and carrying out optical character recognition on the supplementary image, and carrying out supplementary processing on the resource application information based on a character recognition result.
For example, after checking, the information bit of the resource application template is not filled completely, and the discharge time is short, a voice prompt is generated based on the discharge time, namely, a user requests to supplement, requests to manually supplement or scans album acquisition, if the user answers the scan album acquisition, a credential image stored in the user terminal is read, optical character recognition is performed on the read credential image, and the resource application information is supplemented based on a character recognition result.

In the process of acquiring the supplementary image stored in the user terminal by the server, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the following manner is adopted for acquiring:
reading a supplementary image in an image storage component based on an image reading instruction sent by the server;
uploading the supplementary image to the server so that the server can carry out optical character recognition on the supplementary image, and supplementing the resource application information based on a character recognition result.
Specifically, in the process that the server acquires the supplementary image stored in the user terminal, the image reading instruction is sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal reads the supplementary image in the image storage component based on the image reading instruction sent by the server, the supplementary image is uploaded to the server, the server performs optical character recognition on the supplementary image, and the resource application information is supplemented based on a character recognition result.
Third kind: the two ways of supplementing the resource application information provided above guide the user to supplement the resource application information by performing voice interaction with the user, and select the ways required by the user from the manual supplement and the scanning album, so as to improve the selectivity of the user.
Sending voice data containing information to be supplemented to the user terminal so that the user terminal performs voice broadcasting on the voice data;
and acquiring the supplementary information voice acquired and sent after the voice broadcast by the user terminal, recognizing the supplementary information in the supplementary information voice, writing the supplementary information into the resource application template, and supplementing the resource application information.
