The invention relates to the field of vessel cleaning, in particular to a sample detection container cleaner, which comprises an air bag body; the liquid bag body is coated outside the air bag body, and a liquid layer is formed between the liquid bag body and the air bag body; the surface of the liquid bag body is provided with a plurality of liquid holes penetrating through the liquid layer; the valve component is used for guiding air to the inside of the air bag body and guiding liquid to the inside of the liquid bag body; the motor is used for driving the liquid bag body to rotate, the sealed air cavity and the liquid layer are formed by the liquid bag body and the air bag body which are sleeved, the device is inflated and filled in the container by ventilation in the air cavity and water ventilation in the liquid layer, the liquid bag body is driven to rotate, meanwhile, water is sprayed through the liquid hole, the inner wall of the detection container is rapidly and comprehensively cleaned, and the device can be suitable for cleaning containers with different sizes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vessel cleaning, in particular to a cleaner for a sample detection container.
Background
The fields of food, medicine, chemical industry and the like widely relate to sample detection projects, and are used for accurately detecting food safety, medicine components and chemical material components, improving experiments and meeting production standards, wherein glass containers are generally adopted for sample detection, such as test tubes, beakers, measuring cylinders and other vessels, so that the containers are not influenced by detection when being repeatedly used, and the containers are required to be cleaned in time after the sample detection is completed each time;
the detection container is cleaned by water flushing, sample materials adhered to the inner wall of the container are not easy to be completely removed, and the inner wall of the container is cleaned by a brush and a cleaning tool in the prior art, so that the cleaning effect can be improved, but the container of different types cannot be cleaned rapidly without dead angles.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the following problems in the prior art: the detection container is cleaned by water flushing, sample materials adhered to the inner wall of the container are not easy to be completely removed, and the inner wall of the container is cleaned by a brush and a cleaning tool in the prior art, so that the cleaning effect can be improved, but the container of different types cannot be cleaned rapidly without dead angles.
In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides a cleaner for a sample detection container, which comprises an air bag body;
the liquid bag body is coated outside the air bag body, and a liquid layer is formed between the liquid bag body and the air bag body;
the surface of the liquid bag body is provided with a plurality of liquid holes penetrating through the liquid layer;
the valve component is used for guiding air to the inside of the air bag body and guiding liquid to the inside of the liquid bag body;
and the motor is used for driving the liquid bag body to rotate.
Preferably, the outer surface of the liquid bag body is uniformly provided with a plurality of rubber bulges, and the liquid holes penetrate through the rubber bulges one by one.
Preferably, the top of the air bag body is connected with a handle rod, a rod barrel is arranged in the air bag body, the top of the rod barrel is connected with the handle rod, the bottom of the rod barrel is connected with the bottom of the air bag body in a sealing mode, and an air flow passage penetrating through the air bag body is formed in the handle rod.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cleaner for a sample detection container is provided, wherein an air bag body 2 and a liquid bag body 1 are sleeved inside and outside, the air bag body 2 and the liquid bag body 1 are made of elastic rubber materials, a circular handle rod 6 is connected with the top end of the air bag body 2 in a sealing manner, so that a closed space is formed inside the air bag body 2, a rod barrel 63 is arranged inside the air bag body 2, the top of the rod barrel 63 is fixedly connected with the handle rod 6, the bottom of the rod barrel 63 is connected with the bottom of the air bag body 2 in a sealing manner, and the air bag body 2 in an uninflated state is stretched into a long strip shape by the arrangement of the handle rod 6, so that equipment can be conveniently inserted into the detection container;
the rotating ring 7 is rotatably arranged outside the handle rod 6, the liquid bag body 1 is sleeved outside the air bag body 2, the top of the liquid bag body 1 is connected with the rotating ring 7 in a sealing way, a sealed liquid layer 3 is formed between the liquid bag body 1 and the air bag body 2, a plurality of liquid holes 12 are uniformly formed in the surface of the liquid bag body 1, and the liquid holes 12 penetrate through the liquid layer 3;
the handle rod 6 is internally provided with a liquid flow channel 61 and an air flow channel 62, the liquid flow channel 61 penetrates through the liquid layer 3, the air flow channel 62 penetrates through the air bag body 2, and the other ends of the liquid flow channel 61 and the air flow channel 62 are connected with an external air source and an external liquid source through the valve assembly 4;
the motor 5 is arranged at the top of the handle rod 6 and is encapsulated by adopting a shell, the shaft rod 51 rotates to penetrate through the handle rod 6 and the rod barrel 63, the top of the shaft rod 51 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor 5, the bottom fixed end piece 71 of the shaft rod 51 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the liquid bag body 1;
when the detection container is cleaned, the liquid bag body 1 is inserted into the container through the handheld handle rod 6, gas is firstly guided into the air bag body 2 through the valve component 4 and flows through the air flow channel 62, the air bag body 2 expands, the liquid bag body 1 is synchronously spread until the outer surface of the liquid bag body 1 is filled into the container, air supply is stopped, then liquid is guided into the liquid layer 3 through the liquid flow channel 61 through the valve component 4, the liquid is sprayed into the container through the liquid hole 12, meanwhile, the motor 5 is started to drive the shaft rod 51 to rotate, the liquid bag body 1 is in a tight expansion state due to filling of the gas and the liquid, the shaft rod 51 can drive the liquid bag body 1 to rotate, and the inside of the container is wiped when water spraying is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the outer surface of the liquid bag body 1 is uniformly provided with a plurality of rubber protrusions 11, the liquid holes 12 penetrate through the rubber protrusions 11 one by one, the friction factor of the outer surface of the liquid bag body 1 is higher due to the arrangement of the rubber protrusions 11, the strength of the inner wall of the wiping container is higher, in addition, the caliber of the liquid holes 12 is not easy to change due to the expansion of the liquid bag body 1 due to the arrangement of the rubber protrusions 11, water spraying is uniform, and the firmness of the liquid bag body 1 is higher.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the valve assembly 4 comprises an air pipe 41, the surface of the air pipe 41 vertically penetrates through a through pipe 43, the middle part of the through pipe 43 penetrates through a liquid pipe 42, the liquid pipe 42 is parallel to the air pipe 41, a valve column 48 is arranged in the through pipe 43 in a sliding manner, the valve column 48 is elastically connected with the through pipe 43 through a spring, a valve hole 49 is formed in the surface of the valve column 48, a micro switch 44 is arranged at the end part of the through pipe 43, two ends of the air pipe 41 are respectively connected with an air source and an air flow channel 62, and two ends of the liquid pipe 42 are respectively connected with a liquid source and a liquid flow channel 61; the end part of the air pipe 41 is connected with a Y-pipe 45 through a one-way valve 47, one branch end of the Y-pipe 45 is connected with an air flow passage 62, and the other branch end of the Y-pipe 45 is sealed by a sealing cover 46 in a threaded manner;
the valve column 48 under the normal state is kept at one end of the through pipe 43, which is close to the air pipe 41, under the action of elastic force, the valve hole 49 is staggered with the liquid pipe 42, the valve column 48 seals the liquid pipe 42, an external air source leads air into the air bag body 2 through the air pipe 41, when the air bag body 2 is inflated and filled in a container, the air pressure in the air bag body 2 is increased, the valve column 48 slides towards the other end of the through pipe 43 against the elastic force under the action of air pressure, the micro switch 44 is electrically connected with the air source, when the valve column 48 abuts against the micro switch 44, the air source is closed, the valve hole 49 is aligned with the liquid pipe 42 at the moment, and the liquid source leads cleaning liquid into the liquid layer 3 through the valve hole 49, so that water can be automatically switched after the air inflation is completed;
the one-way valve 47 is arranged to keep constant air pressure in the air bag body 2, and after cleaning, the rotary sealing cover 46 opens the branch end of the Y-pipe 45 for releasing the air in the air bag body 2, so that the device is contracted and taken out.
Claims (7)
1. A sample testing container cleaner, comprising:
an air bag body (2);
the liquid bag comprises a liquid bag body (1), wherein the liquid bag body (1) is coated outside the air bag body (2), and a liquid layer (3) is formed between the liquid bag body (1) and the air bag body (2);
a plurality of liquid holes (12) penetrating through the liquid layer (3) are formed in the surface of the liquid bag body (1);
the valve component (4), the valve component (4) is used for guiding air to the inside of the air bag body (2) and guiding liquid to the inside of the liquid bag body (1);
and the motor (5) is used for driving the liquid bag body (1) to rotate.
