Example 3: the method is suitable for the detection equipment of the polysaccharide component content in the plant extract, and comprises the following steps:
s1: after extracting the plant extract, opening a cylinder cover 21 at the upper end of the detection cylinder 2, pouring the plant extract into the detection cylinder 2, then closing the cylinder cover 21, starting the equipment body 1 to work, and controlling the sensor 3 to detect the plant extract contained in the inner side of the detection cylinder 2 made of transparent glass by the equipment body 1;
s2: after the analysis of the polysaccharide component content of the plant extract is completed, a worker pulls out the detection cylinder 2 from the detection cavity 11, the two anti-fouling plates 4 move upwards under the action of the first spring 5 and approach each other to shield the upper port of the detection cylinder 2, the anti-fouling plates 4 can drive the position compensating groove 42 to correspond to the upper port position of the detection cylinder 2, the second spring 44 can push the position compensating plate 43 to move out of the inner side of the position compensating groove 42 and fill the concave position of the upper port, the upper end surface of the position compensating plate 43 is flush with the upper surface of the equipment body 1 under the pushing of the second spring 44, the part of the first magnetic stripe 48 enters the other rectangular groove 47 under the action of magnetic force, and the clamping strip 62 is inserted into the corresponding penetrating groove 45 under the action of the third spring 63;
s3: the detection cylinder 2 is inserted from the upper port of the detection cavity 11 after cleaning is finished, the detection cylinder 2 can extrude the position supplementing plate 43 to push the two anti-fouling plates 4 to move downwards simultaneously, the two anti-fouling plates 4 are far away from each other in the process of moving downwards, after the detection cylinder 2 moves to the extreme limit position downwards, the outer wall of the detection cylinder 2 is clamped by the two anti-fouling plates 4, and finally the cylinder cover 21 on the detection cylinder 2 is covered.

an anti-fouling groove (12) is formed in two sides of the detection cavity (11); the width of the two antifouling grooves (12) is larger than the inner diameter of the detection cavity (11) and communicated with each other; the wall of the anti-fouling groove (12) far away from the detection cavity (11) is provided with a guide inclined plane (121); the distance from the guide inclined surface (121) to the detection cavity (11) is sequentially increased from top to bottom; the guide inclined plane (121) is connected with the anti-fouling plate (4) in a sliding way; the antifouling board (4) is horizontally arranged; a first spring (5) is arranged between the lower surface of the anti-fouling plate (4) and the lower groove wall of the anti-fouling groove (12); after the detection cylinder (2) is moved out of the detection cavity (11), the two antifouling plates (4) shield the upper port of the detection cavity (11) under the action of the corresponding first springs (5);
the guide inclined plane (121) is provided with a first sliding bar (6); a first chute (41) is formed in the side, far away from the detection cavity (11), of the anti-fouling plate (4) in a penetrating and tilting manner up and down; the first sliding groove (41) on the anti-fouling plate (4) is in sliding connection with the first sliding strip (6) on the guide inclined plane (121); the two opposite groove walls of the anti-fouling groove (12) are vertically provided with a second sliding groove (14); the two second sliding grooves (14) are connected with a second sliding plate (51) in a sliding way; the second sliding plate (51) is connected with the bottom of the anti-fouling groove (12) through a first spring (5).
2. The apparatus for detecting the content of polysaccharide components in a plant extract according to claim 1, wherein: the vertical moving distance of the anti-fouling plate (4) which is pressed and retracted into the anti-fouling groove (12) is smaller than the depth of the detection cylinder (2) inserted into the detection cavity (11); one surface of the two antifouling plates (4) close to each other can clamp the detection cylinder (2) in the detection cavity (11).

The apparatus for detecting the content of polysaccharide components in a plant extract according to claim 1, wherein: the upper end surfaces of the two antifouling plates (4) are provided with semicircular position supplementing grooves (42); the position supplementing groove (42) is communicated with the contact surfaces of the two antifouling plates (4); the position supplementing groove (42) corresponds to the upper port of the detection cavity (11) after the antifouling plate (4) moves to the upper limit position; the position compensating groove (42) is internally and hermetically connected with a semicircular position compensating plate (43); the two position compensating plates (43) are mutually contacted and embedded into the inner side of the upper port of the detection cylinder (2); the upper end face of the position compensating plate (43) is flush with the upper surface of the equipment body (1); the position supplementing plate (43) is connected with the bottom of the position supplementing groove (42) through a second spring (44).

A plant extract polysaccharide component content detecting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the elastic force of the second spring (44) is smaller than that of the first spring (5); the detection cylinder (2) presses the second spring (44) before the first spring (5) is inserted into the inner side of the detection cavity (11).

The apparatus for detecting polysaccharide component content in a plant extract according to claim 4, wherein: the inner walls of the two position supplementing grooves (42) which are far away from each other are provided with penetrating grooves (45); the through groove (45) is communicated with the first sliding groove (41); the first sliding strip (6) is provided with a groove (61) at a corresponding position of a penetrating groove (45) at the upper limit position of the antifouling board (4); the groove (61) is connected with the clamping strip (62) in a sliding way; the clamping strip (62) is connected with the bottom of the groove (61) through a third spring (63); the penetrating groove (45) is connected with a movable strip (46) in a sliding way; one end of the movable strip (46) is positioned at the inner side of the position supplementing groove (42) and is provided with a first inclined plane (461); the first inclined surface (461) is arranged obliquely upwards; one end of the clamping strip (62) far away from the bottom of the groove (61) is provided with a second inclined surface (621) which is inclined downwards; after the groove (61) is aligned with the through groove (45), the third spring (63) pushes the clamping strip (62) to enter the through groove (45), so that the anti-fouling plate (4) is locked; after the movable strip (46) is extruded by the position supplementing plate (43), the clamping strip (62) is extruded into the groove (61), so that the unlocking of the anti-fouling plate (4) is realized.

The apparatus for detecting polysaccharide component content in a plant extract according to claim 5, wherein: a rectangular groove (47) is formed on one surface of the two antifouling plates (4) which are contacted with each other; one of the rectangular grooves (47) is connected with the first magnetic stripe (48) in a sliding way, and the bottom of the other rectangular groove (47) is fixedly connected with the second magnetic block (49); the first magnetic strip (48) and the second magnetic block (49) are attracted mutually; after the two antifouling plates (4) are contacted, the first magnetic strips (48) are positioned in the two rectangular grooves (47) under the action of magnetic force, so that the locking of the two antifouling plates (4) is realized; the upper end face of the position supplementing plate (43) is stuck with a water absorbing sponge; one rectangular groove (47) groove bottom is connected with the first magnetic strip (48) through an elastic rope (7), and the elastic force of the elastic rope (7) is smaller than the magnetic force between the first magnetic strip (48) and the second magnetic block (49).

s3: the detection cylinder (2) is inserted from the upper port of the detection cavity (11) after cleaning is finished, the detection cylinder (2) can extrude the position supplementing plate (43) to push the two anti-fouling plates (4) to move downwards simultaneously, the two anti-fouling plates (4) are far away from each other in the process of being moved downwards by pressing, the outer wall of the detection cylinder (2) is clamped by the two anti-fouling plates (4) after the detection cylinder (2) moves downwards to the limit position, and finally the cylinder cover (21) on the detection cylinder (2) is covered.
