Abstract

A topic discussion system with position association, an operation method and a computer readable recording medium, wherein the topic discussion system with position association comprises a server, a topic discussion database is arranged in the server, the server can query the topic discussion database according to position information transmitted by a user device to obtain one or more topic discussion with position association in a geographic range, namely, one or more topic discussion classification link images with position association are provided to the user device correspondingly, and the topic discussion link images with position association are marked on a graphical user interface initiated in the user device. When a user selects one of the topic classification links with location association, the server provides the content of the first layer topic discussion page, including topic discussion areas ordered according to popularity, and topic classification with location association according to personal interests of the user.

Theme discussion system, operation method and computer readable recording medium

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to a system for providing topic discussions, and more particularly, to a system, an operation method and a computer readable recording medium for providing a graphical user interface (interface) for topic discussions with location association.

Background

The current network becomes the main source of information taken by each person, and the network is also provided with a search engine for providing search data, so that people can easily search related data by using keywords, when people need to search answers or discussions of specific issues, the internet forum (forum) can be used for providing discussion subject, other interested people can enter the discussion, and users can obtain multi-party comments.

In the existing network forum or the service of discussion topics, the topics are set according to the topics proposed by users, the topics are generally more single, lack of diversity and lack of territory, namely, the topics are not related to the positions of the users, so that other users and topics which are in line with the interests of the users in the interested areas cannot be recommended, and when the users search the network forum, the users can search only by keywords and cannot acquire the discussion topics with position relation.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the lack of geographic location-related attributes in various topic discussion web pages proposed in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a topic discussion system, an operation method and a computer-readable recording medium with location association, which can provide topic discussion with location association according to location information, i.e. where topic discussion system search and establishment of topic discussion with location association generally relates to geographic locations and still can be topic discussion according to personal interests of users.

According to the embodiment, the topic discussion system with position association comprises a server provided with a topic discussion database, and according to the system operation method flow, when the server receives user information and position information from a user device through a network, the server queries the topic discussion database according to the personal interests of the user and the position information, one or more topic discussion classifications with position association according to the personal interests of the user can be obtained, and after providing query conclusion to the user device, a graphic user interface can be started on the user device for displaying the received one or more topic discussion classifications with position association according to the personal interests of the user.

Further, after the discussion topic database is queried according to the personal interests of the user and the position information, one or more topic discussion areas which are related to a discussion topic and are ranked according to popularity are obtained according to the position information.

The method comprises the steps of forming content of a first-layer topic discussion page displayed on a graphical user interface, wherein the first-layer topic discussion page comprises the steps of displaying a plurality of topic discussion areas which are related to a discussion topic and are ranked according to popularity according to position information in a first direction, and displaying a plurality of topic discussion categories which are related to the user and have positions according to personal interests in a second direction.

Before the first-layer topic discussion page is formed, the server determines a geographic scope according to the position information received from the user device, and the query topic database can acquire one or more topic discussion topics with position association in the geographic scope, so that one or more topic discussion topic classification link images with position association can be provided to the user device, and the link images can be marked on a graphical user interface initiated in the user device.

According to the embodiment, when the server receives a selection of one of the topic classification links with position association from the user device, a first topic discussion page is formed, wherein the first direction is a vertical direction, and a user of the user device can browse one or more topic discussion areas ordered according to popularity through a longitudinal sliding gesture; the second direction is a horizontal direction, providing a user with a lateral swipe gesture to navigate one or more categories of discussion topics with positional association according to the user's personal interests.

Further, the server continuously provides a plurality of theme forums ordered according to popularity according to the longitudinal sliding gesture of the user in the first direction, and the associated positions are expanded outwards step by step with the positions of the selected discussion theme classification links with position association, so that the theme forums ordered according to popularity can be continuously provided.

Further, when the topic discussion area provided by the server and ordered according to popularity is exhausted, the server actively switches to another topic.

According to an embodiment, the server is further provided with an audio-visual database, and after the server receives the location information from the user device, the server can query the audio-visual database according to the location information, obtain one or more audio-visual contents with location association within the geographic range, and provide one or more corresponding audio-visual content link images with location association to the user device, so as to mark the one or more discussion topic classification link images with location association and the one or more audio-visual content link images with location association on the graphical user interface at the same time.

Preferably, the graphical user interface may be a map interface for displaying the above-mentioned topic-classified link image with location association and the video-audio content link image with location association.

Further, when the server receives a selection of one of the topic forums in the first direction from the user device, the topic database is queried to provide the topic content corresponding to the selected topic forum, and the topic content is displayed in a dialogue page of a topic under discussion on the user device.

Further, the server receives a selection of one of the topic categories in the second direction from the user device, queries the topic database, i.e., provides a second layer of topic discussion pages including one or more topic topics having a location association in the first direction that matches personal interests, and provides one or more topic topics associated with a location attribute of topics in each topic in the first direction in the second direction.

The computer readable recording medium stores a computer program set for connecting with a server in the topic discussion system with position association, loading content and starting a graphic user interface, wherein the computer program set is executed in a user device to perform the following steps, including forming a display area with a geographic range according to the operation of a touch display by a user in the graphic user interface to generate position information, uploading the position information to the server of the topic discussion system with position association, and querying a topic database to acquire one or more topic discussion with position association in the geographic range.

The user device obtains one or more topic classification link images with position association from the server to mark on a graphic user interface, then the user selects one topic classification link image with position association, namely, obtains the selected topic classification link with position association through the server, and obtains the content of the topic discussion page of the first layer after inquiring the topic database, and likewise, the topic classification link image with position association comprises one or more topic discussion areas ordered according to popularity, and one or more topic classification with position association according to personal interests of the user.

Detailed Description

The following embodiments of the present invention are described in terms of specific examples, and those skilled in the art will appreciate the advantages and effects of the present invention from the disclosure herein. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and variation in various respects, all from the point of view and application, all without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The drawings of the present invention are merely schematic illustrations, and are not intended to be drawn to actual dimensions. The following embodiments will further illustrate the related art content of the present invention in detail, but the disclosure is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

It will be understood that, although the terms "first," "second," "third," etc. may be used herein to describe various components or signals, these components or signals should not be limited by these terms. These terms are used primarily to distinguish one element from another element or signal from another signal. In addition, the term "or" as used herein shall include any one or combination of more of the associated listed items as the case may be.

The technical purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a topic discussion system, an operation method and a computer readable recording medium with a location association, which can enable a user to select topic discussions associated with a location by using a graphical user interface, not just search topic discussions by keywords or obtain topic discussions of interest from a subscribed internet forum, but enable the user to obtain topic discussions related to geographic locations or establish topic discussions related to the location when browsing contents of different regions, countries and programs. Further, the topic discussion system with location association also designs a graphical user interface (graphical user interface, GUI) for browsing topic of discussion by software means, so that a user can conveniently browse multiple topic discussion areas with location association by using a user device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a personal computer, and the topic discussion system with location association can comprise topic discussion recommended to the user by the topic discussion system with location association.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of a topic discussion system with location association, wherein the topic discussion system with location association is operated by a server 110, and the main functions of the server 110 include an interface module 111 for providing display contents in the user devices 101,103,105 according to the purpose of providing the topic discussion system with location association, so that the user devices 101,103,105 can display the topic discussion with location association on a web page or a user interface initiated by a specific software program, and a matching module 113 can match contents in a database, such as audio-visual contents and topic discussion, according to the location information transmitted by the user devices, and can also match the obtained user information (such as a user identifier (user ID) of a user log-in system) according to personal interests of the user, so as to obtain related contents according to user preferences.

The server 110 may implement the audiovisual database 120 and the discussion topic database 130 in a database technology. Wherein, according to one embodiment, when the server 110 receives location information from any one of the user devices 101,103,105 via the network 10, it may further include user information, wherein the software program may query the discussion topic database 130 according to the location information (or add user information) to obtain one or more location-related discussion topics within a geographic area, and derive one or more location-related discussion topic category link images corresponding to the one or more location-related discussion topics, and transmit the one or more location-related discussion topic category link images to the user devices 101,103,105 for marking on a graphical user interface initiated in the user devices 101,103,105.

In addition to providing the discussion subject with location association, after the server 110 receives the location information from the user devices 101,103,105, the av database 120 may be queried according to the location information (or the user information added) to obtain one or more av contents with location association in a geographic area, and similarly, one or more corresponding av content link images with location association may be provided to the user devices 101,103,105. Thus, on a user interface initiated by a software program, such as a graphical user interface based on an electronic map, the one or more topic-classified link images with location association and the one or more audiovisual content-linked images with location association can be simultaneously marked on the user interface. Thus, the service of providing topic discussion and video content with position association is realized, and the user can adjust various contents of the geographical range to be browsed through the user interface at will, and the server 110 can return the link image marked on the user interface.

Through the software program running in the server 110, the user behavior (such as leaving a message on a specific discussion topic, approving, paying attention to and sharing, etc.) can be recorded by an algorithm, the interested region (which may refer to a city, a country, a scenic spot, a landmark, etc.) and the interested discussion topic of the user can be calculated, and the users can be further grouped, so that the discussion topic which accords with the interest of each user in the interested region can be effectively recommended, and the hot topic in the interested region in the grouped can be calculated.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart describing software processes performed by the server, in conjunction with a computer program set executing in a user device, the computer program set being stored on a computer readable recording medium for interfacing with the server of the topic discussion system with location association, loading content from the server, and initiating the graphical user interface, such that the server can provide the topic discussion with location association to the user device, wherein the graphical user interface presented by the process is illustrated with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3-7.

The computer program set is mainly implemented by a community media program. According to the embodiment, the electronic map-based community media program (in another embodiment, a web page may be provided by a web page opening server) is executed in the user device at first, and after the community media program is opened, the graphical user interface is started, and the user enters the home page and is displayed as a map interface. Preferably, referring to the software top page embodiment diagram provided by the topic discussion system with location association shown in FIG. 3, an electronic map 30 is displayed, wherein various link images are marked at different locations, such as audiovisual content link images 301,302,303,304 and discussion topic classification link images 311,312, and the number and display aspects are not intended to limit the embodiments of the invention described in this disclosure.

Further, the main page content of the electronic map 30 shown in fig. 3 is the above-mentioned various link images, and a plurality of function buttons for assisting the user to browse the content associated with the position are displayed below, such as a function for positioning the current position of the user, a function for playing all the video content in the browsed page, a function for adding the video content associated with the position, and a function for maintaining the user file, and further includes a function for providing the user with a new discussion topic, i.e. a new discussion topic link 320 in the drawing. When the user adds the discussion topic with the position association via the new discussion topic link 320, the generated discussion topic is uploaded and recorded in the server discussion topic database, and the related discussion topic is at least associated with a geographic information, a user information and a discussion topic category, which is also recorded in the discussion topic database.

When the user device executes the community media program, enters the home page, generates location information, or adds user information, and transmits the location information to the server (step S201), the location information may be a geographical range. For example, the graphical user interface is started on the touch display of the user device, so that the user can gesture the graphical user interface to browse content, zoom in, zoom out and move to form a display area, and obtain a geographic range accordingly, so that the matching module in the server queries the discussion topic database according to the location information by a software method to be able to match and obtain one or more discussion topics associated with locations in a geographic range, and can also obtain one or more audio-visual content associated with locations in the geographic range (step S203), and can also obtain an audio-visual content link image simultaneously by comparing the discussion topic category link image associated with locations, and can also provide the audio-visual content link image to the user device through the network (step S205).

It is mentioned that the discussion topics with location association may be various discussion topics with location association established by many users through the server, such as topics related to geographic location; the video content with position correlation can be video content with geographic position correlation which is uploaded to the server by a plurality of users through a network, for example, a certain scenic spot or a ground target image or various images of the ground.

The user can browse one or more discussion topics and/or audio-visual contents with location association in the geographic range through the graphic user interface, so that one of the discussion topic classification links with location association can be selected, the server provides a first layer of topic discussion pages according to the selection, wherein the contents are related contents of the selected discussion topics, and the example shown in fig. 4 can be referred to, wherein the discussion topics include a plurality of topic discussion areas ranked according to popularity in a first direction, and the discussion topic classification with location association according to personal interests of the user in a second direction (step S207).

An example of the first-layer theme discussion page is shown in fig. 4, in which the first-layer theme discussion page 40 displayed on a graphical user interface is displayed on a mobile device, and the first direction may be a vertical direction in the drawing, and the second direction is a horizontal direction. The drawing shows a plurality of topic forums 401,402,403,404,405 in a vertical direction, and several topic classifications 411,412,413 are shown in a horizontal direction between topic forums 402 and 403. Regardless of the topic discussion area 401,402,403,404,405 or the topic categories 411,412,413, the system allows the user to conduct topic discussions in each area and represent favorites, interests, sharing, etc. through various button functions.

According to an embodiment, the theme zone 401,402,403,404,405 displayed in the first direction may be one or more theme zones ranked according to popularity, and the user of the user device may browse the one or more theme zones ranked according to popularity in the first direction with a longitudinal sliding gesture; the topic categories 411,412,413 displayed in the second direction may be one or more topic categories that are location-dependent according to the user's personal interests, providing a user with a lateral swipe gesture to navigate in this direction.

Further, after matching the discussion topic in the discussion topic database via the server, the topic discussion area 401,402,403,404,405 is displayed in the first direction, however, when the user continues to navigate in the portrait swipe gesture in this direction, the system may continue to provide topic discussion areas of other geographic areas than the selected location information when the content is exhausted, and may likewise be displayed after ranking according to popularity.

It should be noted that, according to the above embodiment, the topic discussion system with position association provides a plurality of topic discussion areas arranged in the first direction, wherein the arrangement order is based on the popularity of each topic, and one of the popularity calculation modes is calculated according to the timeliness, favorites and/or personal interests of the user of each topic, so that the popularity of each topic can be comprehensively obtained. For example, according to one embodiment of an algorithm in a topic discussion system with location association, where a determination is made as to how many users like a particular topic of discussion to approve, share, leave a message, and/or pay attention to, a number of calculations based on the particular topic of discussion including the number of times the user sets attention but does not leave a message or approve that all users see the particular topic of discussion, and the number of calculations may also take into account timeliness, e.g., all users should watch the particular topic of discussion for more than one time (e.g., 7 seconds) to be considered interesting.

The judgment basis of the personal interests is based on personal messages, residence time and favorites (personal praise, sharing, message leaving and/or attention), and preference data of each user are established accordingly, so that discussion topics conforming to the personal interests of the user can be matched accordingly.

Then, when the user selects one of the theme discussion zones in the first direction by using the touch display or other input manner of the user device, the server provides the content of the selected theme (step S209). Referring to the dialogue page embodiment diagram of the discussion topic provided by the topic discussion system with location association shown in FIG. 5, when the server receives a selection of one of the topic discussion zones in the first direction from the user device, querying the topic discussion database may provide discussion content corresponding to the selected topic discussion zone, i.e., display the dialogue page 50 of the discussion topic as shown in FIG. 5, wherein one or more of the discussion topics 501 and the discussion content 503 are displayed.

In one embodiment, reference may be made to the topic discussion system with location association illustrated in FIG. 6, which provides a diagram back to the personal related topic discussion page embodiment showing a user browsing through the topic discussion page 60 of various topics through a graphical user interface, with a plurality of current topics 603 being shown below this diagram. After the user completes the activities (e.g., leaving a message, favorites, or attention) on this first level topic discussion page, the user can quickly return to the previously engaged topic discussion zone via the personal related topic discussion button 601 provided on the topic discussion page 60.

On the other hand, when the user selects one of the topic categories in the second direction using the touch display or other input means of the user device, the server receives the selection of one of the topic categories in the second direction from the user device, i.e. queries the topic database, and provides a second topic page (step S211).

According to an embodiment of the second-tier topic discussion page, reference may be made to the second-tier topic discussion page embodiment diagram provided by the topic discussion system with location association shown in FIG. 7, wherein a second-tier topic discussion page 70 is displayed in which there are also displayed two directions of display of topics including one or more first-direction topic discussion areas 701,702,703,704,705 with location association in a first direction (e.g., a vertical direction) to meet personal interests, and one or more second-direction topic discussion areas 711,712,713 in a second direction (e.g., a horizontal direction) to provide location attributes of topics in each topic discussion area in the first direction in association with such location attributes, which may provide a user to select one of the topic discussion areas to enter the associated topic discussion page. On the other hand, if the topics in each topic discussion area in the first direction do not have geographically related location attributes, the relevant software means will provide multiple topic categories for discussion based on the topics and the personal interests of the user.

Similarly, in the second-layer theme discussion page, if the theme related to the position in the theme discussion area in the first direction and meeting the personal interest of the user is exhausted, the geographic position of the displayed theme discussion area gradually spreads.

By way of example, when a user clicks a link image of a discussion topic of a position-associated U.S. professional basketball (NBA) through a graphical user interface initiated by a community media program based on an electronic map, the user enters a first layer topic discussion page in which a plurality of position-associated NBA-related topic discussion areas are displayed in a first direction and ranked according to popularity; the second direction is shown as a discussion topic category associated with NBA and with the user's personal interests. In another example, when the user clicks on a link image of one of the topics related to the ukraine through the graphical user interface, the first direction of the first-layer topic discussion page is a topic discussion area related to the ukraine, and the second direction is displayed to classify a plurality of topics of other topics. The various discussion topics provided by the system are dynamically updated as the information of the personal interests, popularity, etc. of the users changes.

In summary, according to the topic discussion system, the operation method and the computer readable recording medium with location association described in the above embodiments, in the software algorithm method, the user behavior is recorded by the algorithm to calculate the interested region and interested topic of discussion of the user, thereby providing the system for grouping users, and one of the purposes is to recommend topic of discussion meeting the interest of each user in the interested region. In application, the system marks the topic classification link with position association on the map through the graphic user interface, and then can provide a plurality of topic discussion areas ordered according to popularity according to the selection of the user and the topic classification with position association according to the personal interests of the user, so that the user can conveniently acquire the topic of discussion related to the geographic location and acquire more topic of discussion related to the position and conforming to the personal interests through the mechanism of system calculation.

Claims (20)

1. A topic discussion system with location association, said system comprising:

the server is provided with a discussion topic database; and

the server receives user information and position information from a user device through a network, so as to query the discussion topic database according to the personal interests of the user and the position information, obtain one or more discussion topic classifications with position correlation according to the personal interests of the user, and initiate to display a graphical user interface of the one or more discussion topic classifications with position correlation according to the personal interests of the user on the user device after the discussion topic classifications are provided to the user device.

2. The topic discussion system with location association of claim 1 wherein, after querying the topic database based on the personal interests of the user and the location information, one or more topical topic discussion areas associated with a topic of discussion are derived based on the location information.

The topic discussion system with location association as in claim 2 wherein the one or more topic discussion areas categorized according to the personal interests of the user and with location association and the one or more topical topic discussion areas related to the topic discussion form a first layer of topic discussion page displayed in the graphical user interface wherein:

displaying the one or more topical forums in a first direction; and

the one or more categories of discussion topics associated with location according to personal interests of the user are displayed in a second orientation.

The topic discussion system of claim 3 wherein prior to forming the first level topic discussion page, the server determines a geographic area based on the location information, queries the topic discussion database to obtain one or more topic discussion topics within the geographic area, and provides one or more topic discussion categorization link images corresponding to the one or more topic discussion topics to the user device for marking on the graphical user interface initiated in the user device; when the server receives a selection of one of the topic classification links with location association from the user device, the first layer topic discussion page is formed.

The topic discussion system with location association of claim 3 wherein the first direction is a vertical direction and a user of the user device is provided with a longitudinal swipe gesture to navigate through the plurality of topical topic discussion areas in a topical order; the second direction is a horizontal direction, and provides the user with a lateral sliding gesture to browse the plurality of discussion topic categories with position association according to the personal interests of the user.

The topic discussion system with location association of claim 5 wherein the server continuously provides the plurality of topic forums ordered by popularity based on the user's longitudinal swipe gesture in the first direction and the associated locations progressively expand outward with the location of the selected topic category link to continuously provide topic forums ordered by popularity.

7. The topic discussion system with location association of claim 6 wherein when a topical topic discussion area provided by the server is exhausted, actively switching to another topic of discussion.

8. The topic discussion system with location association of claim 3 wherein the server receives a selection of one of the topic categories in the second direction from the user device, queries the topic database to provide a second layer of topic discussion pages including one or more topic topics having location association in the first direction that match the personal interests of the user, and provides one or more topic topics associated with the location attribute in the second direction based on a location attribute of topics in each topic in the first direction.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein the graphical user interface is a map interface that identifies one or more topic-classified linked images and one or more topic-classified linked images based on a geographic area associated with the location information generated by the user device.

10. The topic discussion system of any one of claims 1-9 wherein the graphical user interface is initiated with a social media program based on an electronic map and a link to a newly added topic of discussion with a location association is provided, the newly added topic of discussion with a location association being associated with at least a geographic information, a user information, and a topic class, as described in the topic database.

11. A method for operating a topic discussion system with location association, the method operating in a server having a topic database, the method comprising:

the discussion topic database is queried according to the personal interests of the user and the location information generated by a user device to obtain one or more discussion topic categories with location association according to the personal interests of the user, and after the discussion topic categories are provided to the user device, a graphical user interface for displaying the one or more discussion topic categories with location association according to the personal interests of the user is initiated on the user device.

The method of claim 11, wherein after querying the topic database according to personal interests of a user and the location information, one or more topical topic discussion areas related to a topic are obtained according to the location information, i.e., content of a first topic discussion page displayed on a graphical user interface is formed, wherein the first topic discussion page comprises:

displaying the one or more topical discussion areas which are related to a discussion topic and are ranked according to popularity according to the position information in a first direction; and

the one or more categories of discussion topics associated with location according to personal interests of the user are displayed in a second orientation.

13. The method of claim 12, wherein prior to forming the first level of topic discussion pages, the server determines a geographic area based on the location information, queries the topic database to obtain one or more topic-related topics within the geographic area, and provides one or more topic-related topic classification link images corresponding to the one or more topic-related topics to the user device for marking on the graphical user interface initiated in the user device; when the server receives a selection of one of the topic classification links with location association from the user device, the first layer topic discussion page is formed.

The method according to claim 12, wherein the first direction is a vertical direction, and a user of the user device is provided with a longitudinal sliding gesture to browse the plurality of topical forums ordered according to popularity; the second direction is a horizontal direction, and provides the user with a lateral sliding gesture to browse the plurality of discussion topic categories with position association according to the personal interests of the user.

15. The method of claim 14, wherein the server continuously provides the plurality of topic discussions ordered by popularity according to the user's longitudinal swipe gesture in the first direction, and the associated locations progressively expand outwardly with the locations of the selected topic category links to continuously provide topic discussions ordered by popularity.

The method of claim 12, wherein the server receives a selection of one of the topic categories in the second direction from the user device, queries the topic database to provide a second level topic discussion page including topic topics having location association in the first direction to match personal interests, and provides topic topics in the second direction based on a location attribute of topics in the topic topics in the first direction.

A computer readable recording medium storing a computer program set for connecting to a server of a topic discussion system having a location association, loading content from the server, and initiating a graphical user interface, the computer program set being executed in a user device for performing the steps comprising:

the server queries the discussion topic database to provide one or more categories of discussion topics based on the user's personal interests and having location associations based on the location information generated by the user device and the user's personal interests.

18. The computer-readable recording medium of claim 17, wherein forming a first layer of theme discussion page at the graphical user interface includes:

displaying a plurality of topic discussion areas which are related to a discussion topic and are ranked according to popularity according to the position information in a first direction; and

the one or more categories of discussion topics associated with location according to personal interests of the user are displayed in a second orientation.

19. The computer-readable recording medium of claim 18, wherein the computer program is configured to, prior to receiving the content of the first level topic discussion page from the server, mark on the graphical user interface one or more location-associated topic class link images corresponding to one or more location-associated topic classes obtained by the server querying the topic database based on location information transmitted by the user device, and provide the user with a choice of one of the topic classes.

20. The computer readable recording medium of claim 18, wherein, when the first layer of theme discussion pages is displayed in the user device, a user of the user device is provided with a sliding gesture along the first direction to browse the plurality of theme discussion areas ordered according to popularity by executing the computer program set on the user device; and providing the user with the sliding gesture along the second direction to browse the plurality of discussion topic categories with position association according to personal interests of the user.
