the connecting plate 7 is fixedly connected with two L-shaped rods 52, and an inclined surface block 331 is arranged at the top end and the bottom end of each positioning rod 33.
Through setting up two strutting arrangement 5 symmetrically, when not needing to rotate mounting panel 22, can support mounting panel 22 through two L shape poles 52, improve holistic stability, reduce the load to upset motor 21, when not needing the upset, upset motor 21 can be in the closed state.
The function of the bevel block 331 is to release the support limit of the L-shaped rod 52 to the mounting plate 22.
Referring to fig. 3, 7 and 8, in the process of the screw rod 32 driving the polishing device 4 to rise to the middle of the wall surface 8, the positioning rod 33 drives the lower inclined surface block 331 to move upwards, the inclined surface acts on the L-shaped rod 52, gradually presses the L-shaped rod 52 to move to one side of the fixing plate 63, and drives the compression ring 53 to compress the elastic member 54.
When the polishing device 4 rises to the middle of the wall surface 8, the L-shaped rod 52 is retracted to the rear side of the mounting plate 22 and cannot be supported by the mounting plate 22, the turnover motor 21 drives the mounting plate 22 to turn over, and after the turnover is completed, the L-shaped rod 52 is pushed out again through the elastic piece 54 to support the mounting plate 22; repeating the above operation;
when the mounting plate 22 rotates, the inclined surface block 331 and the L-shaped rods 52 are not completely separated from contact, the mounting plate 22 continues to rotate to be abutted with the connecting plate 7, and the L-shaped rods 52 are limited through the connecting plate 7, so that the two L-shaped rods 52 can be limited all the time through the connecting plate 7 in the whole rotation process of the mounting plate 22, and the L-shaped rods 52 are prevented from rotating to one hundred eighty degrees under the action of the elastic piece 54, namely, the mounting plate 22 is prevented from rotating in a pop-up mode.
The elastic member 54 is an elastic member such as a spring or a reed;
referring again to fig. 4, the ramp block 331 is preferably removably coupled to the positioning rod 33. By detachably mounting the inclined surface block 331 and the positioning rod 33, the adjustment can be performed according to basement wall surfaces 8 with different heights;
when the wall surface 8 smaller than 3m is flattened, for example, the wall surface 8 with the height of 2.4m is flattened, the screw rod 32 is lifted 1.2m once, and the installation position of the inclined surface block 331 on the screw rod 32 can be correspondingly adjusted at the moment;
wherein, the inclined plane block 331 and the positioning rod 33 comprise the following detachable connection modes:
(1) A plurality of mounting holes are correspondingly formed in the two ends of the positioning rod 33, an inserting shaft is arranged on one side of the inclined surface block 331, a rubber sleeve is fixed on the inserting shaft, and interference fit is formed between the rubber sleeve and the mounting holes, so that the inclined surface block 331 can be stably inserted into the mounting holes;
(2) A plurality of threaded holes are formed in two ends of the positioning rod 33, and threaded shafts are correspondingly arranged on the inclined surface blocks 331 and are in threaded connection with the positioning rod 33.
The working principle of the tile pretreatment device for the wall surface provided by the application is as follows:
referring to fig. 3 (3 a) to (3 b), when the lower half of the wall surface 8 is leveled, the polishing device 4 is attached to the bottom of the wall surface 8, the polishing device 4 is started, the driving device 31 drives the screw rod 32 to rotate, the screw rod 32 is lifted, and meanwhile, the polishing device 4 is driven to lift up to process the lower half of the wall surface 8, and naturally, the leveling treatment can be performed through reciprocating lifting;
referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, when the polishing device 4 is lifted, the pushing arm 45 is driven to rotate along with the pushing arm 45, the pushing arm 45 rotates along the inner wall of the elliptical ring 44, and when the pushing arm 45 circularly rotates above or below the short axis of the elliptical ring 44, the elliptical ring 44 can be driven to vibrate up and down in a reciprocating manner, so as to scoop out the protrusions on the wall;
referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5 in combination, the pushing arm 45 drives the driving arm 313 to rotate along with it, and the driving arm 313 drives the conical ring 312 to rotate, so as to drive the bevel gear 311 to rotate, that is, drive the screw rod 32 to rotate along with it, and the screw rod 32 drives the polishing device 4 to rise, so as to process the lower half of the wall surface 8;
referring to fig. 3 (3 b) to (3 c), when the lower half of the wall surface 8 is leveled, the polishing motor 41 is turned off, and the turning motor 21 drives the mounting plate 22 to rotate upwards by one hundred eighty degrees, so as to drive the lifting device 3 and the polishing device 4 to rotate upwards by one hundred eighty degrees;
referring to fig. 3 (3 c) to (3 d), when the driving device 31 drives the screw rod 32 to rotate, the screw rod 32 drives the polishing device 4 to continuously ascend, so as to level the upper half of the wall surface 8, and the leveling treatment can be performed by reciprocating lifting in the same way;
the position of the movable support 6 is adjusted subsequently, so that the polishing device 4 horizontally moves to the adjacent position, the adjacent position of the wall surface 8 is leveled, at the moment, the polishing device 4 can be leveled to the middle part from top to bottom, then the turning device 2 is rotated to drive the turning device to rotate for one hundred eighty degrees, and then the leveling treatment is performed from bottom to top, and the specific working principle is the same as that described above.

the polishing device comprises a polishing motor, a polishing disc, a shovel plate, an elliptical ring and a pushing arm; the shovel plate is vertically and slidingly connected with the fixing frame, the elliptical ring is fixedly installed on the shovel plate and faces the fixing frame, the polishing motor is installed on the fixing frame, a driving shaft of the polishing motor stretches into the elliptical ring, one end of the pushing arm is connected with the driving shaft of the polishing motor along the short shaft direction of the elliptical ring, and the other end of the pushing arm is abutted to the elliptical ring;
the shovel plate is provided with an assembly hole, the polishing disc is positioned in the assembly hole and is arranged on a driving shaft of the polishing motor, and the polishing surface of the polishing disc is flush with the polishing surface of the shovel plate;
the tile pretreatment device for the wall surface further comprises a movable bracket, a lifting device and a turnover device;
the turnover device comprises a turnover motor and a mounting plate, wherein the turnover motor is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the top of the movable bracket, and the mounting plate is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the turnover motor;
the lifting device comprises a driving device, a screw rod and a positioning rod, wherein the top end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the mounting plate, the fixing frame is rotatably mounted at the bottom end of the screw rod, the bottom end of the positioning rod is fixedly connected to the fixing frame, the top end of the positioning rod penetrates through the mounting plate, and the driving device is used for driving the screw rod to rotate;
the driving device comprises a bevel gear, a bevel gear ring and a driving arm, wherein the bevel gear ring surrounds the polishing motor, two ends of the driving arm are respectively connected with the bevel gear ring and the pushing arm, the bevel gear is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the screw rod, and the bevel gear is meshed with the bevel gear ring.

The tile pretreatment device for the wall surface according to claim 1, wherein two sliding rods are arranged on the fixing frame, the elliptical ring is positioned between the two sliding rods, the shovel plate is provided with two connecting lugs, and one connecting lug sleeve is arranged on the corresponding one sliding rod.
