In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first prompt message is generated through the communication information and the association relationship between the sender 11 and the receiver 13, the first prompt message includes the communication information and the association relationship between the receiver 13 and the sender 11. When receiving the push information and the first prompt information, the receiving party 13 can see not only the push information but also the first prompt information to prompt the receiving party 13 of the association relationship between the receiving party 13 and the sending party 11, or prompt the receiving party 13 of the identity of the sending party 11; and to prompt the receiver 13 about the communication information between the receiver and the sender 11, such as the communication record and the last communication time, so as to prompt the receiver 13 why the push message is received. Therefore, the knowledge and trust of the receiver 13 to the sender 11 are improved, the attention of the receiver 13 to the push information is improved, so that the receiver 13 further pays attention to the push information, the situation that the receiver 13 falsely rejects the push information of the sender 11 is avoided, the utilization rate of the push information of the sender 11 can be effectively improved, and unnecessary load is reduced.
Specifically referring to fig. 3c, fig. 3c shows that the receiving side 13 "little swallow" receives the push information "01" sent by the sending side 11 and the first prompt information sent by the server. When receiving the push information and the first prompt information, the receiver 13 can see not only the push information "01", but also the first prompt information "the other party is your friend, and the last contact is 8 days ago, you can make a call or no longer receive such a message within three months", so as to prompt the receiver 13 about the association relationship between the receiver 13 and the sender 11, or prompt the receiver 13 about the identity of the sender 11; and to prompt the receiver 13 about the communication information between the receiver and the sender 11, such as the communication record and the last communication time, so as to prompt the receiver 13 why the push message is received.
It should be noted that the first prompting message according to the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking the communication information and the association relationship generation of the sender 11 and the receiver 13 as an example, which is more effective for prompting the receiver 13.
In step S206, the server 12 determines whether the instruction triggering control in the first prompt message is triggered, and if the instruction triggering control is triggered, step S207 is executed, specifically, the server acquires the communication record in the corresponding communication message and sends the acquired communication record to the receiver 13. And if the instruction triggering control is not triggered, not operating.
The instruction triggering control in step S206 is specifically a chat record instruction triggering control, and is used to trigger the communication record in the communication information. Specifically, referring to the "last contact" in fig. 3c, the "last contact" is the chat recording instruction trigger control, and the receiver 13 clicks the "last contact" to complete the trigger of the chat recording instruction trigger control.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first prompt information further includes a trigger control for no-more-reception instruction, specifically "no-more-reception" in fig. 3c, when the receiver 13 clicks "no-more-reception", the trigger control for no-more-reception instruction is triggered, and the server no longer sends such a message to the receiver 13.
In step S207, the server 12 obtains the communication record in the corresponding communication information, and sends the obtained communication record to the receiver 13, please refer to fig. 3d, where fig. 3d is a chat record, or a communication record, of both the sender 11 and the receiver 13 "little swallow". Wherein the communication record corresponds to a chat record, the server sends the communication record to the recipient 13, i.e. the server sends the chat record stored in the memory to the recipient 13.
In step S208, please refer to fig. 3b, where in fig. 3b, the receiver 13 receives the push information sent by the sender 11 and the second prompt information sent by the server, the server generates the second prompt information, and sends the second prompt information together when sending the push information to the at least one receiver 13. The second prompt message is specifically the following message in fig. 3 b: such messages are no longer received within three months of interruption. The second prompt message includes a trigger control for no-more-reception instruction, that is, "no-more-reception" in fig. 3b, and when the receiver 13 clicks "no-more-reception", the trigger control for no-more-reception instruction is triggered, and the server no-more-sends such a message to the receiver 13.
In addition, the information prompting method of the embodiment of the invention can also comprise the following steps: acquiring feedback information of the receiver 13 to the sender 11, processing the feedback information according to a preset rule, generating a processing result, judging that the processing result reaches a preset shielding condition, and shielding the sender 11 if the processing result reaches the preset shielding condition.
Specifically, for example: the second prompt message further includes a feedback message instruction triggering control, which includes that the feedback message of the sender 11 is useless and disturbed, and the message is useful, and the server obtains all the feedback messages of the receiver 13 and compares the quantity of the feedback messages with the quantity of the feedback message of the sender 11, and if the feedback message is useless and disturbed far more than the message is useful, specifically, the message is useless and disturbed by 80 percent of the total quantity, and the message is useful by 20 percent of the total quantity, the server shields the push message of the sender 11. For example, if the preset number of feedback information fed back by the receiver 13 indicates that the push information needs to be shielded, the server shields the push information of the sender 11.
As can be seen from the above description, in the information prompting method of the server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, first, the server obtains the association relationship and/or the communication information between the sender 11 and the receiver 13, and determines whether the sender 11 and the receiver 13 have the communication information within the preset time, and if the communication information exists within the preset time, the server directly sends the generated second prompting information and the push information to the receiver 13 together, because the receiver 13 continuously performs session communication with the sender 11, for the receiver 13, the sender 11 and its relationship, and the sender 11 and its previous communication information, etc. are known, and the receiver 13 is not easy to generate strangeness to the sender 11.
If the sender 11 and the receiver 13 do not have communication information within the preset time, that is, the sender 11 and the receiver 13 are not in contact for a long time, for the receiver 13, the sender 11 has been forgotten gradually, and if the push information of the sender 11 is received suddenly, the receiver 13 does not pay much attention to the push information, and even feels harassed. The server generates a first prompt message for prompting the association relation and/or communication information between the sender 11 and the receiver 13; then, the server transmits the push information transmitted from the transmission side 11 to the reception side 13, and simultaneously transmits the first prompt information to the reception side 13. Thus, the receiver 13 not only receives the push information, but also receives at least one of the association relationship and the communication information between the receiver 13 and the sender 11, and the receiver 13 can know at least one of the association relationship and the communication information between the receiver 13 and the sender 11 through at least one of the association relationship and the communication information, so as to improve the trust and experience of the receiver 13 on the sender 11 and pay attention to the push information sent by the sender 11, thereby avoiding the receiver 13 from falsely rejecting the push information of the sender 11, effectively improving the utilization rate of the push information of the sender 11, and reducing unnecessary load.
