As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 10, the device further comprises a stabilizing component 11, the stabilizing component 11 comprises a stop lever 111 and a fixed block 112, the top of the mounting plate 3 is rotationally connected with the stop lever 111, the top of the stop lever 111 is welded with the fixed block 112, and the stop lever 111 can be driven to rotate to block the top of the cover plate 93 by rotating the fixed block 112; when a user holds the handle 94 to move the whole device, the stress point of the whole device can be increased through the action of the stop lever 111, so that the looseness caused by overlarge stress at the rotating connection part of the mounting seat 1 and the surveying instrument body 2 is prevented; when the surveying instrument body 2 is needed to be used for surveying and mapping, the fixing block 112 can be rotated outwards to drive the stop lever 111 to rotate outwards and away from the cover plate 93, so that the mounting plate 3 can be unfolded in a downward movement mode, and normal use of the whole device is not affected.
