As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to facilitate positioning of the guard rail 18 after overturning, the top bed frame 13 is provided with openings for installing the guard rail 18 along opposite sides of the length direction thereof, and a limiting assembly 130 is disposed in the openings, and the limiting assembly 130 includes: the clamping pin 131, the seal head 132, the sliding sleeve 133, the compression spring 134, the long bolt 135 and the bolt fixing seat 136; the guardrail 18 has two poles at the end that cooperates with the top bed frame 13, and a bayonet lock 131 is provided on one of the poles, and a bayonet lock groove that cooperates with the bayonet lock 131 is provided inside the bed rod of the top bed frame 13. The end enclosure 132 is installed at the rod mouth of the rod piece of the top bedstead 13 at the other side of the opening, the other end of the guardrail 18 enters the rod piece of the top bedstead 13 through the end enclosure 132, the bolt fixing seat 136 is installed in the rod piece provided with the end enclosure 132, and one end of the long bolt 135 penetrates through the bolt fixing seat 136 and is arranged towards the end enclosure 132. The end of the bolt abuts the sliding sleeve 133, a spring is mounted in the sliding sleeve 133, one end of the spring contacts the rod end of the guardrail 18, and the other end contacts the bottom of the sliding sleeve 133.
The bayonet lock 131 in this embodiment can be understood as a protruding structure provided on the outer sidewall of the ring member, and the top of the bed bar of the top bed frame 13 are provided with a bayonet lock matching the protruding structure.
When the guardrail 18 is rotated, the guardrail 18 slides towards one end of the spring to enable the spring to be compressed, the clamping pin 131 is separated from the clamping groove, and after the clamping pin 131 is aligned with the clamping groove, the guardrail 18 is rotated to be clamped into the clamping groove under the acting force of the spring to finish positioning.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the linkage assembly 16 includes: a first connecting rod 161, a second connecting rod 162, a third connecting rod 163, a fourth connecting rod 164, a fifth connecting rod 165, a sixth connecting rod 166, and a seventh connecting rod 167; one end of the first connecting rod 161 is disposed at the top of the bottom frame 11 and below the back section plate 14. One end of the second connecting rod 162 is hinged to the other end of the first connecting rod 161, and the other end is disposed towards one end far away from the bed plate 15. One end of the third connecting rod 163 is hinged to the other end of the second connecting rod 162, and the other end of the third connecting rod 163 is disposed toward the bottom of the back section plate 14. One end of the fourth connecting rod 164 is hinged to the other end of the third connecting rod 163, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod is disposed towards the bed board 15 and is located at the bottom of the bed board 15. One end of the fifth connecting rod 165 is hinged to the other end of the fourth connecting rod 164, and the other end is disposed toward the bottom frame 11. One end of the sixth connecting rod 166 is hinged to the other end of the fifth connecting rod 165, and the other end of the sixth connecting rod 166 is disposed toward the end far from the back section plate 14. One end of the seventh connecting rod 167 is hinged to the other end of the sixth connecting rod 166, and the other end is connected to the top of the bottom frame 11. Wherein, one end of the driving component 17 is hinged with one end of the back section plate 14 far away from the bed plate 15, and the other end of the driving component 17 is hinged with the fourth connecting rod 164.
The first connecting rod 161, the second connecting rod 162, the third connecting rod 163, the fourth connecting rod 164, the fifth connecting rod 165, the sixth connecting rod 166 and the seventh connecting rod 167 are sequentially hinged, and the first connecting rod 161 is fixedly connected with the bottom bedstead 11 below the back section plate 14, and the seventh connecting rod 167 is fixedly connected with the bottom bedstead 11 below the bed board 15. When the top bedstead 13 needs to be lifted horizontally, the driving component 17 moves to drive the fourth connecting rod 164 to rotate around the hinging positions at the two ends of the fourth connecting rod, the third connecting rod 163 and the fifth connecting rod 165 are respectively driven to rotate around the hinging positions in the rotating process, and the third connecting rod 163 and the fifth connecting rod 165 respectively drive the second connecting rod 162 and the sixth connecting rod 166 to rotate.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the bed frame 1 further comprises: a first mounting bar 19, a second mounting bar 110 and a third mounting bar 120; the first mounting rod 19 is disposed on the bottom frame 11 and below the back section plate 14, and one end of the first connecting rod 161 is connected to the first mounting rod 19. The second mounting rod 110 is disposed on the bottom frame 11 and below the bed board 15, and the other end of the seventh connecting rod 167 is connected to the second mounting rod 110. A third mounting rod 120 is mounted on the fourth connecting rod 164 and is located below the bed plate 15, and the other end of the driving assembly 17 is hinged to the third mounting rod 120.
In order to more conveniently install the link assembly 16, the first and second installation bars 19 and 110 are provided on the bottom frame 11, and the first and seventh connection bars 161 and 167 are provided on the first and second installation bars 19 and 110, respectively. In order to facilitate the driving assembly 17 to drive the connecting rod assembly 16 to move, a third mounting rod 120 is arranged at one end of the fourth connecting rod 164 below the bed plate 15, and one end of the driving assembly 17 is hinged with the third mounting rod 120.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the driving assembly 17 includes: a first driving member 171, a first connecting member 172, a second driving member 173, and a second connecting member 174; the output end of the first driving member 171 is hinged to the bottom of the back section plate 14, and the other end of the first driving member 171 is disposed toward one end of the bed plate 15. One end of the first connection member 172 is hinged to the fixed end of the first driving member 171. The fixed end of the second driving member 173 is hinged to the other end of the first connecting member 172, and one end of the third mounting rod 120 is disposed at the other end of the second driving member 173. One end of the second connecting member 174 is hinged to the movable end of the second driving member 173, and the other end of the second connecting member 174 is connected to the third mounting rod 120.
When the top frame 13 needs to be lifted integrally, the first driving member 171 and the second driving member 173 work to drive the fourth connecting rod 164 to rotate around the hinge, and drive the third connecting rod 163, the fifth connecting rod 165, the second connecting rod 162 and the sixth connecting rod 166 to rotate during rotation, so that the top frame 13 is lifted.
As shown in fig. 2, 9 and 10, when the back section plate 14 needs to be lifted up alone, since both ends of the first driving member 171 are hinged, the bottom of the back section plate 14 is hinged with the overhanging end of the first driving member 171, and the other end of the back section plate 14 is hinged with the top frame 13. When the overhanging end of the second driving member 173 is extended, the first driving member 171 moves toward one end of the back section plate 14, and at this time, the first driving member 171 rotates around its hinge with the first connecting member 172 and the hinge of the back section plate 14, and drives the back section plate 14 to rotate around its hinge with the top bed frame 13.
When the back section plate 14 is lifted, the linear distance between the two tensioning devices 5 is shortened, and the bed sheet 4 needs to be manually pressed down when in use, so that the bed sheet 4 is attached to the back section plate 14 and the bed board 15.
In another embodiment, the unreeling device 2 comprises: a second mounting plate 21, a second positioning member 22 and an unreeling roller 24; the two ends of the side wall of the bedstead 1 along the width direction are provided with the second mounting plates 21. The second positioning members 22 are respectively mounted on opposite side walls of the two second mounting plates 21, and mounting openings 23 are formed in the side walls of the second positioning members 22 which are oppositely arranged. Both ends of the unreeling roller 24 are rotatably placed in the mounting openings 23.
In use, an unused sheet 4 is fitted over the unwind roller 24, and then the unwind roller 24 is placed in the mounting opening 23 of the second positioning member 22, drawing one end of the sheet 4 onto the wind-up roller 36. When the sheet 4 on the unreeling roller 24 is used, the unreeling roller 24 is taken out from the mounting openings 23 of the two second positioning pieces 22 and is sleeved with a new sheet.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the tensioning assembly 5 comprises: a third mounting plate 51, a first paper guide shaft 52, and a second paper guide shaft 53; the lateral wall of the bedstead 1 along the width direction is provided with two third mounting plates 51, the third mounting plates 51 are mounted at the bottom of the bedstead 1, and the other end of the third mounting plates is obliquely arranged towards the top of the examination bed. The first paper guide shaft 52 is rotatably installed between the two mounting plates and is located at one end far from the bed frame 1. The second paper guide shaft 53 is rotatably installed between the two mounting plates and is disposed near one end of the bed frame 1. Wherein the photoelectric sensor 6 is connected with the second paper guide shaft 53.
Two paper guide shafts are arranged at one end to improve the stability of the bed sheet 4 in the automatic laying process, and the photoelectric sensor 6 is arranged on the second paper guide shaft 53 close to one end of the bed frame 1, so that the photoelectric sensor 6 can conveniently collect the running length of the bed sheet 4.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the first paper guiding shaft 52 includes: the paper guide bar 521, the rotating member 522 and the winding drum 524, and two ends of the paper guide bar 521 are connected with the third mounting plate 51; two rotating pieces 522 are rotatably arranged on the paper guide rod 521, and solid lubricant is arranged at the joint of the rotating pieces 522 and the paper guide rod 521. A take-up reel 524 is disposed between the two rotational members 522. The first paper guiding shaft 52 has the same structure as the second paper guiding shaft 53, and the photoelectric sensor 6 is disposed on one of the rotating members 522 of the second paper guiding shaft 53 at one end of the bed head.
The paper collecting drum 524 is arranged outside the paper guiding rod 521, the surface of the paper collecting drum 524 is subjected to plastic dipping treatment, friction force between the paper collecting drum 524 and the bed sheets 4 is increased, the paper collecting drum 524 is rotatably arranged on the paper guiding rod 521 through the two rotating parts 522, and solid lubricant is smeared between the two rotating parts 522 and the paper guiding rod 521, so that the paper collecting drum 524 is completely synchronous with the bed sheets 4 in the collection process of the bed sheets 4. In the rotation process, the photoelectric sensor 6 is driven to rotate on the rotating piece 522 arranged at one end of the back section plate 14, the photoelectric sensor 6 records a rotation signal in the rotation process, and when the rotation signal reaches the preset value, the replacement of the bed sheet 4 is completed.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, in order to avoid shifting of the sheet 4 during replacement of the sheet 4, the examination bed further comprises: and the deviation rectifying assembly 7 is arranged on one side of the top bedstead 13 provided with one end of the winding device 3.
More specifically, the bed bar on the top bed frame 13 is provided with a limiting member 71, one of the third mounting plates 51 is provided with a sliding groove 72, when the third mounting plate 51 is mounted, the limiting member 71 is located in the sliding groove 72, and the deviation rectifying assembly 7 includes: a lead screw motor 73 and a photoelectric switch 74; a screw motor 73 is mounted on a side wall of the tensioning device, and one end of the screw motor 73 is connected with the third mounting plate 51 provided with the sliding groove 72. The photoelectric switches 74 are mounted on opposite side walls of both the third mounting plates 51. When the sheet 4 is deviated, the photoelectric switch 74 feeds information back to the control center 8, the control center 8 controls the screw motor 73 to move, and the screw motor 73 drives the third mounting plate 51 to move towards one end far away from the winding device 3 or to move towards the winding device 3.
In the use process, when one of the photoelectric switches 74 detects that the sheet 4 is deviated, information is fed back to the control center 8, the control center 8 controls the screw motor 73 to rotate, and the screw motor 73 drives the third mounting plate 51 to move in the rotating process, so that deviation correction can be realized.
When the photoelectric switch 74 arranged on the third mounting plate 51 connected with the screw motor 73 detects that the sheet 4 is deviated, the screw motor 73 drives the third mounting plate 51 to move, so that the third mounting plate 51 moves towards the side close to the winding device 3. When the other photoelectric switch 74 detects that the sheet 4 is deflected, the screw motor 73 drives the third mounting plate 51 to move towards one end far away from the winding device 3.
It should be noted that, the cooperation between the limiting member 71 and the sliding groove 72 in this embodiment is to avoid the third mounting plate 51 from being deviated during the deviation correcting process.
Finally, it should be noted that: the foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and the present application is not limited thereto, but it is to be understood that modifications and equivalents of some of the technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art, although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments. Claims (10)

1. An inspection bed, comprising:
a liftable bed frame;
the unreeling device is arranged at one end of the top of the bedstead along the length direction of the bedstead;
the winding device is arranged at the other end of the top of the bedstead along the length direction of the bedstead;
the bed sheet is wound to be in a roller structure and is arranged on the unreeling device, and one end of the bed sheet is connected with the winding device;
the tensioning assemblies are arranged at two ends of the top bedstead and are respectively positioned between the bedstead and the unreeling device and between the bedstead and the bedsheet collecting device;
the photoelectric sensor is arranged on one of the tensioning assemblies and is used for counting the length of the bed sheet;
wherein, coiling mechanism includes:
the first mounting plates are arranged on two sides of the top of the bedstead;
the driving motor is arranged on one first mounting plate, and an output shaft of the driving motor faces the other first mounting plate;
the mounting piece is mounted on the output shaft of the driving motor;
the first positioning piece is arranged on the other first mounting plate, and one end, close to the mounting piece, of the first positioning piece is provided with a bayonet;
and one end of the winding roller is inserted into the mounting piece, the other end of the winding roller is arranged in the bayonet, and the winding roller is driven by the driving motor to finish winding the used bed sheet.
2. The examination bed of claim 1, wherein the liftable bed frame comprises:
a bottom bedstead, on which moving wheels are arranged;
the top bedstead is provided with a back section plate and a bed board, and one end of the back section plate, which is close to the bed board, is hinged with the top bedstead;
one end of the connecting rod assembly is hinged with the top bedstead, and the other end of the connecting rod assembly is hinged with the bottom bedstead;
one end of the driving component is hinged with one end of the back section plate far away from the bed board, and the other end of the driving component is hinged with the connecting rod component, so that the top bed frame can be integrally adjusted in height up and down, and the back section of the top frame can rotate along the hinged position of the driving component;
the guardrail is rotatably arranged on the top bedstead;
the unreeling device is arranged at one end of the bed board, which is far away from the back section plate, and the reeling device is arranged at one end of the back section plate, which is far away from the bed board.
3. The examination bed of claim 2, wherein the linkage assembly comprises:
one end of the first connecting rod is arranged at the top of the bottom bedstead and is positioned below the back section board;
one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the first connecting rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod is arranged towards one end far away from the bed board;
one end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the second connecting rod, and the other end of the third connecting rod is arranged towards the bottom of the back section plate;
one end of the fourth connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the third connecting rod, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod faces the bed plate and is positioned at the bottom of the bed plate;
one end of the fifth connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the fourth connecting rod, and the other end of the fifth connecting rod faces to the bottom bedstead;
one end of the sixth connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the fifth connecting rod, and the other end of the sixth connecting rod is arranged towards one end far away from the back section plate;
a seventh connecting rod, one end of which is hinged with the other end of the sixth connecting rod, and the other end of which is connected with the top of the bottom bedstead;
one end of the driving assembly is hinged with one end, far away from the bed board, of the back section plate, and the other end of the driving assembly is hinged with the fourth connecting rod.
4. The examination bed of claim 3, wherein the bed frame further comprises:
the first mounting rod is arranged on the bottom bedstead and positioned below the back section plate, and one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first mounting rod;
the second installation rod is arranged on the bottom bedstead and positioned below the bed board, and the other end of the seventh connecting rod is connected with the second installation rod;
and the third mounting rod is mounted on the fourth connecting rod and positioned below the bed plate, and the other end of the driving assembly is hinged with the third mounting rod.
5. The couch of claim 4 wherein the drive assembly comprises:
the end part of the output end of the first driving piece is hinged with the bottom of the back section plate, and the other end of the first driving piece is arranged towards one end of the bed plate;
one end of the first connecting piece is hinged with the fixed end of the first driving piece;
the fixed end of the second driving piece is hinged with the other end of the first connecting piece, and one end of a third mounting rod at the other end of the second driving piece is arranged;
and one end of the second connecting piece is hinged with the movable end of the second driving piece, and the other end of the second connecting piece is connected with the third mounting rod.
6. The bed of claim 1, wherein the unreeling device comprises:
the two ends of the side wall of the bedstead in the width direction of the bedstead are provided with the second mounting plates;
the second positioning pieces are respectively arranged on the opposite side walls of the two second mounting plates, and mounting openings are formed in the side walls of the second positioning pieces which are oppositely arranged;
the two ends of the unreeling roller are rotatably arranged in the mounting opening.
7. The examination couch of claim 1, wherein the tensioning assembly comprises:
the side wall of the bed frame along the width direction of the bed frame is provided with two third mounting plates, the third mounting plates are arranged at the bottom of the bed frame, and the other end of each third mounting plate is obliquely arranged towards the top of the examining bed;
the first paper guide shaft is rotatably arranged between the two mounting plates and is positioned at one end far away from the bedstead;
the second paper guide shaft is rotatably arranged between the two mounting plates and is arranged near one end of the bedstead;

the two ends of the paper guide rod are connected with the third mounting plate;

the structure of the first paper guide shaft is the same as that of the second paper guide shaft, and the photoelectric sensor is arranged on one of the rotating parts of the second paper guide shaft at one end of the bed head.

and the deviation rectifying component is arranged on one side of the top bedstead provided with one end of the winding device.

The examining table of claim 9, wherein a limit member is mounted on a bed bar on the top bed frame, wherein a chute is provided on one of the third mounting plates, and wherein the limit member is positioned in the chute when the third mounting plate is mounted, the deviation rectifying assembly comprises:
the screw rod motor is arranged on the side wall of the tensioning device, and one end of the screw rod motor is connected with the third mounting plate provided with the sliding groove;
the photoelectric switches are arranged on the opposite side walls of the two third mounting plates;
when the sheet is deviated, the photoelectric switch feeds information back to the control center, the control center controls the screw rod motor to move, and the screw rod motor drives the third mounting plate to move towards one end far away from the winding device or move towards the winding device.
