Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the brushing mechanism further includes a first driving component 41 for driving the cleaning brush roller 42 to rotate, the first driving component 41 includes a first driving source 411, a first gear 412 and a second gear 413 which are meshed with each other, one end of each of the two brushing rotating shafts 421 passes through the mounting frame 11, the first gear 412 is coaxially fixed to one end of one brushing rotating shaft 421 located outside the mounting frame 11, and the second gear 413 is coaxially fixed to one end of the other brushing rotating shaft 421 located outside the mounting frame 11. One end of each of the two brushing rotating shafts 441 penetrates through the mounting frame 11, one end of each of the brushing rotating shafts 441 positioned outside the mounting frame 11 is sleeved with and fixed with a first belt wheel 414, and one end of each of the brushing rotating shafts 421 positioned outside the mounting frame 11 is sleeved with and fixed with a second belt wheel 415; the first driving assembly 41 further includes a driving belt 416, two driving belts 416 are specifically provided, and the first pulley 414 and the second pulley 415 are jointly sleeved in one driving belt 416.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the first driving source 411 is specifically provided as a first motor, and an output shaft of the first motor is coaxially provided with one of the brush replenishment rotary shafts 441. When the motor drives the supplementary brush rotating shaft 441 to rotate, the first belt pulley 414 fixed on the supplementary brush rotating shaft 441 makes the first belt pulley 414 drive the driving endless belt 416 to rotate, so that the two cleaning brush rollers 42 and the other one of the dirt removing brush rollers 44 rotate simultaneously. When the brushing mechanism is used, the output shaft of the first motor is turned and set to rotate anticlockwise, so that the rotation direction of each cleaning brush roller 42 and the decontamination brush roller 44 is opposite to the moving direction of the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10, and the cleaning effect of the brushing mechanism is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, a water removing assembly 7 is arranged above the brushing mechanism, the water removing assembly 7 comprises two water removing rods 71 which are oppositely arranged, the water removing rods 71 are parallel to the brushing rotating shaft 421, adjusting sliding grooves are formed in the outer side wall of the mounting frame 11, and two ends of the water removing rods 71 are respectively and slidably arranged in the two adjusting sliding grooves. The water absorbing members 72 are fixed to opposite end surfaces of the two water removing rods 71, and the water absorbing members 72 are specifically arranged to be water absorbing sponges in the embodiment, and the water absorbing sponges are laid along the length direction of the water removing rods 71. A force application member 73 is further arranged between the two water removal rods 71, and connecting rods 711 are fixed on the end faces of the two water removal rods 71; in the present embodiment, the urging member 73 is specifically provided as an urging spring, and both ends of the water removal lever 71 are provided with urging springs. One end of the force spring is fixed on the connecting rod 711 of one dewatering rod 71, and the other end is fixedly connected on the connecting rod 711 of the other dewatering rod 71. The distance between the two water removing rods 71 can be adjusted by enabling the two water removing rods 71 to move away from each other, and the two water removing rods 71 can be loosened by enabling the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 to pass through the space between the two water removing rods 71. After the two dewatering rods 71 are loosened, the dewatering rods 71 move relatively under the action of the force application springs so as to clamp the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10, and residual liquid on the surface of the washed aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 is removed, so that subsequent drying operation is facilitated. If a certain section of the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 has folds, the two water removal rods 71 can also clamp the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 again under the action of force application after being separated from each other and slid, so that the damage to the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 in the water removal process is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, a third driving source 74 is further fixed to the mounting frame 11, the third driving source 74 is specifically configured as a hydraulic cylinder, and a connecting plate 712 is fixed to an end of the water removing rod 71 near the connecting rod 711. The telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 712. The hydraulic cylinder is started, and the dewatering rods 71 can be driven to move along the adjusting sliding groove, so that the adjustment of the distance between the two dewatering rods 71 is realized.
The second cloth conveying roller 24 is rotatably arranged on one side of the water removing rod 71 far away from the cleaning brush roller 42, and the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 is wound on the second cloth conveying roller 24 after being dehydrated by the water removing component 7.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a drying device 5 is provided at a side of the brushing device 4 away from the spraying device 3, the drying device 5 includes a drying member 52 and a spreading roller 51 rotatably connected to the mounting frame 11, and an end portion of the spreading roller 51 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 11 through a bearing. In this embodiment, the drying member 52 is specifically configured as an electric warm air blower, and an air outlet of the electric warm air blower is configured toward the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10. The electric warm-air blower is specifically provided with two, and two electric warm-air blowers set up in mounting bracket 11 both sides respectively.
In this embodiment, five spreading rollers 51 are disposed at intervals, and the spreading roller 51 adjacent to the second cloth conveying roller 24 and the second cloth conveying roller 24 are located at the same vertical height. Two spreading rollers 51 are adjacently arranged and distributed in a staggered manner. The aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 sequentially bypasses each of the exhibition portion rollers along the second cloth conveying roller 24, and the hot air output by the electric warm air blower dries the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 positioned on the exhibition portion roller 51, so that the moisture on the surface of the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 is further removed.
Referring to fig. 3, the third cloth transporting roller 25 is rotatably disposed at one side of the drying device 5 far from the brushing device 4, and the dried aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 is sequentially wound onto the third cloth transporting roller 25 and the cloth discharging roller 22 along the cloth spreading roller 51, and passes out of the mounting frame 11 along the cloth discharging roller 22. In the present embodiment, the third cloth conveying roller 25 is located at the same vertical level as the first cloth conveying roller 23.
Referring to fig. 7, a cloth stacking device 8 is provided at a side of the cloth outlet roller 22 away from the third cloth conveying roller 25, and the cloth stacking device 8 includes a cloth stacking rod 82 and a third driving assembly 81. Two guide rods 112 are fixed on one side of the mounting frame 11 close to the cloth outlet roller 22, the two guide rods 112 are oppositely arranged, and guide strip holes 1121 are formed in the guide rods 112. Both ends of the cloth stacking bar 82 are respectively slidably connected to the guide bar holes 1121 of the two guide bars 112.
The third driving assembly 81 comprises a fourth driving source 811, a driving wheel 812 and a connecting rod 813, wherein the driving wheel 812 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 11; one end of the connecting rod 813 is arranged close to the edge of the driving wheel 812 and is rotationally connected with the outer side wall of the driving wheel 812, and the other end of the connecting rod 813 is rotationally connected with the cloth stacking rod 82. In this embodiment, the fourth driving source 811 is specifically configured as a fourth motor, and the fourth motor is started to drive the driving wheel 812 to rotate, so that the cloth stacking rod 82 performs a horizontal reciprocating motion along the guide bar hole 1121 under the action of the connecting rod 813. When the cloth stacking device 8 works, the outer side wall of the cloth stacking rod 82 is propped against the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 penetrating out of the mounting frame 11, and when the cloth stacking roller horizontally reciprocates, the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 is folded along the vertical direction.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, for convenience of penetrating the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 to be cleaned into the mounting frame 11, a traction device 6 is further provided on the mounting frame 11. The traction device 6 comprises a traction rope 61, a first traction roller 62 and a second traction roller 63, the first traction roller 62 is located under the cloth collecting roller 21, a first traction rotating shaft is coaxially fixed in the first traction roller 62, two sections of the first traction rotating shaft penetrate through the mounting frame 11, and the end part of the first traction rotating shaft is connected with the mounting frame 11 in a rotating mode through a bearing. The second traction roller 63 is located under the cloth outlet roller 22, a second traction rotating shaft is coaxially fixed in the second traction roller 63, two sections of the second traction rotating shaft penetrate through the mounting frame 11, and the end part of the second traction rotating shaft is in rotary connection with the mounting frame 11 through a bearing. The traction rope 61 sequentially winds around the cloth collecting roller 21, the first cloth conveying roller 23, the second cloth conveying roller 24, the cloth spreading roller 51, the third cloth conveying roller 25, the cloth discharging roller 22 and the second traction roller 63 along the first traction roller 62, and then winds back to the first traction roller 62 from the second traction roller 63 to form an annular traction rope 61.
Referring to fig. 6, a fastener 64 is detachably connected to the traction rope 61, and in this embodiment, the fastener 64 is specifically configured as a fastening clip, and the fastening clip is clamped and fixed to the fastening rope. The traction ropes 61 are specifically provided with five traction ropes 61, and the five traction ropes 61 are arranged at equal intervals along the axial direction of the first traction roller 62. In other implementations of this embodiment, the fastener 64 may also be provided as a hook.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the second driving assembly 26 can simultaneously drive the cloth collecting roller 21, the first pulling roller 62, and the second pulling roller 63 to rotate. The second driving assembly 26 includes a second driving source 261, a first sprocket 262, a second sprocket 263, and a chain 264 cooperating with the first sprocket 262 and the second sprocket 263. Two transmission rotating shafts 111 are arranged between the first traction roller 62 and the second traction roller 63 at intervals, and one end of each transmission rotating shaft 111 is rotatably connected with the mounting frame 11 through a bearing. In the present embodiment, one of the transfer shafts 111 is disposed coaxially with the axis of the first cloth roller 23, and the other transfer shaft 111 is disposed coaxially with the axis of the third cloth roller 25. The first sprocket 262 and the second sprocket 263 are coaxially fixed at one end of the first traction rotating shaft and one end of the transmission rotating shaft 111, the first sprocket 262 is coaxially fixed at one end of the cloth collecting rotating shaft 211, and the second sprocket 263 is coaxially fixed at one end of the second traction rotating shaft. The two first sprockets 262 disposed adjacently are sleeved with the chains 264, the two second sprockets 263 disposed adjacently are also sleeved with the chains 264, in this embodiment, the chains 264 are specifically disposed with four chains, and the four chains 264 are different in size.
In this embodiment, the second driving source 261 is specifically configured as a second motor, and the second motor is fixedly connected coaxially with the second traction rotating shaft through a coupling.
The second motor is started to drive the second traction rotating shaft to rotate, and when the second traction rotating shaft rotates, the second sprocket 263 fixed on the second traction rotating shaft rotates, so that the chain 264 is driven to move; under the interaction of the chain 264, the first sprocket 262 and the second sprocket 263, the first traction roller 62, the cloth collecting roller 21 and the second traction roller 63 are rotated simultaneously, so that the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 is transported and the driving ropes are driven to move.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in order to reduce abrasion to the cloth collecting roller 21, the cloth transporting roller, the cloth spreading roller 51 and the cloth discharging roller 22 when the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 is transported, a plurality of rollers 9 are coaxially sleeved on the cloth collecting roller 21, the cloth transporting roller, the cloth spreading roller 51, the cloth discharging roller 22, the first traction roller 62 and the second traction roller 63, and the rollers 9 are arranged at equal intervals. The roller 9 also improves the actual diameters of the cloth collecting roller 21, the cloth conveying roller, the cloth spreading roller 51 and the cloth outlet roller 22, is convenient for winding the aluminum alloy conveying tent cloth 10 with larger area, and also solves the production material.
The cleaning machine for the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 according to the embodiment of the application is implemented by arranging the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 on one side of the mounting frame 11 close to the cloth collecting roller 21, clamping and fixing one end of the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 with the traction rope 61 by using the fastening clamp, and then driving the second driving source 261, so that the traction rope 61 starts to move towards the direction close to the second traction rope 61 under the action of the second driving component 26. Simultaneously starting a driving piece and a first driving source 411, and enabling the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 to pass through the space between two infusion tubes 31 under the action of a second driving component 26 and a traction rope 61, wherein the driving piece conveys external cleaning liquid into the infusion tubes 31, and nozzles 32 on the infusion tubes 31 spray the cleaning liquid to two sides of the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10; the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 moves continuously along with the driving rope and passes through the primary cleaning gap 45 and the cleaning gap 43, the dirt removing brush roller 44 and the cleaning brush roller 42 rotate under the action of the first driving assembly 41, and the primary cleaning gap 45 and the cleaning gap 43 positioned at the primary cleaning gap 45 and the cleaning gap 43 are washed to remove dirt attached to the surface of the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10.
The third driving source 74 is started to drive the two dewatering rods 71 to move away from each other, so that the washed aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 bypasses the first cloth conveying roller 23 under the drive of the traction rope 61, enters between the two dewatering rods 71, and then the third driving source 74 is closed to enable the two dewatering rods 71 to recover under the action of the force application piece 73. After the water removing rod 71 is restored, the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 is clamped, so that the water absorbing piece 72 on the water removing rod 71 takes out the liquid attached to the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10. The traction rope 61 continuously drives the dehydrated aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 to move, so that the aluminum alloy tent cloth 10 bypasses the second cloth conveying roller 24 and then sequentially bypasses each cloth spreading roller 51, and the cloth spreading rollers 51 are dried to further remove water. After the dehydrated aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 winds the cloth outlet roller 22 along with the traction rope 61, the fastening clamp is detached, the connection between the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 and the traction rope 61 is disconnected, the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10 is erected on the cloth folding rod 82, and finally the fourth driving source 811 is started to enable the cloth folding rod 82 to slide back and forth along the horizontal direction under the action of the third driving component 81 so as to fold the aluminum alloy tarpaulin 10.

the drying device (5), the drying device (5) is located at one side of the brushing device (4) far away from the spraying device (3), and the drying device (5) comprises a spreading roller (51) rotatably connected to the mounting frame (11) and a drying piece (52) arranged at one side of the spreading roller (51);
the conveying device (2) comprises a cloth collecting roller (21), a cloth outlet roller (22) and a cloth conveying roller arranged between the cloth collecting roller (21) and the cloth outlet roller (22), wherein the cloth collecting roller (21), the cloth outlet roller (22) and the cloth conveying roller are all rotationally connected to the mounting frame (11);
the cloth conveying roller, the spraying device (3), the brushing device (4) and the drying device (5) are positioned between the cloth collecting roller (21) and the cloth discharging roller (22);
the conveying device (2) further comprises a second driving assembly (26), and the second driving assembly (26) is used for driving the cloth collecting roller (21) to rotate;
the traction device (6) comprises a traction rope (61), a first traction roller (62) and a second traction roller (63) which are rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (11);
the traction rope (61) sequentially bypasses the cloth conveying rollers, the cloth discharging rollers (22) and the second traction rollers (63) along the first traction rollers (62), then the cloth is wound back at the first traction rollers (62), the traction rope (61) is further provided with a fastening piece (64) used for connecting the aluminum alloy tent cloth (10), and the second driving assembly (26) can further drive the first traction rollers (62) and the second traction rollers (63) to rotate.
