s4: S2-S3 are repeated, so that the cutting work of the traditional Chinese medicine root hair is completed, meanwhile, the inner cylinder (8) drives the cut root hair to move into the root hair outlet (22), and then the cut root hair falls into the receiving box (13) through the blanking pipe (2).
