The finite element analysis result shows that the contact length of the special threaded joint is 2-3mm under the conditions of 10 e-21 e load point high temperature stretching/compression and internal pressure load, the contact pressure is 250-750MPa, the special threaded joint is in a curve with high two sides and low middle, the minimum sealing contact area is more than 7 times of the maximum test internal pressure, and the special threaded joint has good sealing property.

4. Resonance bending fatigue test
