Working principle: the embodiment provides a plastic film cleaning device which can thoroughly clean up; during specific operation, when the plastic film is wound on the winding wheel, the winding wheel is erected on the first support frame 2, one end of the plastic film is inserted into the strip-shaped hole, the plastic film moves to the other end of the bearing plate 1 along the hollow plate 7 and the first hole 5, meanwhile, an external water pump is driven, the water pump injects clear water into the first pipe 10, the clear water flows along the first hole 5 and flows into the hollow plate 7, then the clear water is discharged from the first spray hole 12 and the second spray hole 13, the clear water impacts the surface of the plastic film, dirt on the surface of the plastic film is cleaned, and the winding wheel on the second support frame 3 rotates to wind the cleaned plastic film; the hollow plate 7 is matched with the first plate 4, the hollow plate 7 can slide in the first plate 4 along the second hole 6, the superposition length of the hollow plate 7 and the second hole 6 is adjusted, namely, the distance between the two fixed plates 8 is adjusted, so that the cleaning time of the plastic film is realized when the plastic film is cleaned, the cleaning time of the plastic film is adjusted according to the dirt condition of the surface of the plastic film, and the aim of saving water is realized under the condition that the water pressure of the first spray hole 12 and the second spray hole 13 and the cleaning condition of the plastic film are ensured; the motor is a double-output-end motor, the motor drives the screw rod 9 to rotate, and the screw rod 9 pushes or pulls the fixing plate 8 to be close to or far away from, so that the distance of the fixing plate 8 is adjusted.
The plastic film cleaning device can clean the plastic film more thoroughly, meanwhile, the first plate 4 and the hollow plate 7 are arranged, water can be saved, after the plastic film is cleaned, the plastic film is slowly wound by the winding wheel, the uniformity of winding the plastic film can be improved, the plastic film tends to be flat, wrinkles are reduced, the quality of the plastic film is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the plastic film is convenient to use next time;
the end part of the rotating shaft of the first roller body 14 is connected with the output end of an external motor, the first roller body 14 is driven to rotate, a gear 16 on the first roller body 14 is meshed with a gear 16 on the second roller body 15, the second roller body 15 is driven to rotate reversely with the first roller body 14, a brush on the surfaces of the first roller body 14 and the second roller body 15 cleans and releases dirt on the surface of the plastic film, flushing of later water flow is facilitated, and the cleaning degree of the plastic film is improved;
the first roller body 14 and the second roller body 15 are arranged in a shape, so that the edges of the plastic film are inclined downwards, and after the first roller body 14 scrapes and releases dirt on the surface of the plastic film, the dirt can slide down along the inclination trend of the plastic film, thereby being beneficial to cleaning the plastic film;
the first roller body 14 is provided with the screw thread body 17, the screw thread body 17 rotates to drive the hairbrush to rotate, dirt on the surface of the plastic film is pushed to the edge of the plastic film in a rotating mode, the dirt is helped to be separated quickly, the amount of the dirt brought into the cleaning unit by the plastic film is reduced, and the cleaning of the plastic film is helped;
the dirty degree of the sewage flowing out of the strip-shaped hole near one end of the bearing plate 1 is larger than that of the sewage flowing out of the strip-shaped hole near the other end of the bearing plate 1, the sewage flowing out of the strip-shaped hole near the other end of the bearing plate 1 can be recycled and reused, and particularly, the sewage is led to the cleaning assembly position through the return pipe, flows out of the strip-shaped hole near the other end of the bearing plate 1 and flows into the water drain hole 18, and then is led to the cleaning assembly position through the water return pump and the return pipe; the sewage is discharged from the spray head 20, and the sewage is impacted on the first roller body 14 and is flushed to the surface of the plastic film to flush away the dirt, so that the cleaning pressure of the cleaning unit on the plastic film is reduced, and meanwhile, the brush on the first roller body 14 is cleaned, so that the brush can continuously and effectively clean the dirt on the surface of the plastic film; the water pump injects water into the pipe body 24, water flow is injected into the hollow part of the ring body 21, when the second roller body 15 rotates, the through hole 26 on the hollow pipe 25 rotates to the position of the through hole 23, water flow is injected into the through hole 26 from the through hole 23, then the water flow flows along the water channel 27 communicated with the water flow, finally the water flow is discharged from the water discharge hole 28, the water flow impacts the lower surface of the plastic film, dirt on the surface of the plastic film is cleaned, the plastic film is cleaned in advance, and the cleaning pressure of the later cleaning unit is reduced;
the arrangement of the drainage direction of the drainage holes 28 ensures that the discharged water flow can wash away and lift dirt adhered to the lower surface of the plastic film, thereby improving the impact effect and the flushing effect;
the end part of the rod body 29 is connected with the output end of an external motor, the rod body 29 rotates, the beating rod 31 is driven to rotate by the springs 30, dirt on the surface of the plastic film is beaten and vibrated to be loosened by the beating rod 31, the beating rod 31 is connected to the rod body 29 by the springs 30, the elastic buffering of the springs 30 is realized, and the possibility that the plastic film is beaten and damaged by the beating rod 31 is reduced; a baffle 32 is arranged at the position of the water discharge hole 18 to block the flowing direction of water flow in the receiving plate 1, so that more water flow can be discharged along the water discharge hole 18 and can flow away through a return pipe, and the pre-scouring and cleaning effects on the plastic film are ensured;
when the plastic film is wound and collected in a farmland, the edges of the plastic film rolls are not regular, the width of the whole plastic film roll is larger than that of the plastic film, the end part of the receiving plate 1 is arranged into a flaring shape, and the plastic film roll with larger width can be adapted, so that the end part of the plastic film roll is prevented from being clamped at the end part of the receiving plate 1.

the cleaning unit comprises a first plate (4), a first hole (5) is formed in the middle layer of the first plate (4), two second holes (6) are formed in the first plate (4), the second holes (6) are symmetrically formed in the upper and lower positions of the first hole (5), two hollow plates (7) are respectively arranged on the two end faces of the first plate (4), the hollow plates (7) are in sealing sliding connection in the second hole (6), a fixing plate (8) with a strip-shaped hole is fixedly connected to the end part of each hollow plate (7), screw rods (9) are connected to two ends of the fixing plate (8) in a transmission mode, and motors are fixedly connected to the end parts of the screw rods (9);
the upper surface and the lower surface of the first plate (4) are uniformly and fixedly connected with a first pipe (10), the inner top surface and the inner bottom surface of the first hole (5) are provided with a first spray hole (12), and the first spray hole (12) is communicated with a second hole (6); the lower surface of the upper layer hollow plate (7) and the upper surface of the lower layer hollow plate (7) are provided with second spray holes (13), and the second spray holes (13) are communicated with the hollow plate (7).
