As further explained by the above-mentioned mutual-care method, the satisfaction evaluation sub-platform is designed in the form of answer of the rickett five-level scale, and uses accurate time sources in combination to ensure accuracy and synchronicity, and the satisfaction is classified into five levels: grade A is very satisfactory, grade B is satisfactory, grade C cannot be determined, grade D is unsatisfactory, and grade E is very unsatisfactory; the buyer user self-defines a time point in the task release module according to the difficulty of releasing service information, submits the time point to the task release auditing module in the organization terminal module for auditing, and adds the task to the task list module after the task auditing is finished by the organization personnel, and the buyer user and the supplier user are communicated in the task list module and then receive the task; when a user of a supplier arrives at a task place, starting task timing at the same time, and acquiring a high-precision time source based on a network time protocol server by task timing; for a series of time records, calculating the time interval between adjacent time points, i.e. subtracting the time stamp of the previous time record, resulting in a duration between the two events, thereby ensuring that the time stamps have been synchronized and in the correct order before the time interval is calculated; accumulating the multiple time intervals to calculate the total time length, and then after the task is completed, the satisfaction evaluation sub-platform folds the evaluation grade to issue point rewards to the supplier user, and returning the residual points to the buyer user account; if objection exists, returning to the platform, carrying out grade judgment in the task completion auditing module by an organization personnel, and issuing points to the supplier user according to the grade after judgment, so as to ensure good operation and fairness of the mutual assistance relationship.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, a method for mutual-aid aged people using the intelligent mutual-aid aged platform in the above embodiment is described in detail by taking a personal end, an organization end and a management end as three parts.
1. Personal terminal module
The personal user selects the personal end module to register and log in through the user registration logging module, the user type selection module selects the 'demand end' or the 'supply end', if the 'demand end' is selected, the personal user is the purchaser of the pension service, otherwise, the personal user is the supplier of the pension service, and the information in the user information modules between the 'demand end' and the 'supply end' is interactively shared.
When a personal registered user selects a 'demand end', the purchaser user fills out a questionnaire in an API module, processes and gives character types suitable for the user through a machine learning module, and displays the character types in the user information module; the purchaser user enters the task release module to release the required pension service information or general service information; the buyer enters a task list module to select proper service items, or enters a recommendation module to select service items which are matched and recommended by the buyer according to the character type of the user, or enters a search module to input service items required by keyword search; the buyer user enters a task auditing module to confirm and evaluate the completion of the selected service item through a task completion auditing module; the buyer user enters the goods list module through the point mall unit to browse the products and/or services marked by point equivalents, selects the required products and/or services and then enters the point exchange module to use the point exchange operation. The method is characterized in that the service item sequence matched by the buyer user in the recommendation module is recommended one by one according to the evaluation score of the supplier user.
In this embodiment, the machine learning module extracts words describing character types of the user from result sentences returned by filling out questionnaires from the API module by using a natural language processing technology, associates character feature keywords of "stable", "outward", "inward", "enthusiasm" and "calm" with the user, stores the character feature keywords in a database, and displays the character feature keywords by a user information module of "demand end". As shown in fig. 6, the processing steps of the machine learning module are as follows:
step one: text word segmentation, namely segmenting a text sentence to be processed, and splitting the sentence into a sequence of words;
step two: filtering stop words, namely removing some common nonsensical words, such as 'yes', 'i' and the like;
step three: part of speech tagging, tagging part of speech on the words remaining after filtering word by word, so as to better understand the meaning and context thereof;
step four: feature selection, selecting related words or phrases according to the positive and negative attributes, wherein the words and phrases are generally related to the character type of the user;
step five: and extracting characters, namely summarizing and extracting keywords describing the character types of the user from the selected words according to experience and domain knowledge, and selecting character feature keywords with repetition rate to carry out association labeling on the characters of the user.
When the personal registration user selects a 'supply end', the user of the supply side enters a task release module to release the provided endowment service information or general service information; the supplier user enters a task auditing module to check the provided pension service information or general service information selected by the purchaser; the supplier user enters a task completion auditing module to confirm the completion of the provided service item, and the buyer user is confirmed until the user information module automatically obtains and displays the corresponding points according to the service item type and the supplier user scoring;
as shown in fig. 3, based on the client function in this embodiment, we describe in detail a non-unique implementation method, which includes the steps of:
step 401: the user inputs an account password to log in, the password is subjected to Mp5+ salt value encryption, then the password of the user stored in a database is compared with the password which is currently input after encryption, if the password is consistent with the password, the login is successful, otherwise, the login failure is prompted, and the login is restarted;
step 402: the user can receive the task recommended by the user in the task list interface, can search and select the task access by the user, can have task records after the task access is completed, the user fills in task information to release the task, the task list is added if the verification is successful, and the re-filling is performed again if the verification is failed;
Step 403: browsing the exchange commodity at the exchange mall interface, selecting the exchange, deducting the point, and meanwhile, arranging corresponding records in the point records, and then organizing the exchange commodity in a contact area;
step 404: the user fills out the questionnaire from the system and the system returns the tested character information.
2. Tissue end module
An organization personnel selects an organization end module to register, log in and enter through a user registration login module, and directly issues the service information or general service information of the pension which is supplied and required by both an unregistered purchaser and a supplier through a task issuing module; or entering a task release auditing module through a task auditing module to conduct content screening and auditing on the pension service information or general service information which are supplied and required by both the registered buyer user and the supplier user; or entering a task completion auditing module through a task auditing module to manually audit abnormal conditions in the services of the buyer and the supplier; or carrying out commodity adding, price adjustment and commodity exchange logistics management operation through the commodity management module, or selecting to enter the point exchange module to inquire the personal user point exchange condition and record operation; and the organization user selects to enter the personnel management module to carry out community, volunteer server resident application and personnel information management operation.
As shown in fig. 4, based on the organization end function in this embodiment, we describe in detail a non-unique implementation method, which includes the steps of:
step 501: an organization manager inputs an account password to log in, the password is subjected to Mp5+ salt value encryption, then the user password stored in a database is compared with the currently input encrypted password, if the user password is consistent with the currently input encrypted password, the login is successful, otherwise, the login failure is prompted, and the login is restarted;
step 502: the organization manager fills in task information, issues tasks to the task list, can also know the requirements of old people in the area, issues an aging-assisting task, then carries out auditing on the tasks submitted by the organization user, adds the tasks into the task list if the auditing is successful, and gives advice to the user to submit again;
step 503: adding commodities and managing commodity point prices to the point mall, and contacting the user after the user exchanges;
step 504: auditing the person applying for joining the organization, and managing and maintaining the personnel information joining the organization;
step 505: according to the user character stored in the database, a natural language processing model (shown in fig. 7) is called to obtain the task type suitable for the user for recommendation.
3. Management end module
The background manager selects the management end module to register, log in and enter through the user registration login module, selects the task release module to release information operation of the task, or selects to enter the task auditing module to complete information auditing operation; selecting to enter an article management module to carry out commodity adding, price adjusting and commodity exchange logistics management operation, or selecting to enter a point exchange module to carry out personal user point exchange condition inquiring and recording operation; the background manager selects to enter the personnel management module to carry out personnel registration application and personnel information management operation of the individual user and the organization user.
As shown in fig. 5, based on the management end function in this embodiment, we describe in detail a non-unique implementation method, which includes the steps of:
step 601: a system manager inputs an account password to log in, the password is subjected to Mp5+ salt value encryption, then the user password stored in a database is compared with the currently input encrypted password, if the user password is consistent with the currently input encrypted password, the login is successful, otherwise, the login failure is prompted, and the login is restarted;
step 602: the organization manager fills in task information, issues tasks to the task list, can also know the requirements of old people in the area, issues an aging-assisting task, then carries out auditing on the tasks submitted by the organization user, adds the tasks into the task list if the auditing is successful, and gives advice to the user to submit again;
Step 603: auditing personnel and organizations applying for the joining platform, and managing and maintaining personnel information joining the organization and organization information joining the platform;
step 604: adding commodities and managing commodity basic point prices to the point mall, and informing an organization to contact with a user for exchange after user exchange;
step 605: and the platform receives the feedback condition of the organization, receives the feedback information of the user telephone, and maintains and updates the platform.
The intelligent mutual-aid aged system further comprises a plurality of mutual-aid aged terminals, and the mutual-aid aged terminals respectively realize interaction of aged information through the database. Each mutual-aid old-age terminal comprises the intelligent mutual-aid old-age platform, interaction of evaluation information is achieved between the old-age mutual-aid main platform and the satisfaction evaluation sub-platform through a database, and the user is effectively stimulated to actively participate in the task and improve the satisfaction of the task completion through integration serving as an intermediate conversion medium of labor force, so that sustainable development of the task mutual-aid relationship is guaranteed.
Based on the intelligent mutual-aid aged system in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the interaction method applied to reality of the intelligent mutual-aid aged system comprises the following steps:
Step S101: the browser displays the page, and the user fills in the form or accesses the server resource;
step S102: the browser sends a resource request to the server or submits data such as a form input by a user;
step S103: a SpringBoot built-in Tomcat server receives the request and searches a controller of the corresponding request;
step S104: the SpringMVC performs request analysis, and analyzes data attached to the request;
step S105: some of the persistent layer program processes add, modify, delete, query operations to the database base table;
step S106: returning the queried data or the execution condition of the operation;
step S107: the controller calls a transaction layer program, and then the transaction layer calls a persistent layer to comprehensively process the request;
step S108: returning the resource requested to be acquired;
step S109: and the server returns the data to the front end of the browser, and the browser performs rendering and displaying to the user.
While the principal features and advantages of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the detailed description of the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other embodiments without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the invention, and the inventive concept and design concept of the invention shall be equally included in the scope of the invention disclosed in the appended claims. the information management unit comprises a user registration login module, and is sequentially divided into a personal end module, an organization end module and a management end module from low to high according to the management authority level; the personal terminal module comprises a user information module and a user type selection module, the personal terminal module is respectively connected with the task issuing unit, the point mall unit and the character testing unit, the user type selection module comprises a demand terminal selection module and a supply terminal selection module, and a personal user selects the personal terminal module to enter through a user registration login module and selects the user type through the user type selection module; the organization end module comprises a user information module and a personnel management module, and is respectively connected with the task management unit and the point mall unit, and an organization personnel selects the organization end module to enter through a user registration login module; the management end module comprises a user information module, a personnel management module and a platform maintenance module, and background management personnel select the management end module to enter through a user registration login module; the personnel management module is used for having management operation authority for the registered user of the next stage;
The task management unit comprises a task issuing module, a task list module, a task receiving module and a task auditing module, wherein the task issuing module is used for issuing the operation of the endowment service information or the general service information; the task list module is used for publishing the endowment service information or the display of general service information, and the task receiving module comprises a searching module and a recommending module which are respectively used for searching service information and automatically matching recommended service information according to the character type of the user; the task auditing module comprises a task issuing auditing module and a task completion auditing module which are respectively used for auditing service information and confirming the completion of a service project;
the point mall unit comprises an article list module, an article management module and a point exchange module, wherein the article list module is used for displaying exchanged commodity and service information, the article management module is used for commodity adding, price adjustment and commodity exchange logistics management operation, and the point exchange module is used for exchanging the commodity or service item operation by using points and inquiring the point exchange condition and recording operation of individual users;
the character testing unit comprises an API module and a machine learning module connected with the API module, and is used for registering a user to fill out questionnaires through the API module and processing character types suitable for the user in the machine learning module;
The satisfaction evaluation sub-platform is used for performing satisfaction rating on the completion condition of the service project, converting intangible time into time points and settling task rewards.

The intelligent, mutual-aid aged platform of claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a user feedback module connected with the personal end module and the organization end module respectively, and a platform maintenance module connected with the management end module, wherein the platform maintenance module updates and maintains the platform according to the user feedback information received by the user feedback module so as to optimize the platform to improve the user experience.

The intelligent, mutual-aid aged platform of claim 2, wherein: the system also comprises a network security module connected with the management end module, wherein the network security module is used for timely repairing network security vulnerabilities occurring in the operation of the platform by background management personnel, preventing network vulnerability attacks and further ensuring the stability of the platform.

The intelligent, mutual-care platform of any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the system further comprises a database which is respectively connected with the pension mutual aid main platform and the satisfaction evaluation sub-platform and is used for storing information of each unit in the pension mutual aid main platform and information of the satisfaction evaluation sub-platform.

The intelligent, mutual-aid-care platform of claim 4, wherein: the system also comprises an updating module connected with the database, wherein the updating module is used for synchronously updating the uploading information and the modification information in the database to the endowment mutual-aid host platform.
