM/CDMA respectively, and calling the emergency number; for an operator supporting the first network type (i.e. an operator of the 4G network, or an operator supporting the 4G network and the 5G network), checking a VOLTE registration state (i.e. a high-definition voice call service registration state) and/or a VOWIFI registration state (i.e. a wireless call service registration state), if the VOLTE registration state is registered, initiating dialing, and calling an emergency number, and if the VOLTE registration state is unregistered, starting a 5-second redialing mechanism, starting retry at an interval of 5 seconds, and if the VOLTE registration state is registered, initiating dialing, and calling the emergency number. The operator only supporting the 4G network or the operators supporting the 4G network and the 5G network defaults to support the VOLTE function and possibly support the VOWIFI function, and only the VOLTE registration is detected if the VOWIFI function is not supported. The emergency number is called by identifying different operators and judging the service state through the subscriber identity module card supporting the 2G network, the 3G network, the 4G network and the 5G network, only the 4G network is supported, or the emergency number is called by judging the VOLTE registration state and/or the VOWIFI registration state through the SIM card supporting the 4G network and the 5G network, so that the success rate of calling the emergency number is effectively improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a number calling apparatus including: a network type determination module 310, a call condition determination module 320, a call condition detection module 330, and a call module 340, wherein:
the network type determining module 310 is configured to, when receiving a call request carrying an emergency number in the airplane mode, obtain a network type supported by a subscriber identity card specified by the call request.
A calling condition determining module 320, configured to determine a calling condition for calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card.
The call condition detection module 330 is configured to detect whether a call condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
A calling module 340 for calling the emergency number based on the designated subscriber identity card when a calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, the types of networks supported by the subscriber identity card include: a first network type and a second network type; the call condition determination module 320 is further configured to: when the network type supported by the specified user identification card is a first network type, the service state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for the specified user identification card to call the emergency number; and when the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card is the second network type, taking the service registration state of the subscriber identity card as the calling condition of the specified subscriber identity card for calling the emergency number.
In one embodiment, the call condition detection module 330 is further configured to: when the service state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service state of the specified user identification card; and when the service state of the designated subscriber identification card is the service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, the call condition detection module 330 is further configured to: when the service registration state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service registration state of the specified user identification card; and when the service registration state of the designated subscriber identity module card is the service registration completion state, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, the call condition detection module 330 is further configured to: and when the service registration state of the user identification card is taken as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the high-definition voice call service registration state and/or the wireless call service registration state of the specified user identification card.
In one embodiment, the network type determination module 310 is further configured to: when a call request carrying an emergency number is received in a flight mode, acquiring identification card information of a user identification card appointed by the call request; and analyzing the identification card information of the designated user identification card, and determining the network type supported by the designated user identification card.
In one embodiment, the network type determination module 310 is further configured to: analyzing the identification card information of the designated user identification card to obtain the operator identification of the designated user identification card; and determining the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card according to the operator identification.
In one embodiment, the calling module 340 is further configured to: when a call condition for calling the emergency number is not satisfied and the call condition is not satisfied even after a first waiting time elapses, the emergency number is called based on the designated subscriber identification card.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the number calling apparatus further includes a subscriber identity card update module 350: when the calling of the emergency number based on the designated subscriber identification card is unsuccessful or does not meet the calling condition of calling the emergency number, detecting whether other subscriber identification cards different from the designated subscriber identification card exist in the equipment; when other user identification cards different from the specified user identification card exist, any one of the other user identification cards is updated to the specified user identification card; and returning to execute the step of determining the calling condition for calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card.
In one embodiment, when there is another subscriber identity card different from the designated subscriber identity card in the device and the designated subscriber identity card does not satisfy the call condition for calling the emergency number, the call condition detection module 330 is further configured to: detecting the service states of all user identification cards of the equipment; when the service states of all the subscriber identity cards of the device are in service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
For the specific definition of the number calling device, reference may be made to the above definition of the number calling method, which is not described herein again. The various modules in the number calling device described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the communication equipment, and can also be stored in a memory in the communication equipment in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute the corresponding operations of the modules.
In one embodiment, a communication device is provided, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The communication equipment comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen and an input device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the communication device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the communication equipment comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program to run on the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the communication equipment is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI (wireless fidelity), an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a number calling method. The display screen of the communication equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the communication equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the communication equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration shown in fig. 7 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application, and does not constitute a limitation on the communication device to which the present application is applied, and a particular communication device may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a communication device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
when a call request carrying an emergency number is received in a flight mode, acquiring a network type supported by a user identification card appointed by the call request; determining a calling condition for calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified user identification card; detecting whether a call condition for dialing a call emergency number is satisfied; when a call condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied, the emergency number is called based on the designated subscriber identification card.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: the types of networks supported by the subscriber identity card include: a first network type and a second network type; when the network type supported by the specified user identification card is a first network type, the service state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for the specified user identification card to call the emergency number; and when the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card is the second network type, taking the service registration state of the subscriber identity card as the calling condition of the specified subscriber identity card for calling the emergency number.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: when the service state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service state of the specified user identification card; and when the service state of the designated subscriber identification card is the service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when the service registration state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service registration state of the specified user identification card; and when the service registration state of the designated subscriber identity module card is the service registration completion state, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when the service registration state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the appointed user identification card, the high-definition voice call service registration state and/or the wireless call service registration state of the appointed user identification card are/is detected.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when a call request carrying an emergency number is received in a flight mode, acquiring identification card information of a user identification card appointed by the call request; and analyzing the identification card information of the designated user identification card, and determining the network type supported by the designated user identification card.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: analyzing the identification card information of the designated user identification card to obtain the operator identification of the designated user identification card; and determining the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card according to the operator identification.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when a call condition for calling the emergency number is not satisfied and the call condition is not satisfied even after a first waiting time elapses, the emergency number is called based on the designated subscriber identification card.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when the calling of the emergency number based on the designated subscriber identification card is unsuccessful or does not meet the calling condition of calling the emergency number, detecting whether other subscriber identification cards different from the designated subscriber identification card exist in the equipment; when other user identification cards different from the specified user identification card exist, any one of the other user identification cards is updated to the specified user identification card; and returning to execute the step of determining the calling condition for calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: when other user identification cards different from the designated user identification card exist in the equipment and the designated user identification card does not meet the calling condition of calling the emergency number, detecting the service states of all the user identification cards of the equipment; when the service states of all the subscriber identity cards of the device are in service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
when receiving a call request carrying an emergency number in a flight mode, acquiring a network type supported by a user identification card appointed by the call request; determining the calling condition of calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified user identification card; detecting whether a call condition for dialing a call emergency number is satisfied; when a call condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied, the emergency number is called based on the designated subscriber identification card.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: the network types supported by the subscriber identity card include: a first network type and a second network type; when the network type supported by the appointed subscriber identity module card is the first network type, the service state of the subscriber identity module card is used as the calling condition for calling the emergency number by the appointed subscriber identity module card; and when the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card is the second network type, taking the service registration state of the subscriber identity card as the calling condition of the specified subscriber identity card for calling the emergency number.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the service state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service state of the specified user identification card; and when the service state of the designated subscriber identification card is the service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the service registration state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service registration state of the specified user identification card; and when the service registration state of the designated subscriber identity module card is the service registration completion state, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is met.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and when the service registration state of the user identification card is taken as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the high-definition voice call service registration state and/or the wireless call service registration state of the specified user identification card.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when a call request carrying an emergency number is received in a flight mode, acquiring identification card information of a user identification card appointed by the call request; and analyzing the identification card information of the designated user identification card, and determining the network type supported by the designated user identification card.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: analyzing the identification card information of the designated user identification card to obtain the operator identification of the designated user identification card; and determining the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card according to the operator identification.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when a call condition for calling the emergency number is not satisfied and the call condition is not satisfied even after a first waiting time elapses, the emergency number is called based on the designated subscriber identification card.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the calling of the emergency number based on the designated subscriber identification card is unsuccessful or does not meet the calling condition of calling the emergency number, detecting whether other subscriber identification cards different from the designated subscriber identification card exist in the equipment; when other user identification cards different from the specified user identification card exist, any one of the other user identification cards is updated to the specified user identification card; and returning to execute the step of determining the calling condition for calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when other user identification cards different from the designated user identification card exist in the equipment and the designated user identification card does not meet the calling condition of calling the emergency number, detecting the service states of all the user identification cards of the equipment; when the service states of all the subscriber identity cards of the device are in service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (12)

1. A method for number calling, the method comprising:
when a call request carrying an emergency number is received in a flight mode, acquiring a network type supported by a user identification card appointed by the call request; the network types supported by the subscriber identity card comprise: a first network type and a second network type;
when the network type supported by the appointed subscriber identification card is a first network type, taking the service state of the subscriber identification card as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the appointed subscriber identification card; when the network type supported by the appointed subscriber identity module card is a second network type, the service registration state of the subscriber identity module card is used as a calling condition for the appointed subscriber identity module card to call the emergency number;
detecting whether a call condition for dialing a call emergency number is satisfied;
and calling the emergency number based on the specified subscriber identification card when a calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting whether a call condition for dialing the emergency number is satisfied comprises:
when the service state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling an emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service state of the specified user identification card;
and when the service state of the specified subscriber identity module card is the service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting whether a call condition for dialing the emergency number is satisfied comprises:
when the service registration state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for calling the emergency number by the specified user identification card, detecting the service registration state of the specified user identification card;
and when the service registration state of the specified user identification card is the service registration completion, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is satisfied.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the detecting the service registration status of the designated subscriber identity card when the service registration status of the subscriber identity card is used as a call condition for the designated subscriber identity card to call an emergency number comprises:
and when the service registration state of the user identification card is taken as the calling condition of the appointed user identification card for calling the emergency number, detecting the high-definition voice call service registration state and/or the wireless call service registration state of the appointed user identification card.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the network type supported by the subscriber identity card specified by the call request when the call request carrying the emergency number is received in the airplane mode comprises:
when receiving a call request carrying an emergency number in a flight mode, acquiring identification card information of a user identification card appointed by the call request;
and analyzing the identification card information of the specified user identification card, and determining the network type supported by the specified user identification card.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein analyzing the identification card information of the designated subscriber identification card to determine the network type supported by the designated subscriber identification card comprises:
analyzing the identification card information of the specified user identification card to obtain an operator identifier of the specified user identification card;
and determining the network type supported by the specified user identification card according to the operator identification.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a call condition for calling an emergency number is not satisfied and the call condition is not satisfied even after a first waiting time elapses, the emergency number is called based on the designated subscriber identification card.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the calling of the emergency number based on the designated subscriber identification card is unsuccessful or does not meet the calling condition of calling the emergency number, detecting whether other subscriber identification cards different from the designated subscriber identification card exist in the equipment;
when other user identification cards different from the specified user identification card exist, updating any one of the other user identification cards into the specified user identification card;
and returning to execute the step of determining the calling condition of calling the emergency number according to the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity module.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein when there is another subscriber identity card different from the designated subscriber identity card in the device and the designated subscriber identity card does not satisfy the call condition for calling the emergency number, the method further comprises:
detecting service states of all user identification cards of the equipment;
and when the service states of all the user identification cards of the equipment are in service, determining that the calling condition for calling the emergency number is met.
10. A number calling apparatus, comprising:
the network type determining module is used for acquiring the network type supported by the subscriber identity module card appointed by the call request when receiving the call request carrying the emergency number in the flight mode; the network types supported by the subscriber identity card comprise: a first network type and a second network type;
a calling condition determining module, configured to use a service state of the subscriber identity card as a calling condition for the specified subscriber identity card to call the emergency number when the network type supported by the specified subscriber identity card is the first network type; when the network type supported by the appointed user identification card is a second network type, the service registration state of the user identification card is used as a calling condition for the appointed user identification card to call the emergency number;
the calling condition detection module is used for detecting whether the calling condition for calling the emergency number is met;
and the calling module is used for calling the emergency number based on the specified subscriber identification card when the calling condition for calling the emergency number is met.
11. A communication device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor when executing the computer program performs the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 9.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
