three groups of air disturbance blocks; the three groups of air disturbance blocks are respectively and fixedly arranged on the first mounting rod and the two second mounting rods, each group of air disturbance blocks comprises a plurality of air disturbance blocks, and each disturbance block is positioned between two cooling fins;
a reciprocating member; the reciprocating member is used for driving the first mounting rod and the two second mounting rods to reciprocate.
