Description

Method and system for providing content of user region of interest
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to a method and system for providing local content, and more particularly, to a method and system for learning user preferences and regions of interest to provide content of the region of interest based on the user.
Background
In the current community media, an application program of the community media executed in a personal device of a user learns data generated by activities of the user in the community, so that preference of the user can be judged, a user profile (user profile) describing the preference of the user is established, then content corresponding to the preference of the user can be provided through an algorithm in the community media, one of main purposes is that the adhesiveness of the user to the community media can be increased by providing the content of the preference of the user, and the other purpose is that business information conforming to the preference of the user can be provided.
The user activities learned by the community media are, for example, that the user collects the specific content after watching the specific content, responds to the content, gives good comments (praise), subscribes to the creator channels of the content, or shares to other friends, etc., and after accumulating certain activity data, the system of the community media can learn the user preferences according to the attribute of the content, and establish or update the user description record.
For example, most social media currently available learn the location of the content of interest to the user, so that the area of interest to the user can be determined, and thus the social media can recommend the relevant content of the area of interest to the user, which is generally referred to as terrestrial content (location based content), such as movies or pictures that introduce the area of interest, such as food, travel, and people.
However, when the algorithm of the general community media learns the user preference, the algorithm may concentrate on providing the content with a specific preference range, so that the content with different sizes may be provided, and the algorithm lacks diversity, and does not consider the content that the user may have other preference. Taking the area associated with the user as an example, such as a geographic area, the areas possibly related to the user are not only one or two, namely the areas (such as countries, counties and the like) which are particularly interested by the user are not only areas with the relationship of the territories, but the algorithm in the current community media only can calculate the content of the area which is interested by the user or is located by the user according to the data generated by the activities of the user, and the content can be too big or small because the specific country or the area is limited; and possibly, when the community media provides multi-area content, the content cannot meet the interests of users; or when the electronic map is moved by the sliding gesture to browse the content in the specific area, the user can browse the interesting area by the gesture operations of multiple sliding, multiple zooming in (zoom in) and zooming out (zoom out); or when the user is guided to different areas through the map, the related range may be too wide to provide the content of the area of interest of the user, so that the adhesion of the user to the community media is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the algorithms of the current community media aiming at the user preference cannot provide relevant contents by learning the user interest areas, the disclosure relates to a method and a system for providing the user interest area contents, wherein the proposed algorithms can provide the interest areas according to the user interests and can add the contents in the interest areas, and after the user clicks the links in the application programs provided by the system, the content link information of the area conforming to the user interests can be observed.
According to an embodiment of a system for providing content of a region of interest to a user, the system comprises a server provided with a database recording a plurality of pieces of local content and a plurality of pieces of user data, and an application program executing on a user device, wherein the application program provides services such as community media, and after a user interface is started, the user can browse one or more pieces of content in the region of interest.
In the method, a link of a user interest area is provided on the user interface, after the user clicks, the server can receive an instruction generated by the link of the user interest area, so as to query a database according to one or more user interest areas in a user area activity description record, obtain one of the associated user interest areas, add one or more contents in the interest areas, provide one or more links corresponding to the one or more contents by the server, and display the one or more links on the user interface.
Preferably, the application provides a user interface in the context of an electronic map, the one or more links may be one or more link images displayed on such an electronic map, each link image then being an author image or a content thumbnail of the linked content.
Preferably, the server will obtain the user region activity description based on user identification data generated when the user operates the application program, and may further include a user preference description to obtain one or more content associated with the region of interest of one of the users and conforming to the user preference.
Further, the method for forming the user region activity description record includes providing a global map set with N-level partitions, where N is a positive integer, dividing the global map into a plurality of first layer regions, dividing each first layer region into a plurality of second layer regions, and dividing the global map into a plurality of regions layer by layer until dividing the global map into the N-th layer regions set by the system. Then, when the server receives the position information generated by the user operating the user device at a position, and performs an effective activity at the position, namely records the position information of the position, records the N-layer area where the position is located and the multi-layer area associated with the first-layer area, and assigns a score to the multi-layer area associated with the position. The user region activity profile may be formed by accumulating scores of multiple layers of regions individually associated by the user at multiple locations, which is used to derive one or more regions of interest to the user.
Further, the effective activity is an operation behavior of the user listed with the score calculation in a community medium, including clicking to watch the content related to the position, marking the favorites of the content related to the position, sharing the content related to the position, actively searching the place through the application program by the user, and clicking on the link of the position when watching the content related to the position.
Further, the accumulated scores of the multiple layers of regions respectively associated with multiple positions of the user in an effective time are accumulated, and the accumulated scores of the regions of multiple different layers are ordered to provide content which is suitable for the place and accords with the preference of the user according to the sequence of the regions of interest of the user.
Preferably, the method for forming the user preference description record includes collecting activity data of the user through an application program, and analyzing the activity record of the user, wherein a machine learning algorithm is used for learning data characteristics related to positions in the activity data and correlations among various data characteristics, so that a suitable personalized preference model for describing the preference of the user can be calculated, or suitable user preference data combined by some characteristic information is formed, and the user preference description record is formed.
Further, when the server is no longer able to get more of the area of interest to the user, the server may also continue to provide the adaptive content that meets the conditions of one or any combination of recent, popular, and unseen.
Further, one or more of the content provided by the server within the user's region of interest may also include a discussion thread that establishes a topical theme for a user to interact with other users at a location.

According to an embodiment, the services provided by the server 12 may operate in community media, and users of each community media may share various content based on a specific location, such as digital content including movies, pictures, sounds, and text.
According to the embodiment of the system architecture shown in fig. 1, the server 12 is provided with a database 14, and the contents recorded in the database 14 mainly include a plurality of pieces of local content 141 and a plurality of pieces of user data 143. The local content 141 is various digital contents for providing users with preference and location information, and these contents are uploaded and shared by multiple users, and the database 14 also records the creation user, the playing times, the users marked as like (like praise), the user collected, the sharing times, the creation time, etc. of each digital content, and these information form the basis for calculating each content evaluation (which may refer to popularity). The user data 143 in the database 14 is a user logged on a service provided by the server 12, such as a user of a community medium, in which various data, identifiers, and user profiles (user profiles) of the user are recorded, and according to an embodiment of a method for providing content of a region of interest of the user proposed in the disclosure, the user profiles may be classified into user preference profiles obtained through learning, and user region activity profiles obtained by calculating scores of the region of interest of the user according to a multi-level partition architecture.
The server 12 provides content services to various user devices 101 and 103 of the terminal through the network 10, so that the user devices 101 and 103 can obtain links (links) of various contents through the network 10, and various user devices 101 and 103 execute a software program for dynamically displaying digital contents, which is used for receiving content links and then obtaining playing files according to requirements, and browsing and playing digital contents, wherein a plurality of graphical content links can be displayed on a specific situation picture or an electronic map, and the graphical user interfaces 111 and 113 in the icons can be referred to. The server 12 providing the content service and the software programs executed in the user devices 101, 103 form a system providing a method for providing the content of the region of interest of the user.
The user devices 101 and 103, such as mobile devices at the user end, particularly mobile devices with touch display, allow the user to operate on the touch panel by finger gestures, including controlling the application program executed by the user devices 101 and 103 to determine the display area to be browsed by a browsing page, selecting the interest point of the digital content to be played, and playing the digital content associated with each interest point by the playing page initiated by the application program after clicking the interest point; in particular, when the user browses the content of each region, a region link button is provided on the page, so that the user can jump to the region of interest provided by the system according to the preference of the user. It is noted that the server 12 determines one or more regions of interest of the user according to the user activity data, and provides one of the regions of interest, and in one case, there may not be any content links provided to the user in the region, however, more cases, one or more content links in the region of interest of the user may be displayed in the browsing page, and may be displayed in the browsing page in a content link image or list manner.
The server 12 implements various functional components in software or hardware, including a user management unit 121 for managing users using the content services provided by the server 12, including browsing and playing digital content only by identity authentication, recording content used by each user in the server 12, content authored by the user, and activity records of related communities.
The server 12 comprises a database unit 123 for managing said database 14, each content file having a database address in the database unit 123, i.e. the address of the entity file in the database 14 to which each content link in the display area is linked, the database unit 123 providing for the software program in the user device to query in accordance with the display area. Preferably, the database 14 of the query server 12 can obtain a plurality of contents associated with the display area, a link address of each of the contents, a coordinate position of each of the contents linked to the display area, and related information of each of the contents, such as a score obtained according to the user's use of the related activities of the contents.
The server 12 is provided with an operation unit 125, such as an operation circuit in the server 12, for processing the coordinate range of the display area transmitted by each user device, the link address of the returned digital content, the content and the position associated with each interest point, refreshing the display content, and calculating the score of each digital content.
The digital content management unit 127 is configured to process the uploaded and downloaded digital content, and each content file may be stored in the database 14, calculate a database address of each content, and calculate a coordinate position of the point of interest, and record the coordinate position in the database 14 along with the data of the authoring user.
The graphical user interfaces 111,113 display a pattern of links of digital content at a position corresponding to the display area in accordance with geographical coordinates at which the digital content is generated, taking an electronic map as an example. The content link image may be a representative image of points of interest of a plurality of contents in a set, may be a thumbnail image of a certain content or a user avatar or graphic for authoring the content.
The scoring of the content mentioned above is derived from a plurality of scoring criteria, for example, scoring by a server according to one or any combination of the number of works of the authoring user of the digital content, the number of followers of the digital content, the number of plays, the rating (e.g., praise), the authoring time, and the personal preference of the browsing user of the current user device, and similarly, the scoring is not limited to the listed items in actual practice.
Each browsing user has a favorite list built by the user, and the method can also comprise user favorites obtained by the system through an algorithm, so that the server can judge the interests of the user according to the favorites, and therefore, the related content can be provided as a priority player or as a basis for setting interest points.
The system architecture shown in fig. 1 can operate to provide various community media for sharing contents, however, because the algorithm limitation in the prior art does not have a service capable of pushing contents of interest in multiple areas, the recommended contents are often limited to a small range, and the recommended contents are mostly similar or even smaller, if the system does not provide contents according to the preference of the user in a specific situation, the contents may be too wide to have focus, or the recommended contents are all the contents of which the user will not have interest. Therefore, the disclosure realizes a method for providing the content of the region of interest of the user by utilizing the system according to the above problems, and the region of interest of the user can be calculated through an algorithm by collecting the user activity data and learning the preference of the user, so as to recommend the content which accords with the preference of the user or/and is local hot in the related region according to the region of interest.
The flow of the related embodiment for deriving user preferences by system algorithm can refer to the flow chart of the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
According to an embodiment, as shown in step S201, the server collects various activity data of the user, such as browsing the record of the place-adaptive content, through the application program executed in the computer device of each user terminal, and the characteristics of these data are all related to the geographic location. For example, when a user arrives at a location, the user operates an application provided by the system, reports or records a movie, sound, image or text generated by a scene within a geographic area, uploads the generated content to the server, and the metadata (metadata) in the data already records the geographic information for generating the content, including the identification data (acquired when logging into the system) of the user, the uploaded content may be analyzed in the server, and the activity data of the user may be collected to form a local personalized data, and the database of the server may be stored, as in step S203.
Next, in step S205, the server forms the personal preference data for the user according to the geographic information in the various activity data, and then learns the data features related to the positions in the activity data and the correlations between the various data features by using a machine learning algorithm (machine learning algorithm), and sets weights (weights) of the data features, and in step S207, calculates a personal preference model describing the preference of the user, or forms user preference data with the suitability of some feature information combinations, in particular, forms a user preference description record (user preference profile). Thus, the software program in the server can derive one or more pieces of adaptive personalized content corresponding to the user's preferences based on the user preference profile record. It is worth mentioning that the data features obtained through machine learning can be set with different weights according to the relevance, the relevance is high and can be given with higher weight, and the relevance is low and has lower weight, so that the user preference can be described more accurately.
According to an embodiment, the activity data collected by the server on the network by the client computer device may include activities of the user on various community media, search records, content focused and browsed (including discussion thread tags of each browsed content), and time information of various activities. For example, the browse records may be cookies, copies, and history records left by the user browsing the web page through the web browser, activities in the social media such as punching records, searching records, praying, sharing, tracking objects, and responding to information, which in some cases may also be geographic location-related records that more generally refer to various behaviors associated with a particular geography and with the geography-associated multimedia content. Furthermore, when judging the preference degree of the user, the user can also manufacture the generated content according to the characteristics of time and period spent by browsing the content, frequency and length of browsing related content, sharing people and the like, and the like. Such information can be used by the server in building a personalized preference model or a database of relevant preferences, and can perform a preference ranking when the server provides multiple personalized content items for the user.
According to one embodiment, the server provides an application program executed in the client computer device to provide the user with the content on the map to browse the map in a manner of operating the electronic map, each content is linked to a specific geographic location, and during browsing, the server also obtains browsing records of the user, such as films, sounds, images or words, and the generated records include user identification data (user ID), geographic location or range (longitude and latitude), browsing content and activities (such as praise, favorites, sharing, etc.), and tags (tags) and time of the content itself can be learning data of the learning algorithm, so as to form the basis of user preference.
In another embodiment, the application program provided by the server may be a user interface, such as a web browser, for providing a user with browsing content, and when the user operates the application program to browse various contents, the content will be marked with geographic related information, including browsing records of the user, which also becomes the basis for learning the user's preference by the learning algorithm.
According to the embodiment of the method for providing the content of the region of interest of the user, the content comprises the steps that the system calculates the region of interest of the user according to the activity data of the user, if the region of interest of the user has the content shared by other users, after the algorithm learning, the user can effectively browse the content which accords with the preference (and/or popularity) of the user in the region of interest each time when browsing the content provided by the server, and the content accords with the region of interest of the user, the preference of the user, the content with high popularity, the recently degree and the freshness, so that the purpose of improving the service provided by the user experience server is achieved.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary method for learning a region of interest in a method for providing a region of interest, wherein an algorithm in the method for providing a region of interest includes a multi-level partition scoring architecture, which is designed with multiple levels (e.g., N is a positive integer), wherein an upper region is divided into multiple lower regions, and a global division is performed layer by layer for multiple small regions for collecting and computing records of activities in the respective small regions of the user, in order to accurately calculate the region of interest.
For example, the global map 30 is shown in fig. 3, which illustrates that the global map 30 is cut into 5 uppermost regions, i.e., first layer regions a, B, C, D, E.
Each of the first layer regions a, B, C, D, E is further divided into a plurality of second layer regions, and thus the example shows that the first layer region E is further divided into 9 lower layer regions, and the second layer region EA, EB, EC, ED, EE, EF, EG, EH, EI is shown. Each second layer region EA, EB, EC, ED, EE, EF, EG, EH, EI can be further subdivided into 9 lower layer regions, as shown by the second layer regions EG subdivided into 9 smaller third layer regions EG1, EG2, EG3, EG4, EG5, EG6, EG7, EG8, EG9. By analogy, the third layer region EG7 is schematically shown to continue to divide into fourth layer regions EG71, EG72, EG73, EG74, EG75, EG76, EG77, EG78, EG79.
It is noted that when the upper layer region is divided into the lower layer regions, each lower layer region can be divided equally or according to the requirement, and the number of multi-level layer partitions is also limited to a specific number, but the number of levels is determined according to the actual requirement. For example, when the system needs to determine the region of interest to the user more accurately, more layers of partitions can be used; when the system does not need to obtain the region of interest to the user too accurately, or only obtains a larger region of interest, less layers of partitioning can be employed.
According to an embodiment of the method, the multi-level partition architecture can be used for providing the content of the region of interest of the user, in the method for providing the content of the region of interest of the user, the user region activity description record (user area activity profile) can be formed by calculating the activity score of the user in each region, so that the system can effectively provide the region of interest of the user and can comprise the content therein, and the embodiment can refer to the flow chart shown in fig. 4.
First, a global map 30 shown in fig. 3 is provided, and a multi-level partition architecture is provided for the global, i.e. a first-level region, a second-level region, and a fourth-level region shown in fig. 3 (step S401). For example, a global map with N-level partitions is provided, and fig. 3 shows an example N as 4, but N may be any positive integer, so that the global map is divided into a plurality of sub-areas layer by layer, wherein the global map is divided into a plurality of first-level areas, each first-level area is subdivided into a plurality of second-level areas, and so on until the N-th-level area is divided.
The system will then receive location information generated at different locations by the user operating the user device while the user is using the server provided services through the application, and continue to collect user location-based activity data (step S403). When it is determined that the user performs the effective activity at different positions, the system records the position information of the relevant position, records the nth layer region where the position is located and the multi-layer regions associated with the first layer region, and assigns scores to the multi-layer regions associated with the position, the system calculates the activity score of the user at each layer region (step S405), and accumulates the scores of the multi-layer regions associated with the user at a plurality of positions to form a user region activity description record (step S407), so that the system can obtain one or more interesting regions of the user.
It is noted that if the server determines that the plurality of regions of interest to the user are adjacent regions through the algorithm, according to an embodiment, the adjacent regions can be combined according to the requirement displayed on the user device, and then displayed to the user through the user interface, so that the regions of interest of the user with too similar regions are not provided in a multiple-step manner.
Specifically, to calculate the effective area of interest of the user, the system needs to limit the effective activities of the user at a certain position, and neglect the behavior of random browsing, where the effective activities are the operational behaviors of the user in the community media that can be listed in score calculation, for example, one of the following behaviors: clicking to view content related to a certain location, annotating favorites of content related to a certain location, sharing content related to a certain location, users actively searching for a certain location through an application, clicking on a link of a certain location while viewing content related to a certain location, but the actual operation is not limited to the actions listed here.
Referring to the example shown in FIG. 3, when the system determines that the user is performing one of the active activities in the fourth layer area EG72, the system adds 1 to the score of the fourth layer area EG72, 1 to the score of the upper layer area (i.e., the third layer area EG 7), 1 to the score of the second layer area EG, and 1 to the score of the first layer area E. Then, the user performs the activity of calculating the score by the system definition in a fourth layer area within the effective time set by the system (such as two weeks), and adds 1 to the associated score of each layer. Thus, according to the accumulated score of each divided area, the score calculation of each area can also be used for carrying out weight distribution according to the user preference obtained by the system learning, so that the system can obtain the area of interest of the user in the effective time, and provide the content which is suitable for the ground and accords with the user preference according to one or more areas of interest obtained by judgment. Furthermore, the accumulated scores of the multiple different layer areas can be ranked, so that the system can be provided with contents which are adaptive to the preference of the user according to the sequence of the areas of interest of the user.
The system for providing the content of the region of interest of the user not only can provide the content of the suitability corresponding to the preference of the user, but also can provide the content of the region of interest of the user according to the user preference description record obtained by the flow of the embodiment of fig. 2, and the embodiment of the method for providing the content of the region of interest of the user can refer to the flow chart shown in fig. 5, and simultaneously refer to the embodiment diagrams shown in fig. 6A to 6D for displaying the links of the region of interest of the user by using the electronic map.
At the beginning of the process, by executing an application program in a user device to open a user interface, according to various embodiments, the application program provides a user interface that may be based on an electronic map, for marking content link images at a plurality of locations, each link image being a thumbnail of an creator image or content (such as a movie or picture) of the linked content; or displaying the content links in a list manner, wherein one way is to use a text table as various content links, such as URLs, so that the user can play the linked content, such as playing movies, pictures, etc., after clicking on the text link.
In the flow embodiment, the user device installs and executes an application corresponding to a content service provided by the server, for example, an application providing community media for sharing digital content, and the server receives location information generated by the user device through the application (step S501), for example, location information detected by a positioning circuit in the user device when the user operates the application to browse a specific area, and queries a database according to the location information via the server (step S503), so that the server can provide adaptive content and link information according to a location range associated with the location information in an initial screen (step S505). In particular, the server may obtain user preference profile based on user identification data (e.g., user ID) transmitted by the user operating application, to obtain one or more content associated with a user's region of interest and matching a user's preference based on the user preference profile.
The initial screen may refer to the schematic diagram shown in fig. 6A, and the user operates the application programming interface 60 to initiate the first user interface 601 to browse the content in a specific area, and if the content is just viewed by the application, the initial user interface may display personalized and adaptive content corresponding to the current location of the user; if this is what the user has operated for a period of time, it may be a terrestrial content that already meets the user's region of interest.
In the example shown in fig. 6A, the first user interface 601 is based on an electronic map, in which several content link images 611,612,613,614,615 are schematically indicated at different positions, and this example shows the content link images indicated by circles, which may be images of content creators or thumbnail images obtained from the content, each content link image 611,612,613,614,615 is linked to a suitable content at the linked position, such as a playable content like a movie, a picture, a sound or a text, and the like, and the right bottom corner of the first user interface 601 has an arrow-in-circle link, which provides an interface for the system to jump to the relevant content link of the area of interest of the next user after clicking through the area link button 600 provided by the application programming interface 60.
Then, in the server, an instruction generated by clicking on the link of the region of interest on the user interface initiated by the application program in the user device is received, for example, an instruction obtained by clicking on the region link button 600 shown in fig. 6A (step S507), where the instruction relates to a location information, that is, the user region of interest is obtained by the server according to the user identification data from the user region activity description obtained in the database. The second user interface 602 shown in fig. 6B displays a screen, and the server obtains the user preference description record in the database according to the user identification data, provides the content and link information based on the user preference and the region of interest (step S509), and displays the content link of the region of interest of the user through the user interface on the user device (step S511).
According to the example shown in fig. 6B, a second user interface 602 is shown in the context of an electronic map, on which a plurality of content link images 621,622,623,624 and 625 are marked at a plurality of locations on the map, the second user interface 602 being derived by the user clicking on the area link button 600 of the first user interface 601, i.e. the local content matching the user's interest area, in particular the local content matching the user's preference, is also derived via a query database. The second user interface 602 also provides a region link button 600 for the user to continue to obtain the content of another region of interest, and can refer to the third user interface 603 shown in fig. 6C, in which the content link images 631,632,633,634 and 635 are displayed for the content conforming to the region of interest and the preference of the user, and further provides the region link button 600 for the user to continue to browse the next adaptive content conforming to the region of interest.
Thus, the user can continue to use the links of the user interest areas of the user interface to obtain more contents conforming to the user interest areas, and provide the contents which are suitable for the locality and conform to the preference of the user according to the sequence of the user interest areas. Further, when the system provides the content in the interesting area of the user, the content can be ranked according to specific conditions (such as popularity), so that the server can selectively provide the content to the user according to the ranking result; the content to be provided to the user may be selected based on several conditions, including conditions of one or any combination of recent (recency/new), popular (disjunc), and unripe (unsen), so that the user can see the content that matches his own preference and/or popularity in each region of interest.
However, when the server can no longer obtain the content meeting the user interest area, for example, the server sets the content only providing the limited user interest area, or the server only learns the limited user interest area according to the activity data of the user, the user can still obtain various contents provided by the system until the system provides the upper limit of the browsable page number, and finally the user can return to the initial web page, and the provided contents can be the content which the user has not browsed yet. For example, the system may provide the user with the adaptive content that was newly uploaded, but also with the adaptive content that the user did not see and was newly uploaded, i.e., the adaptive content that met one or any combination of the above-described conditions of late, trending, and not seeing.
It should be noted that, when the user operates the application programming interface 60 with a specific gesture to browse other areas in a sliding (swipe) manner, the user often browses the content of different areas with a plurality of sliding, zooming-in and zooming-out gestures, which causes a problem that it is difficult to smoothly browse the interesting areas, and the method proposed by the disclosure may allow the user to quickly and conveniently browse the content of the interesting areas, besides the user can quickly see the interesting areas by the area linking button 600, further, when the user browses the map in a sliding manner, the user may browse the area without any linking content, according to the embodiment proposed by the disclosure, the application programming interface 60 may also prompt the user to jump to a interesting area of the user with a prompt message (for example, an image change, text prompt, vibration, sound or other), as shown in fig. 6D in the application programming interface 60 by the area linking button 600' in a blinking manner, to prompt the user to click the link to jump to another interesting area of the user. In this embodiment, the server determines, through the application, that the area on the user interface is displayed without any link content, and the server drives, through the application, the area link button 600 'on the user interface to flash, change color, or in various ways, so as to prompt the user to click the area link button 600' to jump to another area of interest to the user.
In addition to providing the content of the region of interest of the user through the application program executed on the user device, the system also provides the user to build the discussion thread related to the region of interest, that is, the user can build the discussion thread related to the region when browsing the content of the specific region, so as to interact with other users browsing the region or having a local relation with the region, which is shown in fig. 7A to 7D.
7A-7D show embodiments of building discussion threads in a method of providing user interest area content, an application-initiated user interface executed by a user device may be a graphical user interface in the context of an electronic map, but may be a user interface built in other forms, such as displaying various locality discussion threads in a tabular manner.
When a user operates an application executed by a user device, the application goes to the server and initiates a user interface, such as user interface 70 shown in FIG. 7A, which may be a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that is incorporated into an electronic map in the user device. When the application program is connected with the server, the position information generated in the user device is transmitted to the server, and the position information can be generated by a positioning circuit in the user device or generated by the user operating the application program to browse a specific geographic range. In one embodiment, the server may also obtain, via the application, user identification data, display information of the user device, and may provide personalized, adaptive, and content conforming to the display capabilities of the user device accordingly.
At this time, the server queries the database according to the obtained geographic information, and compares the display range covered by the application program of the user device, the obtained geographic content includes one or more geographic digital content, geographic discussion topics within the display range, or information prompting the user to create a geographic discussion topic within the display range, and transmits the information to the user device, one or more content link images corresponding to one or more digital content are marked on the user interface initiated by the user device, the link images may be thumbnail images of the digital content or images of the creator of the digital content, as shown in fig. 7A, a plurality of geographic content link images 711,712,713,714,715 marked on the user interface are displayed, and the region link button 700 is displayed at a specific location, and a geographic discussion topic may be created by graphical, textual or animated prompting at a specific location, the example displays a prompting message 710: "set up discussion topic".
When the user clicks on this prompt 710, the application opens the discussion thread page 72 as shown in fig. 7B, prompts the user to select fields for location 721, and for establishing discussion thread 723, etc., provides the user with geographic information and discussion thread content, i.e., establishes a locality discussion thread, with the result that discussion thread prompt content (discussion thread link image 730) is displayed on the user interface as shown in fig. 7C.
It should be noted that the discussion thread page may include a field for inputting geographic information and a field for inputting discussion thread content, for example, the field for inputting geographic information may be automatically brought into the location information of the prompt information, or the user may be allowed to input the geographic location of the discussion thread to be marked with the locality, while the discussion thread content may be a question, an opinion or any information presented by the user, and the discussion thread content may be algorithmically analyzed in the server to classify the discussion thread content for later use matching the preference of the user.
Then, when the user browses the geographical range covering the topic of the local discussion through the application program, the server pushes one or more local discussion topic link images in the geographical range to the application program of the user device, and the local discussion topic link image 730 is displayed at a corresponding position, so that the user can click into the related discussion topic page.
According to an embodiment, when the establishment of the locality discussion thread is completed, the user interface may further display a locality discussion thread list page 74 displaying one or more locality discussion threads in a list manner, which lists a plurality of locality discussion threads 741 in a list manner, and the relevant locality discussion thread link information may provide a user click for a pattern or text display to enter into the relevant discussion thread page, as shown in fig. 7D.
In summary, unlike the existing community media which does not learn the region of interest of the user and thus makes the content recommended to the user associated with an excessively wide range, the content meeting the region of interest of the user cannot be provided, and according to the embodiments of the method and system for providing the content of the region of interest of the user described above, besides providing the video content meeting the preference of the user for the user by the general content service platform, the method proposed by the disclosure can learn to obtain the region of interest of the user so as to provide the content in the region of interest of the user, wherein one of the methods is to guide the user to browse the content meeting the region of interest of the user through the electronic map, and the content provided by the proposed system is calculated according to the conditions of the region of interest of the user, the preference of the user, the popularity of the content, the recent content and the like, and then the content is sequenced and provided to the user, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the use experience of the user.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the claims of the present invention, so that all equivalent technical changes made by the application of the specification and the drawings of the present invention are included in the claims of the present invention.
