step 2: the conveyor belt 2 is used for driving the discharging frame 4 to move to the lower part of the cleaning assembly, the driving end of the second servo electric cylinder 47 on the right side is used for driving the first movable frame 41 to move downwards, the cleaning roller 42 is controlled to rotate in the first movable frame 41, the cleaning roller 42 is used for cleaning the upper surface of the wrapped leather on the positioning frame 11, meanwhile, scraping dust on the surface of the cleaning roller 42 by using scraping teeth in the first movable frame 41, the scraped dust passes through dust collection holes and the inside of the flexible tube, and finally the scraped dust is pumped out by the dust pumping tube 43;
step 3: the spring oil guide pipe 32 in the oil guide frame 31 is matched with the connecting pipe 34 to feed different colors of ink into the ink frame 26, the ink frame 26 sends the ink to the screen printing plate 21 below, the electric sliding table 25 is used for driving the movable frame 23 to reciprocate on the upper surface of the screen printing plate 21, the scraping plate 22 on one side is controlled to move downwards through the driving end of the corresponding third servo electric cylinder 27 according to the moving direction of the movable frame 23, the scraping plate 22 is used for uniformly scraping the ink to the other side, the two scraping plates 22 are used for enabling the ink to reciprocate on the screen printing plate 21, the discharging frame 4 is driven by the conveying belt 2 to move to the lower side of the printing mechanism, the first servo electric cylinder 12 in the discharging frame 4 is used for driving the positioning frame 11 to lift upwards, the wrapped leather in the positioning frame 11 is lifted to the bottom of the printing mechanism, and the printing mechanism is used for carrying out pattern printing processing on the upper surface of the wrapped leather;
step 4: the conveyor belt 2 is utilized to drive the discharging frame 4 to move to the lower part of the heat curing assembly, the driving end of the second servo electric cylinder 47 on the left side is utilized to drive the second movable frame 44 to move downwards, hot air is fed into the air flow channel through the hot air blower matched with the hot air pipe 46, the hot air in the air flow channel enters the hot air frame 45, and the hot air is blown to the printing surface of the wrapped leather through the blowing port at the bottom of the hot air frame 45, so that the rapid curing treatment of the printed pattern is realized.
