When the driving motor 23 is started, the driving motor 23 further drives the column fluted disc 72 to rotate, the column fluted disc 72 rotates to drive the column gear 73 to rotate, the column gear 73 rotates to drive the air suction fan 74 to rotate, the air suction fan 74 rotates to suck outside air into the air guide cover 71, and air is blown into the magnetic absorption collection barrel 75, and then when burrs on the inner side and the outer side of the edge of the plastic barrel are cleaned, the air suction fan 74 pumps cleaned scraps into the air guide cover 71, scraps in the air guide cover 71 are discharged into the magnetic absorption collection barrel 75 by the air suction fan 74, the magnetic absorption collection barrel 75 collects scraps, and the bottom of the magnetic absorption collection barrel 75 is net-shaped, so that the collected scraps in the magnetic absorption collection barrel 75 cannot fall out. After burrs on the inner side and the outer side of the edge of the plastic barrel are cleaned, the driving motor 23 is closed, the driving motor 23 stops driving the column fluted disc 72 to rotate, the column fluted disc 72 stops driving the column gear 73 to rotate, the column gear 73 stops driving the air suction fan 74 to rotate, the magnetic absorption collection tube 75 is taken down from the air suction fan 74, scraps in the magnetic absorption collection tube 75 are poured out, after all scraps are poured out, the magnetic absorption collection tube 75 is placed back to the original position, and the magnetic absorption collection tube 75 is sucked on the air suction fan 74. When the T-shaped plate 43 moves downwards, the T-shaped plate 43 also drives the roller 9 to move downwards, the contact rod 41 drives the T-shaped plate 43 to move inwards through the roller 9, and the roller 9 guides the T-shaped plate 43.
