With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise management systems are becoming more and more sophisticated, and users can find enterprise information of an enterprise without going home by means of the developed internet. The enterprise information includes various aspects of data, such as intellectual property data, basic information of the enterprise, and enterprise information of related enterprises, and in order to facilitate management of the enterprise information, a special data query website is established for each aspect of enterprise data, however, each data query website can only query the scattered enterprise data, and if the whole situation of a certain enterprise is to be known, the data of the enterprise needs to be summarized in a large number of data query websites. In this context, the role of enterprise report text integrating the overall situation of the enterprise is particularly important.
At present, the enterprise report text is produced by calling a report template from a template database, and filling enterprise data into a corresponding area to be filled by staff according to the indication of the template, so that the construction of the enterprise report text is completed. However, the above-described method of producing the report text for the business requires a lot of manpower and time investment, and the finally produced report text for the business may be insufficiently objective due to human factors.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a method for generating enterprise report text, which is applied to a server, as shown in fig. 1, and includes steps S101 to S103.
S101, acquiring target enterprise information, wherein the target enterprise information comprises a plurality of data types and data grades corresponding to the data types.
In the above step, when the user needs to know the enterprise information of the target enterprise, by logging in the enterprise information query website, the enterprise name of the target enterprise is input in the enterprise search column of the enterprise query website, at this time, the enterprise query website sends a query request to the server, and sends the enterprise name to the server, after responding to the query request, the server retrieves the target enterprise information of the target enterprise from the preset enterprise database, at this time, the target enterprise information includes a plurality of data types, data levels corresponding to the plurality of data types, and enterprise data corresponding to the plurality of data types, where the data types may be understood as attributes of data, for example, the data types may include patent information, trademark information, financial data, sales data, and the like. The data level corresponding to the data type may be understood as a degree of detail of the enterprise data corresponding to the data type. The construction mode of the data class of the data type is specifically as follows: taking the first data type as an example, the first data type is any one of a plurality of data types in the target enterprise information; the server is used for identifying whether enterprise data corresponding to the first data type exists or not, if so, the first data type is matched with a preset data classification library, and the data classification library stores the corresponding relation between the data type and the data grade, so that the matching result comprises the data grade corresponding to the first data type. And if the enterprise data corresponding to the first data type does not exist, marking the enterprise data corresponding to the first data type as null.
It should be noted that, if the level of detail of the first data type is higher, the data level corresponding to the first data type may include a plurality of data levels, and each data level corresponds to a different level of detail. In the application, the data levels of the data types are divided into a high-level data level, a medium-level data level and a low-level data level, wherein the data detail degree corresponding to the high-level data level is higher than that of the medium-level data level, and the data detail degree corresponding to the medium-level data level is higher than that of the low-level data level. The data detail level may be understood as whether the data type corresponds to whether the enterprise data contains necessary data, such as an enterprise name, a quorum, etc. Therefore, the determination of the data detail level is specifically: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a necessary data type table which is built in advance by a worker, taking a first data type as an example, wherein the necessary data table comprises a plurality of necessary data types corresponding to the first data type, and each necessary data type corresponds to a data priority, wherein the data priority is determined by the worker according to a historical browsing record of a user, for example, if the number of times of browsing of users of legal representatives is larger than the number of times of browsing of users of enterprise qualification, the data priority of the legal representatives can be determined to be higher than the enterprise qualification. At this time, it is identified whether the enterprise data corresponding to the first data type includes a plurality of enterprise data corresponding to the necessary data types, and finally, according to the number of the necessary data types including the enterprise data in the plurality of necessary data types, the data detail degree of the first data type is determined. For example, if the first data type includes 3 necessary data types, determining that the data level of the first data type is a low-level data level if only one or zero of the 3 necessary data types includes corresponding enterprise data at the time; if two of the 3 necessary data types contain corresponding enterprise data, determining the data level of the first data type as a medium-level data level; if 3 of the 3 necessary data types include corresponding enterprise data, the data level of the first data type is determined to be a high-level data level. It should be explained that the data levels set for the data types are not limited to 3 levels, and any number of data levels can be set, and the application is not limited thereto.
In one possible implementation, if the data corresponding to the first data type is a high-level data level, the enterprise data corresponding to the first data type may be compressed to the enterprise data corresponding to the medium-level data level or to the enterprise data corresponding to the low-level data level according to the data priorities corresponding to the multiple necessary data types, and if the data corresponding to the first data type is a high-level data level, the enterprise data corresponding to the first data type may be compressed to the enterprise data corresponding to the low-level data level, so as to meet different user requirements. The compression mode may be to delete the enterprise data corresponding to the low-priority essential data type, or extract the keywords from the enterprise data corresponding to the low-priority essential data type, and use the reserved keywords as the enterprise data corresponding to the low-priority essential data type. Based on the data type, any one of the data types of the target enterprise information corresponds to at least one data level in the preset data level classification library.
S102, responding to the grade selection operation of the user on the enterprise report text, and calling a target enterprise report template corresponding to the grade of the enterprise report text selected by the user from a preset template database, wherein the preset template database comprises a plurality of grades of enterprise report templates.
In the above steps, since the abbreviated demands of different users on the text are different when reading the enterprise report text, the template level is set for the enterprise report text. The number of template levels corresponds to the number of data levels of the data type of the enterprise information. The content of the enterprise report text presentation at different template levels varies in detail. For example, in the present application, the template ranks are classified into a high-level template rank, a medium-level template rank, and a low-level template rank. The high-level template level displays content with a higher level of detail than the medium-level template level, and the medium-level template level displays content with a higher level of detail than the low-level template level. At this time, the user can select the template level of the enterprise report text according to the own requirement. The server presets a target enterprise report template corresponding to the template level in a template database according to the template level of the enterprise report template selected by the user, and the preset template database stores enterprise report templates with a plurality of levels which are built in advance by staff.
In one possible implementation, after responding to the user's level selection operation of the enterprise report text, in addition to retrieving the target enterprise report template corresponding to the level of the enterprise report text selected by the user, multiple data types of the target enterprise information need to be screened. At this time, based on the enterprise report text level selected by the user, the target data level corresponding to each of the plurality of data types is determined. For example, if the text level of the enterprise report selected by the user is the middle-level template level, the target data level corresponding to each of the plurality of data types is the middle-level data level. At this time, if the data level of the first data type includes a high-level data level, a medium-level data level, and a low-level data level, enterprise data corresponding to the first data type of the medium-level data level is retrieved from the data level classification database. Thereby generating enterprise report text meeting the user customization requirements.
S103, matching the enterprise data corresponding to each of the data types with a target enterprise report template based on the data level corresponding to each of the data types, and generating an enterprise report text.
In the above steps, for example, if the level of the target enterprise report template is a medium level template level, however, the data levels corresponding to each of the plurality of data types may have only low level data levels of the partial data types. Therefore, only the data types with low data levels need to be screened out, and at this time, taking the second data type as an example, the second data type is any one of a plurality of data types of the target enterprise information; and matching the second data type with a preset data grade classification library, if the second data type comprises a middle grade data grade, invoking enterprise data corresponding to the second data type as a target grade from the preset data grade classification library, filling the enterprise data corresponding to the second data type as the target data grade into a text area corresponding to the second data type in a target enterprise report template, and generating the enterprise report text. If the second data type contains the medium data level, the second data type is not processed, and only basic information corresponding to the second data type is displayed in the enterprise report text or is displayed as null data. At this time, the enterprise report text generation reduces the influence of human factors by adopting a mode of matching the enterprise data with the template, so that the enterprise report text is more objective and reliable. In addition, compared with the traditional manual report writing, a great deal of manpower and time resources can be saved.
In one possible implementation manner, after the enterprise report text is generated, if the display mode and the text typesetting of the enterprise report text are not satisfied, the application also supports the user to modify the enterprise report text. At this time, the user modifies the enterprise report text by modifying the enterprise report text, and then the server responds to the modification information of the enterprise report text by the user, wherein the modification information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of presentation mode modification and text typesetting modification. The generated enterprise report is more in line with the customization requirement of the user.
The application also provides a device for generating the enterprise report text, which is a server, wherein the server comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a sending module, wherein the server comprises a server, a server and a server, wherein the server comprises a server, a server and a server, and the server comprises a server, a server and a server
