Claims (10)
1. The intelligent management method for the refrigerator clusters is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring a target warehousing order of a user and a screening priority corresponding to the target warehousing order, wherein the target warehousing order comprises product basic information of a target product to be warehoused;
analyzing and matching according to the basic information of the product, determining a target refrigeration house set meeting the basic information of the product from a refrigeration house database, and finely arranging the target refrigeration house set according to the screening priority to obtain a target refrigeration house set;
displaying the target refrigeration house set for a user to confirm;
when a user's freezer confirming instruction is detected, determining a target freezer according to the freezer confirming instruction, and generating a target warehousing and docking order corresponding to the target freezer;
and controlling the target refrigeration house according to the target warehousing and docking order.
2. The method for intelligently managing a refrigeration house cluster according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the target warehouse-in order of the user and the screening priority corresponding to the target warehouse-in order of the user comprises: and creating a cold storage database in advance, and updating data in the cold storage database in real time.

The intelligent management method of a refrigeration house cluster according to claim 1, wherein the product basic information of the target product comprises at least one of the following: the variety attribute of the target product and the storage environment condition information of the target product; the storage environment condition information of the target product comprises at least one of the following: the space size of the space required by the target product, the total weight of the target product, the warehouse time period of the target product and the storage temperature of the target product; the filtering priority includes priority sequence information and priority attribute information, wherein the priority attribute information includes at least one of the following: cost, distance, score.
4. The intelligent management method of a freezer cluster according to claim 3, wherein the determining a target freezer set satisfying the product basic information from a freezer database by performing analysis matching according to the product basic information comprises:
determining the type of the refrigeration house according to the variety attribute of the target product;
determining a first refrigeration house set from the refrigeration house types according to the storage environment condition information, wherein the first refrigeration house set is a single refrigeration house set, judging whether a threshold value of the number of the single refrigeration houses in the first refrigeration house set is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, taking the first refrigeration house set as a target refrigeration house set, if not, determining a second refrigeration house set from the refrigeration house types according to the storage environment condition information, wherein the second refrigeration house set is a combined refrigeration house set, and taking the first refrigeration house set and the second refrigeration house set as target refrigeration house set.
5. The intelligent management method of a freezer cluster according to claim 4, wherein finely arranging the target freezer set according to the screening priority comprises:
and determining the weight of each piece of priority attribute information according to the priority sequence information, evaluating the single refrigeration house and/or the combined refrigeration house in the target refrigeration house set according to the weight, and sequencing the single refrigeration house and/or the combined refrigeration house in the target refrigeration house set according to the evaluation result to determine the target refrigeration house set.
6. The intelligent management method of a refrigeration house cluster according to claim 5, wherein said target warehouse entry order comprises storage environment information of said target product.
7. The intelligent management method of a freezer cluster according to claim 6, wherein managing the target freezer according to the target warehouse entry order comprises:
determining a target storage area from the target refrigeration house according to the storage environment condition information of the target product, locking the target storage area, and modifying the state of the warehousing and order taking into waiting for warehousing;
before the start of the warehouse utilization time, detecting whether the target storage area meets the storage environment condition information, if so, modifying the state of the warehouse-in order to be warehouse-in, if not, modifying the state of the warehouse-in order to be warehouse-out, and generating alarm information;
after the product is put in storage, detecting whether the real-time storage environment condition information of the product is consistent with the storage environment condition information in the put-in-storage order, if so, modifying the state of the put-in-storage order into put-in-storage, otherwise, modifying the state of the put-in-storage order into put-in-storage failure, and generating alarm information;
after the warehouse time is finished, detecting whether the target storage area stores the target product or not, if not, generating a fee list, and if not, generating a warehouse entry pair continuous order.
8. An intelligent management system for a refrigerator cluster, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a screening module and a storage module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a target storage order of a user and a screening priority corresponding to the target storage order, and the target storage order comprises product basic information of a target product to be stored;
the analysis module is used for carrying out analysis and matching according to the basic information of the product, determining a target refrigeration house set meeting the basic information of the product from a refrigeration house database, and carrying out fine discharge on the target refrigeration house set according to the screening priority to obtain a target refrigeration house set;
the display module is used for displaying the target refrigeration house set for a user to confirm;
the order generation module is used for determining a target refrigeration house according to the refrigeration house confirmation instruction when detecting the refrigeration house confirmation instruction of a user and generating a target warehousing order corresponding to the target refrigeration house;
and the order management and control module is used for managing and controlling the target refrigeration house according to the target warehouse-in order.
