Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetic cream, and particularly discloses multifunctional cosmetic cream and a preparation method thereof. A multifunctional cosmetic cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5-6.5 parts of emulsifying agent; 10-30 parts of volatile grease; 3-7 parts of moistening type grease; 2-12 parts of oily chemical sun-screening agent; 3-7 parts of skin feel modifier; 1-6 parts of film forming agent; 1-5 parts of functional raw materials; 0.1-2 parts of thickener; 3-8 parts of toner; 5-20 parts of sun-proof powder; 2-10 parts of humectant; 0.5-2 parts of emulsion stabilizer; 0.1-1 part of preservative; 2-8 parts of an aqueous sun-screening agent; 0.1-1 part of neutralizer; 20-30 parts of water; the color and sunscreen powders are pre-treated prior to use in the preparation of multifunctional cosmetic creams. The multifunctional cosmetic cream provided by the application belongs to a three-in-one product, has excellent compatibility in combination of sun protection, pre-makeup and corresponding brightening effects, is convenient to apply, does not generate a mud rubbing phenomenon that multiple products are sequentially applied, and has excellent consumer experience.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetic cream, in particular to multifunctional cosmetic cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the pursuit of beauty, cosmetics are more and more kinds, and cosmetic creams are one of products with higher use frequency, and are mainly an emulsion composed of oil, fat, wax, water, emulsifying agent and the like.
Aiming at cosmetic cream, different types of products such as sun protection, pre-make-up, brightening and the like exist at present, and different products have different characteristics. Conventionally, sun protection products have high requirements on sun protection index, and require the addition of a relatively large amount of nanopowder; for the pre-makeup product, the product is used for helping the subsequent dressing to be applied; the effect of lightening and evening the skin color is mainly focused on lightening the product. Because of the differences between the sun protection product, the pre-make-up product, and the lightening product, consumers typically apply the sun protection product first, then the pre-make-up product, and then the lightening product.
For the above related art, the inventors consider that the application of three products, namely sun protection, pre-makeup and brightening, is complicated, and requires a lot of time to make up, and when the products are used one by one, a mud rubbing phenomenon is generated in the process of making up and stacking, so that the consumer experience is seriously affected, and therefore, a scheme is needed to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to simultaneously meet the effect requirements of sun protection, pre-make-up and brightening cosmetic cream and overcome the defects of practical application of three products, and further improve consumer experience, the application provides multifunctional cosmetic cream and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a multifunctional cosmetic cream, which adopts the following technical scheme:

5-20 parts of sun-proof powder;

0.5-2 parts of emulsion stabilizer;
0.1-1 part of preservative;
2-8 parts of an aqueous sun-screening agent;
0.1-1 part of neutralizer;
20-30 parts of water;
the toner is subjected to pretreatment before being used for preparing multifunctional cosmetic cream, and specifically comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing 1.5-3.5% of film forming agent and volatile oil with the same amount to obtain a treatment liquid A, uniformly mixing the toner and the treatment liquid A, and baking at 80-130 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain the toner;
the sun protection powder is subjected to pretreatment before being used for preparing multifunctional cosmetic cream, and specifically comprises the following steps:
taking 2.5-3.5% of oily chemical sun-screening agent by weight, adding 40-60% of volatile oil by weight of the oily chemical sun-screening agent, uniformly mixing to obtain a treatment liquid B, uniformly mixing sun-screening powder and the treatment liquid B, and baking at 80-100 ℃ for 1-2h to obtain the finished product.
By adopting the technical scheme, the multifunctional cosmetic cream can achieve the effects of sun protection, pre-make-up and brightening three corresponding products, can be used as sun protection cream for blocking ultraviolet rays, can be used as pre-make-up cream for helping follow-up dressing and pasting, can be used as brightening cream, realizes three-in-one, and has the advantages that only one make-up is needed in the application process, the time is less, and excellent consumer experience is realized.
In order to realize the combination of three different effects and exert excellent effects, the pretreatment of the toner is carried out before the toner is used for preparing the multifunctional cosmetic cream, and compared with the simple addition and mixing of the raw materials, the pretreatment toner has excellent covering and brightening effects, and has more excellent skin pasting property and durability; the sunscreen powder is subjected to pretreatment before being used for preparing multifunctional cosmetic cream, compared with the simple addition and mixing of the raw materials, the problem that pores are blocked by the sunscreen powder can be avoided to the greatest extent, the skin-friendly performance is better, and the sunscreen powder has excellent sunscreen capability. Meanwhile, the pretreatment toner and the pretreatment sun screen can show excellent compatibility and combination property when being mixed with other residual raw materials in the follow-up process, and further show excellent compatibility in combination of corresponding effects of sun screen, pre-makeup and brightening, so that the obtained multifunctional cosmetic cream has excellent application quality.
Preferably, the toner is composed of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG, and the weight ratio of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG is (45-55): (6-9): (1-2): 1.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the toner that above-mentioned kind of raw materials was constituteed according to specific proportion scope, and it can overcome self reunion, blue light and the whitening problem through mutual complementation, and skin pasting nature and affinity are better in the application, can keep lasting stable nature in the makeup process, and then have excellent effect that shines, even complexion to have excellent compatibility with preventing sunburn powder, be favorable to guaranteeing the performance of the trinity efficiency of multi-functional cosmetic cream.
Preferably, the sun protection powder consists of Ti-Si1000 and ZN-AS 6800, and the weight ratio of the Ti-Si1000 to the ZN-AS 6800 is 1 (1.2-1.8).
By adopting the technical scheme, the sun-proof powder composed of the Ti-Si1000 and the ZN-AS 6800 according to the specific proportion range can achieve the sun-proof purpose by reflecting, scattering and absorbing part of ultraviolet rays, has excellent stable sun-proof performance and excellent compatibility with toner, and is beneficial to ensuring the exertion of the three-in-one effect of multifunctional cosmetic cream.
Preferably, the film forming agent is one or more of acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/polydimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer and polymethylsilsesquioxane;
the volatile oil is one or a combination of a plurality of cyclopentadimethicone, isododecane, methyl trimethyl silicone and dimethicone;
the oily chemical sun-screening agent is one or a combination of more of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, octocrylene, ethylhexyl salicylate and polysiloxane-15.
By adopting the technical scheme, the film forming agent of the type can stably act on the surface of the toner in the pretreatment of the toner, fully act in the subsequent mixing of the raw materials of the components, and exert excellent film forming effect; the volatile oil of the type can not only make skin feel more water and fresh, but also assist the film forming agent and the oily chemical sun screening agent to fully play roles; the oily chemical sun-screening agent can stably act on the surface of sun-screening powder in pretreatment of the sun-screening powder, fully act in the subsequent mixing of the raw materials of the components and play an excellent sun-screening effect.
Preferably, the volatile oil consists of cyclopentadimethicone and isododecane, and the weight ratio of the cyclopentadimethicone to the isododecane is (2.5-3.5): 1.

Preferably, the oily chemical sun-screening agent consists of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, polysiloxane-15 and ethylhexyl salicylate, and the weight ratio of the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, the polysiloxane-15 and the ethylhexyl salicylate is (1.6-2.4): (0.8-1.2): 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the oily flower Xie Fangshai agent prepared from the raw materials in a specific weight ratio range can fully act on the surface of the sun-screening powder in the pretreatment process of the sun-screening powder, can be stably matched with other component raw materials in the subsequent process, shows excellent skin adhesion, further enables the multifunctional cosmetic cream to show excellent sun-screening effect, and can give consideration to excellent exertion of corresponding effects of pre-dressing and brightening.
Preferably, the emulsifier consists of a silicone oil emulsifier and a grease emulsifier, and the weight ratio of the silicone oil emulsifier to the grease emulsifier is 1 (2-4);
the silicone oil emulsifier is one or a combination of more of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane;
the oil emulsifier is one or more of lauryl polyglycerol-3 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silyl ethyl polydimethylsiloxane.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, above-mentioned two types of emulsifiers can play excellent dispersion and equilibrium effect to each component raw materials when mutually supporting to make whole mixed system keep excellent stability, especially to the cooperation between preliminary treatment back toner, sun-proof powder and other component raw materials, play excellent supplementary cooperation effect, and then guarantee that multi-functional cosmetic cream can exert excellent sun-proof, make up the preceding and the corresponding efficiency of brightening, improve consumer's good experience through trinity.
Preferably, the emulsifier consists of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane in a weight ratio of 1:3.
By adopting the technical scheme, the PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane in the weight ratio have excellent mutual matching effect, so that the emulsifier is required for the corresponding effects of sun protection, pre-make-up and brightening, the auxiliary compatibility is outstanding, and the obtained multifunctional cosmetic cream has better quality.
Preferably, the moistening grease is one or a combination of more of dioctyl carbonate, cetyl ethyl caproate, hexyl laurate, neopentyl glycol di (ethyl caproate), isononyl isononanoate and butanediol dicaprylate/dicaprate;
the functional raw material is one or a combination of more of silicon elastomer, silica and organic silicon powder;
the thickener is one or a combination of a plurality of bentonite and aerosil;
the humectant is one or more of glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol and pentanediol;
the emulsion stabilizer is one or a combination of a plurality of sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate;
the preservative is one or a combination of more of phenoxyethanol, octaethylene glycol and ethylhexyl glycerol;
the water-based sun-screening agent is one or a combination of more of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and methylene bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol;
the neutralizing agent is one or a combination of more of aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide and triethanolamine.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, above-mentioned kind of raw materials are all applicable to multi-functional cosmetic cream, and the dispersibility and the cohesiveness of each other are preferred to can fully volatilize self effect in mixed system, and then guarantee that the multi-functional cosmetic cream that obtains has stable excellent quality.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of multifunctional cosmetic cream, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of multifunctional cosmetic cream comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing raw materials comprising A phase, B phase, C phase, D phase, E phase and F phase according to a proportion, wherein the A phase comprises an emulsifier, a film forming agent, volatile grease, an oily chemical sunscreen agent, a skin feel modifier and moist grease; phase B includes a thickener; phase C includes toner; phase D comprises sun-proof powder; the E phase comprises water, a humectant, an emulsion stabilizer, an aqueous sun-screening agent, a preservative and a neutralizer; phase F includes functional materials;
(2) Uniformly mixing 1.5-3.5% of film forming agent and volatile oil with the same amount to obtain a treatment liquid A, uniformly mixing C-phase toner and the treatment liquid A, and baking at 80-130 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain pretreated toner; taking 2.5-3.5% by weight of oily chemical sun-screening agent, adding 40-60% by weight of volatile oil of the oily chemical sun-screening agent, uniformly mixing to obtain treatment liquid B, uniformly mixing D-phase sun-screening powder and the treatment liquid B, and baking at 80-100 ℃ for 1-2h to obtain pretreatment sun-screening powder;
(3) Uniformly mixing the other raw materials except the raw materials used in the step (2), adding the raw materials of the phase B and the phase F, uniformly dispersing, then homogenizing, continuously adding pretreatment toner for homogenizing, and then adding pretreatment sun-proof powder for homogenizing to obtain an intermediate product; (4) And (3) after uniformly mixing the raw materials in the E phase, adding the mixture into the intermediate product obtained in the step (3), continuously homogenizing in the process, and continuously homogenizing after the addition is finished, thus obtaining the multifunctional cosmetic cream.
By adopting the technical scheme, the preparation method is simple to operate and convenient for large-scale production, after pretreatment toner and pretreatment sun powder are obtained, the pretreatment toner and the pretreatment sun powder are mixed with the mixture of the residual A phase, B phase and F phase to obtain a uniform oil phase intermediate product, and the water phase obtained after the raw materials in the E phase are mixed is added into the intermediate product, so that the multifunctional cosmetic cream with excellent and stable quality can be obtained.
In summary, the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. because the application carries out pretreatment on the toner and the sun-proof powder before being used for preparing the multifunctional cosmetic cream, the toner and the sun-proof powder can show excellent compatibility and combination with each other when being mixed with other residual raw materials in the subsequent period, and can show excellent compatibility in combination of corresponding effects of sun protection, pre-makeup and brightening; the multifunctional cosmetic cream belongs to a three-in-one product, is convenient to apply, does not generate the mud rubbing phenomenon that a plurality of products are sequentially applied, and has excellent consumer experience;
2. when the cyclopentadimethicone and isododecane are formed into volatile grease according to a specific proportion range, the volatile grease can be matched with a film forming agent and an oily chemical sun screening agent to better act on the surfaces of the toner and the sun screening powder respectively, so that the obtained multifunctional cosmetic cream shows better compatibility in sun screening, pre-make-up and brightening, and the corresponding efficacy is exerted more prominently;
3. the emulsifier composed of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane according to a specific proportion range is adopted, so that excellent dispersing and balancing effects can be achieved on raw materials of each component, auxiliary compatibility is outstanding, and the multifunctional cosmetic cream can be ensured to exert excellent corresponding effects of sun protection, pre-make-up and brightening.
Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
The raw materials used in the preparation examples and examples of the present application are all commercially available except for the specific descriptions: ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG, BP-50SG, ti-Si1000 and ZN-AS 6300 were purchased from Shanghai Korotkoku Biotech Co.
Examples
Example 1
The multifunctional cosmetic cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight as shown in table 1:
(1) Preparing raw materials comprising A phase, B phase, C phase, D phase, E phase and F phase according to a proportion, wherein the A phase comprises an emulsifier, a film forming agent, volatile grease, an oily chemical sunscreen agent, a skin feel modifier and moist grease; phase B includes a thickener; phase C includes toner; phase D comprises sun-proof powder; the E phase comprises water, a humectant, an emulsion stabilizer, an aqueous sun-screening agent, a preservative and a neutralizer; phase F includes functional materials;
(2) Uniformly mixing 2.5% by weight of film forming agent and the same amount of volatile oil to obtain a treatment liquid A, uniformly mixing C-phase toner and the treatment liquid A, and baking at 105 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain pretreated toner; adding 3% by weight of oily chemical sun-screening agent, adding 50% by weight of volatile oil of the oily chemical sun-screening agent, uniformly mixing to obtain a treatment liquid B, uniformly mixing D-phase sun-screening powder and the treatment liquid B, and baking at 90 ℃ for 1.5 hours to obtain pretreatment sun-screening powder;
(3) Uniformly mixing the other raw materials except the raw materials used in the step (2) in the phase A, stirring for 3min at 500rpm, adding the raw materials of the phase B and the phase F, uniformly dispersing, stirring for 2min at 500rpm, homogenizing for 3min at 5000rpm, continuously adding pretreated toner for homogenizing for 3min at 5000rpm, adding pretreated sun-proof powder for homogenizing, and homogenizing for 2min at 6000rpm to obtain an intermediate product;
(4) And (3) after uniformly mixing the raw materials in the E phase, adding the mixture into the intermediate product obtained in the step (3), continuously homogenizing at 5000rpm in the process after 3min dropwise addition, and continuously homogenizing at 6000rpm for 3min after addition, thereby obtaining the multifunctional cosmetic cream.
Note that: in the above steps, the toner consists of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50 SG; the sun protection powder consists of Ti-Si1000 and ZN-AS 6800; the oily chemical sun-screening agent consists of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, polysiloxane-15 and ethylhexyl salicylate; the volatile oil consists of cyclopentadimethicone and isododecane; the emulsifier consists of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane; the film forming agent is trimethylsiloxysilicate; the functional raw material is silica; the thickener is bentonite; the humectant is butanediol; the emulsion stabilizer is sodium chloride; the preservative consists of phenoxyethanol and octanediol; the water-based sun-screening agent is phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid; the neutralizing agent is triethanolamine; the skin feel modifier is polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer; the moistening oil is cetyl ethyl caproate.
Examples 2 to 4
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that the raw materials of each component and the corresponding weights thereof are shown in Table 1.

Example 5
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that 1.5% by weight of a film forming agent and an equivalent amount of volatile oil are uniformly mixed to obtain a treatment liquid A, and a C-phase toner and the treatment liquid A are uniformly mixed and baked at 130 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain a pretreatment toner.
Example 6
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that 3.5% by weight of a film forming agent and an equivalent amount of volatile oil are uniformly mixed to obtain a treatment liquid A, and a C-phase toner and the treatment liquid A are uniformly mixed and baked for 3 hours at 80-DEG C to obtain a pretreatment toner.
Example 7
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that 2.5% by weight of oily chemical sunscreen agent is taken, 40% by weight of volatile oil of the oily chemical sunscreen agent is added and mixed uniformly to obtain treatment liquid B, D-phase sunscreen powder and treatment liquid B are mixed uniformly, and the pretreatment sunscreen powder is obtained after baking at 100 ℃ for 1 h.
Example 8
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that 3.5% by weight of oily chemical sunscreen agent is taken, 60% by weight of volatile oil of the oily chemical sunscreen agent is added and mixed uniformly to obtain treatment liquid B, D-phase sunscreen powder and treatment liquid B are mixed uniformly, and the pretreatment sunscreen powder is obtained after baking at 80 ℃ for 2 hours.
Example 9
A multifunctional cosmetic cream differs from example 1 in that the total weight of the toner is unchanged, and the weight ratio of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG is adjusted to 45:6:1:1.
Example 10
A multifunctional cosmetic cream differs from example 1 in that the total weight of the toner is unchanged, and the weight ratio of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG is adjusted to 55:9:2:1.
Example 11
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that the total weight of the toner is unchanged, and the multifunctional cosmetic cream consists of Ti-02 SG and YP-75SG in a weight ratio of 50:7.5.
Example 12
A multifunctional cosmetic cream is different from example 1 in that the total weight of the toner is unchanged, and the cosmetic cream consists of RP-29SG and BP-50SG according to a weight ratio of 1.5:1.
Example 13
A multifunctional cosmetic cream differs from example 1 in that the total weight of the toner is unchanged, and the weight ratio of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG is adjusted to 40:5:0.8:1.
Example 14
A multifunctional cosmetic cream differs from example 1 in that the total weight of the toner is unchanged, and the weight ratio of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG is adjusted to 60:10:2.2:1.

Performance test samples: the multifunctional cosmetic cream obtained in examples 1 to 47 was used as test samples 1 to 47, and the multifunctional cosmetic cream obtained in comparative examples 1 to 3 was used as control samples 1 to 3.
The test method comprises the following steps:
(1) Sun protection efficacy test: 0.05 g of the sample is uniformly smeared on a PMMA plate, stored for 15 minutes in a dark place, then placed on SPF-290AS equipment, 8-point sampling test is selected, 1 plate is tested for each sample, and test results are recorded in Table 2; wherein SPF value represents UVB protection capability, PA value represents UVA protection capability, wherein PA value is expressed in "+" quantity, and the more quantity, the better effect.
(2) Pre-cosmetic efficacy test: the volunteers select 5 female volunteers (specific below) with different skin types, the product is uniformly smeared on the face, 2 milligrams per square centimeter is obtained, before and after the product is used, the product is respectively photographed and analyzed by a Visia facial analysis instrument to obtain facial speckle percentiles, and the facial speckle percentiles are respectively marked as A and B; obtaining a facial speckle percentile by the same method after using the product for 8 hours, and marking as C1; spraying artificial sweat, denoted C2, after use of the product; then, the base retention rate of the artificial sweat sprayed after 8 hours was calculated, wherein the base retention rate= (C-se:Sub>A)/(B-se:Sub>A) ×100%, and C in the formulse:Sub>A may be C1 or C2.

(3) Brightness enhancement efficacy test: testing whiteness and hiding power by using a color difference meter, wherein whiteness refers to the degree of increase or decrease of skin color whiteness after using a test article; the hiding power test is to uniformly coat the paste on black and white cardboard.

As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the combination of table 2, the present application can make the obtained multifunctional cosmetic cream exhibit excellent sunscreen, pre-make-up and lightening effects by pre-treating the toner, the sunscreen powder before use in the preparation of the multifunctional cosmetic cream. Comparative example 3 the toner, the sunproof powder were used directly without pretreatment, and the test results of the sun-proof effect, the pre-make-up effect and the lightening effect were poor; however, in comparative example 1, when the toner was used only by pretreatment, it was found that the sunscreen effect was inferior in the test, and the pre-makeup effect and the lightening effect were greatly improved, but there was still a significant difference from example 1; however, in comparative example 2, when the sunscreen powder was used only by pretreatment, it was found that the pre-makeup efficacy and the lightening efficacy were poor, and the test of the sunscreen efficacy was greatly improved, but there was still a significant difference from example 1; therefore, the pretreatment of the toner or the sunscreen powder alone can lead to poor combination and compatibility with the other party, thereby affecting the exertion of the corresponding effects.
As can be seen from the combination of example 1 and examples 9 to 14 and Table 2, the toner composed of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG in the weight ratio of (45-55): 6-9): 1-2): 1 was capable of exerting a superior effect after pretreatment. Any two of the materials are selected as the toner, or are combined outside the proportion range, so that the test results of the pre-makeup and the brightening effects are greatly lost, and meanwhile, the multifunctional cosmetic cream is found to have the loss of the sun protection effect, which means that the obtained pre-treatment toner can be stably matched with the pre-treatment sun protection powder only when the four materials are combined and applied in the proportion range, and further the excellent and stable effect is exerted.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and 15-20 and Table 2, the sunscreen powder, which consists of Ti-Si1000 and ZN-AS 6800 in a weight ratio of 1 (1.2-1.8), exhibits excellent efficacy after pretreatment. Any one of the materials is selected as the sun-proof powder, or the sun-proof powder obtained by combining the materials in the proportion range can be used for placing the test result of the sun-proof effect to be greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the test result of the pre-makeup and brightening effects of the multifunctional cosmetic cream can be found to be reduced, so that the obtained pretreatment sun-proof powder can be stably matched with the pretreatment toner only when the two materials are combined and applied in the proportion range, and further, the excellent and stable effects can be exerted.
It can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and 21 to 26 and the combination of Table 2 that the volatile oil composed of cyclopentamethyl siloxane and isododecane in a weight ratio of (2.5 to 3.5): 1 can exhibit more excellent effects in the pretreatment process of toner and suntan powder, and further the obtained multifunctional cosmetic cream has excellent sun protection, pre-make-up and lightening effects. And any one of the cosmetic creams is selected to be used singly or combined beyond the proportion range, so that the multifunctional cosmetic cream has obvious reduction in the testing results of sun protection effect, pre-cosmetic effect and brightening effect.
It can be seen from the combination of example 1 and examples 27 to 32 and the combination of Table 2 that the oily chemical sunscreen agent consisting of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, polysiloxane-15 and ethylhexyl salicylate in a weight ratio of (1.6-2.4): (0.8-1.2): 1 has more excellent pretreatment effect on the sunscreen powder during application, and ensures the compromise and excellent exertion of the sunscreen effect, pre-cosmetic effect and lightening effect. And any one of the cosmetic creams is selected to be used independently or is combined beyond the proportion range, so that the multifunctional cosmetic cream is obviously reduced in the test result of the sun protection effect, and simultaneously, the test results of the pre-cosmetic effect and the brightening effect are also reduced, which means that the combination of the pre-cosmetic effect and the brightening effect is poor, and the effect is damaged.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and 33-38 and the combination of Table 2, the emulsifier consists of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane in a weight ratio of 1 (2-3), and can play a superior auxiliary role in the combination and efficacy of the pretreatment toner and the pretreatment suntan powder. And when any one of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane is used as an emulsifier or is combined and used outside the range of the proportion, the testing results of sun-screening efficacy, pre-makeup efficacy and brightening efficacy are obviously reduced.
The present embodiment is only for explanation of the present application and is not to be construed as limiting the present application, and modifications to the present embodiment, which may not creatively contribute to the present application as required by those skilled in the art after reading the present specification, are all protected by patent laws within the scope of claims of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. The multifunctional cosmetic cream is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2.5-6.5 parts of emulsifying agent;
10-30 parts of volatile grease;
3-7 parts of moistening type grease;
2-12 parts of oily chemical sun-screening agent;
3-7 parts of skin feel modifier;
1-6 parts of film forming agent;
1-5 parts of functional raw materials;
0.1-2 parts of thickener;
3-8 parts of toner;
5-20 parts of sun-proof powder;
2-10 parts of humectant;
0.5-2 parts of emulsion stabilizer;
0.1-1 part of preservative;
2-8 parts of water-based sun-screening agent;
0.1-1 part of neutralizer;
20-30 parts of water;
the toner is subjected to pretreatment before being used for preparing multifunctional cosmetic cream, and specifically comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing 1.5-3.5% of film forming agent and volatile oil with the same amount to obtain a treatment liquid A, uniformly mixing the toner and the treatment liquid A, and baking at 80-130 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain the toner;
the sun protection powder is subjected to pretreatment before being used for preparing multifunctional cosmetic cream, and specifically comprises the following steps:
taking 2.5-3.5% of oily chemical sun-screening agent by weight, adding 40-60% of volatile oil by weight of the oily chemical sun-screening agent, uniformly mixing to obtain a treatment liquid B, uniformly mixing sun-screening powder and the treatment liquid B, and baking at 80-100 ℃ for 1-2h to obtain the finished product.
2. The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 1, wherein: the toner consists of Ti-02 SG, YP-75SG, RP-29SG and BP-50SG, and the weight ratio of the Ti-02 SG, the YP-75SG, the RP-29SG and the BP-50SG is (45-55): (6-9): (1-2): 1.
3. The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 1, wherein: the sun-screening powder consists of Ti-Si1000 and ZN-AS 6800, and the weight ratio of the Ti-Si1000 to the ZN-AS 6800 is 1 (1.2-1.8).

The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 1, wherein: the film forming agent is one or a combination of more than one of acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/polydimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer/polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer and polymethylsilsesquioxane;
the volatile oil is one or a combination of a plurality of cyclopentadimethicone, isododecane, methyl trimethyl silicone and dimethicone;
the oily chemical sun-screening agent is one or a combination of more of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, octocrylene, ethylhexyl salicylate and polysiloxane-15.
5. The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 4, wherein: the volatile oil consists of cyclopentadimethicone and isododecane, and the weight ratio of the cyclopentadimethicone to the isododecane is (2.5-3.5): 1.

The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 4, wherein: the oily chemical sun-screening agent consists of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, polysiloxane-15 and ethylhexyl salicylate, and the weight ratio of the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate to the polysiloxane-15 to the ethylhexyl salicylate is (1.6-2.4): (0.8-1.2): 1.
7. The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 1, wherein: the emulsifying agent consists of a silicone oil emulsifying agent and a grease emulsifying agent, and the weight ratio of the silicone oil emulsifying agent to the grease emulsifying agent is 1 (2-4);
the silicone oil emulsifier is one or a combination of more of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane;
the oil emulsifier is one or more of lauryl polyglycerol-3 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silyl ethyl polydimethylsiloxane.
8. The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 7, wherein: the emulsifier consists of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane according to the weight ratio of 1:3.
9. The multifunctional cosmetic cream of claim 1, wherein: the moistening oil is one or more of dioctyl carbonate, cetyl ethyl caproate, hexyl laurate, neopentyl glycol di (ethyl caproate), isononyl isononanoate and butanediol dicaprylate/dicaprate;
the functional raw material is one or a combination of more of silicon elastomer, silica and organic silicon powder;
the thickener is one or a combination of a plurality of bentonite and aerosil;
the humectant is one or more of glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol and pentanediol;
the emulsion stabilizer is one or a combination of a plurality of sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate;
the preservative is one or a combination of more of phenoxyethanol, octaethylene glycol and ethylhexyl glycerol;
the water-based sun-screening agent is one or a combination of more of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and methylene bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol;
the neutralizing agent is one or a combination of more of aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide and triethanolamine.
10. The method for preparing a multifunctional cosmetic cream according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing raw materials comprising A phase, B phase, C phase, D phase, E phase and F phase according to a proportion, wherein the A phase comprises an emulsifier, a film forming agent, volatile grease, an oily chemical sunscreen agent, a skin feel modifier and moist grease; phase B includes a thickener; phase C includes toner; phase D comprises sun-proof powder; the E phase comprises water, a humectant, an emulsion stabilizer, an aqueous sun-screening agent, a preservative and a neutralizer; phase F includes functional materials;
(2) Uniformly mixing 1.5-3.5% of film forming agent and volatile oil with the same amount to obtain a treatment liquid A, uniformly mixing C-phase toner and the treatment liquid A, and baking at 80-130 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain pretreated toner; taking 2.5-3.5% by weight of oily chemical sun-screening agent, adding 40-60% by weight of volatile oil of the oily chemical sun-screening agent, uniformly mixing to obtain treatment liquid B, uniformly mixing D-phase sun-screening powder and the treatment liquid B, and baking at 80-100 ℃ for 1-2h to obtain pretreatment sun-screening powder;
(3) Uniformly mixing the other raw materials except the raw materials used in the step (2), adding the raw materials of the phase B and the phase F, uniformly dispersing, then homogenizing, continuously adding pretreatment toner for homogenizing, and then adding pretreatment sun-proof powder for homogenizing to obtain an intermediate product;
(4) And (3) after uniformly mixing the raw materials in the E phase, adding the mixture into the intermediate product obtained in the step (3), continuously homogenizing in the process, and continuously homogenizing after the addition is finished, thus obtaining the multifunctional cosmetic cream.
