s203, stitching the opening of the face fabric body 2 along the length direction to form a first process sample.
At this time, the fabric body 2 is in a relaxed state, and the fabric body 2 is wrinkled with respect to the elastic band body 1.
More specifically, the preset seam is 0.9cm. The clothing seam position refers to the distance between the seams on the sewn clothing when the clothing is sewn. The seam position is the position of the seam on the clothing, is an important basis for sewing the clothing, and is also the quality assurance of the clothing. The correct seam can stabilize the structure of the garment, and the appearance effects of patterns, folds, line pressing and the like on the upper surface of the garment are more exquisite. Of course, in other embodiments, the preset seam location may be selected to be 0.7cm or 0.8cm, which is not limited herein.
And step S3, respectively connecting the two ends of the first process sample with the spliced cloth body 3 to form a second process sample.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the two ends of the first process sample are both additionally provided with the spliced cloth body 3, so that the later operation is convenient. Preferably, the length of the tile body 3 is 8cm. The length of the cloth splicing body 3 can be selected according to practical conditions, and is not limited herein.
And S4, stretching the two ends of the second process sample until the fabric body 2 is straightened.
Specifically, in order to uniformly fix the cloth body 2 on the elastic body 1, the second process sample is stretched by applying a tensile force to the cloth bodies 3 at both ends of the second process sample, and thus the elastic body 1 is stretched until it is the same as the length of the cloth body 2, i.e., the state that the cloth body 2 is straightened. At this time, the elastic band body 1 is in a stretched state, and the fabric body 2 is flatly attached to the surface of the elastic band body 1. The two ends of the spliced cloth are fixed on the sewing equipment, and a sewing person can carry out sewing and fixing operation of the surface cloth body 2 and the elastic band body 1.
And S5, quilting the threads on the stretched second process sample by using a sewing device according to a preset track.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the preset track is a Z-shaped folding line track sewn to the other end of the elastic band body 1 with one end of the elastic band body 1 as a starting point along the length direction of the second process sample. The Z-shaped fold line track forms an acute angle with the connecting line of the two ends of the elastic band in the width direction of the elastic band.
Preferably, the Z-shaped broken line track and two long sides of the elastic band form a plurality of acute triangles which are distributed in a staggered way. Still preferably, the base of the acute triangle is 2cm long.
More specifically, the sewing device is a pattern sewing machine, an embroidery machine or a lower fence machine. The above-mentioned devices are commonly used machine devices in the sewing operation, and the specific structure and operation of this embodiment are not described herein.
FIG. 5 shows an effect diagram of an elastic band sewn by the elastic band sewing method provided by the embodiment of the invention applied to a coat; FIG. 6 shows an expanded view of an elastic band sewn by the elastic band sewing method according to the embodiment of the present invention applied to a jacket; fig. 7 shows an effect diagram of an elastic band sewn by the elastic band sewing method according to an embodiment of the present invention applied to trousers. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the elastic band 300 sewn by the elastic band sewing method according to the present embodiment may be used for cuffs or a hem of the upper garment 100 (refer to fig. 5 and 6) or may be used for waist of the trousers 200 (refer to fig. 7). Of course, the elastic band 300 sewn by the elastic band sewing method can be used for other clothing or objects requiring elastic band attachment, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
