In some embodiments, the connection flange 41 of the water softener 40 is connected to the horizontal portion 2113 by a fastener, and the detergent dispensing box 30 is connected to at least one of the horizontal portion 2113 and the vertical portion 2114, for example, the fixing flange 31 of the detergent dispensing box 30 is connected to the horizontal portion 2113 by a fastener, thereby fixing the water softener 40 and the detergent dispensing box 30 to the cabinet 20.

As shown in fig. 10 and 13, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a pump body 70, the pump body 70 is disposed at an upper portion of the base assembly 10, one end of the pump body 70 is connected to the laundry treating module, the other end of the pump body 70 is connected to the base assembly 10, the pump body 70 is used for delivering fluid to the laundry treating module, the pump body 70 is provided with a limiting portion, and a pipeline connected to the pump body 70 is adapted to be stopped and limited by the limiting portion.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the pump body 70 is arranged, the pump body 70 serves as a power component and can be used for conveying fluid to the clothes treatment module, the limiting part is arranged on the pump body 70, the pipeline of the pump body 70 can be effectively limited, so that the movement of the pipeline is limited, and the influence and interference of the movement of the pipeline on other components adjacent to the pipeline when the pump body 70 pumps the fluid to the clothes treatment module are avoided.
As shown in fig. 13 and 15, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the limiting portion is a line-locking groove 7131 disposed on the outer side of the pump body 70, and the line-locking groove 7131 is disposed on the outer side of the pump body 70, so as to limit the movement of the pipeline and prevent the movement of the pipeline from affecting and interfering with other components adjacent to the pipeline when the pump body 70 pumps the regeneration water into the water softener 40.
Wherein the pump body 70 includes: the pump shell 71 and the limiting hook 713, one end of the limiting hook 713 is connected with the pump shell 71, and a wire clamping groove 7131 is defined between the limiting hook 713 and the pump shell 71 or between the limiting hook 713 and the limiting hook 713. As shown in fig. 14, in the present embodiment, the limit hook 713 is connected to one end of the pump housing 71, the limit hook 713 defines a line clamping groove 7131 with a downward opening, when the pump body 70 is installed on the top of the base 11, there is a gap between the limit hook 713 and the upper surface of the base 11, or the limit hook 713 stops against the upper surface of the base 11, so as to prevent the pipeline from being pulled out of the line clamping groove 7131. Optionally, the limiting hook 713 is integrally formed with the pump shell 71, so that the structure is simple and the forming is convenient.
In a further embodiment, a reinforcing plate 714 is provided between the pump housing 71 and the side of the stopper hook 713. That is, at least a portion of the pump casing 71 is connected to the side portion of the stopper hook 713 via the reinforcing plate 714, so that the structural strength of the stopper hook 713 is improved, and the movement of the pipeline is prevented from deforming or damaging the same.
In some embodiments, the latching hook 713 has a plurality of hollow cavities spaced apart therein. As shown in fig. 14, in the present embodiment, one side of the limiting hook 713 is provided with a plurality of hollow cavities arranged side by side, and one side of each hollow cavity is open, so that not only the structural strength of the limiting hook 713 can be improved, but also the weight of the limiting hook 713 can be reduced, and the material can be saved.
Wherein, the water softener 40 is arranged in the clothes treatment module, the regeneration processor 60 is arranged in the base assembly 10, thereby arranging the water softener 40 and the regeneration processor 60 at intervals, and the water softener 40 is arranged above the regeneration processor 60, one end of the pump body 70 is connected with the regeneration processor 60 in the base assembly 10, the other end is connected with the water softener 40 in the clothes treatment module, through arranging the pump body 70, the pump body 70 is used as a power part, the regenerated water in the regeneration cavity 6101 can be pumped into the water softener 40, thereby utilizing the performance of the softened water of the soft water in the regenerated water reduction water softener 40, the soft water can be recycled, and the cost is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, the pump body 70 is formed as a suction pump connected between the regeneration processor 60 and the water softener 40, and can suck the regeneration water in the regeneration chamber 6101 into the water softener 40, and the regeneration water enters the soft water chamber of the water softener 40, so that the soft water performance of the softener can be reduced.
In other alternative embodiments, the pump body 70 forms an air pump in communication with the regeneration chamber 6101, so that the regenerated water in the regeneration chamber 6101 can be pressed into the water softener 40, and the regenerated water enters the soft water chamber of the water softener 40, so as to reduce the soft water performance of the softener.
In the present embodiment, the regeneration processor 60 has a regeneration water outlet 6103 and an air inlet 6104 which communicate with the regeneration chamber 6101, the regeneration water outlet 6103 communicates with the water softener 40 through the regeneration water throwing pipe 6102, the pump body 70 has an inlet 711 and an outlet 712, the inlet 711 communicates with the outside, the outlet 712 communicates with the air inlet 6104, for example, the outlet of the pump body 70 communicates with the pipeline. When the pump body 70 works, the pump body 70 pumps outside air to the regeneration cavity 6101, and the regeneration water in the regeneration cavity 6101 is conveyed to the soft water cavity through the regeneration water feeding pipe 6102 under the action of air pressure, so that the softening member is regenerated and reduced.
Some specific embodiments of the regeneration processor 60 according to embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 16 to 20 of the drawings.
The regeneration processor 60 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a regeneration processing housing 61, a chamber (i.e., the above-mentioned regeneration chamber 6101) for containing brine is defined in the regeneration processing housing 61, the top of the regeneration processing housing 61 has a salt adding port communicating with the chamber, the top surface of the regeneration processing housing 61 has a recess 6132, and the projection of the salt adding port on the top surface of the regeneration processing housing 61 is located in the recess 6132. Wherein the salting port is located at a lower position of the bottom wall of the recess 6132.
According to the regeneration processor 60 of the embodiment of the invention, the top surface of the regeneration processing housing 61 is provided with the concave part 6132, and the projection of the salt adding port on the top surface of the regeneration processing housing 61 is positioned in the concave part 6132, so that the salt water is prevented from being gathered at the top of the regeneration processing housing 61 to cause pollution.
In some embodiments, the bottom wall surface of the recess 6132 is configured to be low in the middle and high on both sides. Thus, the brine sprinkled in the recess 6132 can flow down along the bottom wall surface, preventing the brine from accumulating at the top of the regeneration treatment housing 61 to cause contamination.
As shown in fig. 16, in this embodiment, the bottom wall surface of the concave portion 6132 at least includes a middle horizontal plane and edge inclined planes connected to two ends of the middle horizontal plane, wherein the edge inclined planes gradually extend upwards in a direction away from the middle horizontal plane, and a projection of the salting opening on the bottom wall surface of the concave portion 6132 is located in the middle horizontal plane.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the reprocessor 60 further includes at least one partition 614, at least a portion of the partition 614 is disposed non-horizontally in the reprocessor housing 61 to partition the chamber, and the partition 614 has a plurality of holes 6141 penetrating therethrough in a thickness direction thereof.
Therefore, at least one part of partition plates 614 which are not horizontally arranged are arranged in the chamber, and a plurality of sieve holes 6141 are formed in the partition plates 614, so that the water flow speed is reduced, the regenerated salt particles or the regenerated salt blocks are quickly and fully dissolved in the chamber, the salt particles or the salt blocks can be prevented from blocking the regeneration processor 60 to influence the use, and the concentration of the salt water is ensured to meet the requirement.
In some embodiments, the plurality of screen holes 6141 are arranged in multiple rows and columns. As shown in fig. 19, in the present embodiment, two partition plates 614 are disposed in the chamber, and each partition plate 614 is configured as a grid, so that the structure is simple, and the processing and forming are convenient.
In some embodiments, at least two oppositely arranged inner wall surfaces of the regeneration treatment housing 61 have first limiting grooves 61151, and two ends of the partition 614 are respectively clamped in the first limiting grooves 61151 on the two oppositely arranged inner wall surfaces, so that the partition 614 is positioned and installed, and the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In some embodiments, each of the first stopper grooves 61151 is defined by two first stopper ribs 6115 protruding outward with respect to the inner wall surface of the regeneration treatment housing 61. Specifically, two opposite inner wall surfaces of the regeneration treatment housing 61 are respectively provided with two first limiting ribs 6115 extending toward each other, and the first limiting ribs 6115 may be integrally formed with the corresponding wall of the regeneration treatment housing 61.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the regeneration treatment housing 61 includes a housing body 611 and a side cover plate 612, the side of the housing body 611 has an opening, the side cover plate 612 is provided at the side of the housing body 611 for closing the side opening of the housing body 611, thereby defining a chamber with the housing body 611 to facilitate the installation of the partition 614.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the side cover plate 612 and the side of the housing body 611 opposite to the side cover plate 612 are respectively provided with a first limiting groove 61151. That is, two first limiting ribs 6115 for limiting the first limiting groove 61151 may be respectively disposed on the side cover plate 612 and the side of the housing body 611 opposite to the side cover plate 612.
As shown in fig. 19 and 20, the side of the two ends of the side cover plate 612 facing the housing body 611 is respectively provided with a second limiting groove 61211, and one end of the two side plates 6112 of the housing body 611 is respectively clamped in the second limiting groove 61211, so as to ensure the positioning and installation of the side cover plate 612 and the housing body 611. In this embodiment, two second limiting ribs 6121 are disposed at intervals on the sides of the two ends of the side cover plate 612 facing the housing body 611 to define the second limiting groove 61211.
In some embodiments, the housing body 611 includes a bottom plate 6111, a side plate 6112, and a top plate 6113, the bottom plate 6111, the side plate 6112, and the top plate 6113 define a chamber with an opening on one side, the top of the top plate 6113 has a connection joint 6114 protruding upward and communicating with the chamber, and the connection joint 6114 defines the salt adding port.
Further, the regeneration treatment housing 61 further includes an upper cover plate 613, the upper cover plate 613 is disposed over the top plate 6113 and has an escape opening through which the connection joint 6114 passes, and the recess 6132 is formed on the upper surface of the upper cover plate 613.
The outer side wall of the connection joint 6114 is provided with a plurality of fastening teeth 61141 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, the regeneration processor 60 further comprises a cover body 6133 positioned above the upper cover plate 613, the inner side wall of the cover body 6133 is provided with a plurality of fastening grooves arranged at intervals, and the plurality of fastening grooves are connected with the plurality of fastening teeth 61141 in a clamping manner, so that the cover body 6133 seals a salt adding opening defined by the connection joint 6114, and when regenerated salt needs to be added into the regeneration cavity 6101, the cover body 6133 is unscrewed, and the operation is convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the sidewall of the upper cover plate 613 is provided with a plurality of side slots 6131 arranged at intervals, the top plate 6113 is provided with a plurality of side blocks 61131, and the plurality of side blocks 61131 are in one-to-one corresponding fit with the plurality of side slots 6131, so as to ensure the connection reliability between the upper cover plate 613 and the top plate 6113.
Further, the top plate 6113 defines a cavity with an open top, the upper cover plate 613 covers the open top of the cavity, the bottom wall of the top plate 6113 is provided with an overflow port, the saline in the concave portion 6132 can flow into the cavity through the gap between the upper cover plate 613 and the connecting joint 6114, and finally flows back to the chamber (i.e. the regeneration chamber 6101) through the overflow port, and of course, the saline in the chamber can also flow into the cavity through the overflow port, so as to prevent the water level in the chamber from being too high.
In a further embodiment, the recycling processor 60 further comprises a door cover 62, wherein the door cover 62 covers the upper cover plate 613, so as to cover the recess 6132 of the upper cover plate 613 and protect the upper cover plate 613 and the components thereon. Alternatively, the door 62 is pivotally connected to the upper cover plate 613 and is movable between a position for opening the opening of the recess 6132 and a position for closing the opening of the recess 6132, which is simple in structure and convenient to connect.

Claims (14)

1. A laundry treating apparatus (100), characterized by comprising:
a water treatment device having a water outlet portion, the water treatment device including a water softener to soften water;
a detergent putting box (30) connected with the water outlet part through a connecting pipe so as to communicate the detergent putting box with the water treatment device, wherein the water softener is installed at the rear side of the detergent putting box and comprises a soft water piece for softening water so as to introduce the water softened by the soft water piece into the detergent putting box;
the water softener comprises a pump body, wherein one end of the pump body is connected with clothes treatment equipment, the other end of the pump body is connected to a base assembly, a regeneration processor is arranged in the base assembly, the water softener is communicated with the regeneration processor, the regeneration processor is provided with a regeneration cavity, regenerated water for reducing the soft water performance of a soft water piece is arranged in the regeneration cavity, and the pump body leads the regenerated water in the regeneration cavity into the water softener;
a tank having a water inlet perforation;
a water inlet valve having a water inlet fitting;
the water softener is connected with the water inlet valve, and the water inlet joint of the water inlet valve is suitable for penetrating through the water inlet through hole from the inside of the box body.
2. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the water inlet valve (51) selectively communicates with the water softener (40) or the detergent dispensing box (30).
3. The laundry treating apparatus (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that the water softener (40) and the detergent dispensing box (30) are communicated through a soft water dispensing pipe.
4. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that the water softener (40) has a soft water cavity in which a soft water member for softening water is provided, and a water inlet (401) and a water outlet (402) adapted to communicate with the soft water cavity, the water inlet valve (51) communicating with the water inlet (401), the water outlet forming the water outlet portion or communicating with the water outlet portion.
5. The laundry treating apparatus (100) according to claim 4, characterized in that the water softener (40) further has a first water passage opening (405), a second water passage opening (406) and a third water passage opening (407), the first water passage opening (405) selectively communicates with the second water passage opening (406) or the third water passage opening (407),
wherein the second water passage opening (406) is communicated with the inlet of the soft water cavity, the first water passage opening (405) is communicated with the water inlet (401) and is positioned between the water inlet (401) and the second water passage opening (406) in the flowing direction of the water flow, and the third water passage opening (407) is communicated with the outlet of the soft water cavity and is positioned between the outlet of the soft water cavity and the water outlet (402) in the flowing direction of the water flow.
6. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 5, further comprising a direction change valve (52), the direction change valve (52) having a first interface communicating with the first water passage port (405), a second interface communicating with the second water passage port (406), and a third interface communicating with the third water passage port (407),
wherein the first port selectively communicates with the second port or the third port.
7. The laundry treating apparatus (100) according to any one of claims 2-6, characterized in that the water softener (40) is mounted at a rear side of the detergent delivery box (30).
8. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to any one of claims 2-6, characterized in that the water inlet valve (51) is mounted on the water softener (40), the laundry processing apparatus (100) further comprises a tank (20), and the water softener (40) and the water inlet valve (51) are respectively connected with the tank (20).
9. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 8, characterized in that the water inlet valve (51) is provided inside the cabinet (20).
10. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 9, wherein one side of the water softener (40) is provided with a connection flange (41) bent outward, and the water softener (40) is clamped on the top of the box body (20) through the connection flange (41).
11. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 10, characterized in that the connection flange (41) is further connected with the top of the box body (20) by a fastener.
12. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 11, wherein one side of the detergent dispensing box (30) is provided with a fixing flange (31) bent outward, and the detergent dispensing box (30) is clamped on the top of the box body (20) through the fixing flange (31).
13. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 12, characterized in that the fixing flange (31) is further connected with the top of the box body (20) by a fastener.
14. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 8, wherein the cabinet (20) further has a socket (2111), one side of the detergent dispensing box (30) has an outwardly extending insertion portion (32), and the insertion portion (32) is inserted into the socket (2111).
