Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information display method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment is applicable to a situation where different service tags are displayed to a user in a power grid service, and may be applied to a server side, where the method may be performed by an information display device, where the information display device may be implemented in a form of hardware and/or software, and where the information display device may be configured in an electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, obtaining available service information of a target service area corresponding to the server side and target use data of the user terminal.
The server may be a device for providing services for an application program on the user terminal, and in embodiments of the present application, services provided by an application program of the power grid are taken as examples. The target service area may be a geographical range corresponding to the server side that may provide the service. It should be noted that, there is a server corresponding to each different service area. The server side according to the embodiments of the present application is just any one of a plurality of servers. It can be understood that the power grid provides the service of application programs for users through equipment such as mobile terminals and the like, and provides the service based on the power utilization requirement position for the users based on the address of the users or the address of the electric equipment of the users. Such as charging, replacement of electricity meters, and circuit repair, among others. The available service information may be service content in an application program provided by the server side for the user terminal, and the user terminal may be any form of terminal equipment, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, and the like. The target usage data may be a data record of the usage of the service by the user on the terminal. The record of the service used on the user terminal can be saved, so that the server side can call through the connection with the user terminal.
S120, generating a service label according to the available service information.
The service tag may be an identifier corresponding to service information that may be selected by a user in an application of the user terminal. The user may click on these service tags through the terminal to see which services the service tags provide correspondingly. Therefore, the available service information is summarized and classified to generate different service labels for the user to select. Of course, the service tag generating process may use a pre-trained machine learning model, and all the available service information is input into the model, and the model outputs the classification of the available service information and the service tags corresponding to different classes, or manually set by related technicians, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
S130, determining a history label record of the service label selected by the user according to the target use data.
The history tag record may be a record in which the user selects various service tags during the history period. Since the target usage data includes usage records of the grid application in the user terminal used by the user over a period of time, records regarding service tag selection may be screened from these target usage data.
And S140, generating an adjustment instruction of the service tag according to the service tag and the history tag record, and sending the adjustment instruction to the user terminal so that the user terminal adjusts the display priority of each service tag according to the adjustment instruction and displays the service information corresponding to the service tag.
The adjustment instruction may be a command for adjusting the display mode of the service tag appearing in the power grid application program in the user terminal, and the server end sends the adjustment instruction to the user terminal, so that the user terminal adjusts the display priority of all the existing service tags in the power grid application program, for example, adjusts the display sequence, and the like. It can be understood that the history tag record includes the selection condition of the user on the service tag, and can reflect the frequency of using different service tags by the user. Therefore, the display priority of the service tags is adjusted by counting the frequency of each service tag used once, and the service information is displayed in the power grid application program in the user terminal according to the newly determined display priority.
According to the technical scheme, the history label record of the service label selected by the user is determined by acquiring the target use data of the application program in the user use terminal, so that the server side is helped to know the condition of the user using different service labels, the display condition of the service label is further adjusted, the display of service information can be adjusted in a targeted manner according to different use conditions of different users, the rationality of information display is improved, the service quality and the service efficiency are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information display method according to a second embodiment of the present application, where the generation operation of the adjustment instruction is further refined based on the foregoing embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210, obtaining available service information of a target service area corresponding to the server side and target use data of the user terminal.
The obtaining the target usage data of the user terminal may include: determining a first node corresponding to a target service area in service application according to geographic range information of the target service area corresponding to a server side; obtaining geographic position information when a user terminal starts a service application, and determining a second node corresponding to the user terminal in the service application; and sending a data acquisition instruction for acquiring the target use data to the second node through the first node so as to acquire the target use data.
The geographical range information of the target service area may be a geographical range of the server side, where the geographical range information corresponds to the geographical range of the target service area, where the geographical range information provides the power grid service. It will be appreciated that different grid servers serve different geographical areas, e.g. in units of cities, etc., respectively. The service application may be a grid application. Generating a first node in the power grid application program according to the geographical range information, wherein the first node can be a communication node corresponding to the target service area; similarly, the geographical position information of the user terminal when the power grid application program is started is obtained, whether the user is in the target service area or not can be determined, and if the user is in the target service area, a second node is generated in the power grid application program and can be a communication node corresponding to the user terminal. The generation of the first node and the second node may be preset by a related technician, and embodiments of the present application are not limited herein. Since the first node represents the range of the entire service area and the second node represents the terminal used by the user, the second node may be added to the first node in the server side to form a communication association between the first node and the second node. And acquiring target use data of the corresponding user terminal from the second node through a data acquisition instruction sent by the first node. Regional management of power grid customer service is achieved through setting of the first node and the second node, and accurate communication between the server side and the user terminal can be timely and accurately formed.
Further, the sending, by the first node, a data acquisition instruction to acquire the target usage data to the second node, so as to acquire the target usage data, may include: acquiring user use data of a user terminal through a data acquisition instruction; and carrying out de-duplication processing on the user use data to obtain target use data.
The user usage data may be raw data directly acquired from the user terminal side without any processing, and it is understood that many problems may exist in the user usage data, such as data repetition, etc. And obtaining target use data by carrying out de-duplication processing on the user use data. Of course, any data cleaning or data deduplication algorithm in the related art may be used in the deduplication method according to the embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein. And the method provides convenience for the integrated analysis of the related data of the user through a data deduplication processing mode.
S220, generating a service label according to the available service information.
S230, according to the target use data, determining a history label record of the service label selected by the user.
S240, determining the service use weight according to the history label record and the service label.
The service usage weight may be used to characterize the importance degree of the user in selecting service information corresponding to the service tag in the process of using the terminal. The history tag record includes a history of the user selecting the service tag, and determines, according to all the service tags, a situation in which each service tag is selected, for example, the service usage weight may be calculated according to the type, the number, or the usage frequency of the selected service tag.
In an alternative embodiment, the determining the service usage weight according to the history tag record and the service tag may include: determining the category ratio of the category of the service tag selected by the user to the total amount of the category of the service tag according to the history tag record and the service tag; and determining the service use weight according to the category duty ratio.
The class ratio is used for representing classes of service tags selected by a user in a power grid application program of the terminal in a historical period, and occupies proportion of all service tag classes, and it can be understood that the class ratio can embody which classes of service tags are selected by the user to correspond to most service information (such as electricity information class, electricity news class, commodity promotion class and the like, but not limited to the electricity information class, the electricity news class and the commodity promotion class, etc.), the service usage weight is calculated according to the class ratio, and correspondingly, the service usage weight corresponding to more classes is higher.
In another alternative embodiment, the determining the service usage weight according to the history tag record and the service tag may include: determining the number of service tags selected by a user to occupy the number ratio of the total number of the service tags according to the history tag record and the service tags; and determining the service use weight according to the quantity ratio.
Similar to category duty cycle calculations, the quantity duty cycle may be the proportion of the number of user selected certain service tags to the total number of selected service tags, or may characterize the tendency of the user to select a service tag. And calculating service use weights according to the quantity ratio, wherein correspondingly, the user selects a larger quantity of corresponding service use weights.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the determining the service usage weight according to the history tag record and the service tag may include: determining the use frequency of the service label selected by the user according to the history label record and the service label; and determining the service use weight according to the use frequency.
The frequency of use can be the number of times a certain service label is selected in a preset unit time, the frequency of use can intuitively embody the use and viewing conditions of the user for each service label, and the preference condition of the user for the service label can be obtained. And calculating the service use weight according to the use frequency, wherein the service use weight corresponding to the service label with higher use frequency of the user is higher.
Of course, the specific methods of calculating the service usage weights of the above three types may be determined by a preset algorithm. It should be noted that, the calculation of the service usage weight may be integrated by using one or more rules as described above, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The above embodiment provides three ways for calculating the service usage weight, and the three ways can be combined with calculating the service usage weight, and a powerful basis is provided for subsequent adjustment of service labels and presentation of service information through determination of the service usage weight.
S250, generating an adjustment instruction according to the service use weight.
And S260, sending the adjustment instruction to the user terminal so that the user terminal adjusts the display priority of each service label according to the adjustment instruction and displays the service information corresponding to the service label.
According to the service use weight determined in the previous step, the service label with high service use weight is modified to be higher in display priority, so that the display can provide the commonly used service label for the user preferentially, and related service content frequently viewed is inquired.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the service use weight is determined according to the history label record and the service label, and the adjustment instruction is generated based on the service use weight, so that the power grid application program on the user terminal is helped to adjust the display sequence of the service label and the service information, and the like, thereby being beneficial to improving the rationality of service display and improving the user experience.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a preferred implementation manner based on the previous implementation manners, which specifically comprises the following steps:
dividing service areas of power grid customer service according to geographic position information, taking an independent service area as a first node, acquiring position information of terminal equipment when a user logs in an intelligent service platform (equivalent to a power grid application program) through the terminal equipment, adding the terminal equipment as a second node into a corresponding first node according to the position information, drawing up a task target of the second node (namely determining which user use data need to be acquired from the user terminal), transmitting the task target into the first node, and performing de-duplication processing on the acquired user use data to obtain target use data.
The user logs in the intelligent service platform through the terminal equipment, establishes a communication channel between the second node and the first node, and when the second node is added into the first node, the first node transmits a task target to the second node, the user terminal receives task target information, collects user operation related information of the terminal equipment, and classifies and intercepts the operation related information of the second node according to the task target to form user use data.
Generating service labels corresponding to service information according to the service information provided by the power grid, displaying the service labels for users, displaying relevant service information corresponding to the service labels on terminal equipment after the service labels are selected by the users, collecting the service labels corresponding to the service information selected by the users in the process (possibly longer time) of using the intelligent service platform by the users, and determining historical label records of the users in historical period target use data.
Comparing the selection condition of the service tag in the user history tag record with all the service tags in the intelligent service platform, calculating the duty ratio of the service tag selected by the user in the service tag in the actual use data of the user, generating the use service weight according to the duty ratio data, determining an adjustment instruction of the corresponding service tag according to the use service weight, sending the adjustment instruction to the user terminal, and carrying out priority adjustment display on the service information displayed by the terminal equipment according to the adjustment instruction.
