The faced paper is the melamine decorative paper after being impregnated with melamine glue and some additives. And the plates (density boards, shaving boards and plywood) are subjected to hot pressing by a hot press steel plate to form the facing plate. The national standard GB/T28995 requires that the formaldehyde release amount of the decorative paper is 1.5mg/L grade A and 3.0mg/L grade B.
The Liquid wall paper (Liquid wall paper) is also called wall paper paint, is an environment-friendly paint integrating the advantages of wall paper and emulsion paint, can create different visual effects according to the wish of a decorator, overcomes the defects of single color and no layering of the emulsion paint, and also avoids the defects of easy color change, edge warping, interface and the like of the wall paper.
The original mainstream products are traditional emulsion paint and wallpaper (also called wallpaper), and the emulsion paint has monotonous color, is easy to dirty and difficult to clean, and seriously lacks the characteristics of pattern change, individuation and the like. The wallpaper product has the advantages of high cost, high construction difficulty, high loss probability in the construction and maintenance process, easiness in wrinkling, mildew, fading and lack of stereoscopic impression after being wetted, difficulty in meeting the requirements of personalized customization and the like, and the adhesive used in the wallpaper construction process easily contains cancerogenic harmful substances such as methanol and the like, thereby causing decoration pollution.
The existing decorative paper has no smell or little pungent taste, which is emitted by internal formaldehyde and other cancerogenic substances when illuminated, and a certain time is needed although the emission of formaldehyde can be absorbed by the environment or plants, so that the decorative paper is not friendly to a person ready to carry in new families, and therefore, the invention provides a production process of the antibacterial negative oxygen type liquid decorative paper, which is used for solving the problems in the prior art.
