If the handle 434 is disposed inside the outer case 12, the handle 434 is not held by the operator due to the high temperature, and the handle 434 is disposed outside the outer case 12, and the inner top plate 14 can move up and down, so that the second strip-shaped through groove 131 is formed on the cover plate 13, and the second screw sleeve 433 moves along the second strip-shaped through groove 131 when the inner top plate 14 moves up and down, thereby avoiding the interference between the cover plate 13 and the second interval adjusting structure 43.

Referring to fig. 4 and 14, it is shown that: two locking structures 16 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper portion of the cover plate 13, each locking structure 16 comprises a first U-shaped support 161, each first U-shaped support 161 is connected with the wall surface of the outer box body 12, a first rotating shaft 162 is arranged on each first U-shaped support 161, an annular plate 163 is arranged at one end of each first rotating shaft 162, a tension spring 164 is sleeved on each first rotating shaft 162, one end of each tension spring 164 is connected with each annular plate 163, the other end of each tension spring 164 is connected with each first U-shaped support 161, a compression block 165 is arranged at the other end of each first rotating shaft 162, the middle of each compression block 165 is connected with each first rotating shaft 162, and two rotating arms 166 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of each compression block 165.
