The driving module is arranged between the first cavity 11 and the second cavity 12 and communicates the detergent delivery module with the second cavity 12; wherein the drive module is provided with a drive inlet (not shown) in communication with the detergent delivery port and a drive outlet (not shown) in communication with the second cavity 12, the drive module being adapted to drive detergent within the detergent delivery module to flow towards the second cavity 12. Specifically, the driving module is disposed between the detergent delivery module and the detergent interface 11a and communicates the detergent delivery module with the second cavity 12, the detergent in the detergent delivery module flows to the driving inlet through the detergent delivery port, and the detergent flows to the detergent interface 11a from the driving outlet and enters the second cavity 12 under the driving action of the driving module. The driving module is arranged to facilitate quick feeding of the detergent into the second cavity 12, and the working process of the water box assembly 1 is quickened.
In some embodiments of the present application, the driving module may be a pump body, an inlet end of the pump body is connected to the detergent delivery port, an outlet end of the pump body is connected to the second cavity 12, and the pump body pumps the detergent from the detergent delivery module to the second cavity 12.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the box 10 is provided with a second inlet 10a and a water outlet, which are respectively communicated with the second cavity 12, and the second inlet 10a is adapted to be in butt-joint communication with the second interface 132. Specifically, the second port 132 is externally connected to the water pipe and is in communication with the second inlet 10a, and the washing water in the scale inhibiting module 20 flows out through the second port 132 and enters the second cavity 12 through the second inlet 10 a. Tap water directly enters the second cavity 12 from the water inlet 13a, washing water after scale inhibition treatment enters the second cavity 12 through the second inlet 10a, detergent enters the second cavity 12 through the detergent interface 11a, the second cavity 12 is provided with a water outlet communicated with the washing cavity, tap water, washing water and detergent enter the second cavity 12 and are mixed into washing water, and the washing water flows out of the water box assembly 1 through the water outlet and enters the washing cavity for reference and washing process. The second inlet 10a is arranged on the box body 10, so that the treated washing water is conveniently led into the second cavity 12, the water outlet is arranged on the box body 10, so that the washing water mixed with the detergent is conveniently injected into the washing cavity, and the water box assembly 1 has a simple structure, needs a small number of water pipes and pipelines, and is convenient for the arrangement of the pipelines in the clothes treatment equipment.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the water outlet includes a main water outlet 10b and an injector water outlet 10c, the main water outlet 10b being adapted to communicate with the washing chamber, and the injector water outlet 10c being adapted to communicate with an injector of the laundry treatment apparatus. Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus has an ejector facing the laundry in the washing chamber, and the ejector communicates with the second chamber 12 through the ejector water outlet 10c, and the washing water mixed with the detergent in the second chamber 12 can be uniformly sprayed on the laundry in the washing chamber through the ejector, so that the laundry washing effect is better, and simultaneously, the main water outlet 10b is provided for ensuring the amount of the washing water, and a large amount of the washing water mixed with the detergent flows into the washing chamber through the main water outlet 10 b. More specifically, the main water outlet 10b has a larger diameter than the injector water outlet 10c so that a large amount of washing water flows out through the main water outlet 10b to ensure that the washing process is performed normally.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the first chamber 11 is located at an upper layer of the second chamber 12 and is formed with a mounting opening 11b opened toward the top, and the scale inhibition module 20 and the detergent delivery module are mounted in the first chamber 11 through the mounting opening 11 b. Specifically, the first cavity 11 and the second cavity 12 are arranged at intervals, the first cavity 11 is provided with a mounting opening 11b, the scale inhibition module 20 and the detergent delivery module can be mounted in the first cavity 11 through the mounting opening 11b, after the water box assembly 1 is mounted in the clothes treatment equipment, the scale inhibition module 20 is used for treating the washing water flowing from the washing cavity to the scale inhibition module 20, scale in the washing water is remained in the scale inhibition module 20, cleaner washing water flows out of the scale inhibition module 20 and enters the second cavity 12, meanwhile, the detergent delivery module is used for delivering detergent into the second cavity 12, and the washing water and the detergent are mixed in the second cavity 12. The first cavity 11 and the second cavity 12 are arranged at intervals, the first cavity 11 is located on the upper layer of the second cavity 12, liquid in the second cavity 12 can be prevented from entering the first cavity 11 to pollute the first cavity 11, the water-proof effect is better, and the use experience of a user is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the scale inhibiting module 20 is configured with a rectangular cross-sectional profile in the extending direction to be suitable for stopping the peripheral wall of the scale inhibiting module 20 against the bottom wall of the first cavity 11 and/or against the side walls of the first cavity 11. Specifically, the appearance of the scale inhibition module 20 is cuboid, the side wall of the scale inhibition module 20 can be attached to the inner wall of the first cavity 11 to limit the scale inhibition module 20, in some embodiments, the bottom wall of the first cavity 11 is in contact with the outer peripheral wall of the scale inhibition module 20 to limit the scale inhibition module 20, in other embodiments, the side wall of the first cavity 11 is in contact with the outer peripheral wall of the scale inhibition module 20 to limit the scale inhibition module 20, and in other embodiments, the bottom wall and the side wall of the first cavity 11 are both in contact with the outer peripheral wall of the scale inhibition module 20 to limit the scale inhibition module 20, so that the scale inhibition module 20 is stable when being mounted in the first cavity 11.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, a first end wall 111 and a second end wall 112 facing each other are formed in the first chamber 11, and an end of the scale inhibiting module 20 and an end of the detergent dispensing module are stopped against the first end wall 111 and the second end wall 112, respectively; wherein at least one end of the scale inhibiting module 20 and/or the detergent dispensing module is provided with a mating groove 23, and one of the first end wall 111 and the second end wall 112 is provided with a mating protrusion 1121 that is inserted into the mating groove 23. Specifically, the first cavity 11 has a first end wall 111 and a second end wall 112 opposite to each other, and the first end wall 111 and the second end wall 112 are abutted against two ends of the scale inhibition module 20 and the detergent delivery module so as to limit the scale inhibition module 20 and the detergent delivery module, in order to facilitate installation of the scale inhibition module 20, a fitting groove 23 is provided at one end of the scale inhibition module 20, a fitting protrusion 1121 is provided on the end wall abutted against one end of the scale inhibition module 20, and when the scale inhibition module 20 is installed, the fitting groove 23 is matched with the fitting protrusion 1121 so as to prevent the scale inhibition module 20 from falling out of the first cavity 11, and it is understood that the detergent delivery module is identical in structure to the scale inhibition module 20 when the fitting groove 23 is provided. In some embodiments of the present application, the same end of the scale inhibiting module 20 and each detergent delivery module is provided with a matching groove 23, and a plurality of matching protrusions 1121 corresponding to the matching grooves 23 one by one are arranged on the end wall of the scale inhibiting module 20 and each detergent delivery module, which is opposite to the same end, so that the water box assembly 1 is stable in structure and easy to install, and the scale inhibiting module 20 and each detergent delivery module cannot fall out of the first cavity 11.
According to some embodiments of the application, as shown in fig. 7-8, a first interface 131 and a second interface 132 are provided on the first end wall 111, the second end wall 112 being disposed obliquely away from the first end wall 111 in a direction towards the open mouth. Specifically, the first end wall 111 is provided with a first interface 131 and a second interface 132, the second end wall 112 is provided with a plurality of mating protrusions 1121, and when the scale inhibitor 20 is installed in the first cavity 11, the first inlet 21 and the first outlet 22 need to be kept away from the first end wall 111, then the first inlet 21 and the first outlet 22 are respectively opposite to and connected with the first interface 131 and the second interface 132, and the second end wall 112 is obliquely arranged to provide avoidance space for the scale inhibitor 20, so that the scale inhibitor 20 is easy to install.
In some embodiments of the present application, a mesh structure is disposed inside the scale inhibition module 20, a plurality of meshes suitable for the passage of the washing water and blocking the passage of the filth are formed on the surface of the mesh structure, the mesh structure is suitable for filtering the filth in the washing water, the mesh structure separates the inside of the scale inhibition module 20 into two chambers, the two chambers are respectively communicated with the first inlet 21 and the first outlet 22, the scale inhibitor is disposed in one of the two chambers, when the washing water containing the scale and the filth passes through the scale inhibition module 20, the scale inhibitor reacts with the scale, the filth is filtered by the mesh structure, the washing water flowing out of the scale inhibition module 20 from the first outlet 22 is cleaner, and the scale inhibition module 20 with the filtering function has good treatment effect on the washing water.
In some embodiments of the present application, the water box assembly 1 includes a box body 10, a scale inhibiting module 20, a detergent dispensing module, and a driving module. The case 10 is formed with first and second spaced apart cavities 11 and 12, the first cavity 11 is configured as a rectangular cavity, the first cavity 11 has first and second end walls 111 and 112 disposed opposite to each other, the first end wall 111 is provided with a first interface 131, a second interface 132 and two detergent interfaces 11a, the second end wall 112 is obliquely disposed and formed with three fitting protrusions 1121, and the scale inhibition module 20 and the two detergent delivery modules are installed in the first cavity 11. The scale inhibition module 20 is rectangular in appearance and has two ends in the length direction, one end of the scale inhibition module 20 is convexly provided with a first inlet 21 and a first outlet 22, the first inlet 21 is matched with the first interface 131, the first outlet 22 is matched with the second interface 132, the other end of the scale inhibition module 20 is provided with a matching groove 23, and the matching groove 23 is abutted against the matching protrusion 1121. The appearance of the detergent delivery module is the same as that of the scale inhibition module 20, the detergent delivery module is provided with a detergent delivery port, the detergent delivery port is communicated with the detergent interface 11a, the driving module is a pump body, a driving inlet of the pump body is communicated with the detergent interface 11a, and a driving outlet of the pump body is communicated with the second cavity 12. The box body 10 is further provided with a first end face 13, a water inlet 13a is formed in the first end face 13, and the water inlet 13a is communicated with the second cavity 12. The second chamber 12 is provided with a second inlet 10a, a main water outlet 10b and an ejector water outlet 10c, the second inlet 10a being in communication with the second interface 132, the main water outlet 10b being in communication with the washing chamber, the ejector water outlet 10c being in communication with the ejector.
When the water box assembly 1 is installed, the first inlet 21 and the second outlet of the scale inhibition module 20 are respectively communicated with the first interface 131 and the second interface 132, the matching groove 23 of the scale inhibition module 20 is abutted against the matching protrusion 1121, then the detergent delivery opening of the detergent delivery module is communicated with the detergent interface 11a, the matching groove 23 of the detergent delivery module is abutted against the matching protrusion 1121, and the scale inhibition module 20 and the detergent delivery module are installed. The connecting pipeline is provided with a water pump at the washing cavity, the water pump is suitable for pumping washing water containing scale and filings in the washing cavity to the water box assembly 1, and the first interface 131 is connected with the water pump of the washing cavity; the second port 132 communicates with the second inlet 10a of the water cartridge assembly 1; the pump body is arranged on the first end face 13 of the water box assembly 1 and is respectively communicated with the detergent interface 11a and the second cavity 12; the water outlet 10c of the ejector is communicated with the ejector; the water inlet 13a communicates with the faucet tube. Finally, the water box assembly 1 is installed on the clothes treatment equipment, and the main water outlet 10b of the water box assembly 1 is arranged opposite to the washing cavity.
When the clothes treatment equipment changes water, the washing water containing scale and filings in the washing cavity enters the scale inhibition module 20 through the first interface 131, the scale inhibition module 20 carries out scale inhibition treatment on the scale in the washing water, the netlike structure arranged in the scale inhibition module 20 filters the filings in the washing water, cleaner washing water flows through the second interface 132 to the second inlet 10a and enters the second cavity 12, meanwhile, tap water enters the second cavity 12 through the water inlet 13a, the pump body inputs the washing agent in the washing agent input module into the second cavity 12, the tap water, the washing water and the washing agent are mixed into washing water, a large amount of washing water directly flows into the washing cavity from the main water outlet 10b, and a small amount of washing water flows into the sprayer and is sprayed into the washing cavity.
According to the water box assembly 1 disclosed by the application, the functions of putting in the detergent and treating the scale of the washing water are integrated, the water box assembly 1 mixes the treated washing water with the detergent and then puts the mixture into the washing cavity, and the water box assembly 1 is simple and convenient to install and small in occupied space.
The laundry treating apparatus according to the present application is briefly described as follows.
The laundry treating apparatus according to the present application includes a cabinet and a water cartridge assembly 1. The shell is provided with a water box installation position; the water tank assembly 1 is constructed as the water tank assembly 1 according to any one of the above embodiments, and the water tank assembly 1 is openably and closably provided at a water tank installation position. The water box assembly 1 can be opened and closed to clean or fill the scale inhibition module 20 with detergent, and the water box assembly 1 of the clothes treatment device is integrated with the functions of detergent feeding and washing water treatment because the water box assembly 1 of the clothes treatment device is provided with the water box assembly 1 of the embodiment, and the water pipe pipeline in the clothes treatment device is simple and convenient to arrange and easy to install.
In summary, the water box assembly 1 of the present application integrates the functions of detergent feeding and washing water treatment, and has the advantages of various functions, stable structure, easy installation, simple structure of the water box assembly 1 and small number of required water pipe; the water inlet and outlet of the scale inhibition module 20 is arranged at the same end, so that the water flow stroke of the washing water can be prolonged, the contact time of the washing water with the scale inhibitor and the surface of the net structure is prolonged, scale and filth in the washing water are thoroughly treated by the scale inhibition module 20, the scale inhibition treatment and filtration treatment effects of the scale inhibition module 20 on the washing water are better, the water pipe pipeline arrangement of the water box assembly 1 is facilitated, the water inlet and outlet are arranged at the same side of the scale inhibition module 20, the water leakage condition at one end of the scale inhibition module 20 during taking and placing the scale inhibition module 20 can be avoided, and the user experience is improved; the water box assembly 1 can treat the washing water, mix the washing water with the detergent and put into the washing cavity, fully utilize water resources, save water, the washing water mixed with the detergent in the second cavity 12 can be sprayed on the clothes in the washing cavity evenly through the sprayer, and the water box assembly 1 is also externally connected with a water source, so that the water quantity is sufficient in the whole washing process, the detergent can be diluted fully by a large amount of tap water and the washing water, and the washing effect is better; the water box assembly 1 can be used for putting various detergents, so that different washing modes of clothes in the washing cavity can be realized.

Claims (14)

1. A water cartridge assembly, comprising:
the box body is provided with a first end face, a first cavity and a second cavity which are arranged at intervals are formed in the box body, and a first interface and a second interface which are communicated with the first cavity are arranged on the first end face;
the scale inhibition module is arranged in the first cavity and is suitable for guiding the washing water after being treated to the second cavity, wherein the scale inhibition module is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet, the first interface is suitable for being communicated with the first inlet, and the second interface is suitable for being communicated with the first outlet.
2. The water box assembly of claim 1 wherein the first inlet and the first outlet of the scale inhibiting module are located at the same side end of the scale inhibiting module.
3. The water box assembly of claim 2 wherein a water inlet is provided on the first end face, the water inlet being in communication with the second cavity.
4. The water cartridge assembly of claim 1, further comprising: and the detergent delivery module is arranged in the first cavity and is suitable for delivering the detergent to the second cavity.
5. The water cartridge assembly of claim 4, wherein the detergent delivery module is provided with a detergent delivery port, and wherein an inner wall of the first cavity is provided with a detergent interface that communicates the first cavity with the second cavity, the detergent interface being in communication with the detergent delivery port.
6. The water cartridge assembly of claim 5 wherein the detergent delivery module is configured in a one-to-one correspondence with the detergent interface.
7. The water cartridge assembly of claim 6, further comprising: the driving module is arranged between the first cavity and the second cavity and is used for communicating the detergent putting module with the second cavity; wherein the method comprises the steps of
The driving module is provided with a driving inlet and a driving outlet, the driving inlet is communicated with the detergent delivery opening, the driving outlet is communicated with the second cavity, and the driving module is suitable for driving the detergent in the detergent delivery module to flow to the second cavity.
8. The water cartridge assembly of claim 5 wherein a second inlet and a water outlet are provided on the cartridge body in communication with the second cavity, respectively, the second inlet being adapted for docking communication with the second interface.
9. The water cartridge assembly of claim 8, wherein the water outlet includes a main water outlet adapted to communicate with a wash chamber and an eductor water outlet adapted to communicate with an eductor of the laundry treatment apparatus.
10. The water box assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first cavity is located at an upper layer of the second cavity and is formed with a mounting opening opened toward a top, and the scale inhibition module and the detergent delivery module are mounted in the first cavity through the mounting opening.
11. The water box assembly according to claim 10, wherein the scale inhibiting module is rectangular in cross-sectional profile in extension direction adapted to stop the peripheral wall of the scale inhibiting module against the bottom wall and/or the side walls of the first cavity.
12. The water box assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first end wall and a second end wall which are opposite to each other are formed in the first cavity, and the end part of the scale inhibition module and the end part of the detergent delivery module are respectively abutted against the first end wall and the second end wall; wherein the method comprises the steps of
At least one end of the scale inhibition module and/or the detergent delivery module is provided with a matching groove, and one of the first end wall and the second end wall is provided with a matching protrusion embedded into the matching groove.
13. The water cartridge assembly of claim 12 wherein the first end wall has a first interface and a second interface disposed thereon, the second end wall being disposed obliquely away from the first end wall in a direction toward the open mouth.
14. A laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
