The following will describe in detail. The following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in terms of a cross-application data management device, which may be integrated in a terminal and/or server in particular.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the cross-application data management method of this embodiment may be as follows:
201. and responding to the information checking operation aiming at the mailbox application in the instant messaging client, and acquiring an operation object identification of an operation object corresponding to the information checking operation in the instant messaging application.
The instant messaging client is a user end of the instant messaging application and can provide services for users. The instant messaging application can be an instant messaging application used by groups such as enterprises and the like, and can also be an instant messaging application used by individuals.
Wherein the information viewing operation may be a single operation or a combination of a series of operations. For example, the information viewing operation may be a trigger operation for a control in an application page of the instant messaging client. Before step 201, the cross-application data management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
And displaying an application page of the instant messaging client, wherein the application page comprises a mailbox information checking control for a mailbox application.
The mailbox information viewing control is a control used for being triggered by a user operation to display an embedded page in a display page of the instant messaging client, and various expression forms of the control are available, such as a button, an icon and the like.
Specifically, the application page of the instant messaging client may be a page provided by the instant messaging client for a user to operate, such as a human-computer interaction page (GUI). Alternatively, the application page of the instant messaging client includes, but is not limited to, a home page of the instant messaging client, a function page (refer to the page in fig. 3), and so on.
For example, the main page of the instant messaging client may be displayed by default after the instant messaging client is started, or the user may trigger the control named "home page" in fig. 3 to display the main page of the instant messaging client. The user triggers the controls named as address book, collaboration, application management and the like in fig. 3, and a function page corresponding to the control can be displayed.
In one embodiment, the application page of the instant messaging client includes a function page, and the function page includes a plurality of function controls, such as mailbox information viewing controls. The mailbox information viewing control may include a control named "mail" in an application page of the instant messaging client.
In the actual application process, the operation object identifier may be obtained after the mailbox information checking control is triggered, and the step of "obtaining the operation object identifier of the operation object corresponding to the information checking operation in the instant messaging application in response to the information checking operation for the mailbox application in the instant messaging client may specifically include:
and responding to the triggering operation of the mailbox information checking control in the instant messaging client, and acquiring the operation object identification of the operation object corresponding to the information checking operation in the instant messaging application.
The trigger operation may be a single long press operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, or the like. The specific trigger operation may be preset by the user or the terminal.
Alternatively, the triggering operation may be a combination of operations, for example, in order to secure data, the triggering operation may be a single click operation followed by entering the correct mailbox information check password. The mailbox information viewing password may be preset by the user to avoid the mailbox information from being randomly viewed.
The operation object corresponding to the information checking operation is a virtual object for executing the information checking operation, for example, the operation object may be an instant messaging object or an instant messaging sub-object corresponding to a current login account in the instant messaging client.
In some examples, the operand identification may be information identifying the identity of the operand, such as a name, avatar, and/or identity ID of the operand in an instant messaging application, and so forth.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to realize the data interaction between the instant messaging application and the mailbox application, the logic service between the instant messaging application and the mailbox application is coupled. For example, an object of an instant messaging application is created in the instant messaging application, and an object of a mailbox application is correspondingly created in the mailbox application. That is, before the step of "responding to the information viewing operation for the mailbox application in the instant messaging client and obtaining the operation object identifier of the operation object corresponding to the information viewing operation in the instant messaging application", the cross-application data management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
creating an instant messaging object of an instant messaging application, and setting an object identifier for the instant messaging object;
and sending a mailbox object creation request to a mailbox application background based on the object identifier, and triggering the mailbox application background to create a mailbox object based on the object identifier.
The instant messaging object is a mapping result of organizations such as people, groups or enterprises in the instant messaging application, and the mailbox object is a mapping result of organizations such as people, groups or enterprises in the mailbox application.
The mailbox application background establishes a corresponding relation between the objects through the object identifiers based on the mailbox objects created by the object identifiers, and the mailbox objects created by the mailbox application background and the instant messaging objects corresponding to the object identifiers are the mapping of the same entity in different applications.
In some examples, the object identification may be information for identifying the identity of the instant messaging object, such as a name, a avatar, and/or an identity ID of the instant messaging object in an instant messaging application, and so forth.
It should be noted that, the object identifier of the mailbox object may be the same as or different from the object identifier of the instant messaging object, for example, when the mailbox application background creates the mailbox object, the object identifier of the instant messaging object may be set as the object identifier of the mailbox object, for example, the enterprise ID may be used as the object identifiers of the mailbox object and the instant messaging object. Or when the mailbox application background creates the mailbox object, the corresponding relation between the object identifier of the instant messaging object and the mailbox object can be established, and additional object identifiers are set for the mailbox object so as to be used in the mailbox application.
In some embodiments, the instant messaging object may correspond to at least one instant messaging sub-object, such as a sub-company for an enterprise, an employee for an enterprise, or the like. The cross-application data management method provided by the embodiment of the invention can further comprise the following steps:
creating an instant messaging sub-object of the instant messaging object, and setting a sub-object identifier for the instant messaging sub-object;
and triggering the mailbox application background to determine a target mailbox object corresponding to the instant messaging object from the mailbox objects based on the object identifiers and creating mailbox sub-objects of the target mailbox object based on the sub-object identifiers based on mailbox sub-object creation requests sent to the mailbox application background by the object identifiers.
The instant messaging sub-object is a mapping result of organizations such as people, groups or enterprises in the instant messaging application, and the mailbox sub-object is a mapping result of organizations such as people, groups or enterprises in the mailbox application.
The mailbox application background establishes a corresponding relation between the sub-objects through the sub-object identifiers based on the mailbox sub-objects created by the sub-object identifiers, and the mailbox application background creates a mapping of the mailbox sub-objects created by the sub-object identifiers and the instant messaging sub-objects corresponding to the sub-object identifiers in different applications for the same entity.
In some examples, the child object identification may be information for identifying an instant messaging child object identity, such as a name, a avatar, and/or an identity ID, etc. of the instant messaging child object in an instant messaging application.
It should be noted that, the sub-object identifier of the mailbox sub-object may be the same as or different from the sub-object identifier of the instant messaging sub-object, for example, when the mailbox application background creates the mailbox sub-object, the sub-object identifier of the instant messaging sub-object may be set as the sub-object identifier of the mailbox sub-object, for example, a mobile phone number of an employee in the enterprise may be used as the sub-object identifiers of the mailbox sub-object and the instant messaging sub-object.
Or when the mailbox application background creates the mailbox sub-object, the corresponding relation between the sub-object identifier of the instant messaging sub-object and the mailbox sub-object can be established, and additional sub-object identifiers are set for the mailbox sub-object so as to be used in the mailbox application. For example, a mobile phone number of an employee in the enterprise may be used as a sub-object identifier of the instant messaging sub-object, and a mail address may be set for the mailbox sub-object as a sub-object identifier of the mailbox object.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging object and the instant messaging sub-object may be the same type or different types of mapping of entities in the instant messaging application, for example, the instant messaging object may be the mapping of an enterprise, and the instant messaging sub-object may be the mapping of staff in the enterprise, or the instant messaging sub-object may also be the mapping of a sub-company subordinate to the enterprise, and so on.
For enterprises, special staff are generally arranged to manage data, so that specific marks can be arranged for staff managing the data, the staff can have data management authority, and the data security of the enterprises is protected. Therefore, the step of creating the instant messaging sub-object of the instant messaging object and setting the sub-object identifier for the instant messaging sub-object may specifically include:
an instant messaging sub-object of the instant messaging object is created, and a cross-application management identifier and a sub-object identifier are set for the instant messaging sub-object.
The cross-application management identification is used for identifying that the instant messaging sub-object has the right of cross-application data viewing or management.
Correspondingly, when the operation object identifier is acquired, whether the operation object has the cross-application management identifier or not can be checked first, and if the operation object has the cross-application management identifier, the operation object identifier can be acquired. That is, the step of "obtaining, in response to an information viewing operation for a mailbox application in an instant messaging client, an operation object identifier of an operation object corresponding to the information viewing operation in the instant messaging application" may specifically include:
responding to information checking operation aiming at a mailbox application in an instant messaging client, and determining an operation object corresponding to the information checking operation from instant messaging sub-objects of the instant messaging application;
If the operation object has the cross-application management identifier, the sub-object identifier of the operation object corresponding to the information viewing operation in the instant messaging application is obtained and used as the operation object identifier.
It can be understood that if the operation object does not have the cross-application management identifier, no operation authority information can be displayed in the application page of the instant messaging client so as to prompt that the operation object cannot manage the data of the mailbox application through the instant messaging application.
In the actual application process, some instant messaging objects may not be provided with a cross-application data management function, and for the instant messaging object provided with the cross-application data management function, the instant messaging object can be marked as a cross-application instant messaging object. Therefore, the step of creating the instant messaging object of the instant messaging application and setting the object identifier for the instant messaging object may specifically include:
an instant messaging object of the instant messaging application is created, and a cross-application management object identifier and a sub-object identifier are set for the instant messaging object.
The cross-application management object identification is used for identifying that the instant messaging object can be used for cross-application viewing or data management.
Correspondingly, when the operation object identifier is obtained, whether the instant messaging object corresponding to the operation object has the cross-application management object identifier or not can be checked, and if the instant messaging object has the cross-application management object identifier, the operation object identifier can be obtained. That is, the step of "obtaining, in response to an information viewing operation for a mailbox application in an instant messaging client, an operation object identifier of an operation object corresponding to the information viewing operation in the instant messaging application" may specifically include:
Responding to an information checking operation aiming at a mailbox application in the instant messaging client, and determining whether an instant messaging object corresponding to the information checking operation has a cross-application management object identifier or not;
if the instant messaging object has the cross-application management object identifier, determining an operation object corresponding to the information checking operation from instant messaging sub-objects corresponding to the instant messaging object, and acquiring the sub-object identifier of the operation object corresponding to the information checking operation in the instant messaging application as the operation object identifier.
It can be understood that if the instant messaging object does not have the cross-application management object identifier, inoperable information can be displayed in an application page of the instant messaging client to prompt that the operation object cannot manage the data of the mailbox application through the instant messaging application.
202. And sending a page data acquisition request to the mailbox application background based on the operation object identifier, and triggering the mailbox application background to acquire mailbox application data of the operation object in the mailbox application.
The page data obtaining request may be used to trigger the mailbox application background to obtain mailbox application data.
In some examples, the page data retrieval request may be generated based on the operation object identification, i.e., the operation object identification is included in the page data retrieval request. The step of sending a page data acquisition request to the mailbox application background based on the operation object identifier, and triggering the mailbox application background to acquire mailbox application data of the operation object in the mailbox application may specifically include:
Generating a page data acquisition request based on the operation object identification;
and sending a page data acquisition request to a mailbox application background, triggering the mailbox application background to analyze the page data acquisition request to obtain an operation object identifier, determining a target mailbox object of an operation object of the instant messaging application in the mailbox application from the mailbox sub-object according to the operation object identifier, and obtaining mailbox application data of the target mailbox object.
In other examples, the page data acquisition request may be a request generated in a default format and content after the operation object identification is acquired, excluding the operation object identification. The operation object identification and the page data acquisition request can be sent to a mailbox application background, so that the mailbox application background responds to the page data acquisition request, and according to the operation object identification, a target mailbox object of an operation object of the instant messaging application in the mailbox application is determined from mailbox sub-objects, and mailbox application data of the target mailbox object are acquired.
It can be appreciated that in order to avoid malicious programs from acquiring data from the mailbox application background, before the mailbox application background acquires mailbox application data, it can be verified whether the page data acquisition request is sent by the instant messaging application. That is, the page data acquisition request may include object identity verification information, and the step of "sending the page data acquisition request to the mailbox application background based on the operation object identifier, and triggering the mailbox application background to acquire mailbox application data of the operation object in the mailbox application" may specifically include:
Sending a page data acquisition request to a mailbox application background based on the operation object identifier, and triggering the mailbox application background to return an identity verification request based on object identity verification information in the page data acquisition request;
determining whether the identity verification information of the object is sent by the instant messaging client based on the identity verification request;
if the object identity verification information is sent by the instant messaging client, sending the object identity verification information to the mailbox application background, and triggering the mailbox application background to acquire mailbox application data of the operation object in the mailbox application based on the object identity verification information.
The object identity verification information is used for indicating a page data acquisition request sender. The object authentication information may indicate a specific instant messaging application client that sends the page data acquisition request, or may indicate an instant messaging object or an instant messaging sub-object that sends the page data acquisition request, and so on.
