1. The data monitoring system of the fueling and gas filling station is characterized by comprising a machine equipment monitoring unit, a data acquisition unit, a data management center and a gas concentration analysis unit;
the machine equipment monitoring unit comprises a monitoring and early warning host machine, wherein the monitoring and early warning host machine is used for carrying out real-time monitoring and processing on the running states of a plurality of machine equipment in the oiling and gas station and sending running state related data information to the data acquisition unit;
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring data information of detail oiling and gas filling of the oiling and gas filling station and gas related data information in the internal environment of the oiling and gas filling station in real time for the machine equipment, and transmitting the acquired related data information to the data management center;
the data management center is used for receiving the related data information sent by the data acquisition unit, filtering, classifying, encrypting and backing up the received related data information to finish the collection of the detail oiling data of the gas station, and sending the classified related data information to the gas concentration analysis unit;
the gas concentration analysis unit is used for receiving the related data information classified by the data management center and analyzing and processing the safety value of the gas concentration of the gasoline or natural gas residue in the air of the fueling and gas station.
2. The system for monitoring the data of the fueling and gas station according to claim 1, further comprising an abnormal state alarming unit, a safety parameter comparison unit, a wireless transmission unit, an abnormal analysis and investigation unit and a report generation unit;
the abnormal state warning unit is used for carrying out abnormal warning treatment on the machine equipment with abnormal running conditions;
the wireless transmission unit is used for connecting a plurality of hardware devices by fully utilizing a wireless transmission technology, and sending the processed related data information to related departments for checking through the wireless transmission technology;
the safety parameter comparison unit is used for receiving the gas concentration related data information sent by the gas concentration analysis unit, carrying out comparison analysis on safety values by calling a standard reference table of petroleum or natural gas content in the air of the fueling station area, and simultaneously respectively sending the compared related data information to the report production unit and the anomaly analysis and investigation unit;
the abnormal analysis and investigation unit is used for receiving the related data information sent by the abnormal state alarm unit and the safety parameter comparison unit, analyzing and investigation of abnormal values of petroleum or natural gas exceeding the safety values, and simultaneously sending investigation results to the abnormal state alarm unit and the report production unit respectively.
3. The fueling and fueling station data monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the data management center comprises a data filtering module, a data sorting module, a data encrypting module, and a data backup module;
the data filtering module is used for automatically filtering and removing the repeated transmission or invalid data of the data acquisition unit;
the data classification module is used for automatically classifying and processing the collected gas related data information, centralizing and summarizing the gas related data information belonging to gasoline or natural gas, and sending the gas related data information to the gas concentration analysis unit.
4. A fueling station data monitoring system as set forth in claim 3 wherein said data encryption module is adapted to perform key encryption processing on the filtered and categorized related data information;
the data backup module is used for carrying out centralized copying and archiving processing on the encrypted data information.
5. The system for monitoring the data of the fueling and gas station according to claim 2, wherein the abnormal state warning unit comprises an accident grading early warning module, a multimedia linkage warning module and a warning information uploading module;
the accident grading early warning module is used for setting high-low limit warning thresholds or warning conditions for safety parameters of gas concentration, oil tank liquid level and temperature respectively so as to determine warning conditions of different levels, and the monitoring early warning host compares real-time safety parameter information with the warning thresholds, so that whether warning occurs or not and the intelligent analysis processing of which level of warning occurs are judged.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the multimedia linkage alarm module and the alarm information uploading module are used for automatically calling out a video image of an alarm point when an accident alarm occurs, popping up emergency treatment prompt information, carrying out local video recording and starting audible and visual alarm, sending alarm information to related personnel in a short message sending mode, realizing multimedia linkage alarm, and simultaneously automatically uploading the alarm information to an upper petroleum company, and actively uploading safety parameter information and video image information of the alarm point after the upper petroleum company system is connected with a gas station field system.

The system according to claim 2, wherein the output end of the machine equipment monitoring unit is connected with the input ends of the data acquisition unit and the abnormal state alarm unit, the output end of the data acquisition unit is connected with the input end of the data management center, the output end of the data management center is connected with the input ends of the gas concentration analysis unit and the wireless transmission unit, the output end of the gas concentration analysis unit is connected with the input end of the safety parameter comparison unit, the output end of the safety parameter comparison unit is connected with the input ends of the wireless transmission unit, the report generation unit and the abnormal analysis and investigation unit, the output end of the abnormal state alarm unit is connected with the input ends of the report generation unit and the wireless transmission unit, and the abnormal state alarm unit and the abnormal analysis and investigation unit are connected in a bidirectional manner.

The fueling and gas station data monitoring system of claim 2, wherein the output of the data acquisition unit is coupled to the input of the data filtering module, the output of the data filtering module is coupled to the input of the data classification module, the output of the data classification module is coupled to the input of the gas concentration analysis unit and the data encryption module, the output of the data encryption module is coupled to the input of the data backup module, and the output of the data backup module is coupled to the input of the wireless transmission unit.
