a paper handling part (2), the paper handling part (2) having a power take-off (6) adapted to rotate forward when the paper handling part (2) is in a first operating state and to rotate backward when the paper handling part (2) is in a second operating state;
the paper accommodating part comprises an upper plate (31) and a lower plate (32), the upper plate (31) is arranged on the frame (1), the lower plate (32) is hinged on the frame (1), an elastic element (8) is arranged between the lower plate (32) and the frame (1), a stacking space for stacking paper is formed between the upper plate (31) and the lower plate (32), a paper outlet (33) is formed in the front end part of the paper accommodating part, and the paper outlet (33) is communicated with the stacking space;
a paper rubbing part (4), wherein the paper rubbing part (4) is arranged on the upper plate (31), and the paper rubbing part (4) is suitable for contacting with paper in the stacking space and is driven to move so as to convey the paper towards a paper outlet (33);
a lower plate descent part (5), the lower plate descent part (5) being connected to the lower plate (32), the lower plate descent part (5) being connected to a power take-off (6); wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the power output member (6) is adapted to not drive the lower plate descent member (5) to act upon forward rotation thereof and to drive the lower plate descent member (5) to act upon reverse rotation thereof to pull the lower plate (32) to swing downward.
2. The paper conveying apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a paper guide assembly (7), the paper guide assembly (7) having a paper guide channel (74) engaged with the paper outlet (33) and receiving paper exiting from the paper outlet (33), the paper guide assembly (7) being adapted to be driven to move to convey paper conveyed to the paper guide channel (74) in a processing inlet direction of the paper processing part (2).
3. The paper conveying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein,
the paper guide assembly (7) comprises:
a first guide shaft (71), a second guide shaft (72) and a third guide shaft (73) which are rotatably connected to the frame (1), wherein the rotation directions of the first guide shaft (71) and the second guide shaft (72) are opposite, and the rotation directions of the second guide shaft (72) and the third guide shaft (73) are opposite;
a first guide roller group (711) mounted on the first guide shaft (71);
a second guide roller group (721) mounted on the second guide shaft (72), a guide passage being formed between the second guide roller group (721) and the first guide roller group (711);
and a third guide roller set (731) installed on the third guide shaft (73), wherein a back guide channel is formed between the third guide roller set (731) and the second guide roller set (721), the front guide channel is connected with the paper outlet (33), the back guide channel is connected with the front guide channel, paper coming out of the paper outlet (33) enters the front guide channel and then enters the back guide channel, and finally the paper enters the processing inlet of the paper processing part (2).
4. The paper conveying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein,
the power output piece (6) directly or indirectly drives the paper guide assembly (7) and/or the paper rubbing component (4) to act.
5. The paper transporting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein,
the paper rubbing device is characterized in that the power output piece (6) is connected with the paper guiding assembly (7) through a front-stage transmission pair (9), the paper guiding assembly (7) is connected with the paper rubbing component (4) through a rear-stage transmission pair (10), the power output piece (6) drives the paper guiding assembly (7) to act through the front-stage transmission pair (9), and the paper guiding assembly (7) drives the paper rubbing component (4) to act through the rear-stage transmission pair (10).
6. The paper conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein,
the paper rubbing part (4) comprises:
a base body (41) mounted on the upper plate (31);
and a rubbing roller (42) rotatably connected to the base (41), wherein the rubbing roller (42) is suitable for contacting with the paper in the stacking space and is driven to move so as to convey the paper towards the paper outlet (33).
7. The paper conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein,
the lower plate descent member (5) comprises:
a rotation shaft (51) rotatably connected to the frame (1);
the unidirectional rotation transmission piece (52) is arranged on the rotation shaft (51), the unidirectional rotation transmission piece (52) is connected with the power output piece (6) through a pulling transmission pair, the power output piece (6) does not drive the rotation shaft (51) to rotate through the unidirectional rotation transmission piece (52) when rotating in the forward direction, and the power output piece (6) drives the rotation shaft (51) to rotate through the unidirectional rotation transmission piece (52) when rotating in the reverse direction;
and the swinging component (53) is respectively connected with the rotating shaft (51) and the lower plate (32), and the swinging component (53) is suitable for being driven by the rotating shaft (51) to pull the lower plate (32) to swing downwards.
8. The paper transporting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein,
the unidirectional rotation transmission member (52) is a unidirectional damper or a unidirectional clutch.
9. The paper transporting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein,
the pulling transmission pair comprises:
a first pulling synchronizing wheel (101) mounted on the power take-off (6);
a second pulling synchronizing wheel (102) mounted on the unidirectional rotation transmission member (52);
and a pulling synchronous belt (104) connecting the first pulling synchronous wheel (101) and the second pulling synchronous wheel (102).
10. The paper transporting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein,
the swinging member (53) includes:
a swinging member (531), the swinging member (531) being mounted on the rotation shaft (51);
and one end of the stay wire (532) is connected with the swinging piece (531), and the other end of the stay wire (532) is connected with the lower plate (32).
11. The paper conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein,
the paper accommodating part is provided with a first paper sensing device which is suitable for collecting whether paper exists in the paper accommodating part, and a processing inlet part of the paper processing part (2) is provided with a second paper sensing device which is suitable for collecting whether paper exists in the processing inlet part;
the paper processing device further comprises a controller, the controller is connected with the first paper sensing device and/or the second paper sensing device, the controller is further connected with the paper processing component (2), and the controller is suitable for controlling the paper processing component (2) to be in a first working state or a second working state according to signals collected by the first paper sensing device and/or the second paper sensing device.
