The connecting wire 11 is vertically wound on the outer side of the movable telescopic extrusion cylinder 42 after entering the storage groove 29 as shown in fig. 7, then the connecting wire 11 extends out of the semicircular column groove 27, when the connecting wire 11 is subjected to larger pulling force, the winding ring can be tightened, the outer wall of the movable telescopic extrusion cylinder 42 is contracted, the winding ring gradually approaches to the small diameter of the contraction end, and simultaneously, the movable telescopic extrusion cylinder 42 extrudes the spring 43 by the reaction force, so that the periphery of the breakage-resistant positioning cylinder 41 slides until the winding ring is separated from the movable telescopic extrusion cylinder 42 and is directly sleeved on the periphery of the breakage-resistant positioning cylinder 41, in the process, the reaction force of the spring 43 plays a role in preventing pulling well, but when the pulling force is overlarge, the winding ring is directly sleeved on the periphery of the breakage-resistant positioning cylinder 41, and the compression tightening of the winding ring to the minimum under the diameter protection effect of the breakage-resistant positioning cylinder 41 can be avoided, so that the deformation is excessively damaged.
Along the axial direction, the two ends of the accommodating groove 29 are respectively provided with a first guiding groove 291 which is arranged in an upward curve and a second guiding groove 292 which is arranged in a downward curve, the second guiding groove 292 is smoothly transited to the semi-cylindrical groove 27, and the first guiding groove 291 and the second guiding groove 292 are respectively matched with two sides of the winding circle of the connecting wire 11, so that the winding circle keeps vertically winding in the accommodating groove 29. The breakage-proof positioning column 41 and the movable telescopic extrusion cylinder 42 are preferably provided on the inner wall of the receiving groove 29 on the upper side because the guide groove one 291 is provided in an upward curve, so that there is enough space for the connection wire 11 to be guided upward to be wound around the outer periphery of the breakage-proof positioning column 41, and also enough space to be guided downward into the semicircular column groove 27.
