背景技术

自早期使用脉冲电场(PulsedElectricFields,PEF)灭活微生物以来,研究人员已经探索了许多适用于医学和生物应用的PEF技术。包括延长食品保质期、增强细菌对抗生素的渗透性、通过不可逆电穿孔直接杀死细菌等。不可逆电穿孔技术理论是通过在微生物或细胞周围施加微秒级别脉宽的高压脉冲电场,可以破坏微生物或细胞膜表面的稳定性,使其表面出现多个亲水性微孔,进而破坏稳态,最终导致细胞或微生物死亡,同时不损伤脉管、纤维组织等组织支架。PEF技术可能是解决烧伤伤口细菌污染,特别是那些被多重耐药细菌污染的伤口的抗生素的重要替代品。同时,高频化和双极性的方式优化脉冲,能降低对神经肌肉的刺激,也能使电场分布更加均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的总体方案作进一步的详细说明:
参见图1,本发明具体实施例的结构包括高频双极脉冲发生系统、心电采集系统、实时传输处理系统、中央控制系统、柔性体表电极和显示器。高频双极脉冲发生系统用于发生高频脉冲电场;高频双极脉冲发生系统分别与柔性体表电极、中央控制系统和实时传输处理系统电性相连;中央控制系统控制高频双极脉冲发生系统起停及设置参数(电压、脉宽、频率、数量);高频双极脉冲发生系统发生电脉冲通过柔性体表电极作用于患者烧伤体表;实时传输处理系统收集高频双极脉冲发生系统参数(电压、脉宽、频率、数量);心电采集系统分别与中央控制系统和实时传输处理系统电性相连;心电采集系统采集患者心电活动、血氧饱和度等生命体征;实时传输处理系统收集患者心电参数;显示器与实时传输处理系统电性相连用于显示电参数及患者生命体征参数,并能及时发出预警,中央控制系统与实时传输处理系统电性相连。
其中,高频双极脉冲发生系统、心电采集系统、实时传输处理系统、中央控制系统均可采用的系统结构。
参见图2,本发明基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统的使用方法开创性的将高频脉冲电场引入重度烧伤体表的治疗,是对现有烧伤治疗的技术革新。基于当前科研基础及长时间经验总结,可逐步完善针对不同深度、不同创面大小、不同平面的烧伤进行个体化治疗参数推荐库。进一步提高诊治能力,解决现有治疗过程中技术瓶颈。使用方法包括如下步骤:
1)对患者进行心电采集处理,及时排除心电紊乱等不适于进行高频脉冲电场治疗患者;通过显示器监测治疗过程中心电变化及预警;
2)必要时给予患者相应强度的麻醉、肌松处理;
3)针对体表不同大小的烧伤面积,选取适宜的柔性体表电极进行贴敷,尽量避免对正常皮肤区域的损伤;
4)设置电脉冲参数,通过研究基础、经验治疗设定高频脉冲电场电压电势、脉宽、频率、数量;可进行单次或多次治疗;并通过显示器进行监测及预警;
5)术后继续进行适当的心电监测。
本发明内容及上述实施例中未具体叙述的技术内容同现有技术。

Claims (9)
1.一种基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述治疗系统包括高频双极脉冲发生系统、心电采集系统、实时传输处理系统、中央控制系统、柔性体表电极和显示器;所述高频双极脉冲发生系统用于发生高频脉冲电场;所述高频双极脉冲发生系统分别与柔性体表电极、中央控制系统和实时传输处理系统电性连接;所述心电采集系统分别与中央控制系统和实时传输处理系统电性连接;所述显示器与实时传输处理系统电性连接,所述中央控制系统与实时传输处理系统电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述高频双极脉冲发生系统发生电脉冲通过柔性体表电极作用于患者烧伤体表。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述中央控制系统控制高频双极脉冲发生系统起停及设置参数(电压、脉宽、频率、数量)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述实时传输处理系统收集高频双极脉冲发生系统参数(电压、脉宽、频率、数量)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述显示器用于显示电参数及患者生命体征参数,并能及时发出预警。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述心电采集系统采集患者心电活动、血氧饱和度等生命体征。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统,其特征在于:所述实时传输处理系统收集患者心电参数。
8.一种实现权利要求1所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗系统的方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)对患者进行心电采集处理,及时排除心电紊乱等不适于进行高频脉冲电场治疗患者;通过显示器监测治疗过程中心电变化及预警;
2)必要时给予患者相应强度的麻醉、肌松处理;
3)针对体表不同大小的烧伤面积,选取适宜的柔性体表电极进行贴敷,尽量避免对正常皮肤区域的损伤;
4)设置电脉冲参数,通过研究基础、经验治疗设定高频脉冲电场电压电势、脉宽、频率、数量;可进行单次或多次治疗;并通过显示器进行监测及预警。
9.根据权利要求8所述的基于高频脉冲电场的皮肤创面治疗方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)之后还包括步骤5)术后继续进行适当的心电监测。
