Abstract
The invention discloses a form flow and an audit data display method in a warehouse management system, which can dynamically generate visual flow detailed information, namely audit data, according to user requirements. The system comprises a data communication module, a flow data processing module, a form data modification and project change generation module and a user interface module. Through the functional module, a user can quickly obtain detailed information such as the current flow, an operator, modified content and the like, and the warehouse management flow is conveniently tracked and the problems are conveniently examined.

Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to convenient visual processing for a warehouse management system, and belongs to the technical field of ERP management.

The invention relates to a warehouse management system of a manufacturing enterprise, which is mainly used for finely managing and controlling the quantity of enterprise materials and products and the trend of the use flow, thereby improving the resource utilization rate and the production efficiency of the enterprise.
However, with the expansion of the production of manufacturing enterprises and the improvement of the precision complexity of the produced equipment, the fine management capability of the warehouse management system is also required to be higher, most of traditional warehouse management software only aims at the material data form records and corresponding responsible persons, if a problem occurs in a certain link in the form auditing process, the responsible persons need to be found out to inquire the cause in detail, if aiming at a very complex manufacturing project, the responsible persons backtrack one detailed problem in the huge process, and the responsible persons of the bottom project of the huge project are likely to change frequently, and the corresponding responsible persons at the moment cannot be found out quickly aiming at the processed form process, so that the production and manufacturing efficiency of the enterprise is greatly influenced.
Therefore, in order to solve the problem in the process of producing and manufacturing the form, a method is needed to be provided for quickly backtracking the problem, which is independent of the responsible person of the process, and thus, the problem is solved immediately, and the production efficiency is improved.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a flow display method aiming at the defects existing in the existing production forms so as to realize a method which is independent of a production flow responsible person, solves the problem in the production process in real time and further improves the production efficiency.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a form flow and audit data display method in a warehouse management system, which includes a data communication module for obtaining data and collecting data from a client and storing the data in a database; the flow data processing module is used for acquiring the required data from the data communication module, processing and classifying the acquired data, defining the acquired data into various types and transmitting the various types of the acquired data to the user interface module and the form data modification and project change generation module; the form data modification and item change generation module is used for displaying the item change of the form, modifying, adding remarks and synchronizing data into the database through the data communication module; and the user interface module is used for providing various user graphical interfaces to manage user requests, including a graphical display request of form auditing flow, a display request of flow information and a display request of project variation. The method comprises the steps of acquiring processed data through a flow data processing module, and displaying the processed data in each interface based on the acquired data.
The graphical display module of the form auditing process is used for displaying the current process state of the form, wherein the process state comprises the position of the current form in the whole process, the steps which are already completed in the process are marked as green, the steps which are not yet completed are marked as red, and the names of the steps of each process are displayed and the trend of the process is indicated by a process arrow. One feature of the graphical display module of the form auditing process is that the user can click on the corresponding process step, and jump to open the corresponding process information display module and the project change display module.
The flow information display module comprises names of corresponding flow steps in a flow, names of responsible persons of the flow steps, operation time of the flow steps, operations aiming at the flow steps, accidents occurring during flow submission or auditing, remark information aiming at the steps, and description information for tracking backtracking. One of the flow information display modules is characterized in that the graphical display module of the form checking flow can be clicked to jump,
the item change display module comprises detailed records of the corresponding responsible person in the process for modifying the contents of the form, wherein the detailed records comprise the types of modification operations on the form, such as addition, deletion or change of operators, the names of all items of which the form is modified, the contents before the items are modified and the new contents after the items are modified, and the detailed records show all the modifications of the operators on the form.
Through the modules, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the method has the advantages that the operation details and the variation details of each step in the form flow and various detail aspects with problems possibly occurring are recorded and displayed automatically in a very detailed manner, the dependence of the form on flow operators is eliminated, accurate and effective information is provided for tracking and backtracking production conditions and material conditions, the time and labor cost for backtracking the problems are reduced, the production efficiency of enterprises is greatly improved, and the basic production investment of the enterprises is saved.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made more clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is shown, however, in some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown.
Referring to fig. one, a schematic diagram of implementation effects of a form flow and an audit data display method in a warehouse management system according to the present invention is shown. The above-mentioned flow display interface module 51 is displayed in suspension on the right side of the form, in which each text box displays the flow to be executed, and the operator of the current flow can distinguish the completed flow from the unfinished flow by using different colors. The process details interface 52 and the project change display interface 53 may be displayed by clicking a process text box (not shown) to pop up a corresponding interface (not shown).
Referring to fig. 2, a system architecture diagram for implementing a form flow and audit data display method in a warehouse management system according to the present invention is shown, where the display method includes at least one warehouse management system database 10, a form data modification and item change generation module 20, a data communication module 30, a flow data processing module 40, and a user interface module 50, where the user interface module 50 includes a flow display function, a flow detailed information display function, and an item change information display function. The display method runs in the enterprise resource management system client and belongs to a part of the enterprise resource management system client. The display method can call the data communication module 30 to acquire data of different forms from the enterprise resource management system database 10 according to the user requirement, and the warehouse management system database 10 stores a plurality of forms related to enterprise user authority, material management, purchasing management, production management and the like. The flow data processing module obtains the detailed information of each form through the data communication module 30, classifies the obtained information, and finally transmits the processed data to the user interface module 50 according to the category as parameters, and the user interface module judges the received data category and displays different functional interfaces.
The form data modification and item change generation module 20 dynamically generates item change records by calling the flow data processing module to obtain processed data, and displays the item change records by calling the item change display interface 53, and can also add and modify the content of the item change according to the user's requirements, and synchronize the data to the warehouse management system database 10 through the data communication module 30.
The data communication module 30 is formed by a plurality of stored procedures for acquiring the data required by the flow data processing module 40 from the database sheet and transmitting the data to the user interface module 50 and the form data modification and item change generation module 20. The storage process is composed of a plurality of packaged structured query functions (not shown), the structured query functions are formed by establishing a structured query header file, macro definition is carried out on structured query Sentences (SQL) in the header file, finally, the structured query functions are realized in codes by calling macro definition, the functions are independently packaged into functions, and SQL commands can be executed by only calling the packaged functions when the functions are called, so that communication with a database is realized. The flow data processing module 40 performs processing classification according to the acquired data (step S3), and the user interface module 50 determines whether the user has authority to view the flow detail information of the corresponding form according to the processed data (step S4). If the user does not have the viewing authority, the message prompt box is displayed for prompting, and the current operation flow is ended (step S6), and if the user has the viewing authority, the user interface module 50 is called according to the corresponding request to display the corresponding information content (step S7). If the user request interface is the project change display interface 53 (step S7), user input is detected, whether the user modifies or increases the project change content (step S8), and if the user changes, a plurality of storage processes of the data communication module 30 are invoked to synchronize data into the warehouse management system database 10 (step S9).

The form flow and audit data display method in a warehouse management system as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the user interface display module provides a flow display function, and when a user views a form, data provided by the data communication module is used as parameters to be transmitted to the flow data processing module for processing, and then a data graphical interface is dynamically generated to display operation data. The form flow and audit data display method in a warehouse management system as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the form data modification and project change generation module dynamically generates a form by utilizing the data provided by the data communication module and combining the detailed information of the form data modification and project change with the interface display module, the form records the modification content, the modification time, the modifier, the modification operation and the modification record of the current form, the modification reason is displayed in the floating window, the user can increase the project change record and the change reason by directly modifying the content of the form, and the data in the database form can be synchronized by the data communication module.

The method for displaying form flow and audit data in a warehouse management system as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the process data processing module obtains detailed information of the process by utilizing the data provided by the data communication module, and the process data processing module comprises the following steps: all processes required by the form, the processes which pass the auditing, the processes to be audited, the current operator, the next level operator, the operation record, the operation event, the operation time, the auditing step, the auditing opinion and the project variation. The flow data processing module calculates and compares the acquired data, and finally transmits the processed data to the user interface display module, and the processed data is displayed to a user in a graphical mode.
