The embodiment provides a cross-region, cross-network, cross-system and cross-medium fusion communication method integrating intelligent access, intelligent management, intelligent scheduling, intelligent production, intelligent operation and intelligent marketing into a whole by relying on a short message, voice, data, video and multimedia service information full channel, can be widely applied to various fields of government administration, enterprise cooperation, product marketing and the like, supports rapid deep customization according to requirements of various government clients, does not need to reform a plug and play service platform, and further solves the problems of increasingly large daily operation and maintenance workload of information distribution of various communication channels of government clients, improves the digitalized operation efficiency of information of government clients and enterprise enterprises, and reduces operation and maintenance cost.

Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a communication method applied to a unified message convergence communication platform. As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a communication method for unifying a message fusion communication platform, where the method includes:
the method comprises the steps that a service management end receives information sent by different types of clients, and the different types of clients are accessed to the service management end through different standardized interface protocols;
the service management end sends the received information to a fusion gateway;
and the fusion gateway forwards the information to the user terminal by adopting a communication mode matched with the user terminal.
Specifically, the convergence gateway supports clients of the needs of various industries on various short messages, including industries with vigorous short message convergence communication needs, such as enterprises and public institutions, financial clients, internet applications, entities/electronic commerce/logistics and the like;
the client side of the system puts forward the requirement of sending the short message, and the support system provides the portal for the client to use or the integrated access of the own system for the client; the government enterprise clients can be supported to configure the short message sending task requirements or the system operators to send requirement applications instead of sending requirements;
the short message sending task of the government enterprise client is configured and managed through a business operation management end;
two-way communication between a mobile phone or other communication equipment and government enterprise clients is realized through the convergence gateway, and the functions of corresponding charging collection, service management, short message security management, network management and the like are finished;
realizing the two-way communication of the short message through various communication channels such as telecommunication, mobile, communication, broadcasting and television, the Internet and the like;
the information sent by the client reaches various communication devices such as mobile phones, computers, televisions, large screens and the like, and supports short messages, audio voices, 5G messages, mailboxes, enterprise WeChat and the like.

the service management end is integrated with different types of communication channels, and the communication channels can be dynamically adjusted to realize the transmission of different types of information; the service management end also comprises a standardized interface protocol, so that the quick plug-in access of different types of clients is realized;
the convergence gateway is in communication connection with the service management end and the user terminal, has functions of a service gateway, an industry gateway and an intercommunication gateway, and realizes bidirectional transmission of different types of information.
2. The unified message fusion communication platform according to claim 1, wherein the service management end comprises a content push module and a material management module;
the content pushing module is used for managing the pushing capacity of the short message content and constructing a normalized content pushing rule;
the material management module is used for managing the materials for making the short message content and constructing a visualized content making rule.
3. The unified message convergence communication platform of claim 1, wherein the service management end comprises an enterprise address book module and a channel management module;
the enterprise address book module is used for managing the address book of the short message receiving object and constructing a normalization check rule.
The channel management module is used for managing the communication channels of the short messages and constructing normalization check rules.
4. The unified message convergence communication platform of claim 1, wherein the service management end comprises an intelligent auditing module and a black-and-white list module;
the intelligent auditing module is used for managing intelligent auditing of the short message content and auditing the short message content in a system pre-auditing and manual auditing mode;
the black-and-white list module is used for maintaining and managing a black-and-white list of the short message receiving object and constructing a normalization check rule.
5. The unified message fusion communication platform of claim 1, wherein the business management end comprises a business rule engine module, a business scenario engine module, and an industry template library module;
the service rule engine module is used for carrying out configuration management on the short message service pushing rule and constructing visual rule configuration;
the service scene engine module is used for carrying out configuration management on the short message service scene rules and constructing visual rule configuration;
the industry template library module is used for reserving various industry short message templates according to the industry characteristics of different industries, and the user can freely call the configuration.
6. The unified message fusion communication platform of claim 1, wherein the business management end comprises a task plan scheduling module, a BI report engine module, and a unified interface engine module;
the task plan scheduling module is used for intelligently scheduling different business rules and constructing a normalization check rule, wherein the business rules at least comprise business attributes and priorities;
the BI report engine module is used for rapidly manufacturing various operation data reports and constructing visual report rule configuration;
the unified interface engine module is used for prefabricating standardized interface protocols of various communication channels and client systems and is used for quickly accessing various communication channels and client systems.
7. The unified message convergence communication platform of claim 1, wherein the convergence gateway comprises a short message access adaptation module and an SP service management module;
the short message access adaptation module is compatible with various communication channel access protocols and realizes the functions of joining authentication, rate control and status report callback;
and the SP service management and control module is used for managing the SP service information, the access account, the SP flow control configuration and the SP service port information.
8. The unified message convergence communication platform of claim 1, wherein the convergence gateway comprises a short message sending schedule management module, a short message security management module, and a short message channel capability module;
the short message sending scheduling management and control module is used for managing and controlling the routing configuration, the sending priority and the comprehensive rate flow which are sent and received;
the short message safety management and control module performs safety filtration on the short message content and callback of a short message safety result;
and the short message channel capability module performs capability access configuration on the short message center, the industry gateway and the convergence gateway.
9. The unified message convergence communication platform of claim 1, wherein the convergence gateway comprises a short message service operation module and a monitoring center module;
the short message service operation module is used for generating account checking list report forms, charging bill synchronization, sending link state inquiry, short message signaling tracking and inquiry;
the monitoring center module is used for monitoring and managing the short message service operation environment, constructing a trigger, detecting through the trigger, and automatically monitoring and early warning when the operation environment changes.
10. A communication method for a unified message fusion communication platform according to any of claims 1-9, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a service management end receives information sent by different types of clients, and the different types of clients are accessed to the service management end through different standardized interface protocols;
the service management end sends the received information to a fusion gateway;
and the fusion gateway forwards the information to the user terminal by adopting a communication mode matched with the user terminal.
